SpringHill Suites by Marriott Dallas AddisonQuorum Drive in Addison
Rob attempted to rob me of my tax exemption. I inquired of the form, and was curtly informed I had to provide the form myself. I told him that they should have copies at the front desk, but he refused to produce them.Usually when I am informed I have to produce my own documents, Im not sure if they are being discrimitory or racist. Anyway, this is the Marriott and you all are too cheap to produce documents? Just a bunch of incompetence going on because other co-workers could not offer solutions or were passive.
They have BED BUGS. They didn’t pick up my clothes or suitcase to treat them until the day I left, kept giving me excuses. They were supposed to next/day FedEx my clothes since they delayed and then would not receive them back from the cleaners in time for my departure. Eight days later and I’m still waiting for my clothes to be returned from being treated. Not to mention a frequently empty breakfast bar, and the one morning I did get a prepackaged sandwich, it was covered in mold. This place was the worst.
Great location and awesome facilities for family or business but not running at 100%. Housekeeping not available, instead of breakfast buffet they were offering breakfast boxes with retail / packaged foods. These were reasonable, but not the usual breakfast we are used to. It was evident the hotel was not fully staffed. Everyone there looked like they were really trying, working hard to try and compensate for the lack of personnel but it was simply not enough. It was ok due to the circumstances and we did not complain because we knew they were doing as much as they could. We were attending a family wedding and had no choice but to stay.
Positive: Location Negative: Staff was terrible, double charged for the room, paid for wine then told they were out & then was told no refunds, my key never worked on the building or my room, yelled at by night clerk because I disturbed his midnight nap to make me yet another key,
The rooms where clean and spacious. The service was excellent. The only complaints I had where the elevator stopped working for a little bit and there should be more luggage carts and the prices of snacks and drinks was high. Great place to stay at a good price though.
This stay rates up there with one of the best we have had over the years. First of all the stay was very quiet even though the facility is very close to an entertainment area of town with restaurants close to the hotel. The landscaping was very nice and the whole area was kept very clean inside and out. The staff deserves an extra mention because we found everyone we met very courteous and quick with a smile and friendly greeting. And lastly, the rates during our stay was very affordable for such a well kept and clean facility.
Other than not being aware of a parking fee during the stay and the room at check in not being clean, everything else was good. I was assigned a new room immediately and the staff was very courteous! Breakfast was great and the community in which the hotel is located was pleasant! Reasonable price!
A great hotel for family gatherings and events. Great price, good breakfast, great location in the heart of Addison, and very welcoming staff. The Marriott event planner, Michele, is great to work with and made sure everything ran smoothly. She and all the staff are wonderful people to deal with... Thank you all!
Clean, spacious rooms! Staff is very friendly and helpful! Our keys kept deactivating and they staff was so very helpful to activate each time! Crime rate for that area was high but had no safety issues! Conveniently located to restaurants and shopping areas!!Overall 7 out of 10
1) Had the bed not been right next to the air conditioner in this oddly-shaped room sleeping would have been more comfortable. 2) the bath towels need to be replaced with new, soft, bath towels; it felt like I was drying my body with a paper towel.BUT: 1) the wifi connectivity was excellent and there were lots of well-placed outlets and USB ports all over the room. 2) the staff did a very nice job pivoting for COVID and the breakfast distribution was excellently executed.
This hotel is located in a very nice area and I also like the interior design of the rooms. However, I give zero rating for cleanliness and house keeping. You could find and see all dirt and garbage pieces on room floor. I don’t think they even have sweep the room not alone using sanitizer etcThe elevator was super slow and also very dirty. We have stayed in other spring hill suites in Dallas and by this is the worst even though located in a very good neighborhood. Front desk staff not so friendly and polite either
The Hotel has great location to Movies,Resturants,Hotels.Bars and many Dallas Business(s).We especially need to COMMENT on Rob Smith and another girl working on shift with him (I am sorry we didnt get her name). They were both GREAT at helping us with a tech issue we had at hotel. They saved us a lot of time!! Hotel is well priced but dont expect a high end breakfast/lunch etc .Just very good basics!
I do not get why so many people do not choose to stay in a suite-style hotel vs a regular hotel, because the amount of space and items that we got with our room was great for the price point!! On top of that, the customer service at the front desk was great!! No drawn-out check in process, friendly service, and they took care of us one the one thing that many hotels lack in: the replenishment of towels! We had zero problems during our stay, the area is nice, and I definitely see us staying at this location for future Dallas trips!
It’s a great place to stay. The room was comfortable and beautiful. They have great breakfast. The only two complaints I have is letting people know when they reserve this location to tell them about $10 a day parking fee. The other complaint is that the pool was over crowded with out any management. We wasn’t able to enjoy the pool at all.
Nice and attentive front desk staff. I booked the reservation on the Marriott website. I booked a king room. Upon arrival at check-in, this wasnt available. I also had called in the morning to request a 1st-floor room. The woman said she would note that and it would be ready after 3. That request was also not honored. We did end up getting a king room and were notified after we had settled in the double. The room was small. The AC unit was right next to the bed. There was no way it could stay on at night. The bed was extremely hard and I like a firm mattress. The bathroom does not have an exhaust therefore there was a lot of mold on the ceiling. I reported it when I checked out.
Booked this place months in advance for a work team member. Spoke to a rep named Malcolm, twice. Filled out the authorization form so the visiting person would not have to use their personal card for payment and need to be reimbursed. Called to confirm the reservation the day before. Asked if I needed to resubmit a credit card auth form (to make sure there would be no issues), long story short, there were problems. Communication was horrible. We will never be using this hotel to book our future traveling employees.
The hotel has been refurbed since my last visit four or five years ago, and its REALLY nice. Spacious room and bathroom, excellent front desk staff, and reasonably priced. Not blaming the hotel for their guests behavior, but I wish people would understand that they are NOT the only people on Earth. Standing in the hallway having LOUD conversations at 2 am is rude and inconsiderate, folks. So is slamming every single door you pass through. Learn some manners!!
The front desk staff employees were extremely helpful and polite during our entire stay. I noticed they completed other tasks like cleaning and tidying up the lobby area, served breakfast, and assisted guests daily. The were friendly with their greetings and offered many suggestions concerning the area food and entertainment. The hotel was conveniently located to our convention and the rooms were clean and comfortable. I can’t find the names of the employees that I wrote down, but both the day and night shift were amazing!!!’
