I had an excellent experience with this store. I was able to get the paint color I wanted and all the supplies I needed very quickly and efficiently. The sales associate was very knowledgeable and friendly. i would recommend this store for your painting needs.

I previously purchased a 5 gallon bucket of very expensive dock stain from this store. The stain had separated with the oil & needed to be mixed. I took it to the store where I called the phone number posted since the door was locked. After several rings the man working answered. I explained that I needed the 5 gallons of stain shaken to re-mix the stain. He said that he would not allow “any foreign items” to be brought into the store. I told him that the bucket came from his store. He again said that he wouldn’t bring it in and shake it because of the virus. I asked if that meant that they would not stand behind their products. He said no, I will not bring it in and shake it.It was their product, purchased there.It will be our last purchase from a store not standing behind their product while refusing to help their own customers.You can be safe in dealing with this virus while working with your customers & standing behind your product. Apparently this store can’t. Many other stores in the area are more than willing to do so. Groom & Sons were gracious & helpful.Shop where they will take care of you, in this Sherman Williams store they did not in this case.

Wish I could give a positive review. I had packages to send out near the store and thought I would pop in as we have several large projects that involve paint. I was not only not acknowledged but had to scoot aside as the male employee went past me without a word. The female employee leaned across the counter with her chin in her hand and never said a word to me. I stayed for a good 4-5 minutes looking over paint options and nothing, not even when I walked out. I mentioned this to my husband and his surprising response was he had the same experience and would never go back. We will stick with Ace Hardware and Lowes.

The GBC SW store is terrific. The crew is great and there is not better paint and deck cover quality out there.

I went to the store in Gun Barrel City, Texas. Jim was very helpful, personable and funny. I found the color of paint I was looking for. He helped me match a fabric sample I brought in. The paint looks terrific! I will definitely go back to Jim at Sherman-Williams for help with my next project!

These guys know there stuff. Very friendly and helpful staff. Im planning on repainting my house this fall, and Ill be going to Sherwin-Williams in GBC for my paint

The clerk was so helpful and was very knowledgeable in recommending paint on multiple surfaces when I was unsure of what I needed. I appreciated his help very much.
