I gave all the details and told them what I was willing to pay all expenses out the door including trade in and money down. I told them dont waste my time. If you cant, no problem. I was told we could make those numbers. Didnt you know again I get the run around and more than $4,000 more than what I told them on the phone I wanted to pay. You wonder why used car salesmen have a bad name.Dont waste your time with these guys!
Went in this past Saturday to trade in my Corolla for a Silverado. From the moment I walked up to the door I felt like I was in good hands. Brandon greeted me & took good care of me. I went in pre approved by a lender & these good people got me a better deal than I thought I had. Everyone was nice & I never felt pressured. I had my 1 year old son with me the entire time & they were very friendly & patient as I had to tend to him frequently. I’m new to Texas & I know the next time I’m looking for something I will definitely take my hard earned dollars to these folks. They definitely care & you won’t leave there without the best of service or a clean new ride.
Typically not a fan of car shopping, but the folks at Sign It Drive It in Denton, TX were top notch! My husband and I were shopping for a used Tundra and set up a test drive. Charles was our sales associate. He was very knowledgeable and did not pressure us into buying immediately. Brandon, our sales manager, was very upfront with all of the ins and outs and didnt try to hard sell us. There were a few items that needed to be fixed on the truck, so they sent it to their service center. Brandon wrote them up and they were completed as described. Our financial manager, Terry, was awesome! He was personable and walked us through all of the paperwork with a breeze. Nobody pressured us or pushed us through like cattle. Guess what? We bought the truck! Down the road if we need another vehicle, we will go there first (we live 2 hours from Denton, so that is saying a lot). Great job everyone!!!
It became apparent to me that they just want to make a sale. I dont blame them, after all that is their job. But they could stand to be a bit more patient and less pushy.I cannot attest to the quality of vehicles since I ended up not purchasing one. But, if you need a car, they will definetly help you get one same day.
Since sign it drive it decided to delete my first review figured I’d post another. Do not go here all the sales men just on you like flys… I get it you’re trying to make a sale or whatever but don’t lie about the paperwork when filling it out. They will literally try to scam all the money they can put of you. I was told I’d pay no more than 400$ a month and signed blank papers when they finally let me have access to my paperwork it said my payments were almost 500$. Then not even 3 weeks later they call me and tell me to return “their car”
Steer clear!! Only good thing about this place are the pictures they take. Dishonest and creepy finance guy that they keep in a dungeon away from the locker room like lobby/office area. They change numbers on you and to top it off (or not actually) I noticed the gas tank was on E and I asked if they would fill it up. I was told they put $10 in and thats all they do.
When I bought the truck, upon pre purchase inspection i noticed an oil leak. why it wasn’t fixed before putting it on the lot i do not know. i told my salesman i wouldn’t buy it unless they fixed it. they diagnosed it and then told me they didn’t have to fix it because the only thing he wrote on the we owe paper was to look at the leak and not fix it. i’m a mechanic, if i wanted it looked at i would have done it myself!! then, i didn’t even make it home and the truck died at a stop light. come to find out they sold it to me with broke VCT solenoids. luckily i bought the extended warranty which is supposed to cover all drivetrain components, right? WRONG! VCT solenoids “aren’t covered” and neither is the oil leak. so now i am stuck with an almost $3000 repair bill. on top of the fact that i was told that my warranty would apply at any dealership i took it to. it sat at bob tomes ford for two weeks. they finally called the warranty company and they said i had to take it up to sign it drive it for the warranty to apply. so i’m now 2 weeks without my truck because i was told incorrectly, $200 in diag fees down the drain for no reason, and faced with a near $3000 repair bill for things that should have been fixed before i even purchased it! overall, all i have to say is if you’re gonna buy a vehicle from here i’d make damn sure nothings wrong with it before you buy it, because they seem to have no problem selling you a vehicle that’s literally unsafe to drive! i almost got hit the other day because the truck died when pulling onto a service road.
My boyfriend bought a Dodge Challenger from here and within a couple months had 4,000$ fix of a transmission issue that they had sold the car to us like that but just said that we should have looked more at the transmission! Please don’t waste your time or money with dealership!!
I got a call from Brandon Ross he tells me he has several car that would be just what Im looking for he had 1 car then told me my income and credit score was to low. When he just told me he could get me into a good car no matter how my credit is. Well this was a 2 hour drive one way. What a joke
Update!!!!!!!!!!7 months in now and I’ve had to repair the AC and get a new transmission… TWICE. Up to about $9000 in repairs. My car has been at Sign it Drive Service for over a month now.2 months in and I need over $1300 in repairs, including needing a new battery, pressure hose for power steering, sway bars, a purge valve and a transmission flush because it’s having trouble changing gears. A week into buying the vehicle I noticed that 2 of the tires were completely different sizes, so I had to purchase new ones. I bought the extended warranty and out of the $1300 they are only covering $66 in repairs. I DO NOT RECOMMEND buying from this lot.
Claudia and the finance team made today a wonderful experience. I ENJOYED buying from them, Claudia even made the wait for finance to finish enjoyable with some great small talk. The finance guy was very honest about which warranty to buy and which wasnt worth the cost on our car. Compared to other no haggle used car places, Sign It was more upscale, better service, and definitely a better car. I only wish I took a selfie with the wonderful Claudia. The process was pretty straightforward and they met our conditions fairly quickly. The entire staff were friendly and helpful for the most part. Once we were done with finance Andrew was with another customer, I didn’t think this was too big of an issue at first. However, as we started our 1 1/2 hour drive home, we realized they didn’t fill the fuel tank. We also had an issue with a missing control knob for the mirror. I contacted Andrew about this, but was basically informed to call their maintenance department. We love our car, but just double and triple check everything.
My son was in the market for a used vehicle and saw one online at this dealership. Upon calling to see if the vehicle was available, he spoke with TJ, a salesperson. TJ set an appointment and had the car ready when we got there. When that car didnt work out for my son, TJ worked diligently to find something else that fit his needs. My son was able to find a car he liked and wanted to purchase. TJ made the process simple, he was low pressure, and seemed to genuinely want my son to get in the best car for him, not just make a sale. Finalizing the paperwork with Ben was a less pleasant experience as Ben seemed condescending and rude. Due to a circumstance out of the dealership and TJs hands, my son was unable to buy this vehicle but TJ stayed in touch over the next few days trying to help my son into a vehicle. Even though we did not buy a vehicle from this dealership, we would recommend TJ and would absolutely visit him again. Thank you, TJ!
The worst car buying experience I have ever experienced. I bought a used truck, warranty and maintenance plan. Truck immediately had issues and codes thrown on parts I specifically asked about the day after we bought it. Took it in to service shortly after codes appeared to have work done through the warranty. I was told that I had to wait for the warranty paperwork to come in and that they would not fix the truck that had things wrong with it before being sold, 3 days after the truck was purchased. The engine codes had to have been cleared before sale otherwise they wouldn’t have showed up within 50 miles of driving the truck.30 days later I got the warranty paperwork and brought the truck in. Service said the parts weren’t covered (even though I specifically asked about them during purchase and was told that they were) and I would have to pay out of pocket. Tried to get a refund from the warranty company only to have them tell me that refunds were only available within 30 days of purchase. At this point the repairs were several thousands of dollars. I called the dealership asking to be put in touch with someone to try and get things figured out. I was told no one there had access to my paperwork and that the GM would get back to me. This was over a month ago.I was sold a defective truck, insufficient warranty despite my clarifications, was refused repairs unless I paid out of pocket 3 days after purchase, was told I’d be put in touch with someone to help with my situation and have not received any communication. Avoid this dealership at all costs. They will not work with you, they will sell you defective cars and they will not reimburse you for anything they aren’t legally required to.
I purchased at 2016 Lincoln MKX November 29th 2021. Christmas Day the powered liftgate wouldn’t open at all, that Monday December 27th. The car was completely dead.I called to have it towed, they gave it a jump. Nothing on the right side of the car worked/ light up. The automated mirror remained folded & and the display screen was completely blacked out.I had it towed back to their service facility same day and was told that I’d receive a call the following day. Wednesday I received a call, was informed that all the tests came back normal and nothing was detected. They had no solution, told me when I could pick up the car and that was it.So I’m stuck with a sometimey car?I’ve asked to speak to the general manager several times.. either they don’t have one or he’s not man enough to own up to the fact that they have no clue what they’re doing.Clearly this situation isn’t a priority to them and I have a problem with that. They can’t figure out what’s wrong nor do they care. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had with a “dealership/ service center.”Going back and looking a the customer reviews there were several reviews that are similar to my situation. Please save yourself the trouble and do not buy from here.
This place is terrible. I purchased a vehicle from here and they are absolute scam artist! They act like the are all about helping the customer until you sign the paperwork then they don’t care. I purchased my car 3 weeks ago and every week there is something wrong with it. I never experienced this type of awful customer service. I understand my car is used but as a profession company that actually care about the customer they should fix the problem, especially when the car has only been in my possession for less than a month. PLEASE DONT BUY FROM HERE!!!!!!!! I was told that once you pay your money they have nothing to do with the issues on the vehicle…seriously! I’m a single mom and don’t have money to waste. My check engine light is already on and this is a very recent purchase. This company is awful. I hope people look at this review and understand that it’s not to bash them this is just a fair warning that they truly DO NOT CARE AT ALL!
Wish I could give it 0 star rating. I purchased a Ford Expedition. The whole experience took almost 5 hours. Everyone was friendly at first. I let them know what I was working with for down payment and what I wanted my payment to be and they made it happen. I purchased the extra warranty and now that I need repair work, I am finding out that it is a waste of money. They don’t care about customers and there cars or the quality of the service they provide for the customer. I also have found out that the vehicle they sold me has been damaged in an accident and they never mentioned anything about it. Trust me, I am in car sales and this is not good customer service. Save yourself the trouble and expense it will cost you. DO NOT do business with Sign it Drive it.
Just had a completely unprofessional experience with Terry, Not only lied to me and my room mate about a car I was trying to buy off of them, but also tried to fight my room mate when we returned the car he lied about. He was very aggressive and would never let us talk. He also let me drive off with the car, without providing insurance on it or even making a down payment that night. I had to show the insurance the next day when I brought the money for the down payment.Before that I was shown a car that shut down on my test drive! Terry even wanted to try to tell the car salesman to start charging me for test drives.Thats just a small bit I experienced with this place, but Im not ever going to this place for a vehicle ever again. I went to 3 different dealership before this one, which I made appointments for all, and none had the car I asked for, but every Sales guy I spoke to said the car was there. Anyways that was how my day started... Sign it and Drive it was gonna be the last dealership we were gonna check out mainly cause it was the farthest from where we lived. I spoke to Glen on the phone about a white 2016 GTI SE I saw online from Cargurus, I told him we were going to be about 40 mins late and he was completely nice about it and said for us to take our time and that they will clean up the car for us and it would be waiting when we get there. Sure enough it was right there waiting for us, as we pulled in. It was really great seeing the car parked outside for us and ready to test drive! I spoke to Glen and I was very nervous if our credit would approve, but everything went smoothly and Glen made a beautiful cappuccino for my Mom as we waited!! Literally the best customer services ever! And I can tell that he was really trying to get us the best deal with the car! And everybody was so nice, no one seemed afraid to say Hi and everybody seemed like they actually like their jobs there! Tom handle our finances, and right when I entered his office I saw that he had a ESV study Bible on his shelf *thumbs up! man if you want real honest sales man these guys are THE GUYS! My only regret is declining Glens offer when he ask if I wanted a cappuccino too! I love my MK7 and i got it for 21K when retailed new is 28K plus! great monthly payments and everything! You need a car? GO HERE!!

