It took a while (3 hours after the estimated time) for them to get here but he was very professional and had my tired changed in 10 minutes. If the need every arises again I would hope my insurance would choose them again.
Terrible customer service , I’ve been waiting in the heat to get my truck towed after they told me it would be between an hour and an hour and a half. After three hours of waiting I still couldn’t even get an ETA.I called several times to check on for an ETA And the lady would just tell me that they were about five minutes away that they will call me when they had an ETA and that never happened.No need to lie! Should’ve just said you were too busy.
While I havent needed their repair services yet, I can tell this is a great group of guys. I was in a bind an needed a place to drop my trailer for just a few days. Everyone around the area wanted way to much in price. I called this place and the price way more than fair. I got jammed up and needed a few more days and they were more than happy to accommodate. I dealt with Brian and hes a stand up guy. Im already planning on having them do some motor work in the future. Highly recommend anyone to give these guys a call.
My truck cut off on Lacy Dr and i walked down here to this tow company but they are no longer there.doesnt help me when your not here anymore
I had a transmission repair. Brain and his crew fixed my in the timely matter he said he will get my semi fixed. He got my semi fixed and at affordable price. I liked that he true and honest about the cost. I will be coming back for any other repairs cause this place is honest with the service and stands behind his word.

Was stuck in the area, and decided to give silverstar repair a shot. this was right before the dot blitz and I wanted to give the truck a once thru.brian and Caleb were both extremely helpful,they understood my job doesnt make money if I aint moving,and they accommodated me by getting me in and out. Fenced in lot.and dominoes even delivers there.what more could you ask for.i did suggest stripper poles in the lounge area,but thru laughter I dont think it was taken seriously.i would come back here if Im back in the area again.
Had a pto installed to the tune of 5 weeks patient never pushing I had issues with the installation after 2 months with the truck at work i removed my tank took it to there welder at normans radiator and welding forthworth with no questions one day turn around I rush back to put my truck together to determine the issue lied in the plumb job I prompted mechanic Bryan eith issues he said now needed to be in his shop for him to honor the job found some lose 90z and a fitting cross threaded he will not stand for his job that I paid good money for steer clear
Hauled my heavy wrecker in when it lost a set of tandems in abilene
This is a great place to work and a great place to get work done to your truck or trailer or automobile. Brian and Caleb in the shop really know their engines and they can even fix your Def problems

Barry was just amazing.He was really busy, but made the time to come out and help move my ex husband truck.He was super fast, and nice. It was a great experience all the way around.I appreciate him coming all the way from Weatherford, to the HEB area.I cant say enough good things about his service.We will be using him in the future for sure!All around 100% great guy, great company.Will recommend for sure.
Worst experience ever.. & all I did was call to ask for help, what a joke... I got cussed at by a man when i called & hung up by a woman asking for a tow... WOW

2022-06-26By far the most amazing towing company I have encountered. With the horrible experiences I’ve had from other towing companies, I was unsure of seeking to use another company but I am happy to say that I’m glad I used my gut. Silverstar met my needs and it only took 30 minutes until they arrived. The gentleman, whos name I can’t recall, was the prime definition of outstanding customer service. He called me to notify me that he would arrive at my destination within 15 minutes which gave me sense of relief. The process was easy and within 15 minutes of his arrival, my car had arrived to the dealership. I just want to say THANK YOU Silverstar for the outstanding service. I would recommend them to anyone!

2022-04-05TERRIBLE Service! They were called out for a roadside svc response, I was told itll be 90mins, ok I waited and then afterwards received a ETA message of 15mins, once that ended after the software says it was arriving, I waited another 15mins, so they were called by my insurance company after checking on me to see if they had arrived yet, my insurance stated that the tow would now arrive within another 45mins!!! WHAT! So I canceled that svc and was given another tow company and they were there within 1hr as they mentioned that they would.

2022-08-10Called in for a estimate and was told they are busy and then they proceeded to hang up. Called back 3 times and they pick up and hang up right away. Joke of a business. Stay away.

2022-03-28DON’T USE THIS PLACE!!!! Twice now the tow truck driver has not shown up at the pre-scheduled time. This time the dispatch won’t even answer the phone. Very unreliable and unprofessional.

2021-09-29Ive dealt with wrecker drivers for 27 years as a law enforcement officer. and by far, Ian was the most professional driver Ive ever dealt with. This was a long tow and Ian took his time to make sure everything was safely tied down before leaving. Ian was very polite and took the time to answer all of my questions. This was a AAA tow and Im very happy they chose Silverstar Towing

2022-04-30Waited 90 minutes for them, finally called and the broad tells me they never received confirmation from my insurance company. I’m in the heat with two kids waiting on them. I see they have a history of this.

2022-01-21One thing that when you go out to have a good time folks always remember where you parked your car and make sure the place where you put it is illegal so I had a great advantage Im getting to meet the fine fine folks of Silver Star Towing makes it very good care of my car and they also gave me a discount ..

2021-02-23Got into an accident around 5:20pm and needing my car towed. My insurance found this company with an ETA of 3 hrs or less. Been sitting here at the gas station, with my daughter since 7:10pm, waiting for them to arrive. Just to find out they declined my tow after accepting it. I was still able to get ETA countdown, even though they werent coming. Ill decline their services going forward after this experience.
