I absolutely love it here! They have new management and they are very helpful. Anytime we need anything they are on top of it!! We’ve lived here 7 months and since new management has came in I have seen major changes in the property and only see it getting better! I’m so happy that this is where we call home!
Absolutely the worst place to ever want to live! There is ZERO communication between the office and the renters. They will never call you or talk to you over the phone unless they want money. Ive only lived here for a little more then 6 montha and have gone through 3 apartment managers and everytime there was a change i received no notice what so ever! Unless you manage to find the weird hours they are there and catch them to talk to them face to face forget about communication. The upgrades the put in are shotty and consist of mostly puting a coat of terribly done paint over any problem they see. All they do is try to brush any problem they find under a stained rug and call it good. The place is falling apart and any thing you mention to management all they have is stupid excuses and your left paying WAY TOO MUCH MONEY for NOTHING! As soon as our lease is up we are GONE so fast and if i ever hear of someone looking for a place to rent this would be the very last place i would ever send my worst enemy. If i could put negative stars i would. The sorriest excuse for a apartment and management
If I could give this no stars i would! There is hardly anyone in the office that answers the phone. The maintenance man is AWFUL and a CROOK! Our ac broke in June and they Fixed it after we bugged them for a week only to find out it wasnt and it got all the way up to 92° in our house (I tried to add the picture but it wouldnt let me) so when we called,and called,and called for weeks and FINALLY got someone to Fix it and our bill was over 400 dollars AND the office refused to do anything about it! After awhile the ac started to not work again so we said screw it our lease is almost up well just move! We called the corporate office and they did absolutely nothing about it! Their pool is NEVER open! Also the residents are super inconsiderate and loud! They rev their engines all through the night especially this guy on a motorcycle! Stay away from this complex if you can!
Been here two years and the rates have remained decent. Rebecca makes time for anyone who comes to see her and is nice. Juan is always quick with a fix. He is a skilled maintenance man! thanks to both of them.
I have lived here for 6 years. Since Allied Property Management has taken over just about a year and half ago. They have raised the rent over $300 and charge outrageous price for pest control, trash, and water. The money they get from the on-site laundry mat does not go towards the complexs water bill, it is straight profit. Also the soda machine is the same way, it does not go towards anything at the complex. Oh yeah and since I have been here as long as I have my apartment has not had upgrades instead the repairs that have been needed to be made have been ignored. So my advice for anyone looking to move here is only to sign a lease for as long as you intend on staying otherwise when you renew your lease it will keep going up. Peace out!
Moved to apartments in Oct 2018 no issues both Rebecca and Juan love what they do Rebecca has helped me out a lot since Im new to Azle area and Juan is great at what he does very reliable and on time when we put work orders in..Yay for the awesome team ...
I’m writing to give a glowing review to our maintenance man Juan. He is very courteous, punctual and on point with his job. He communicates what has been done and how he took care of the problem. He is wonderful at what he does.
This is a great complex, the apartment manager Rebecca is very nice and always very helpful and responsive. We have lived here for over a year and had no issues at all.
Could be nice apartments but they have poor management. A lot of drama and the pool is barely ever open. I wouldnt live there again and I wouldnt recommend it.
Clean apartment complex but I heard the rental is very expensive one bedroom for 1100 a month

I have been at Shady Creek for over a year now, and i have nothing but good things to say about this place. Maintenance is always on top of everything that I need and always makes sure that he gets the job done... the right way!
The worst apartment ever!!!! The manager makes an agreement and never honors it. Nor do they ever return your phone calls
Under new management now they are ok place is still about the same ok place to live for apartment life one of the cheaper places around as well
Rebecca is awesome& smile that could uplift you when your down. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

2022-07-20Worst place ever and horrible customer service. Had a friend rent a place from them and they didnt even clean it up first. Just double check before renting from here!!

2021-11-19The people are really nice as others have said, but it is really hard to get them to fix anything. Ive been waiting for my dishwasher to be fixed for 6 months and they just keep telling me the part hasnt came in. Dont get me started about my refrigerator. The freezer went out and it took them two weeks to fix it. I lost almost $100 worth of food which they said I could claim on my renters insurance which would only cover power outages and not equipment failures. Im also sure they arent going to give me my deposit back because I found out from the lawyer I contacted about the fridge that they were supposed to give me an inspection form to fill out when I moved in and there were damages that were mostly just painted over. There are other things that I just live with like my bedroom door being crooked and not closing properly. Also there is supposed to be a pool, but they never opened it like they said the were going to last summer and there is a dog park, but it is full of stickers. I dont think its worth the money we pay because this place is not cheap.

2020-02-12I have lived at Shady Creek for over 8 years. We have been under new management since August. In my opinion with this third set of managers we have hit the jackpot. They are concerned caring people who are interested in each tenants safety, security and satisfaction. They listen to understand. We now have 24/7 security cameras which help us all feel safer. The clean laundry room is open during hours that are convenient for everyone. Solar lights were installed by the trash dumpsters so anyone taking their trash out at night can feel safer. I plan to live out my life here and am very pleased these new managers are here to care and listen.

2021-08-30I love these apartments they are terrific and the staff is more than helpful they are one in a million If you have any problems they go out of their way to help you fix what’s going on I will never go anywhere else and my next-door neighbors are wonderful also

2020-11-15Different times Ive called there they always list the apartments at different prices. And have prices listed online way lower than they tell you over the phone. Ive been told the 2 bedrooms and 1050 and 875. But can never get a clear answer on why the price is different.

2019-04-16Ive been here just about a year and am so happy with my apartment. Juan is an excellent maintenance person, quick and very pleasant. Rebecca has been a joy to work with as well.