Excellent service. I’ve purchased many cars over the years in many different dealerships. Sign it Drive it is by far the best most transparent no games played experience I’ve ever had. Matthew was great and friendly always honest about the deal. The loan officer always have documents showing the breakdown of my numbers without any surprises or hidden fees. 100% recommended.
Irvin Horn helped me through everything at Sign it Drive it! From the moment we stepped on the lot until the moment we left he was kind and very accommodating. We didn’t have the typical pushy dealership experience at all. Everyone was very laid back and available to answer questions. We had a team from sales to finance and management. I test drove my Toyota multiple times and when it came to my trade in they were very liberal and willing to work with me. The experience was phenomenal and much better than the typical big box dealership. We will definitely be back!!
I purchased a Subaru Outback with low miles from Sign it Drive it in 2019. At first I was happy with my purchase. Since then, I have had to have several repairs on this vehicle. When it was inspected by our local Subaru dealership, we were told that the mechanics could tell it had been in at least 1 collision. No collisions or body damage were disclosed by the Sign it Drive it staff. I am disappointment with my purchase after multiple mechanic and car rental bills. I will not be returning to this dealership.
Experience overall was great! Second time going to dealership and it was very fast getting approval and Finance Manager allows process to be smooth. Payments where we needed them to be as promised. We were disappointed in the floor mats not coming in the car; but it is a used car; so we were able to except it for that reason; 5 stars for the experience. Happy with our new Cadillac. Bought my Sentra and immediately it had an emergency break malfunction. Popped up as soon as I left the lot. Referred my boyfriend to them and they sold him an infinity thats just been terrible since it was bought. If you want a car youre gonna have to repair constantly and isnt safe then go to sign it drive it.
Do not recommend. I wouldnt have bought from anywhere but carmax but I was In a bind. Theyll push and push for a sale and spout a bunch of vs about all their inspections.... which missed the fact that the $30k car I bought needed a new transmission.When we called within 2 days of buying it no one wanted to talk to us. No one would even TAKE the call. They kept passing us around to someone who *wasnt available* . Terrible customer sservice. Terrible business practices. If I hadnt of spent a fortune on the *extended warranty * they would have blown me off and made me pay for the repairs. Ill NEVER buy a car here again. Look through the reviews and youll find many, many unhappy customers.

Great Experience! I’ve bought several cars through the years from different dealers around the metroplex and this was by far the easiest experience I’ve had. Irvin was very knowledgeable and I feel that he genuinely listened to our wants and need and I never felt rushed or pressured into a deal. Terry was also very helpful making sure all of the paperwork was ready and signed quickly as we had our two small children with us. I felt that everyone was super helpful and respectful of our time.

I bought an SUV from here in Feb 2021. It wasnt a necessity, and I just wanted to change vehicle styles. I paid cash and traded in a pretty decent car which I deeply regret at this point. First, squeaky brakes. Next brown transmission fluid. Then passenger air bag sensor not working correctly. Now alignment issues. Not to mention the extra key fob I was to receive as stated in the paperwork... Of course I havent received it. Unfortunately, this place isnt where you want to buy a used car. Im deciding whether to run this current car into the ground or get another one somewhere. If you have bad credit or something of that nature, maybe this is your only option. If not, move on. There are plenty of car dealers out there.
I have bought many cars in my lifetime but today I received the best car buying experience EVER!! I was very impressed with the vastness of the dealership. Everything moved like fluid. Terry Bates got my paperwork in order fast and prompt! I can’t thank him enough for his professionalism and willingness to work with me to get this deal done!!
We are a family of four, two small children. Both our young children have classes they attend three times a week. I purchased a 2016 Nissan Traverse from this dealership on 3/18/2021. The next day the car starts shaking. We finally get it in for them to look at a little over a week later and the entire transmission needs to be replaced and the steering is messed up and needs to be fixed. I was really upset but was able to speak to Charles (service department) who was able to fix the problem. Everything was fixed with no charge. Unexpected situation happens with used vehicles. It was how it was handle that makes me feel that this company is the place to get a car. I appreciate the updates and constant communication.