The hotel is in good shape, not new but has good maintenance. The elevator is really slow. Rooms have good space, although the kitchenette has nothing to have even a light meal, no dishes, no silverware only disposable glasses and instant coffee. Lastly, the complimentary breakfast is awful, because of the pandemia you have to pick up your breakfast in a paper bag and the staff fills up the bag for you your choice, oatmeal or a horrible breakfast sandwich and coffee or juice and a muffin or oatmeal bar. They excuse themselves in the pandemia to offer this, is it reasonable? I dont think so, there are many other ways to be safe and offer a good breakfast. I hope they improve it. In general the price/quality rate is fine.
Our stay was for 3 days. The staff was polite durning our check in. It didn’t take long. We were advised we would be charged a $10 fee daily for parking. There were stains throughout the room on the walls, floor, toilet and shower curtain. The room was not cleaned by housekeeping the entire stay. We had to go to the front desk twice due to the key card not working. During check I was advised that we have to request housekeeping but was never told this at check in. I was charged double for parking than what I was told at check in. On one of those days I was charged twice.
We chose the hotel thinking it would be clean with a friendly staff ( some of them were) , but that was not the case !The front desk checkin hostess could have been better . There were no supplies in the room . The cleanliness was sub par .Please ‘ clean’ up your act , Since we are sure we will reconsider staying here again.
We visited this location, the staff was friendly and accommodating we needed connecting rooms and they made it happen. Rooms were clean, everything worked, security onsite at night. Due to COVID they had brown bags, all signs were not just printed and left hanging like other places I visited which tells me that they took pride on details we know that this COVID is not going anywhere and they are treating like such. It was a great stay.
My husband and I like to book one-night stays at this location. Both of us work two jobs and go to school. We squeeze time whenever we can to get away from the norm. We have stayed at this location 4 times, and we like it because the staff is amazingly friendly. The hotel is surrounded by restaurants and steakhouses. The hotel room is spacious. Its also peaceful and clean. On our first stay, my husband misplaced his wedding band. We flipped the room and searched all crevices but we didnt find it. As we checked out through the app, the app gave us an option to chat with the front desk. I advised what had happened and if found to call us. I received a call 2 hours later from the front desk, a sweet young lady by the name of Ana (Anna) stating housekeeping found the wedding band. We went the next morning and picked up small talk with Ana. She mentioned the same thing happen to her and her husband while on a weekend getaway. She could relate where I was coming from and started housekeeping found the band. There is another young lady in her 20s, but I cant recall her name right now, and she is also sincere and genuine. Robert is very courteous. This hotel is my favorite. My husband and I are excited about our next stay.
It’s been almost a year since I traveled for work due to the pandemic. Our corporate office is about a half mile from this location and it was very convenient, the staff was very friendly, and the facility was kept very clean. I also enjoyed all the restaurants in the area and they were easy to get to, some within walking distance. I would recommend this hotel for anyone that needs to stay in the Addison area. The dining questions regarding the hotel itself are a little unfair considering the pandemic. There are lots of great restaurants in the area and they’re receptive to guests for a great dining experiences. Don’t take the lower ratings for my food experience at the hotel as a negative.
This staff has zero customer service, is rude in their interactions with multiple customers. Their covid restrictions have eliminated any level of service at all. Theres none of the regular amenities available and they arent even cleaning rooms. They will cancel your stay if you do not comply with their version of mask policies regardless of medical issues or not. Staff has no training on how to actually follow the law and instead prefers to assert authority on customers. Overall there were no pleasant interactions with any member of the staff of this hotel.
Terrible service. Booked a 6 day stay. I was 1 day late and was ok to take that as a loss. Showed up and they said they are taking money for the entire stay and my reservation was canceled. Asked if they can still give me the remaining days and reception said, “It’s closed and per Marriot policy they will be taking money for the entire reservation.” Called Priceline and got my money back minus the 1 day. As I was waiting for my Lyft, a similar incident with another guest occurred and that guest left too.I travel to Dallas and work here weekly. Combined our company spends 4K-6k a month on lodging in this area. Terrible way to lose business. Either uodate your policy or empower your employees to make these decisions.
I am staying here as a now I leave the next day but I am so pressed and pleased with everything. I love it here the room are so amazing so nice and clean roomy the staff are so nice and friendly and they make sure u are okay I love it here I will be back soon this will be my ever stay trust me they deserve a million stars
COCKROACHES EVERYWHERE!The place looked nice until getting into the room!Literally just needed somewhere to stay the night with my kids and as we got into the room I turned on the lights to unpack my infants pack n play COCKROACHES were running ALL OVER THE WALLS AND FLOOR! I immediately packed up and we left. Once we were in the elevator we then seen several in there and in the hall way back to the lobby! Please do not stay there and take that grossness back to your homes!!!!!!
Very displeased! My two children and I arrived to Dallas on Christmas Eve; visitors from California for the holidays. Once we arrived at the location around 11 p.m, the front door was locked. We had to wait outside for the hotel staff to allow entry to the main lobby area.Once we were let in, the check-in process was very “unwelcoming”. The woman at the desk lacked customer service skills. Normally when visiting an establishment, it’s common courtesy to at least greet the guest with a smile or welcome them to the establishment. She was rude from the beginning.Once I attempted to conduct the payment process, I was advised my credit card isn’t accepted at their location. No big deal! I presented not one, but two other cards which were both from a major banking institution. Yet somehow the woman said, “the machine isn’t reading the card”. I thought of this to be odd. I advised her that the cards shouldn’t be a problem. Maybe it was the card machine or something else! After, multiple attempts to simply pay for the room and allow my children to get settled in, we left feeling frustrated. I booked a stay at another hotel, across from this one with no problem whatsoever. The card worked just fine. For the inconvenience and lack of customer care, I do not recommend this hotel. I won’t place my money in the hands of a business where we are not welcomed.
Booked a weekend stay, In the middle of the night my Mother found little black bugs crawling on her. Called front desk, the guy we spoke to seemed to not care and said he could not do anything! We moved my Mothers things to our room. Several hours later , he comes with a new room, 😅... There are gummies stuck to the roof! Instead of management coming to make sure we were okay! I had to go request a meeting with them. Horrible
My recent stay was as pleasant as always. This hotel is my go to point for my business and personal travels to Dallas. The building is always kept well and maintained with care. The staff is extremely kind and helpful and on point ALWAYS.My rooms are always neat well maintained and laid out well for both my business and personal needs. The staff is the shining star. They are always kind and very attentive and see to it my needs are addressed and met. I am always well taken care of.The pool is nice and the new gym facility helps me maintain my cardio (I am a runner). The complimentary breakfast is spot on and offers a variety of food for all needs being met.I highly recommend staying with this hotel. It is convenient to downtown Dallas and has wonderful shopping and dining experiences near by....Thumbs up on all accounts for me.
