2019-08-13I am a current residence at the Spanish Trace Apartments and love it the manager is awesome , if u have a problem it is taken care of in a timely manner. Its old so this means its built right , its VERY quite dont here road noise . And I would have to disagree with someone say they had a big problem on here because Ive NEVER even seen a bug they exterminate quiet often .I highly recommend checking them out very responsible on rent .... I absolutely love it here but and plan to stay for a long time. Thanks Spanish Trace Apartments from very happy renter 😁

2019-02-10Apartments are old and has lots of problem: leaking, shower not working, heating problem, cockroaches infested.....Stayed here for about a year because of yearly lease and suffered every day. The apartment manager Janet is racist and very impolite. There is Summit and Athena garden apartments near by which I recommend.

2017-12-20I lived at Spanish Trace for a year in 2016 and loved it. The only reason I moved was I was relocating to another part of Texas. If I ever moved back to Athens I wouldnt hesitate to move Spanish Trace again.

2022-07-29The worst apartment building Ive ever lived at. I live upstairs and the stairs BROKE while I was walking them and I fractured my ankle but the maintenance man started yelling at me and my husband saying we need to sign a form saying we take responsibility for the stair WHILE I was being put into the ambulance even the paramedics and fire marshal said the building isnt up to code and that they could get a write up for it because the stairs are all rusted and cracked and the railings are not sturdy and wobbly. And when we got a lawyer they evicted us they didnt even file a police report. My husband is Hispanic and everytime the maintenance man would come over he was very rude to my husband but if was just me by myself he wasnt rude I believe there is racism in play as well for the eviction