Sign It-Drive It prices their vehicles to sell, so don’t expect to wheel & deal here. Overall it was a good car buying experience. Very happy with my new RX 350!😊
Christian met us right as we arrived with a smile in his voice. He was a great listener, was really responsive and gave us over all excellent service. The finance department was also super sweet. They were very fairly priced, quick, and not pushy AT ALL. Super fair price. We highly recommend.

This was my second encounter with Sign It Drive It. I purchased a vehicle from them two years ago and I just knew right away that they stand behind the quality of their cars. That vehicle is still running great to this day!This past week, my husband ultimately decided to trade in his coupe for a new SUV. I immediately knew to come to Sign It Drive It to make an offer on his coupe and apply it towards his new car. They made the process incredibly seamless and we were VERY happy campers at the end of the day.Irvin was our sales guy and he was AMAZING. He was incredibly patient as we came in not knowing what we wanted at all. He walked us through all of our options and even waited with us while we waited for financing to be squared away. I would wholeheartedly recommend Irvin because he made the experience a lot more personal and yet was still very professional. Manny our salesman was awesome. We put him through a lot of hoops as we finally settled on our beautiful blue Honda Pilot, which we got at a good price. From the beginning Manny put us at ease and we truly felt like he was on our side and rooting for us to find our dream car. Ben in financing was also great. He walked us through the contract and add in service agreement without pressure or awkwardness. Altogether the best car buying experience ever.

This was my first experience with Sign It Drive It and I was VERY impressed. Christian was extremely knowledgeable about the different cars and quick to get the cars out we wanted to look at. I have been to several dealerships over the past week and this was my favorite experience by far. No high pressure sales but also informative about financing and what was in my budget. My husband and I visited this dealership looking for a particular vehicle. Manny was very friendly and worked to accommodate us upon learning the vehicle we wanted to purchase had an issue. After looking at 3 different vehicles we completed a test drive and chose the vehicle that suited us best. The process was seamless and the team completed the approval and paper work all within 2 hours. I’ve been purchasing cars for 20 years. This process was by far the best. If you are in the market for a vehicle, check them out. Great selection of cars/trucks at great prices!
I couldnt recommend this place more. Had an awesome experience here. As a single gal, knowing next to nothing about cars, and having never been to a dealer before, they could have taken me to the cleaners. But they treated me like family and I drove away with a gorgeous Subaru Outback at a great price. Michael Young was my sales guy and he took me and the car to their service center for a check up by the mechanic. After I bought the car I took it to my own mechanic and he was singing its praises, amazed at the great shape it was in. Ben Owens took care of the paperwork side and was very easy to talk to. He patiently answered all my questions. The waiting area is nice, and everyone was friendly but not pushy. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a great used car. They certify all their vehicles and will give you straight, honest answers. Also, their website is superb! Thanks guys!
Went to this dealership off of a friends recommendation trusting that it would be different from other used car dealerships (fair, honest, forthcoming, etc) because of their Christian ties and the fact that the place houses a church on Sunday mornings. I have purchased a vehicle and my mother in law also purchased a vehicle from here and our experiences have been wildly contrary of our expectations. The one star is there because everyone was really nice, kind, attentive and helpful (and you cant go below 1 star). We told our sales guy the budget we wanted to hit and it was like he did not hear us, kept bringing us cars that were outside of our price range. Also we had seen several cars online we were interested in but they were out of stock, update you website. Ultimately like any car buying experience we were worn down with the process and settled for a car at the high end of our budget. I do need to pause here to take personal responsibility because I did not need to buy this car but we did and that is on me. We purchased a 2014 Ford Escape and it has been nothing but trouble since. Thankfully we bought the 2 year warranty because this is the 3rd time that we have had it towed to their shop on their dime. The shop has treated us well and they are generally very helpful but how much longer can we go with a car that breaks down every 4-6 months? This place is now known in our family as Sign It Tow It. I am not saying to not shop here when looking for a new car. Just do not go in with the high expectations that we did. At the end of the day they are no different than any other used car dealership.

I had the most wonderful experience at sign it and drive it Automotive service. Not only did the whole team make me feel like family, they fought to get me the best deal possible. Ben , Nate and Charles did an incredible job at finding me my perfect car. My Nissan Rogue already had a name before I even left the lot. We purchased a top of the line pickup and the price was far below the average price for this pickup. Our salesman (Charles) was a pleasure to work with, no high pressure sales tactics. The finance manager went above and beyond to obtain the best interest rate as well as obtaining gap insurance and extended warranty at a rate that was far below any other I have purchased in the past. I highly recommend this dealership and their outstanding associates! I have always in the past left dealerships with a bad experience, not so this time. I will definitely be a return customer.
Now let me say; Buying a new car always seems like a hassle with the pushy salesman to the financing and just an overall chore. The guys here are NOTHING like that. We were immediately greeted and Brandon made us feel like we’ve known him forever and kept it casual while helping us with our purchase. The whole transition was lengthy but so smooth and everyone was so helpful and informative. The financing dept helped out with all and every questions I had to make sure I was happy. We ended up purchasing the car we had our eye on and Brandon walked us through the process and after too. Brandon we felt went above and beyond during this experience and we could not recommend him enough! Definitely recommend this place!!
My boyfriend, Michael, bought a car from here yesterday and we had an AMAZING experience. We were met immediately by Matthew as we walked up to the building. We told him we did not have a lot of time and showed him the cars we were interested in. He showed us the cars we asked for and we were test driving the one we loved within minutes. We told him we wanted the car as we were test driving it and he told us he would get everything done for us ASAP. He got all of our preliminary paperwork done and in his managers hands within minutes of us arriving back at the dealership. We only waited a few minutes for Ben to help us with our down payment and other paperwork. Ben was awesome to work with and made the process so easy. Next, Terry had us get the final signatures done. He told us we would be in and out within 15 minutes and we walked out of his door, paperwork signed in under 15 minutes. It was awesome. TJ was great! The sales manager really came through with the payment I needed!***UPDATED***9/4/2021Too bad there is not a ZERO stars option. After making 2 payments it has come to light that the Pathfinder was previously in an accident and the front end is badly aligned. Bumper is bent. The grill and bumper covers were RIGGED on with wires. Several thousand dollars damage.DO NOT TRUST THE CARFAX REPORT!!!I called and presented the problem to the sales manager. I offered that they should pay for half the repairs. He basically laughed at me and told me to kick rocks.DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. THESE ARE JUNKY AUCTION CARS.THEY DO NOT INSPECT THEM VERY WELL!!!LOOK ELSEWHERE DENTON!!!