I have stayed at numerous Bonvoy properties and this one in Addison gave us the worst experience ever.Probably the only place where there is no coffee for guests and have to ask for the front desk for it.Breakfast was disgusting. And they surprised me with a $10/night parking charge without previously disclosing. Manager Donna seemed to care less if we came back in the future or not.
Overall, it was a great stay. The breakfast was great! The staff was friendly and very accommodating. The only issue we had was that our room was not kid/toddler friendly/ child proofed at all. We only stayed one night so we were able to handle it. However, we probably would not stay here for a long vacation because the room is not child proofed. We would definitely stay here again though for a short stay.
Its located in a prime location right in the heart of Addison Circle. Very nice, room was great, modern, clean, well equipped, bed was comfortable, nice thick pillows, nice thick curtains, very quiet. Breakfast had a lot to choose from; drinks, yogurts, cereals, breads, eggs, bacon, sausage, fruits. Lady at the dining room with a great smile greeted the guests. I would definitely come back. There is construction right next to it but thats not the hotels fault and it didnt bother me. I thought the price was a bit high but its comparable to other hotels in the area.
Good experience and staff is very polite! The hotel was clean and put together but the beds weren’t as comfortable as I thought and the tv was really low and In between the living area and bedroom which made it hard to enjoy TV in the evenings. I wish it was mounted up so that you could swing it around each way weather it’s for guest on the pull out bed or the other side. Elevators were extremely slow and the other one wasn’t work which I am not picky about that but had several people around me complain about it as well. It is a quiet hotel even when busy. Maintenance comes right away if there is an issue which is great the front desk are every informative and sweet! I also which they could do split payment but they don’t do that. Other than that parking was easy and the hotel was a good place to stay at just a little feedback on something’s but don’t let it stop you from staying here! It’s in the middle of everything!
Wonderful, attentive staff with great breakfast, workout facility, and outdoor pool to relax by after a long day. The shuttle being available for transportation was a huge asset to my stay. Hotel is sparklingly clean and well equipped. My only complaint was that the bed was too firm. Lots to see and do within walking distance. Public transportation nearby as well.
I love the staff (Melissa and General Manager, Donna). Also, I had a difficult request that Melissa (front desk agent) had issues resolving without Managers approval. She remained professional throughout the entire process. The manager explained it was not normal policy to honor my request but did it anyway. The room is emmculate and cozy. The location is great with all of your needs within reach. The entire hotel ambiance supercedes all of my expectations and I highly recommend it.
I recently stayed at this location and found it to be excellent. The people are always helpful, knowledgeable and kind. My room was excellent and the bed very comfortable. Having the morning continental breakfast was very nice and it had a great selection of items. Stylish design too.On the whole very nice, easy access to the Dallas metroplex area and kind peopleEXCELLENT
The hotel is good but the receptionist Lenny was rude and unprofessional, unhelpful, I asked if he could call me a taxi and reluctantly he answered that maybe he said to wait 20 minutes, 1 hour passed, the taxi never arrived, I asked him to give me the number of the taxi company they confirmed that a requested, I was late to the airport I missed my flight
I really appreciated how friendly and accessible the hotel staff were during our stay. The room was impeccable, spacious and had a room on the high floor. The room was super clean and had everything we needed. The breakfast buffet was good and had many options but get there early to get a seat. Hotel is very close to many restaurants and night life.
Pros: I was at this hotel for over a week. The rooms were nice for both working and relaxing. The decor is up to date and has fun colors. The staff were friendly and helpful. The shuttle service is nice to have, but there is also a bus station just around the corner. Beltline Road has every food choice you could want, and several restaurants are within walking distance. My bed was extremely comfortable and the sheets were very good quality and so soft. I rated it as excellent b/c my experience with the room and staff was the same throughout my extended stay.Cons: The elevators are VERY slow, the pool should have more lounge chairs vs chairs, the breakfast should have more meet choices, the shuttle should run on Friday afternoon as well, and breakfast should use real plates and forks because of the enormous amount of trash that would be saved each day because of this. Also please remind that cleaning staff NOT to take towels that are hanging to dry (they would always take those towels in addition to the ones in the tub.)
Addison has more restaurants per square mile than almost any place in the country. Incredible variety of foods and cultures represented.Hotel is less than a mile away from a wonderful aircraft museum that has outstanding old airplanes on display and occasional flies them.
The lobby and many of the guest rooms were recently remodeled or updated. The breakfast area is well designed, and there is plenty of parking without having to walk very far to an entry door. This location has easy in and out access, and there are lots of good eating places, and shopping within a 3 - 4 mile area of the hotel. The staff has always been professional and courteous every time I have stayed here which is about 6 - 7 times a year.
The general manager at this location is great. She knows how to resolve issues and deal with her staffs shortcomings. The issue at this location is the staff. Front desk associates were extremely rude and disrespectful to us, and for no reason. Ive never had such a bad experience with the staff at any other Marriott property as I did with this location.
This location offers exactly what we have come to expect in the Marriott line. We have stayed at this location several times and there is a reason we continue to return. We know we can expect a very clean room, excellent staff and quality service. Our stay this time was for 3 nights and we were once again very satisfied with the choice to return to this location. From the moment you walk in you are greeted with a smile and you have the feeling you are among friends. The site is very clean and well kept. The rooms were spacious and clean with all items in working order. The house service kept the room and hallway clean without causing any disruption. A very friendly and warm staff helps give you the confidence that if there ever was a problem it would be taken care of immediately. However, I can say we have never experienced even a slight problem at this location. Wi-Fi was easy to connect and was available where ever we were on the site and at all times. The breakfast was above reproach, with plenty of variety and fresh; also it was kept well stocked. The price was very fair and acceptable at this location. For a retired couple it was a great stay without breaking the bank! We have family we visit in the DFW area and this will most likely continue to be our “stay of choice” when in the area.
I always stay at this location when I am in town on business. Staff is friendly and accommodating. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Beds are comfortable. The suite allows for space to work and to eat. The breakfast is good and is complimentary. Parking is easy to find. The hotel is central located with easy access to the freeway. It has many choices of restaurants nearby as well and stores if something is forgotten or needed during your stay.
