Great atmosphere. Very friendly staff. Melissa, my waitstaff, was phenomenal. Food and wine was amazing.
Love this place. Close to home. Great wines not available in the immediate area and the food (especially the flatbreads) is superb. They also feature a good beer selection. The staff is always on point and friendly.
Found this place on a whim when the original place we were going to go to fell through. Im so glad we went here. The drinks were amazing. They have a wide variety of different wines, and a good selection of beers. They do have charcuterie boards, but we had already had eaten so we didnt get to try them. It was a nice chill atmosphere. They also had live music when we went, but it wasnt super loud to the point were you have to be yelling the person your talking to. My husband and I will definitely be going back.
This place is so good! The owners and staff are hospitable and so nice. They really make you feel at home. Great live music as well and the wine selection is amazing!
Easily some of the best service Ive received in my life. JR and OJ attended to myself and my fiancé yesterday evening and both were friendly and incredibly knowledgeable. OJ was even able to carry a conversation about a little-known wine we enjoy in my hometown in Spain! Certainly will be going back for more and will be taking my family!
Love the atmosphere. Owner is very nice and friendly, wines are delicious, and love the live music and events they have. Wish they served more food items though.

They assured my wife and I were happy and satisfied with the wine and service. Im so happy we found this place. It is very unique with the most moderate boho, warm, homie, relaxed enviornment... Will definitely be back! My girlfriends had a small party/wine n dine for me, the owner and waitstaff (Misty) were amazing! The food (charcuterie boards and Flatbreads were so good!) The wine selection was great! We had a great time and I will def be back! If I could give it more stars I would!

Visited this place for the first time tonight and it was awesome! From the drink selection, to the live music, and to the ambiance, this place is perfect for a date night or gathering with friends. The owners also welcomed my husband and I and made us feel at home. We will definitely be back!

2022-03-05I highly recommend Sip Wine Garden! 🍷The long anticipated opening was definitely worth the wait!Not only is this the perfect spot to meet friends for an afternoon/evening drink, it is the perfect spot to host your next private event or ceremony. I held my retirement party here, and it exceeded all of my expectations. The owners Jessica and JR are attentive to all of the right details and kept my event running smooth. The charcuterie spread was a beautiful presentation, and Christine kept the drinks flowing like a pro. This venue is the perfect balance of sophistication and intimacy! What an incredible addition to the Cibolo community. If you like wine, go visit soon! You won’t be disappointed!

2022-07-16Just moved to the Schertz area and the place to go to seemed to be 1908 but aside from the cool vintage furniture, decorations, and intimate (small) setting it was not all that spectacular. I could go to an antique shop on I-10 and Hildebrand for that. In comparison, Sip Wine Garden had the music, phenomenonal charcuterie board, great wine selection, and mature patrons. Missy our server did forget about us for a bit but was apologetic... I did not however like her excuse for why we didnt get the requested board. Saying sometimes the cooks are busy. Please come up with a better explanation. I will definitely be back!! I will have pictures on the next visit.Update: 7.14.2022I had to opportunity to revisit and it was a very pleasant experience as was the first time. OJ our server was great in all things. My best friend was very impressed also.. The friendliness of everyone there and the charcuterie board presentation and flavors were all top notch!

2022-06-14I came here with my sisters and mom and we had a great time! The staff members were all very friendly, attentive, and helpful with making wine selections. They had great live music and the outdoor area was clean and relaxing to hang out in. The food selection looked amazing, and I cant wait to try the charcuterie next time. I also love their mission to support small businesses! They partner with other small businesses to put on events, and they also exclusively carry wine from lesser known vineyards. I think thats really neat! I will definitely be back for a date night with my hubby.

2022-04-04I hosted my daughters bridal shower at Sip Wine Garden and the staff is incredibly sweet. The attention to detail and the ability to allow us to set up tables and decorate was so important to me. So many guest that attended didnt know this venue was available for parties. They closed the venue just to allow us time to celebrate from (no outside guests could visit the establishment) 1pm-3pm and even made us to go containers from the leftovers of the grazing table. I love everything about this place and the owner even gave my daughter advice on her upcoming nuptials.

2022-09-03An absolute hidden gem. We had a quiet lovely evening on the patio. The wine selection was excellent, the beers on tap were thoughtfully sourced, and the food was well made and high quality. But the outstanding service and attention is what made this place truly memorable. RJ stopped by our table, introduced himself, and gave us the background to why he and his wife opened Sip, what their philosophy is about selecting vendors, and truly went out of his way to make us comfortable. We expect to return often.

2022-07-26Its a great wine bar that also has a couple beers on tap too. They have some food to choose from (mainly flat breads), but the charcuterie board alone was awesome. It was expensive, but you get what you pay for (meaning, you get a lot)! The owner and bar tender were very nice and the owner makes it a point to welcome everyone. We will be coming back

2022-02-06My mom and I watched our friend Ponci play here last night. It was our first time here and it was wonderful. The owners, Jessica and JR were so down to earth and friendly. I loved that they had wine flights available so that we could try 4 different wines. The charcuterie board was so beautiful and delicious. We will definitely be back!