I purchased a vehicle in June 2020 and once I purchased it everything was great. However, I should’ve known something was up by the way they brought out a different vehicle than what I requested I had found online! Less than a year of having the vehicle now, the transmission is having problems and there are some minor cosmetic things that need to be fixed. I called the salesman that sold me the car and let him know the problems I’m experiencing six months into the purchase. His response was “the vehicle was sold as is. But, my manager is willing to sell you another one at a good price!“ It seems as if they knew there was a problem with this vehicle, and still just wanted to make the sale! Their unethical behavior could cause hardships on more than just me, but other families also. Wouldn’t recommend when considering to purchase a vehicle.
My husband was looking for a gas truck after his diesel was sent to the shop and we were given an estimate of $5000 just to fix it. We both looked endlessly for about 2 weeks until we came across Sign It Drive It! The atmosphere and vibe of this place was just jaw-dropping! Best of all, Christian, our sales rep was absolutely amazing! I hopped out of my car and he was already standing there ready to help me lol. After these 2 weeks of talking to many private sellers as well as some of the top dealerships in my area I knew this was the right place to be. Christian was attentive, helpful, just an awesome guy to do business with! Compared to past vehicle purchases this has been the best experience so far! Christian and Nate, thank you so much for all your help! For a second there I thought I was out of luck but you guys really worked hard to get us into this truck! The genuine experience my mother and I received from Christian B was amazing and warming! The facility is very warming and welcome! They do everything in their power to get you approved for what you want. You will need money down. Per the commercial that the TV says and credit app. But beside that. Brandon Ross did his beat was well. Now I do know about vehicles and I do love that they provide the car fax on each vehicle. You may have to spend some time here but it may be worth the wait depending on your situation. My mother and I drove over an hour to meet them and let me tell you Christian B was an amazing honest great salesman and I would buy my own gum from him! ☺️ Thank you all! First off want to start by saying TJ our sales rep was awesome the whole staff their was great!! I went a head and used their lenders against my better judgment just to extend my loan 12 more months originally and ended up having to do a 60 month loan with a warranty to make it cheaper and that didn’t make a whole lot of sense to me on how putting a warranty on it made my loan cheaper. But maybe I’m just unknowable on how that works. Either way the truck was a decent price not a great deal after the warranty got added in. But not a bad deal either !! My credit is about a 710 and the interest rate offered to me was 8% cuz the truck was a 2010. A little high even on an older truck since my bank offered me a 4.5% but again their lender was willing to loan for a longer period. So understand it being a little higher maybe not 8% tho. The lender they got me was mechanics bank. Would not use them again super hard to get a hold of find any info on I was told they only use big lenders but this bank is very small lender so that was kind of upsetting. I will say tho the truck is a solid well running truck to it to shop after buying it and only found 2 very very minor issues with it ! Already have the parts on their way to fix it ($50) for both parts and it was nothing drive train just some interior parts. I would 100% recommend the dealer ship and TJ for sure ! As for their lenders maybe avoid the lenders and come with your own financing! Again great truck great dealership great people just not so great lenders only reason this is a 4 and not 5Update: I have refinanced to my bank for a much lower interest rate almost 6% lower then what they gave me with the same credit score. Also the warranty company they use is just as bad as the lenders. Love the dealership as far as the truck they sold me and the sales staff was great but again please don’t use any loans through them or warranty way over priced
This was my SECOND time going back to sign it drive it because the experience is always so easy! I traded in my suv (that I also got from here) for a smaller more ideal car with ease. the sales guys are always fast and efficient. I recommend this place to anyone I come across
My sales person was Christian and I thoroughly enjoyed my experience. They were all very upfront with their pricing, condition of the vehicles, and friendly in their service. Although I ended up going with a different vehicle outside of Sign It Drive It, I would highly recommend them based on their courtesy and amazing service! Thanks guys!
Bought a car from this dealership. At first, Armando our salesmen was friendly and did whatever he could do to make the deal. The day after we bought the car, it started having some issues. Mind you, we only drove the car home and nowhere else. The DVD player stopped working, the key fob broke, (took it to a Cadillac dealership and they verified it was fried) and there were nails in the tire which caused a flat. A few more issues were noticed so we call back and ask them to fix these issues since it was literally just bought, and my my how they tables turned. Armando did a complete 180 and in fact, the entire management did. They were condescending, they were trying strong arm us, They refused to fix anything and were extremely rude. I would never have bought a car from them knowing this is how they treat people. They get you in, are super nice, and once the deal is done their true colors come out. Their cars are broken and have many issues and they are frauds! Avoid this place!!!!
Don’t go to these hustlers. They will change the prices literally over night and not go back to what it was. I first saw the car $30,499 and made an appointment to go see it and hopefully make the purchase. When I arrived the same exact vehicle was marked at $31,799. It did not make sense at all and when I confronted them about it they said they went off market value and they gave the lousy excuse that car appreciated $1,300 overnight. The value of my house doesn’t even appreciate like that. Please do yourself a favor and DO NOT DO BUSINESS with these shady people. Keep in mind they have had this vehicle for a while and can’t sell/ want to get rid of it.This site does not allow me to post the screenshots, but I will gladly post on BBB, Yelp and anywhere else I save someone from being hustled.
Our salesman Mike was awesome. He helped us find just the right vehicle. He showed me their service facilities and explained their maintenance program. The purchase process was smooth and easy. My only issue is that the actual price is higher than the price listed online because they charge a certification fee which we were unaware of until it was time to sign the papers. Ask about this upfront so you wont be surprised. I will say I believe the certification is worth having. After some negotiation were satisfied with the final price. Overall it was a good experience and they worked with my out of state husband to get us into the vehicle quickly. I would recommend Sign It Drive It to anyone in the market for a used car.
Buyers Beware: We bought a Yukon Denali for $35k from them, paid for the level three warranty put $6k down. Absolutely great experience. We haven’t even made our first payment in the car yet and we’re in the shop because service suspension light comes on everytime you turn it on and periodically while driving. We made appointment and they looked it over said it’s needs new struts and shocks in rear. The warranty will cover the struts but you will have to cover the shocks and it’s about $1200 installed. Now I’m thinking in my head someone buys a car drives it a month and needs $1200 to fix, not to mention they have there own shop garage. Fix the lemon you sold and do what’s right. This is absurd that we should have a $1200 repair and haven’t even made our first payment yet!!! We talked to sales manager and he said sorry we can’t do anything for you. Worst service ever once they get you to sign they say who are you, nobody to them!
After searching multiple websites and dealerships i found a vehicle at SIDI and sent inquiry. Claudia was very prompt on sending me responses and setting up a reservation. When we arrived we took the vehicle for a test drive. The staff was very friendly and the negotiations were very quick. I got a great deal on my trade-in and purchase of my new vehicle. The finance team was very informative about all the options for financing. Got a great rate and terms.Even though this was a smaller dealership, they treated us well and definitely didn’t feel like i was paying for a large sign out front.
I originally went to Sign It & Drive It to purchase a vehicle for my Son, but we ended up purchasing two vehicles. Kevin & Booker knew my primary objective was to get my Son a vehicle, but they made it possible for me to purchase a vehicle also. I had been looking for a car for a few months and just didn’t want to deal with the Salesman and how they try to place you in a vehicle you don’t want. Once we decide on the vehicles, they worked diligently to get us in the vehicles of our choice. The handling of the paperwork was outstanding and they processed everything within a timely manner. Also, I requested a few simple repairs and once the repairs were completed I was unable to pick the vehicle up. They made arrangements to bring the vehicle to me, which I live in Oklahoma. Never have I seen such service and the young men that deliver the vehicle were very pleasant, professional, and were able to address any questions we presented to them. I really enjoy my vehicle and want to thank all the employees that made it possible. Customer service was great, they have good quality vehicles and everything was above my expectations. I can’t speak for everyone that works here. ALL BUYERS: Just understand ..You want a car... they want to sell you a car. The trick is getting you “on the lot” to go through their poor sales tactics. If you’re easily gullible to these practices- make sure you take the cars to your own independent technician to check the cars out. The don’t have a warranty and are “as is” - I had a poor sales person that did not know what he was talking about names Matt. Honestly, he talked me out of the car because I could not trust him and what he said. If he was quiet- there’s a good chance I would have purchased the car. If you don’t know- be quiet or ask someone who does. Too many cars available without the headache. Cheers

We ended up coming back the same day and not only did we get the car we wanted, but the rest of the process was done efficiently. Please, STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE!A medical emergency lasting nearly a year cost me my credit. I was at the end of my lease and had no choice but to replace my car, these guys really got me. The high interest, hiding the price of the car behind a false smokescreen, lying straight to my face. I expected all that, once my credit was gone I knew it was down to the lowest of the low for my car needs. BUT, where they really got me was how they convinced me I would be paying a certain price and getting a warranty and service plan. They told me the lender would not approve the loan without a warranty (turns out that was a lie but they never could figure out how to cancel it), they told me I would have a service plan that included no cost for regular maintenance including things like tire rotations (another lie that they could never return my calls on). AND, after they said it would take a few days to repair the A/C in the car I was purchasing, I turned in my lease and came back to get the new car two days later. The numbers were all different, ended up going out to 48 months instead of 36 AND they still tried to tell me it would be a higher payment than we agreed to. They knew I had turned in my lease because, like an idiot, I had told the sales manager. They had me and they knew it.After giving $3k down and 26 months of payments I still owe nearly $7,000 on a vehicle worth around $1200.They NEVER gave me my copies of any of the paperwork (Oh, we just need to make the changes), and when I kept calling about the lies about warranty and service plan - suddenly they sent my account to COLLECTIONS. The collection agency, as it turns out, is owned by the same company, its called CFS, and they charge you extra processing fee for every payment you make.These guys really are the lowest of the low and the only way they have a 4 star rating is by cheating the system, and because people dont like to admit when they have allowed themselves to be badly cheated.Please dont make my mistake, exhaust any and all other options before considering coming anywhere near these people.
The guys at Sign and Drive did a great job handling my trade in and purchase of a new vehicle. It is very different than a conventional dealership. They did not push me into anything outside of what I was looking for and were knowledgeable about the vehicle. What was most impressive was that they took me to the service department where they explained and showed me all of the service performed on the vehicle. This has never happened to me before and was very comforting. I would recommend them to friends and family.