Extremely nice hotel. Rooms are clean and comfy. The customer service was excellent. I dont know where these people with bad reviews stayed but it wasnt here. I love this hotel and will use it again! Thank you to everyone who works so hard to make the guests stay so pleasurable.
Great bang for the buck. We must be getting a deal because of covid. This is a great location. Less than a half mile walk to Addison Circle and park. The staff is friendly. We had 2 doubles and a couch that pulled out to a single trundle. The teen who slept on the trundle gives I their stamp of approval. Good water pressure and either we had quiet neighbors or the rooms are well insulated. It has a very small poll but nice sized weight room with free weights, medicine balls and several pieces of cardio equipped (treadmills) that were all in good condition, a water bottle filler and clean towels.
I had a reservation on 3/18/2021 and checked in at 11 PM, but could not check in because they didnt have any clean rooms available. I understand if I checked in around noon or 1 PM and there wasnt any clean rooms, put at 11 PM??? How are there no room at 11 PM that are clean?Dont stay here!!!!
Construction is happening in front but doesnt disturb any sleep or movement around hotel. Rooms are spacious and nice with mini fridge, microwave, and sink. Lots of shaded parking for your vehicle. Will stay here again. Pool is very small outdoors if you want hotel swimming this wont be it.
The stay at SpringHill Suites had a few issues that if corrected would make the experience/stay better and more satisfying:1. Water pressure in the sink was not good2. Water in the sink was not warm enough3. Staff member who responded to the complaint mentioned he would look for another room with warmer water but never got back.4. Request for coffee cups was not fulfilled.
Staff was incredibly friendly, room decor was different. Looks like the hotel interior was a little older. Elevator was quite slow and jumpy and could use a refurbish. Layout of room was somewhat awkward lots of strange angles and corners. Location had easily 100 some restaurants within a mile, with a couple being able to deliver. Biggest gripe is that the hotel only featured rooms with king and pullout or 2 double beds (closer to a twin) and a pullout making single rooms not so great for bigger families.
It was a very pleasant and easy experience once again. We try and stay at a Marriott when we can on trips but sometimes the monetary makes it not feasible but this one went above and beyond as most of our experiences. I have only had one failed stay but it was out of state. The only complaint I would have that I am sure if of no fault of Marriott, would be they were down an elevator to one. Many were there and being visually impaired I could not do stairs. So it made it a bit of a wait. The staff were very welcoming.
When we first go into room it was a HUGE cockroach in the shower. i told front desk & they didnt even seem bothered. they said “oh well ill see if i can send someone”. i asked to be moved but he said i was limited to that room cause thats what i paid for. than i had to wait over 30 minutes for someone to come in & pray the room. i had to wait i. the lobby with my stuff for 30 minutes while someone sprayed the room now & yet they couldnt try to accommodate me for ANYTHING. i dont recommend this hotel. customer service is terrible & they were okay with us having a roach infested room.
We stayed for a total of 9 nights while in the Dallas area. The hotel is in a great, convenient location for what we were doing. The staff is very friendly and always greets you when you pass through the lobby. The room (a junior king suite, I believe) was serviceable but seemed very cramped for 2 people for more than a night or two. We were on top of each other for the entire stay. Theres really no separation between the sleeping and living room quarters so when I went to bed, the lights and TV from the living area were impossible to block out. But, mostly, the bathroom didnt seem private enough. The shower/toilet is in one room while the sink is basically in the bedroom with only a partial wall separating it. Anyone sitting in the living area can easily watch everything you are doing. Elevators are very slow. Breakfast was always well-attended by others staying at the hotel and they seemed happy although we didnt take advantage. I wasnt sure the eggs were real vs. powdered and the sausage patty we tried one day was passable at best. Just wasnt what we felt comfortable eating...but as I said LOTS of folks were eating breakfast every morning. Wed definitely stay here again but in a larger room.
I decided to use Springhill Suites to help celebrate with my family. I requested a connecting room through the reservation services when I initially made the reservation. I called the morning of my reservations to ensure a connecting room was available and to check to see if they potentially had an earlier check in than the 3 pm. Ultimately the staff was rude regarding my requests and told me that two rooms across from each other would be available. I arrived at the hotel at 3:00 pm, on a tight schedule for my family and reservations. We had several reservations to meet and I planned them around the 3:00 pm hotel check in. Ultimately me and my family sat down stairs in the lobby for over 45 minutes waiting on the room to be cleaned which prevented us from attending one of the reservations. Then to make matters worse, the toilet overflowed in the restroom, the phones didn’t work and the showers temperature was cold after only two showers were taken. Overall, I would never choose Springhill Suites again for such a special occasion. I’ve stayed at a few hotels before and I have always enjoyed your hotel; however, to be treated as if I weren’t a paying customer, and disregarded as if my money meant absolutely nothing, I will not be staying with you all again. I booked two rooms that evening, and that will be my last. There are far too many options that help to ensure customers’ needs are met and concerns are taken care of. Now I understand why Yelp reviews are so terrible.
I stayed here for 10 days in December 2019. I loved my stay here, the staff went out of their way to make us comfortable. Worth mentioning is the girl who lays out the breakfast buffet every morning. She is an angel. All the front desk staff were friendly too especially Rob .The rooms were comfortable and the breakfast was good .All in all ,a great stay if you find yourself in Addison.
Im most irritated by the parking fee, minimal or not. There are so many hotels in the area, and if I honor you with my choice to stay, why would you also charge me to leave my vehicle on the lot when additional parking options are not available? And if they are available, they certainly werent offered when I expressed my displeasure at the additional charge that was not disclosed at time of booking. The customer service was by no means negative, but there wasnt anything noteworthy either. The suite was nice, but the carpet around the bed was wet -- always a fun surprise when one takes off their shoes and suddenly has wet socks. The breakfast overall was good. The coffe was not good and the oatmeal looked like soup. As a vegetarian, I didnt like that the ham was laying on top of both the cheese options. The waffle iron in the shape of Texas was a cute touch though! I was able to fill up on warm eggs with shredded cheddar cheese, chilled yogurt, an English muffin, orange juice, and strawberries.
Overall hotel is nice and clean, bathrooms are rather small and separate from sink. During check in the late night associate was rude but everyone else was pretty attentive and professional. Breakfast selection was good. Not to good on being back in the back also construction outside in front of the hotel was going on.
