I am so happy with the way my piano studio looks after giving it a face-lift with Sherwin-Williams paint on 6th Street in Austin.I painted a light color over another light color so it required only one coat. I received helpful advice and support from assistant Manager, LaVonne Holloway. My piano studio is now ready to rock and roll!

Buying paint is a daunting process for me; after a while, all the colors start to blend, and the thought of being stuck with a color that’s “not perfect” is not the best... With that said, Brandon made this process super awesome for me; I have been back quite a few times over a couple of months, and he managed to answer all my questions, helping out with suggestions where appropriate and helping steer me into a final great and “perfect” set of colors for my space. Definitely recommend this Sherwin-Williams for your next paint job, and ask for Brandon! (They’re all nice really though) :)

Very helpful. Customer oriented. Helped make sure we had the best paint for our project. Kept previous purchases on file including our custom paint mixes. Just west of downtown with easy parking.

Sadly, I was not impressed with this store at all. I specifically went here because 99% of the reviews were 5 star, talking about excellent customer service and paint specialists that want to help you pick your colors. I agree that Sherwin Williams is very good quality paint, but no one even acknowledged us in this store. My friend and I spent a significant amount of time looking through color swatches thinking someone would ask us if we needed help or had any questions, but the guy who worked there just kept going to the back of the store. I know he saw us at least a few times. When we finally picked just one color, he was no where to be found when we were ready to check out. Maybe it was because they were closing in an hour and he had stuff to do...I dont know. I VERY RARELY leave reviews...this is probably my third one ever, but this was such a disappointing experience. I wouldve left one star, but the extra star is for Sherwin Williams good paint quality.

It’s clean, they have people there that are paint specialist, I LOVED using the paint consultant. It saved me money by saving me time. SW paint is recommended by most paint professionals.