He will go the distance to help and explain and show you the any car you want to see.I visited many other places looking for a car for my son and most places the pictures online are different than when you see the car, this place their cars were just like the pictures and they take care of the car before they try to sell it.The company set up is very nice and there is no pressure. Excellent buying experience from start to finish. Claudia was our sales rep and we couldnt have asked for better. Everyone was very kind easy to work with. On the test drive I noticed a sound coming from the passenger side. We drove to the service department and they had it on a lift in minutes. It was a lose body mount which was fixed on the spot. Great people all the way around. Well worth the hour drive to get there. I will be back for my next one.
The guys and the service at Sign It Drive It were great! It was my first time to buy a car from a dealership and finance a vehicle and Kevin was very helpful and patient with me through the whole process. I was able to get my wife a great vehicle at a fair price in an environment that was much more relaxing and less intimidating than a traditional dealership. I shopped several different places (independent garages / dealerships / individuals) and this was by far the best experience I had looking for a used vehicle. Delwyn and Ben were awesome! They were very welcoming and took excellent care of me and my fiance when we came in to purchase our new car. I left work early so we could drive an hour and a half to be there one hour before they closed. Even though we showed up a little after 6p they took very good care of us from beginning to the end and we never felt rushed or pressured into making a decision. They were willing to negotiate and give us the time we needed to decide. The staff even worked late for us and we didnt leave until almost 2 hours after they closed. They never seemed to mind helping us after hours. Idefinitely recommend Drive It And Sign It to anyone in the market for a new car. I called up and spoke to Charles on the phone before driving there. He was very polite, knowledgeable and responsive. He made sure everything was in order before showing up. Once there, greeted with all smiles. Charles was quick to get things rolling. A few minor speed bumps however was in and out driving my new car in 2 hrs. Extremely pleased with both Charles and this business.
This was definitely a very positive experience. I have purchased 2 vehicles prior to this, and this was the best experience I have had. Being new to Texas from NY/NJ, I wasnt sure what were good dealerships around here, so I checked out the reviews. Im glad I chose this place. Being able to find the vehicle I wanted online first, then apply for financing through their website was straightforward and easy. Mike Young was a great guy to work with and made the process enjoyable and as simple as possible. Hes got some great stories too and was very easy to talk to. The place itself is unlike most car dealerships. It has a young and fun vibe to it. I walked in and there were video games, a big tv, and some Bob Marley playing... awesome! I highly recommend this place.
By far the best car buying experience weve ever had. My husband happened to find a Jeep Commander that is a color weve always wanted, so he decided to call just for the heck of it. He spoke with Mike, who immediately sent over a link for the credit application to my husbands phone. He filled it out while we were at home, found out we were approved under the conditions we wanted and scheduled an appointment to see the car the following day. We met with another Mike when we arrived, who was very nice and not pushy at all. They gave us a very fair deal on our trade-in, and they made an effort to get us through finalizing the financing paperwork quickly because we didnt have much time. When we test drove the car we found a couple of small issues (the hood latch had a piece broken off so would only open with pliers, and the passenger door wouldnt open from the inside). They added those to a We Owe, meaning the dealership would take care of it, and they actually called us the following Monday after we bought the car to schedule a time to get it fixed. The service department was also fantastic - everyone was very helpful and nice, especially Amy at the front desk. Weve already started recommending this dealerships to friends, and I also highly recommend the Mike and Mike team. Couldnt be happier!
I worked with TJ here and the process was flawless! He was extremely patient and went out of his way to bring the car to me and even bring me back to the dealership for the paperwork. My co-signer was also at risk during COVID and he followed me an hour and a half away to bring the paperwork to her as well. Never received better customer service than here. If I could give these folks a zero, I would. In fact if I could give a negative 1 Million I would. This is literally the most dishonest car dealership I have ever dealt with in my life.Where do I start. I found them on TrueCar where nowhere in their listing did they say they wouldnt negotiate price (which is sketchy in and of itself) and nowhere on their website do they specifically say that. I was looking at another truck and it took them 48 hours to finally explain they didnt negotiate price, so I lost out on my very close alternate. Part of that 48 hours I couldnt get the sales person who first contacted me to actually communicate with me. He showed up for 2 seconds, immediately tried to get me to sign a sales contract, and when I didnt he disappeared from nearly 24 hours, I had to reach out and get the GM (Ill have more on that snake later) to respond. Seriously, every time I tried to talk to them about anything, asking any questions on the truck, I couldnt get a straight answer. I had to pry and pry and pry before I was able to get anywhere near a remotely acceptable answer, and after every answer, no matter what, the sales rep, Manuel, always ended with so when are you coming to get the truck.The next issue was the dealership treating me like I was an idiot. Absolutely ignoring most of the things I told them about my constraints. I was able to get a pass from my military duty to come buy the truck on a Saturday. Due to DoD CoVID requirements, I had to fly down from 600 miles away, drive back, and be back before midnight. I told them my time constraints right up front. I didnt have the time to spend 5-6 hours to get a mechanic to do a pre-purchase inspection, and return to go through the motions of buying the truck, so I asked them to include their lowest level Drivetrain Warranty in the deal, so I wouldnt be screwed if the truck broke shortly after taking possession. The GM (Luis), and his minion, were trying to pull the wool over my eyes about selling used vehicles, claiming they were required to sell all used vehicles As is. Referring to the Buyers AS IS guide as their source document. A clear insult to my intelligence, not only did I have that doc in front of me, I was able to use this space age technology, called the internet, to look up the actual Texas statute on the sale of used vehicles. Nowhere is there a requirement for a used car dealership to sell as is, the buyers guide is just a piece of paper saying we’re selling as is, and TX statute only address what requirements are to be followed if selling a vehicle as is... Of course they kept insisting this was the case. I cant imagine a GM of a used car dealership not knowing his job, so I cant do anything but assume he was being dishonest. Honestly, if these folks were confident in their vehicles, a low level warranty, for me to come in and walk off the lot with the truck w/ no inspections prior, is a no brainer, considering warranties are exceptionally transparent to a dealership, unless something goes massively wrong. Some 90% of all warranties go unused, so they are just money makers for the dealers.Going back to the lack of transparency and not getting straight answers. I believe I read Texas law does not allow the sale of the vehicle on a Saturday or a Sunday. I asked three separate occasions, if I came down and bought the truck on Saturday, if I could drive it off the lot. It was completely ignored. I never was able to get an answer. There were a few other questions that were completely avoided. For example, asking for a punch list of their vehicle reconditioning, issues they found and corrected. Ignored. Asked about how they acquired the vehicle, and they answer via auction, but when I asked a follow up question (70% of vehicles that go to auctions are because the vehicle pops a code the dealer doesnt want to investigate) about why it went to auction, and what they found, the question was avoided.There is more, I will try and post as a reply. If unable; heres the bottom line: Shady, shady shady, do not approach.
Sign It Drive It is a great car dealership!! If you’re looking to getting a car, get one from them!! All of the employees were really nice & helpful. Someone even offered my little sister a snowcone! The dealership looked clean and organized inside and had a nice selection of cars in the lot. The environment was very fun and positive! My only complaint with this dealership is, I was interested in a certain car and made a appointment to see it. I drove 1 hour just to find out that they sold it the night prior without informing me about it. Despite the situation, Alberto the assistant sales manager apologized & promised to work out a good deal with me, which he later did! I got a really good deal on a great car and he was able to help me get it! Justin was my car salesman and the moment I arrived he greeted me. Justin was very nice, patient, and informative. If you go there, ask for Justin!! I also had a great experience with the financial manager that helped me finalized the deal and get my 2016 Mazda!!! I’m so glad I heard about this dealership & did business with them! I never write reviews on google, but I felt like I had to for them because they did such a amazing job! Go to their dealership & get a car! Take my word for it, you won’t regret it! I look forward to doing more business with them in the future! :)
At first I was very skeptical. My wife and I have been looking at vehicles and researching them for quite a while now. We love explorers. This dealership had one priced well and seemed too good to be true. I drove 200 miles to look at it. Being an out of town customer, to a small private dealership, I had a few reservations. When I left I had none. Every time Ive bought a car Ive always felt like the dealership won. Even when they came my way. Here, I felt like I had been treated fairly from the moment I got there. When I sat down with Tom to discuss price/trade I continued to feel the same way. This was hands down the best car buying experience Ive ever had. The next time we purchase a vehicle I wont shop dealerships, well just have Daniel and Tom find what we want. They have won my business.