Our stay was disappointing due to the fact our bathroom flooded. We were unable to flush our toilet so each time someone needed to use the bathroom we had to go downstairs to use the lobby bathroom. By the following morning, our bathroom flooded and there was water everywhere.
I am very fussy about cleanliness and this hotel was immaculately clean. The beds were very comfortable and the bathroom facilities perfect. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and had plenty of healthy options. The cost of the hotel was very reasonable for all that one gets while staying at the hotel.
The staff of SpringHill-Addison was amazing! They went beyond the call of duty in providing services to the hotel guests. They were totally accommodating. They provided shuttle services to our conference for two weeks! The hotel was clean and the breakfast was great! The front desk staff was phenomenal. They made me feel like I was at home!
The customer service from everyone we encountered was remarkable. My daughter was celebrating her 7th birthday and we got the American Girl Doll package, the room was over the top and made her so happy. There was even a birthday card signed by several staff members! I am so happy with our stay.
Great heart healthy breakfast choices. Excellent sitting room/office services. Work out room is minimal but functional and pool is shaded in the afternoon. What really made our stay was my daughters stuffed elephant. She (of course) left her stuffie and throw blanket all bundled up in the bedding. When we returned to our room after the maid service had visited, they made the bed and made sure Ellie was comfortable. The next day (after my daughter left a note thanking them) she had made a dog out of towels to keep Ellie company while we were away! Truly great and kind staff. Clean rooms. Definitely staying here again!
Everyone was really nice. The only thing I did not enjoy was the check in process. I was told due to covid I needed to book online only. I spent about 30 min trying to book my reservation. Then when I went to check in they told me it wasn’t done correctly because of the time I was checking in. So instead of paying for one day as I was only staying one day, I was made to pay for two days. Which put a sour taste in my mouth.
The hotel is quiet and clean, but it is a bit older. The bed was really comfortable and the size of the rooms was nice, but some parts of the rooms (like the thermostat) could use a bit of updating. The location on Google Maps right now isnt quite right, so I had to loop around before I found the hotel.
We were there for the weekend and it’s by far the BEST we’ve stayed in. The room was very nice and spacious and I love that fact that it fit all 6 of us!!! We got a suite. It was a great location cuz we had lots of restaurants to chose from!!! We be coming here again. Oh not to mention the STAFF was very inviting the ladies to the breakfast were very polite in offering their service 👌👍👍👍
Very clean but was in need of updating. My biggest complaint was the hot water. Once you got it, it was great. But it took 5 minutes to reach the shower and 8 to get to the sink. (Im assuming we were on the opposite end of the hotel from the water heater and that closer rooms would have had much better results). Location is great just off of Belt Line in Addison and within minutes of just about anything you could want. Beds were comfortable. Staff was friendly. We were in a double so the bedroom area was a bit cramped but the living area had plenty of room. The TV was in an awkward spot to be used by both sections of the room but all that is needed is to add another one or to mount it to the wall on a bracket that can swing out to angle it to whatever area wants it. And they are in definite need of more outlets (or at least replace the lamps with ones that you can plug into). Overall, the rooms just needed to be updated and they need to add another hot water heater so you dont waste gallons of water waiting on it to be hot. I would stay here again.
Very clean, great staff, but wont stay here again because people staying in rooms near us kept us up much of 2 nights we were there. Thats not necessarily the hotels fault, but if the rooms were better insulated, we wouldnt have been bothered so much with their noise. The location is good for food & shopping.
I like the lobby of this hotel. It has an open concept whenever you enter the hotel lobby. Elevator is close to front desk. Rooms are modern and clean, although the sitting area may feel bit tight whenever you first enter the room. Beds are comfortable. Tub/toilet area is separate from the sink/counter, which I like. The dressing area has a nice counter with ample room for unpacking your toiletries. Hotel is in a nice location to walk or drive to area restaurants.
I stayed at the Springhill Suites in Addison on September 26th for a short leisure trip with my husband and another couple. We were all pleased at the cleanliness of the property and our hotel rooms. In fact, when we first walked into our room there was a fan blowing on the floor. At first glance, I wondered what the heck had happened to the floors. Turns out they shampoo the carpets every other day and had forgotten to remove the fan. This was a minor issue, but I was glad it happened so Id know just how much effort the hotel puts into keeping the rooms clean and presentable for guests. The staff was prompt and courteous. The breakfast selections were varied and reasonably good except for the oatmeal which was cold. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and will be returning to this property in the future.
Upon arrival, we were greeted by friendly staff. Check in was a breeze. Hotel Suite was clean and comfortable. The fitness room is well kept with up to date equipment. After a workout, we enjoyed the hot tub and pool. We enjoyed hot breakfast every morning. The exterior and interior are neat and inviting. We will return for another visit.
We have been coming to town for medical needs for my baby and have stayed at this hotel each time. We have loved it. The people working at the desk are always kind! We love the sweet gentleman whos worked at the desk when weve checked in in the evenings! The breakfasts are great and the room is so nice. The hotel is in a really nice area as well! We have had a great experience here every time!
The hotel is very nice and clean with a great breakfast. I would recommend that you realize the rooms with two beds have full size beds in them, thus making it very difficult for two adults to sleep comfortably in. The beds are comfortable, just too small. Otherwise, everything was great!
We always choose Springhill every time we travel out of town. This location was not up to the standards of others we have stayed at. The room was clean however the room was advertised as a king size bed and it actually was a queen. The AC made a loud squealing noise when running. Last, the bed was so hard and uncomfortable. Other locations has great pillows and great comfort.
Overall, hotel was in a nice location and quiet for sleeping. The pool didnt have lounge chairs to lay out, which would have been nice. Its a small pool area and not much room for laying out. I had a nice stay and the staff is some of the best staff I have felt with.
Good location. Staff was friendly and helpful. Clean and well maintained facility. Room was large kind of strange layout but generally functional. Only a little difficulty in watching TV from working desk and where bed was. Everything worked perfectly and bed/pillows very comfortable. Air condition/heater a little noisy. Easy to get to businesses, food and shopping near by.
Knowledgeable, intelligent, helpful, kind staff.Excellent room accommodations for both work and rest.Comfortable bed.Excellent bathroom and toiletry areas.Great location.EXCELLENT complimentary breakfast. If someone can not find something great to eat then they are the most picky person in the world. The Staff takes great pride in providing excellent service and providing a great room and a wonderful breakfast.I love staying at this location. Excellent access to other metro areas.....food....events....shopping.....etc.In general, a great place to stay and relax and to work from.
