Horrible place and 0 customer service. I’m a customer here for 6 years (only bc I have here too many save files for my business) and today I enter in and the owner spoke with his friend in a different language while he know I’m waiting, after 10 minutes I asked the girl in the front desk to ask him to come over to serve me or I leave and the owner yelled from his office/warehouse “ Bye-bye I see you later” - No Ali, you not going to see me later or to get any business from me. your service doesn’t worth the cent or two that you save us, I prefer to get a better customer service and definitely better attitude from business owner to his customer who financed his business for the last a few years. “bye-bye Ali!”

Unprofessional, promise you a certain time your product will be ready and they don’t have it ready when you arrive the day after it’s supposed to be ready. I had to wait 25mins after I arrived to pickup product because they were “working” on correcting errors they made yesterday. They gave me my product and it was not all I had ordered. Waited an additional 30mins and they think that by throwing in a couple extras that fixes it. Don’t recommend at all.

The WORST printing company I have ever seen! The ink would rub right off the signs that I ordered. They were nice enough to reprint them, but the signs still had the SAME problem. The ink would rub right off. I was told they did not offer any warranty on there work. So when I asked for a refund and/or a witness for when I call the credit card company to dispute it, they called the police!!! I would never order from them again!

Went in yesterday to ask for price on banner gave me great price ready within an hourCame back in an hour and it was ready!Process was quick! Will def come back!!

These guys are so disrespectful, am not really sure where they are from, it might be something with their culture but they are straight BAD BUSINESS. I ask them to do project for me and they took part of a payment from me and told me they will start on my project, they took more than 2 weeks and more than 10 of my phone call that they did not answer, and when I asked for my money back they kept 20% of it with no explanation.. cant call cops on a small amount like that but i felt scammed really bad.. BAD BUSINESS ALL THE WAY

This guy will give you different price over the phone and ask you for triple price when you get there. He will try to reap you off every way...dont go there
