The person who assisted me helped me right away but his customer service was not that great! I’m satisfied... I always expect to be very satisfied with the customer service
The staff is very friendly, attentive and very knowledgeable. They are always going the extra mile to make sure your are satisfied.

The empoylees at that store were extremely polite and professional so if someone wants awesome customer service go there, they are very informative and known the business.
Cant color-match their own colors. Our house was painted in kilim beige, a Sherwin Williams color. I returned to buy a gallon for repairs after only 3 months ( so any fading from the Sun would not be an issue at this point). I took the original paint label as well as a sample from the wall with me and they arent even close.

2022-08-13Adrienne went above and beyond. He found the paint that I was looking for at another store had it transferred to his store called me back once it came in and then took care of me with five star service once I went into the store. He is the assistant manager but he is well on his way to a promotion in my mind

2021-10-29Sales guy at counter was very helpful and attentive even though he was by himself short staffed. Kudos to him and his customer service because if he would of had a lousy attitude it would of made the 30min wait very long which for me felt like 5mins since he was very knowledgeable and helpful

2021-08-19This is probably the worst Sherwin Williams in the state of Texas. Long wait, terrible customer service, store looks disgusting inside, and there’s just no care in the world. Owner needs really step up and hire new management. It’s so terrible I’d even be willing to gain employment and turn things around. It’s a terrible look on the community and the company itself. I’d hope to see changes by year end.

2020-09-21Our sales associate was knowledgeable and friendly. He provided the color we needed. He went above and beyond. Excellent customer service compared to their other location on Culebra/1604 where they were no help.

2020-05-12Very fast and efficient. Great job mitigating the chance of spreading COVID-19. Took my order outside the door, called me and completed payment over the phone, and then delivered curbside. Staff was great!

2019-06-22Very disappointed!!!2 Strikes in 1 Day. First I go in for a stain that has been previously purchased and is on our account....only to find out at the job site that the color is wrong!!! I had to go to De Zavala where they were very helpful and nice, gave me the correct formula. By then I had the painters waiting ( Money down the Drain). Then I go back to the Westlakes store to make a return, get there 5 minutes before closing, its already locked and the worker instead of helping me, he was serving himself coffee and when he finally came to the door and allowed me to speak to him, he just made a face like I dont care.2 Different employees, 2 different bad experiences.