I attended a conference on my own dime and had to be selected on where I stayed. From my registration to my room accommodation to the breakfast offerings to the warm chocolate chip cookies in the evenings to the shuttle to my conference this Hotel is now at the top of my list. The free shuttle service, all levels of your staff ( front desk to housekeeping) were pleasant and accommodating. I have been raving to my friends the value of this hidden gem!
Very close to the Galleria and all kinds of food options. We requested the American Girl package, but it was not setup when we got there. I asked about it, and they setup while we were out and it was nice. Wish they had done it sooner, but my girl didnt seem to mind. Room was nice but the bathroom could use some updating. Beds were clean and comfy.
I really enjoyed my stay at the Springhill Suites! I will definitely look for this hotel whenever we travel next. The quality of the hotel is superb for the price. It was nice to have a work area, sink, refrigerator and microwave also. The decor is vibrant and gives a freshness to the room. And to top it all off, the bed was very comfortable.
Checking staff was nice. Room cutely decorated. Nice AG touches. Suites are small compared to where we usually stay. Once sofa bed is open; you can’t move. Asked for Rollin shower; very important! Got accessible tub which is useless since I can’t raise one leg. Breakfast is a mess. They take the food away as you try to make a plate. No milk for the children. They promise to get you some but never deliver. Hall stunk of smoke. Front Desk addressed the issue but damage already done. Smoke came into our room and had us choking. Due to allergies we choose non smoking only hotels. This was a major issue.
Great Customer Service with staff at Check-in Desk However Housekeeping asked to bring coffee, cream/sugar packet and cup and brought molded coffee cup on top of one another, and no creamer packet (salt/sugar) instead (language barrier ), phone in room doesnt work, dated furniture and rug in poor condition. Room next laundry room and exit door, excessive noise entire night! Not impressed!
The staff here was very nice and accommodating. 10 Stars! The rooms need work. The bed/mattress was pretty bad, to where we actually woke up sore and maybe got only a few hours of quality sleep not tossing and turning (but were not spring chickens) then dont go to the couch because it was worse.Go somewhere else for breakfast if you want food you dont have to toast yourself. Now, if you can get over all of that, again, I repeat the staff was great!!
Extra cleaning care was a miss! Clumps of hair was found on the bed, plastic shower liner has mildew and shower head has mildew/water stain. If you use the sofa bed, there’s no room to walk around or to leave the room. The layout was odd and very cramped with the sofa bed.
We stayed for two nights. Excellence in cleanliness, however, we had the heater short circuit and start sending black fumes into the air. The desk moved us to another room saying theyd be right up with the new room info, but they forgot to bring up the room key and I went down an hour later to get it. Want very pleased with that. Excellent breakfast.
Our stay was quite pleasant but checking in was rather troublesome because the rooms had not been cleaned upon check-in time . I had to wait an additional 15 minutes for the staff to verify that my room was ready at 4:45 pm. That was extremely frustrating because I had booked my room back in May 2019 . And then I had to experience the extremely slow elevators to the point where I simply decided to use the stairs again and again and again and again and again ......
Clean, updated, rooms with lots of space. Room had microwave, mini fridge, wet bar, sofa and very comfortable beds. TV is a little on the small size. Free breakfast in he morning with fair selection. Not gourmet, but good enough to get you to lunch. Good location off Belt Line Rd with lots of bars/restaurants close by and near freeway.
Very clean hotel and extremely friendly staff. There were a lot of teenagers at the hotel and the internet connectivity was poor the night we stayed, likely due to heavy number of devices connected to it. The bathroom vanity is small and therewas not a light or lamp on one side of the bed. The location is awesome and close to great shopping and restaurants.Easy north-south access since the hotel is located just west of the North Dallas Tollway.
No longer a true Marriott facility. Marriott has sold out to the Holiday Inn chain. I’ve never been a fan of holiday inn. This was once a nice play to stay. Not anymore. My husband participated in the continental breakfast. His milk was soured and bad. The rooms no longer have a clean feel. When I checked out of the hotel I checked to make sure there were no charges to my room (I stayed on points). I was told I had zero balance. So I figure hey, it’s a night using points. I won’t stay here again. (I’ve stayed here a few times in the past and it was nice.). A few weeks later I’m looking looking to pay my credit card bill. I’m charged $7.58 for the stay. I call SpringHill Suites and I’m told they now charge $7.00 to park in their crummy non-gated, non-surveillance parking lot. I’ve been a Marriott fan since 2000. I hate to see new ownership ruining what Marriott built for years. I haven’t stayed at holiday inn properties on purpose. I’ve experienced everything from dirty rooms and linens to noise and spoiled food. Do yourself a favor and stay at a Hilton property.
Lets start with the positive: The personnel at the front desk were very friendly and helpful when they could be. A+ for them.Other than the great front desk ladies, heres what we experienced:Bugs on our toothbrushes in the morning. No hot water in the shower on the 5th floor at 10am.The hotel was full of unruly boys soccer teams who overran the hallways and single functioning elevator and breakfast area to the point where the concept of free breakfast was useless for my family and we had to go somewhere else to eat which cost us significantly more money than web budgeted. Our calls to their corporate HQ to try and get my family relocated to any other nearby location were met with Nothing we can do to help. Not done complaining but tired of typing. So to sum up: 1 star for the front desk people, and zero for the rest of the experience.
Check in service was amazing! 5 stars to the agent who checked us in. But on the other hand... the room was clean but the restroom had a moldy smell too it. Theres no ventilation system...so when you take a hot shower you can see the water droplets on the walls. Also the ac was located in a awkward spot. It was blowing.. right on the bed. There was a 10 inch distance from my bed and the ac... It was the night of my birthday and we had gotten back in at 2am.. and wanted a late check out. Just to be safe I wanted a 3pm, if not we would check out sooner. The guy at the front desk said that absolute latest he can get us was 2 and that was pushing it because that is what he gives his platinum members... just a little confused because Marriott had sent me an email stating that gold/plat were able to get a 4pm check out if needed. I had checked and saw that they had rooms available the next day... maybe I misunderstood the email. But the stay overall was pretty pleasant.
I love the staff at this property. They are courteous and attentive. The lobby is well maintained and clean, as is the room itself. If you are planning on an extended stay, i would be hesitant to stay here. There are no facilities to cook in your room beside a very small microwave and a refridgerator with no freezer. I feel the rooms are very small for an extended stay.