This was the most amazing experience ever! Easy to work with. I prepared for the worst and I got the best. Glen let me have the most amazing test drive ever! I was dumbfounded but drooling. I got to see what American muscle can do. He let the car do the talking. He helped me meet my payments and shortened the term while finding a reasonable down payment. I really wanted to give this dealership a positive rating and review. But they just kept digging themselves into a deeper hole and I’m very disappointed. Let me tell you why.1.) most the employees are young, which isn’t a bad thing, but they really had no idea what they were doing most the time. I called about one car in particular and made me drive 3 others that I knew I didn’t want. No one ever answered their phones or returned my calls which didn’t help when I had problems with my vehicle on the day of purchase.2.) I had bought a vehicle that I test drove and seemed fine ( but didn’t take it on the highway because they have a particular route you take) until I drove it and didn’t even make it 20 mins onto the highway where it proceeded to overheat and sputter. I had to pull over in the side of the highway at night and put myself in danger because the dealership didn’t check to see if there was any coolant in it so who knows how long it was without any coolant and how many people test drove it before me with little to none in it. I also had to by 30$ worth of coolant just to make it home and they wouldn’t reimburse me.3.) Lastly, I’m mostly disappointed and felt very disrespected by the GM RICO who tried to blame the whole thing on me with the coolant being empty and said since I purchased that day and remind you I didn’t make it home. That it’s my responsibility. Also all employees including him stopped replying to me and my email which all I need now is information on when my license plate comes in.If you made it this far. I will give their mechanics a solid 4.5 because they were very helpful and gave me the information I need. It wouldn’t be a bad dealership if they actually showed that they cared about their costumers.

Just bought a Honda Pilot from these guys and they made this process very easy. Lee was a great salesperson and very nice and friendly as well. Since I was doing a trade in for my car, I wanted to get the best deal out there and they offered me a great deal for my trade in. I didnt feel pressured at all during the process and they made sure I was comfortable with what I was getting. Overall, it was a great experience to do business with these guys. I would definitely recommend their service to others whether you are a first time buyer or an experienced buyer. Sign it and drive it in Denton is the best! Although the car I wanted sold and I didn’t end up buying a car from them, I was happy with my experience there. They showed me a lot of comparable options to the car I wanted. They had a lot of affordable cars and they were very accommodating.I will definitely buy a car from them in the future.
After all we have been through with other car dealerships basically screwing us over in the end, this was a welcome breath of fresh air. They are quick and efficient in finding the best options for you and your family. They aim for honesty and full disclosure. They will not waste your time with options that might not financially benefit you nor do they seem like other car dealerships where you know they are just trying to make a quick sell. I got a Mitsubishi outlander and I couldnt be happier with my vehicle. Customer service was outstanding and very fast. I was greeted by everyone on staff, offered coffee, thanked for my service (Im a veteran), and paperwork was expeditiously processed. They took me to the service center to review the maintenance performed on the vehicle, and I was given the car fax history without even asking. The financing department worked with what I wanted and then some. I was in at shortly after 9am and by 1030 I was driving the car I wanted off the lot. Ask for Carlos. Youll be glad you did. I drove all over Dallas looking for a car, and Sign It Drive It stomps all the other lots I visited. They also have an impeccable deal for maintaining the vehicle you purchase. Literally everything I wanted in a car buying experience and then some, especially with my busy schedule.
I enjoyed the service and they were very polite and explained everything! We love the car we got so much and they did everything to fit in our budget. If you go by ask for Claudia, she is bi-lingual and is very nice! She seemed to talk to us person to person rather than just trying to make a sale. It’s was over all a great experience and I would recommend this place to anyone.
Michael Young did a great job of selling the car. He did a great job of selling the dealership as well. I came from out of state, and had some time to talk with Mr. Young, and hes an interesting cat. He took the time for me to go over a few details of the car until I was satisfied enough to buy it. As soon as we got back to the dealership Mr. Young was back in the office working with other customers. He was back in grind mode immediately. The car I bought hadnt been overly detailed on the interior (which I tend to like as I want to see the general level of care of previous owners), the engine didnt look like it had been steamed (even if it had been), but the exterior had been washed. The car was quite a fair deal for the price, and I drove it the 400-plus miles to my home. Sign It Drive It seems to be a thriving, busy dealership that seems to be on its way up. I would consider and I am considering buying another car from them, especially if I get to deal with Mr. Young. This dealership is worth your consideration as well: no matter if you are local or not.
I can’t stop talking about experience I had at “Sign it, drive it” today. I was dealing with a dealership that promises “a better buying experience” but they have nothing on SIDI. Matthew was super helpful, and the rest of the staff was great as well. I deal with customer service all day, and it’s great being on the receiving end. I’m working on getting my credit to a respectable standing and they completely understood that. I feel like they would go to any means to help me get what I wanted, and they did. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone and everyone!
I drove 2 hours to purchase my car from Sign It Drive It... at first I was a little sceptical and knew I might end up not finding anything I liked. I was welcomed as soon as I entered their front door and out test driving in less than 20 minutes. Everyone there is very friendly! They have a large selection of cars and SUVs to choose from! I found all the bells and whistles I was looking for and Terry in finance helped me stay within my budget with a warranty included. I am very happy with my purchase and will refer all my friends and family here!

Our car unexpectedly broke down, and we knew it was time for something new. We came in to test drive a Honda Pilot, and Michael gave us great service and answered all our questions. Glen Haas ran through the financing with us, and was so personable and helpful! They also made me a really good cappuccino while I was waiting! I am very happy with the service I received, and the deal we got on the Pilot, which weve been wanting for a long time. Would highly recommend this place to anyone in the market for a good used car in the DFW area.UPDATE: The Pilot had several issues that showed up within the first day of ownership. We had to go back and forth with the dealership a LOT, but they eventually made it right. A tail light was out (couldn’t tell during day), the A/C fan was loud (they said they would fix, but had to fix it 3 times before it was actually fixed), the back tire had a bad patch on it so it went flat and we had to replace it because it couldn’t be repaired, the radiator had a small leak and we just had to replace it, although it lasted about a year. My sister also bought a car from them that lasted a couple months before it broke down, and they wouldn’t offer her anything. My stepdad bought a truck from them as well, and it had some small issues but things that should have been addressed. So, just be sure to take your time and inspect everything REALLY WELL and get a good warranty!
Glen was great! He pulled up several options for the type of car we were looking for then ran right out in the rain to pull up the one we wanted to see first. It was a great car for a great price, and we ended up buying that first one. The dealership is modern and clean, and all of the staff were incredibly friendly. I’ve been looking for a new used truck for over a year.My credit isn’t spot on, as I’m only 21 so I’ve been getting credit card interest rates at every dealer.So I went through Capital One and got pre approved.This independent dealership has made it to a preferred dealer status with Capital One, and for good reason. They were extremely familiar with how to do it and did not hassle me at all. The saleswoman who helped me, Claudia Reza was fantastic and helped with whatever questions we had or anything we needed. The financing department was simple and easy as well. Overall a quick, simple experience. And am happy to say I will refer any of my friends or family to this dealership.

