We liked this place and our experience was great. Nice and clean. Super-nice bathrooms! Felt like a safe place to stop when traveling.
Do not pull around back for truck diesel refills. NO WAY TO GET OUT WITHOUT A UTURN. Had to detach the tow car to get out #stupiddesign
Theres not much parking, its small, and they dont have showers, but if you can find parking you can get some rest here.
Clean place but the night time staff has the radio up extremely loud. Practically had to yell at the cashier to be heard.

A true gem of a Truck stop. Classic Texas style with a great selection of food and items. A MUST stop just to see the place. Still dreaming about the dinosaur ribs!

2021-09-16If you use an actual backpack diaper bag dont bother bringing it in, or youll be yelled at.Went in with my husband and our daughter, and took our daughter to have her diaper changed. We started looking around the store. Husband was holding the diaper bag and I was holding our baby. The cashier watched us walk in with it on, and watched us walk around the store. I opened the bag to get our wipes out cause baby spit up. The cashier proceeded to yell at us from across the store saying we cant have a backpack in the store. Again, didnt bother saying anything to us when we walked in. Completely ridiculous that she yelled from across the store. We put everything we were going to buy back on the shelves and walked out. The whole scenario was completely uncalled for. Should have been handled better. Other than that situation, the store is nice, clean and very well put together.

2020-06-15This is the best gas station stop I have been to in my whole life. Right off the highway. The bathroom was beautiful and clean. The customer service was terrific, and I bought souvenirs. I wish I wouldve taken pictures of the place. There was an eat in area and a sonic connected to the plaza. You wont be disappointed.

2020-01-18Super clean luxury bathrooms, good size changing table for baby. Good for resting after a long trip. They have rocking chairs and machine rides for kids, gift shopping and lots of treats! Staff and costumers were so friendly!

2018-05-19The people who they hire here need serious background checks and need to have their heads examined and looked at. Everybody they hire is lazy and pushy and dont know how to wait on customers. I wish the manager of this dump starts to take reviews seriously especially if he or she knows that this place gets a lot of business because its off the Interstate. The only thing that is keeping it open is the Texas Best Bbq and the bakery and unfortunately they close at a certain time leaving everyone victims to people who act like they work in a NIGHTCLUB or CAFE or BAR instead of a convenience store. I wont stop there anymore. Ive had to cuss out several employees and they still keep hiring the same REJECTS who probably cant get a job anywhere else in Longview.

2017-02-13This place has the SLOWEST diesel pumps in Texas! They say they are fixing it....but they havent in the 5 times Ive been here in the last 6 months! Exxon is right across the street with much faster pumps and the same price per gallon!

2019-03-18Really cool stop for any age when traveling or local easy access for RV S or civilian trucks and trailers hotel next door with in store sonic smokehouse fried pie shop super clean , friendly staff .... all around above average shell gas station! Ten fingers up lol

2020-02-26$2.65 for a 16 oz bottle of ice tea!Why a simple bottle of water, three or four tea leaves and a tablespoon of sugar cost 8-10 TIMES THE PRICE OF A GALLON OF GAS should not only be illegal and immoral it should be something to be ashamed of.

2018-05-19Im convinced at this gas station they are hiring former convicted felons on a work release program. No one has any type of customer service skills. They all suck at their jobs and dont want to be there. BUCCEES in Terrell can shut all of their deranged asses down at this place. Its a shame when you dont want to stop at a gas station in your own hometown becuz you think you might have to cuss someone out. At this place you just might. Not a good representation for visitors to Longview off the Interstate. Fix your damn attitudes!!!!!