The AC in my first room was very loud, and when I asked to change to a different room, that one was also very loud, but I figured theyre all like that at this property. The mattress was fine, and the AC did work, even if noisy. Had to jury-rig a fix for the fridge in my second unit, which was wobbly and caused an annoying and loud vibration sound at all times, so some wadded-up tissue paper underneath one of the feet of the fridge was needed. The mattress and bedding were fine, bathroom also fine. Breakfast was nice. But you cant call a hotel stay a success if you cant get a decent nights sleep.
This is a below average property. The workout room, breakfast and style are pretty poor. Its still a Marriott so its at least acceptable but Id stay at the Courtyard across the street rather than at this one.The breakfast looked, no kidding, like dog food. The workout room was dirty, warm and had missing weights (no 10s, 15s, 20s) with older machines and 1 semi-broken elliptical.Style should be updated.Good location to restaurants though.
Had a comfortable stay; love the comfort of the bed!! There are quite a few nice restaurants near the hotel within walking distance which is convenient as there are no kitchen services in the hotel. Continental breakfast served daily, though would love more variety - especially for vegetarians.
If I could give a zero . I would. Worthless hotel, very unprofessional. Had stayed there two previous times with contradictory Policies.Booked online got to hotel and wasnt allowed to register was told my card wasnt acceptable and needed to use a different card or cash deposit, which I offered. And still Rob and Lentay wouldnt check me in. NEVER AGAIN even for a free stay. Unprofessional.
The location of the hotel was great, it was far back enough from the freeway but still highly accessible to restaurants and other hotels. The rooms were okay, the layout was a little strange, it felt very small. While the staff was very personable and efficient, we were unable to enjoy the breakfast b/c it started at 7am.
I enjoyed my brief stay. The room was comfortable and very easy to relax in-between conference sessions. Very attractive property exterior and interior. Would stay again at this location.Staff was very welcoming, fast and efficient at check-in. I would recommend this property!
Nice folks serving a lousy messy poor variety breakfast, after sleeping on a lumpy bumpy bed and showering with shampoo and soap that had the previous customers hair on it. Gave me 3,000 points to feel better. I still like Marriott. This place needs a little attention to detail. Good try. Poor execution, but again nice front desk staff.
First room we had blood on shower curtain. Reported it and was switched rooms. Second room had a slight smoker smell to it, another dirty shower curtain like it hadnt been cleaned in a few months, and hair dryer didnt work. Shower curtain and hair dryer issue taken care of by staff. Rest of the stay was excellent. Breakfast was good, staff was outstanding, and it was in a great location to dining and shopping. Second time staying at Springhill Suites and will more than likely stay again.
I usually dont have any problems at this hotel, but that all changed during my stay a week ago. This was my first time interacting with this particular individual at the front desk....she made a lasting impression. She was rude and came across as being annoyed - almost as if I was bothering her. She was asking for things that Ive never had to provide before. When I asked if this was a new requirement, she then felt the need to school me on Marriott policy and in doing so, inferred that her coworkers were incompetent. I wanted to say to her, I didnt get to be a titanium elite member by not knowing/following the rules. I doubt that Ill be staying there again.
The stay was very good. The rooms were nice and clean. The breakfast was good but the staff kept falling behind due to so many people there. I was traveling with 2 disable parents and the elevators were not the best other than that it was a great stay. Great location. You will b near many restaurants, movies and walmart.
My stay at the Springhill Suites Marriott was a very pleasant experience. It is centrally located and easily accessible. The check in staff was most helpful. Upon arriving to my room it was extremely clean and very inviting. I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family.
Easy access location and friendly staff. The room is well-appointed and spacious with everything that you need to be comfortable. Very quiet area where you do not hear all the loud heavy traffic that you would expect in the DFW area. Its nice having breakfast each morning but a little strange to pay for parking for a normal parking space that you would expect to be free at most hotels that do not have a parking garage garage or in very cramped downtown quarters
This is my go-to hotel when staying in Dallas. I love the city of Addison and truly enjoy staying here. The rooms are spacious and the location is perfect. The staff is always helpful and polite and the hotel is well maintained. I love staying here particularity because its outside of the city but close enough to drive there in 20 minutes or so. I would highly recommend this hotel!
The hotel has great Customer Service not to mention its near lots and lots of Restaurants within Walking distance. Love Field and DFW Airports are 15 minutes away. Shopping Malls and nice night clubs are nearby if u are trying to enjoy a night out of the town. The hotel is a must stay at if u are getting away for the weekend for couples. The suites itself tells it all fresh rooms that will knock a lady off her feet and fall in love with the room itself and the big comfortable king size bed. Need I say more u will be super spoiled and relaxed in the room to after shopping and having some much needed Dallas fun. Lastly the breakfast buffet is really tasty and good the staff keeps it welled stocked. So in closing this is the hotel of choice when i come into town and always will be because of the great staff and the awesome customer service that they provide to their guests.
This is the second time we have stayed at this location. It seems to be clean and well kept, but the beds make noise when sitting or turning and are not very comfortable to sleep on. The air conditioner never gets cold enough to fill cool. Its cooler in the stair ways than it was in the room. The employees were all great and enjoyed talking to each of them. Not saying we want be back, we’re just bringing attention to some problems we felt needed some attention before others that don’t say anything, stop staying at Springhill Suites, Dallas Addison/Quorum Drive. We try to always stay at Marriott Hotels, one make or the other and want to continue that. Thank You,Stephen The air conditioner would never get cold enough to fill cool. Not hot, just not cool enough to be totally comfortable. We didnt say anything to anyone, so this isnt anything anyone should get in trouble for. Just needs to be checked out.
In addition to just being a nice place, with really friendly people, in a great part of town surrounded by great restaurants, this place really went the extra mile. I accidentally left some clothes there. When I called, the manager Rob Smith immediately jumped to helping me and shipped my clothing to me in Denver right away. Just really great customer service. Thank you!
My husband, our two teenagers and me had a great time staying at the SpringHill Suites Dallas Addison/Quorum Drive. The breakfast was amazing! One morning it was biscuits and gravy, waffles, another morning it was scrambled eggs with salsa, tortilla chips, cheese, and every morning you could have yogurt, cereal, milk, juice, tea, hot oatmeal, coffee, and fresh fruit. The rooms were as beautiful as they were comfortable, great heating/cooling system, very comfortable beds, a full desk, internet, fridge, kitchen sink, coffee maker, and a wonderful view (which is really nice if you have to stay in the room and work!). I loved the exercise room too. We loved going to Dallas to see friends and family, and felt pampered every time we came back home, to our affordable, luxurious hotel room!!!