First dealer I walked in to. Obviously I looked up online n found good reviews. They are the best people to deal with, leave alone the vehicle dealing. Unfortunately I could not buy a car from them (my credit approval issues) but I wish I could. If I need to look up for used cars in future, I would consider them first and certainly recommend to others. They know what they are doing and how to do it good. They carry good cars and and sell it for best price. I walked in to few other dealers later to understand how good an experience I had with them. They dont entertain bargains because they have the best price offered already.
Charles was very professional and patient, as well as knowledgeable. He answered any questions and offered extra information before I had to ask. He brought all the vehicles chosen to the front, covered area for me to look at and test drive so I didnt have to be in the rain. Nate helped me over the phone for a few days until I could get some time off of work. He stayed in contact with me and kept me updated. He also got me into the vehicle, with my exact downpayment and monthly payments exactly where I wanted. The office is so nice and welcoming as well. I will definitely do more business here and refer anyone that is in need of great vehicles.

I sold cars for 11 years and I can tell you, THIS IS THE PLACE YOU WANT TO BUY A VEHICLE! At the end of the day, similar vehicles can be sold for the same price anywhere. As a consumer, understand that banks won’t let dealers overcharge. As an example, a car with a loan value of $20K cannot be sold to you for $30K. If it were to repo, the bank would take a huge loss so there are measures in place to prevent it. So 2 cars the same make, model, year and options should sell for approximately the same price no matter the dealer. So if you can buy with confidence anywhere, how do you choose a dealer? I recommend Sign It Drive It because they truly are a relaxed, no pressure staff. Their office is amazing and not what you’re used to seeing when you shop for cars. Very modern, very cozy and they have a great coffee bar! Their sales process is very simple and their Finance Manager (Ben) is one of the very best I’ve seen. He explains everything in FRIENDLY, plain English. For salesperson, I definitely recommend Drew or Brett. Drew has it down pat and he will take care of you. He also trained Brett so you’re in great hands. Brandon is such an approachable sales manager. They just have it hitting on all cylinders, no pun intended. So an 11 year sales vet recommends Sign It Drive It and WILL purchase there again. You should too. I promise it will change your mind about the car buying experience.Caveat: No dealership has a magic wand. They cannot get everyone approved if you have poor credit/ no credit, not enough income, or are too upside down in your trade. It’s worth it to give them a shot but you cannot be mad if it doesn’t work out because of your situation. Believe me, they want to sell you a car. It’s how they feed their families. But if the banks won’t approve it, they won’t approve it. Has nothing to do with the dealer.

They don’t hold to their word. I texted TJ that night and said I’d take the car if he could detail it in the morning and get a warning light fixed. He replied back that the light was fixed, the detailer would polish it up on the morning, and to call in the morning for a time to pick it up (I live an hour away and can’t miss a whole day of work). I called and texted all morning and he was busy all morning doing test drives and kept saying he’d get back to me. Then at 1PM he told me someone else came in and was buying the car...Disappointing. Unbelievable. Sold a car right out from underneath us. We were just waiting on him for a time to drive in an hour and pick it up.
We walked into Sign it Drive it a little skeptical since we’ve had bad experiences with smaller dealerships in the past but the staff at Sign it Drive it far exceeded our expectations. They maintain a very laid back atmosphere, not like a typical stuffy dealership with multiple cubicles. We were offered water and a cappuccino as soon as we arrived and it was delicious. Their inventory is extensive and they ensure that the vehicles are clean and running properly. No bubblegum and tape patch jobs here. Overall, the experience was wonderful, the staff was accommodating, the negotiations were fair and we love our new car.
Best car buying experience we have ever had. We truly dread the car buying process - typically an all-day event, full of haggling and waiting, frustration and feeling cheated. Not so at Sign It Drive It. The guys are professional. They certainly want to make money, like any business, but are entirely reasonable and make every effort to come to a resolution on price quickly. By the time my wife and I found Sign It Drive It, we were incredibly frustrated and weary from navigating the used car market. Sign It Drive It was the breath of fresh air that we desperately needed. We were running late for our appointment, but Glen was completely gracious and understanding and had the car ready for us in the bay by the time we arrived. It was in excellent condition. He was knowledgeable and completely honest about the car. If he didnt know the answer to a question, he went the extra mile to find the answer. He took the time to explain their process and why they do what they do. He showed us every single piece of paperwork they had on the vehicle, including Carfax, receipts, etc. He didnt tag along for the test drive and even gave us the space we needed to discuss amongst ourselves. We felt absolutely no pressure to buy - AT ALL. These guys even suggested that we stick to the rate we were getting from our credit union because it wasnt likely that they would be able to do much better. The price they were asking was absurdly reasonable and fair. Overall, our experience was EXCELLENT. We will never buy a car from anyone else. Ever.

Sign it drive it went out of their way to turn a negative into a positive. I had some issues with the vehicle after I purchased it. They repaired everything at no cost. Their also trying to get my money reimbursed for the rental car I had to rent for one of the weeks it was in for repair. Thank you guys for doing us right.

When I first arrived I really wasnt expecting alot. As my pop always said, never judge a book by its cover. My salesman Brandon Ross was one of the best salesman I have ever dealt with. Very professional, and extremly helpful. The manager asked what kind of deal I wanted and delivered on my expectations. The finance person did an outstanding job getting me a good finsnce rate and payments where I wanted, I even got a five year warranty all in the payment range and term length I wanted. When I in the market for another vehicle Sign It Drive It is the place Ill go to. Thsnks to sll the staff.

Zero stars. I have been in and out of the shop since I signed contract with these people. I had to replace fuel pump catalytic converter. Windshield was cracked. I can go on and on.... I was given car fax for a different car without even realizing. The car I purchased has junk yard engine and now I am stuck with a 11k loan. I do not recommend.I fount the car online thought it was a good deal. I test drove it everything looked good signed paperwork and The very next day my engine light came on.If you are thinking of buying a used car here, think again.

