What can you say about a paint store, they had what I was looking for, prompt service, as should be

2022-07-19Ive used Sherwin Williams for years and this has to be the worst one in San Antonio. I always call in my order the day before and am assured it would be ready by open the next morning. Its never ready. I understand if youre busy, but dont promise times if you cant deliver.

2021-03-31So I walk in to order paint. I needed 2 gallons. The guy ask me if I need it in a couple of days. Obviously not! I need to walk out with it for a project I’m working on. I called another sherwin Williams and they were able to help me. They even said that was super strange. Please avoid this location they are not willing to help.

2019-07-02Most of the staff seem knowledgeable. All are helpful, and dont drag their feet (literally) and look like they are truely interested in helping and doing it fast and effortlessley. They had what we needed, they found it for me and brought it to the desk, instead of telling me to look for it. Price was a bit steep, but the coupons brought it within reasonable levels. HOWEVER, I was able to get what I wanted and needed, instead of being surprised after I started my project. Thank you.

2019-05-17I love Sherwin Williams. They have great paint. Service at this location was fast and professional. Just watch out when you drive in because the streets right by this store are wonky.