I have stayed at a number of Marriott hotels on business. This weekend stay was pleasant with attentive front desk staff. The bed felt luxurious with right amount of back support. The hotel parking area does get packed early inthe evening on weekends, as expected. I enjoyed my stay as price was right for a senior, great location, and best of all, quiet.
I enjoyed my stay at this Springhill Suites location. It is centrally located in Addison and close to plenty of restaurants and shops (Belt Line Rd). The property was well maintained and had free parking. The staff was also very friendly. The room had mini refrigerator, microwave and wet bar. The bed was also very comfortable.Beware of the tollway - purchase a toll tag or find out how to ride the service (or feeder) road to avoid tolls. They do not offer shuttle service on the weekend.I would stay here again.
Overall the stay was great! We had an incident with the elevator not working at all. A lady was stuck for almost an hour on the 5th floor. The breakfast was great. I think that pastries (Donuts, muffins, etc) should be added to the breakfast menu. The hotel is new, modern and the pool was a plus
The room was very clean, the bathroom was spacious and well appointed. The staff was very helpful and the floor we were on was very quiet. If I had to spend more than a night in the area I would definitely choose this place; I could a 3-5 night stay being very comfortable.
As a frequent Marriott traveler I was disappointed to learn that they kept the doors locked and only allowed active guests inside. Usually I can visit a Marriott to jump on wifi and send a couple of quick emails from the road but not here... Noted, you only want my money but not my business. Ok.
The staff was excellent, you could not ask for better. This location does not have family friendly rooms, use of the pull out bed will block access to the suite area and the front door. Hotel design is poor, causing a bottleneck at elevator. Breakfast is good, but again design causes a bottleneck, needs to be opened up for easier access. Lighting outside is sporadic, so you may end up parking in the dark.
This is a very nice clean hotel . Great location. The staff was very friendly and the continental breakfast is one of the best Ive ever had with a different meat every day, cooked oatmeal etc...Only thing that I didnt like was that I could hear music playing till late in the night from the restaurant next door . I will definitely stay here again.
This property has great beds, pillows shower, work area and breakfast. Great and accomadating staff. Did not like that they charge for parking and did not notice that on the website when i booked nor was informed when I checked in. When I brought it up they said since I wasnt informed that theyd waive it this time.
I was in Dallas for my sons parents day weekend at his college. I decided to stay at the SpringHill Suites for the price and location. It was a great experience. The commute to the campus was easy because of the quick access to the Tollway. It also made it quick to get to Love Field. The staff was professional and kind. They were helpful and the hotel was kept neat and clean. I would definitely stay at this location again. The price was very reasonable, especially for the quality of the hotel.
Hotel was clean, staff was very friendly. My only complaint about this hotel is how terrible the breakfast is. Yes, being that it is free shouldnt be a big deal, but it does when you are expecting to have a good meal when you wake up especially compared to other hotels. Food-was-terrible! Flavorless, bad quality, just gross. Sorry!

2022-03-09Positive: Staff at the front desk is nice and very friendly . What we really like is the breakfast offered in this hotel and Free Internet. Negative: Very small and old room. Not so clean, found dirt stuck on the commode (yikess). TV is just placed on the small table and cant even watched without turning your head on the side. We have to pay daily parking fee on this hotel.

2022-06-17Room temp and humidity is big for me, and SpringHill Suites got it right. The whole building was very comfortable which made falling asleep after a long day enjoyable. Woke up to a good spread of breakfast. Guests of the hotel were respectful of each other. All around great environment, accommodations, staff, and the like.

2022-04-25This is the 2nd time weve stayed at this hotel. The first time was 7 months ago. The experience was much better when we were here September 2021, but this time has been ok too. The breakfast and coffee service had been downgraded significantly since last year to inedible, vending food that is not fresh at all. So while the room was clean and comfortable well look for a hotel that serves real breakfast for our next visit. Additionally they eliminated the sundries area for a very small vending machine that appears to have not been restocked in quite a while. We needed ban-aids, and the machine was out. The desk clerk gave me one small one, that wasnt sufficient for the need, so we had to uber out just to get ban-aids. Its the little things that make a hotel experience positive. The staff was nice this time too; but not as nice and friendly as they were last year. This hotel has clearly gone through a restructuring of management with an effort to save money. The changes arent good and we wont stay here again.

2022-04-06No acknowledgement of being a ambassador level member, no information on breakfast or any of the other hotel amenities or even where the elevators are at. I asked if I could have the parking fee waved as a courtesy (almost every Marriott has granted to wave the parking fee as a courtesy for being ambassador level). Receptionist was rude as I was explaining my request. I was not even offered my bonus arrival gift of points or a market item. Definitely NOT the service I would expect from a Marriot. On a good note, rooms are very nice, quiet and clean.

2022-07-01I was so disappointed as they had hidden fees by charging me for parking. Also the breakfast wasn’t what was advertised and there was something in the mattress that I was allergic to

2021-10-06We really enjoyed our stay. The rooms were clean, comfortable and had really nice beds. Lina and the rest of the front desk staff were really nice. We loved the location of the hotel as well. It was near a lot of food and shopping options. As a big coffee drinker I loved that they had fresh coffee at the front desk 24/7.

2021-10-01Breakfast was good and the staff was super friendly and accommodating. The location is great and the area is clean and safe. Its a hop away from a really cool neighborhood with really fun looking places, (Lion and Crown). We arrived too late to walk around anywhere and are just passing through, but this hotel is REALLY worth the money!! Very family friendly.

2021-10-29I have stayed with these folks for years now. Their standard of service and upkeep of the premises has never wavered. The staff is always friendly, helpful and pleasant. My room a King suite, is always comfortable and provides me work space and a separate living space.Very comfortable and reasonably priced.

2021-11-15Stayed with family (3 kiddos) in 2 queen bed suite also had a separate living area with a sofa/day bed. A little disappointed the sofa was not a pull out so FYI. But still was adequate for our needs. Room had a wet bar area with fridge & microwave. Spacious enough for all of us. Hotel was located in a nice area plenty of nice restaurants nearby, hotel staff was polite & efficient.