However, I was promised a battery for my remote key. They were out of stock so the gentleman that sold us the car promised to send me one. NEVER GOT IT. When I called sign it drive it they knew nothing about it. For 17000.00 cash you would think you could have a battery for your remote key. RIDICULOUS . SUPER DISAPPOINTING

I had the best experience Ive ever had buying a vehicle today. I highly recommend Charles and the rest of the folks here. Ill be back when Im ready to buy another.Update,So on my way home I turned on the heat guess what no heat so I called they told me they would fix it little did I know I had to pay for the part okay whatever , so a week later I went back to sign it drive it and they installed the part for my heater also while I was there they had to replace the windshield after they put a new on in I now have a dent in my A pillar. Sam in service says just come back tomorrow we will do some pdr on it to get the dent out, yeah thats not going to work I live 3 hours away and I only have one day off this place has some real issues. Be careful when dealing with these folks.
The atmosphere is cool they offer you a cappuccino as soon as you walk in I had a guy take care of me at first and convince me to buy a car but it was towards the end of the day when I made my decision and had an hour left till close the salesman was trying to push me to come back the following day saying that it was going to be a long process and we would be there till after close so I talk to somebody else and they took me over to give me that car that day after viewing my credit score and working out numbers I was still agreeing to buy the car thinking I was going to get to drive it home that same night They said they had to install a GPS on my car which wouldn’t be ready till the following day so I could not drive on the car which was a disappointment I gave them the down payment and then proceeded to tell me I needed full coverage and that it was gonna be $115 which was cheaper than my original liability insurance thought that was a great deal and told them that I would just cancel my insurance and just do that . I signed the papers and then they proceeded to tell me that it would be $115 a month plus whatever my insurance quotes on that car at this point I have been at this dealership for five hours and wish they would’ve told me all of that before I agreed to buy the car so now I’m stuck with having to wait till tomorrow to go back up there get my money back and I’ve wasted gas and a whole afternoon . Was not impressed and very disappointed
Well I originally left a good review due to the amazing sales experience. However, the car I purchased had a large crack in the windshield that they promised to fix, along with the bad brakes. I just had to schedule a time to bring the car in. So I tried doing that today, but was told the fine print said I had to bring it back within 30 days of purchase. I could not do that due to the cars transmission going out less than a week after I purchased it. I could not bring the car until the transmission was replaced, but was basically told too bad. Any business that will do this to its customers is not reputable and should be avoided at all costs.

Simply Perfect. Sign it Drive it has a low pressure, easy going atmosphere. I love cars but I dont like to shop for them. Way too many gimmicks exist at most dealerships, except here. Everyone here treated me and my family so well! They were very friendly and even made arrangements to meet me after they closed so I could pick up my new Ford Escape. The staff made my used care look good as new and were very patient and answered any any questions I had without hesitation and genuinely seemed to really like the car business. I would recommend Sign it Drive it to anybody!

If your looking for somewhere to purchase a car, Sign It, Drive It is the place to go! The staff is so friendly and helpful. We brought our 5 girls with us to look at a car and we were treated like family, including our girls. My girls were rowdy and got bored real quick, and none of the employees blinked an eye as I know my girls were annoying. LolWe walked out of there with the BEST deal around! James was the salesman that helped us. He was hands down- THE BEST! He is such a stand up guy, very nice and was SO patient with me as I had a million questions-plus some. He happily answered every single one of them. James was an absolute pleasure to work with. He was a great, honest guy to do work with. I would recommend this dealership 100% plus some! Found a truck I thought I liked, so I went to see it. They have an awesome facility, and a great staff. Fresh espresso, fresh coffee, and great quality. They have very personable employees, and Christian was very helpful finding trucks in my price range, and in the quality. I ended up paying a very fair price for a truck I liked better than the one I went to see. Over all, had a wonderful experience and plan to return for my next Preowned vehicle purchase.

Wonderful buying experience! Daniel, our salesman, is outstanding! He made sure our car buying experience was amazing, not the normal car buying process! Heck Daniel went as far as even making us espressos and cappuccinos. The buying process was easy and very convenient. Their office was very nice, clean and comfortable. Everyone was courteous and very outgoing! Absolutely love my new car! It was clean and well maintained! It looks brand new instead of a used car! I purchased a vehicle from Sign It Drive It over the weekend and it couldnt have been a better experience. You always hear bad stories about used car salesmen, I have one of those from the last used car we bought at a huge dealership, but that wasnt the case. Sign It Drive It took care of our needs. Our salesman Glen Haas was honest and thorough in his presentation of various vehicle options. It was a pleasure to work with Glen to narrow down our choice and we were glad to buy from them and we will definitely do it again!
My experience from the initial call to the final signing of the paperwork was outstanding. All questions were addressed, and if they didnt know the answer they researched it and found the answer. My sales person Josh, was friendly and considerate and not at all like other used auto sales associates, meaning that he was not at all pushy or ill tempered. I would recommend Sign It Drive It to anyone who is looking for a clean used vehicle at a very reasonable price, which in my case was thousands below blue book. I am very pleased with my experience with Sign It Drive It.
I hardly ever leave reviews. Very nice people in the beginning-theyre trying to sell, of course, and of course you will give this place 5 stars to start, because they look over your neck doing it before you leave, plus youre happy. But Im giving them ONE star and thats pushing it. I know with buying a used vehicle, comes with possible previous damage. However, dealing with this group of people have been worse than pulling teeth. They wont ever call back after they say they will or as many voicemails you leave. Because of the delay and lack of communication, they are unable to fix a few damages my truck came with, that should have been easily taken care of prior to selling it. Im disappointed in this dealership, and their lack of caring for customer service. I wasnt even able to ever speak to a manager ever. Just left messages with no follow up. Dont purchase from them.
I have to say that Im really impressed with Sign It Drive It!!!!!!! :)They have a friendly & knowledgeable staff ranging from their mechanics, sales representatives, & the ladies at the front desks. Example of their knowledge, I had some concerns from Consumer Reports about the history of the type of vehicle that I wanted. Jacob went over the three concerns that were raised by Consumer Reports; issue by issue he went through the report for an hour explaining the concerns. He showed me how often those parts went out, the cost of replacing, and what I could do to ensure the life of those parts.Another person that caught my attention of being a professional was Nate. This guy knows his financing, he was able to sit down with me and work out the details of the loan that I had secured so that I could get the lowest monthly payment possible. Trust me there was a lot of details that Nate put on an Excel spreadsheet and showed me four different way I could my payment.The last person I liked to thank is Glen; hes an upfront guy who worked with me on the price of the vehicle, I know they are in business to make money and he knows people want a good deal on a vehicle because its such a big purchase for people. We went through multiple online car pricing guides for quite awhile and in the end we both agreed on a price that him and I could be happy with.I had three kids with me, and the ladies upfront helped me keep them entertained with children online games, toys and let my boys throw the ball around.I would love to buy a brand new vehicle, but my wife and I live on a school teacher salary and raising three young children. So the next best thing is to buy a quality pre-owned vehicle from the great selection of Sign-It Drive-It

2022-02-08The best review I can give for a car dealership is to say, I never once felt like I was in a car dealership. Not one time did anyone treat me like a dollar. Everyone, every single person made me feel like a customer they wanted to serve. Travis was the reason I showed up and Joseph is the reason I stayed. The team was on point. The finance discussion was smooth and quite a learning experience for me. I don’t have friends buying cars everyday, but hands down, if someone asks me: visit them team in Denton!

2022-01-22One of the best car buying experiences I’ve ever had and I’ve bought several cars. Everyone single person we came in contact with was very friendly and made you feel welcomed. JT was my salesperson and very helpful and if he didn’t have the answer he would find out. Brandon was great with making the deal work and going to finance with Ben was quick and he was great. I’ve been looking around the Dallas metroplex and Sign It Drive It had the best pricing around. Thank you guys for everything!

2022-01-20Well, my experience wasnt the worst or the best. They didnt want to meet our demands. I dont like the car buying process, either the salesmen are pushy or flat. The car was nice but Im firm on what Im willing to pay. I wasnt impressed with this company.

2022-03-26Got me approved for the car which is cool, and everyone there was really friendly. BUT the car I bought had multiple issues they didn’t care to fix, brake fluid was almost EMPTY, rotors bad, transmission fluid almost black, and now I’ve got a 1300$+ bill to fix it all. When buying, just watch out.

2022-07-20I purchased a car from them two and half weeks ago. On 07/20/22 I had appointment to have back door lock repaired upon them checking the vehicle I was informed my brakes were almost gone and needed Immediate Attention also, leak found in washer fluid that need to be replaced cost $300 dollars. Upon calling Sign It Drive It speaking with the person Manuel AKA Manning that sold me the vehicle he tells me it is something I had to repair at some point anyway-What???First of all, I shouldnt have to replace brakes on a car just purchased if this is how this company and State of Texas does business risking the lives of others shame on them! I would suggest running for the Hills! I would not RECOMMEND!! The fact I am a woman might have been a factor.
