This sonic location is a great one to go to the service is great here this is my go to location when it comes to sonic food is always fresh and Hot.
Fast and hot.. the lady was nice. Asked me did I need anything else. Also greeted me with Good morning.
My burger was not flavorful and it was full of wet soggy lettuce 🤮. Joes buffalo chicken was sour.
They take too long. We just ordered 2 drinks. On the app. No long lines. Just slow

This particular Sonics was awesome. I placed a big order, #1, #2, #4, crispy chicken. The wait wasnt bad and the food was on point. NO ONE COMPLAINED... The highlight of the visit was Joy. She took care of me and made sure that I was good before I left the stall. Very courteous, considerate, and articulate. Thank you Joy! Will be back to visit. Also, those Oreo Blast 😍 are to die for... Not literally by the way, but they are so good..

Came for a kids meal. They advertise 1.99 on the window. They charge 4.59 or something like that. Then we ask why not 1.99. they say you have to ask for that price!!... And they are incredibly slow
Love the 1/2 happy hour on the app 24/7 went and got 6 different drinks and only spent $11.00 and still left a tip. Love this sonic.
I really enjoyed the food. The number two is very fulfilling especially along with some medium onion rings. I forgot how good their onion rings are. It had been a good few years since I had been to a Sonic. Im glad I moved close enough to this one. Very clean environment and they were friendly. Another thing, the meat was well done and was still a juicy hamburger, I had mine with mayonnaise.

Ive only used the app to order but i have had no complaint as far as speed of service, quality of food, or freshness. There are 2 employees that remember me and are pretty personable. Good location good employees.
I love to get tha big cup of ice...slushes r awesome cool n refreshing different varieties to choose from..I usually get tatortots, mozzarella sticks,onion rings
Great as always I love this location.
Inside service was quick enough, but of course we were sitting inside and in no particular rush. Waitresses were polite and attentive. Quality of the food was fine. Definitely not gourmet quality, but thats why they call it fast food. Been there about 3 times. I normally stick to just a plain hamburger and will proudly go back to that. At least the burger is a known quality and never any surprises.
Thought I made a review here already but this is the closest Sonic Drive-in to me. Food is fresh people are nice. I like it here.

Dirtiest sonic I’ve ever been :( I used to bought always here but then i came up inside and realized how dirty it is.
Fast, fresh, and friendly staff. The food is Soo much better then it was a year ago when we came to visit!! I am not sure what they have done differently, but they need to keep it up. I will be returning until something changes. Thank you guys for becoming my favorite Sonic in Dallas❤️

Waited 20 minutes for shakes and they got them wrong, and it took another 10 mins to get them. No size change, no money back, just an un happy customer.
Lid wasnt all the way on and i lost a drink. Also didnt get that I order 2. This sonic has a playplace for kids outside and is very nice. Would be a great place to take your kids for lunch after covid 19.
I have been buying ice from this Sonic for about 2 months now. Today, I found a dead gnat in my ice. After I finished about half of the cup! Sonic, this is really disgusting.

Went on .50 corny dog day and it took a long time. When I finally got to the window I complained, which I regretted , the employee said the person ahead if me had ordered 27. She wasnt upset but sincere. I apologized and wished her luck. I need to practice patience daily.

I have visited that location twice and customer service SUCKS plus it is extremely slow both times I have gone through the drive thru and let me tell you its the LONGEST WAIT EVER !! When I pull up to the window all I see is people goofing around and not being productive at their job. I do not recommend this location.. I guess supervisors and managers are just scratching their ass in the office instead of making sure the work is done properly..

Usually dont have a problem with Sonic but I had popcorn chicken and asked for buffalo sauce and wanted to charge me for it. Im like REALLY, NAH..
Drive thru can be a bit slow but if you preorder the wait isnt as long. Hamburgers are delicious.
They charge .50 cents for water and some of the menu items are a bit high, but the food is good and the employees are nice! Plus they have indoor seating and a kids playground!
Third time I come to this location at 11pm and they say they are closed when they close at 12am.When I come during the day, the service is slow and when I order fries they are always old.There has only been a handful of time where the service has been decent.
Service was a little blah. They got our order wrong and didnt offer to correct it but the food we did get was good and fresh
I like that you can go in at this Sonic. I got the boneless wings and they were good. The fries though were way to salty! Overall satisfied.
I like the burgers and slushes , taters. The only down fault they always do my burger wrong. Its simple to add extra mustard on both sides of the buns.
They didnt have enough parking near the playground. I went inside and was given permission by the manager to park in a stall and allow my son to use the playground even though it was posted not to. Very friendly and polite.

