Always helpful and courteous.
Ive been buying paint from this location for years and always recommend it to friends. The sales are great when they have them and the employees are really helpful.
Problem wasnt actually with me it was with Mitchell being rude to a Mexican immigrant and snatching money out of his hand. I was very disappointed to see this.
I have visited this store several times recently and have found that the quality of service has greatly diminished in recent years. I felt like the employee there did not really want to help me.
The service here is always friendly. They are always busy when I go but it does not affect the customer service.

2021-05-10Mitchell and his team are extremely kind and helpful! They work extremely hard but are always in good spirits! Every time I come into the store, which is often, I know they will take care of me! I will not go to any other paint store!

2021-01-24Store hours are not correct as theyve changed them. My husband and I lugged my 2 kids under the age of 2 just to quickly pick a paint color and after we got them all out of the car & went to walk in we found out they had just closed. An employee awkwardly watched us through the door as we sighed and turned around. 👀. In-n-out is close by their so that cheered us up.

2019-09-15The lighting is much better compared to picking out paint in a big hardware store. The employee had time to give me specialized attention and he gave me as much of his time as I needed from the moment I walked in the door through checkout.

2018-07-09My wife and I came in yesterday, Sunday afternoon. Right before they closed. We were looking to buy stuffs that our contractor wants us to buy for our project. Alex was the person behind the counter. He was SUPER friendly, he answered all of our questions and we never felt rush because they were going to close soon. After us another 2 people came in and Alex was so professional with them and us. We are excited that we have found this store near us. Well be back! Keep up the good job!! God Bless you all!

2019-09-30I have been with this store for eight years i’ve seen a lot of people come and go who work there. But everyone of them employees knew what they were doing. I own a cabinet shop and they get my colors right every time. All the other stores At sherwin Williams can never get the colors right. There’s a guy name Ricky Who works there is hands-down the best The manager Oscar it’s very detailed and what he does this store is the best store of all Sherman Williams thank you Ricky and Oscar

2019-10-02The staff is very knowledgeable, helpful, and patient! The paint quality is excellent. But wait for a sale (or look on their website for a coupon) because they have great sales that make the paint affordable.

2020-07-21Weve all supported the Mansfield Sherwin-Williams store for years, but Sherwin-Williams couldnt support a Mansfield Scouts recent request for a paint donation for his Eagle Project. It sure would have been nice for the Scout to receive just a little bit of support for such an important community project after years of supporting Sherwin-Williams.Update; Because of the owners response to this review, the Scout was able to contact another local Sherwin-Williams store for a paint donation request and the Sherwin-Williams store on S. Cooper St. was able to help out substantially. We thank Sherwin-Williams for their contribution to Scouting and we appreciate all their guidance.

2018-02-02I have lived in Mansfield for 21 years and every time I go into this store I feel like I am bothering the employees. I will ask a question and I get a sluggish answer and no eye contact. They dont have a problem having a conversation amongst themselves and give the impression they dont really want to be bothered. The other day i went in to ask a bout a water sealer and told the guy what I was covering. When I asked which one he thought would be better he said I dont know either this one or that oneSerioulsy? Thank goodness we can get their colors elsewhere because I wont be going back

2019-12-28I thought a paint store would have decent prices on paint. $90 per gallon is just too much. Back to home depot for me.
