I contacted Mr. Sorensen for an appointment and was able to book his services that same week. He showed up to my home on time with an extremely friendly and professional attitude. Took my horribly out-of-tune baby grand (no thanks to the summer humidity!) to sounding beautifully in-tune again in about an hour. I will definitely be contacting Mr. Sorensen again in the near future.