I ordered 9 meals and I paid with a 100 dollar bill and the girl asked the other girl she was with if the money was real out loud which was kinda rude and then I didnt get any ketchup any napkins and straws.we probably wont come back

Messed my order completely up.Cherry limeade didnt even have cherries or a cherry in it.No napkins, no ketchup, no peppermints in the bags.
Better check your order...I asked for chilly cheese tots and they only put cheese without chillyThey mainly messed up my order while your waiting there all talking and not paying attention
Besides the fact you cant go in and eat they do t have a spot for you to oder outside when you cant go in, and they dont have a trash can anywhere near the outside door

First we downloaded tge Sonic App but was not able to use it. Seond when our ordered arrive we noticed my chili cheese tots were not in the bag after telling the manager he brought them out and it had maybe 7 tots inside. After arriving home my bacon burger was just a cheese burger.

I specially like that they have a place to eat inside and they have a play area of the kids outside, a drive thru and the stalls to order. My kids like to go a play. It is on a very busy main street and does have a lot of noise. But overall its been a good experience here.

WORST damn sonic EVER!!!!!! I was there today and i parked at the speaker took my time checkin what i wanted so i wouldnt waste anyones time...so im ready, i press the red button...Nothing! So i press it again about 5 minutes later...nothing...so i press it a third and even a fourth time and NOTHING...finally after about 15-20 minutes (i kid you not) of pressing the button i finally get someone to answer and when they did, they took my order...everything went ok...so im waiting and waiting and there is a car next to me who ordered right after me...shes waiting and waiting... After about 30 minutes or MORE i got fed up and drove off...The lady next to me did the same...they never came out with our food...she even pressed the button and was told they forgot to put in the order...terrible service!!!
Always get a friendly cashier and when they mess up or forget an item they always treat me with respect and I get my item back nicely

Worst sonic EVER! took 30 minutes for someone to pick up and take my order then took another 20 minutes to get my order and all I ordered was ice cream AND to add my order was wrong only reason I stayed was to get my grand baby her ice cream and to let her play SERVICE SUCKED.

I went here with my lady and told the cashier we needed a moment, she rolled her eyes and went to the kitchen, when we were ready another cashier came and took our order (we had ordered a chicken wrap and ice cream cone) and when I looked in the kitchen I saw that the person who rolled her eyes was back there making our food, when they brought it out I noticed that the tip of the chicken was cut off and was a different color, fearing that they have done something to it I tossed everything away, very unprofessional and unsanitary, VERY DISGUSTING

When you go in mornings they do not want to take your order and they leave you at the speaker. When you drive up to window they will not come to it no matter that you knock on it.

2022-05-16So I use to support chickfila lemonade but after hearing unfortunate new I no longer dine there so I needed a new lemonade spot and boom!! RT44 all natural lemonade!! Im in heaven! Great food also! Chicken wrap is a must!! Grilled!! Thank me later.

2022-06-29God bless em, they are really nice but. BUT everytime I ask for a strawberry anything it ends up with no flavor in it, Ive slowed down coming because of it. They should check if it tastes right at some point but you can tell they never do anything else is probably Aok

2022-02-05Be careful when paying with cash, the lady at the register marked a different amount of money that she was recieved and pocketed that extra change which was mine but I didn’t realized till I got home. It was my fault for not checking right away but at the same time it was her intention from the start to rob me. I won’t be going here again and I hope you don’t commit the mistake I committed, just a heads up.

2022-04-12My order was incorrect the young man left out the establishment and waited on another car when I was in line.Very unprofessional I ask him what are you doing. Im in front of this car. It was something was wrong with the person credit card he kept swiping it and had me waiting on top of that the drinks were wrong.Location Zang in Dallas.

2019-07-06Really great for their drinks, and frozen zone. I order happy hour route 44 drinks all the time. Ive tried many combinations, and never been disappointed with any of them. Few times I ordered food, something wasnt as ordered, or I wasnt too satisfied with it. I might just be my luck. Servers are always very courteous. I prefer this location of a few others in my area.
