Great experience! Very easy car buying experience. Delilah my sales-lady was/is extremely good at customer service! She was pleasant and very professional!! Very serviceable. She was not pushy and aggressive in her sales which I loved! If I had to do business again with Stanley I wouldnt use no one else but Delilah! I also felt better dealing with a female than a male sales person. Stanley was quick to fix the small things in my car when I brought it to their attention. The service desk personnel were very pleasant as well.
I bought a car a few months ago and my sales person Russell Sanchez, was absolutely amazing! Well mannered, very polite & funny! He made the process fast and easy! I was in need of a car quickly after learning my old car was not worth fixing. I went to Stanley Ford with exactly what I needed and the price I could afford. I had keys to my new car delivered to me in Lubbock the NEXT day. I have never had that level of customer service from any other car dealer, ever! I will always go back to Stanley. Amazing group. One of the best car buying experiences I have ever had!! Lee was quick on getting my approval and into a new truck in less than two hours. My Salesman, Chris, took his time and explained to me all cost, fees and all rebates associated with the truck I had chosen. He even went above and beyond and compared incentives and rebates between Ford and Ram trucks. Overall, awesome experience! I will definitely be recommending this dealership to my family and friends! Long story but they took my car apart without permission! Tried over charging me 2,200 and lied about things that needed to fixed because they make commission off of it. Then traded my car out! I asked several time to get my car back literally the next day! They keep pushing it off because they had already sold my trade in (without fixing) and without the new car even being funded yet! And it goes on and on! Unless you want to get screwed literally dont trust them! Very very bad business is being ran there.
Fast, fun and easy! My salesman, Doug Anderson, did a great job finding me a vehicle that my wife and I are really excited about. Doug introduced me to his sales manager Aaron Ward who got me approved with the payment I needed! I would highly recommend calling Doug and Aaron if you’re in the market for a vehicle. If they do business the way they handle their hiring process, I wouldnt buy a bargain broken bicycle from them. Misleading and dishonest are the first two terms that come to mind. Customer service is an absolute essential and that starts with honesty and integrity. Neither of these traits were displayed by the management staff I met. If their staff is a product of their character and training, I can only imagine the end result of their sales.

Terrible dealership. I bought a truck from them on the Internet and Fedexed them a check and they sold it out from under me. Brian Rios the sales guy lied to me about not receiving my messages. Their finance manager Matt Kirk is totally unprofessional and unresponsive. He never replied to any of my emails and did not send back my check for over a week which kept me from buying another truck from another dealer. Worst experience of buying a car in 40 years of buying vehicles. Plus they post fake reviews about themselves here.
I have bought several cars and I have had some good and bad experiences at many dealerships. However, Bryan at Stanley Ford was very patient and kind. He made the transaction very easy. Thank You Bryan for helping me and my family get into our new F-150! We will be back for sure!!
This is the worst dealership I’ve ever been to the sales manager Doug Anderson is horrible and is always trying get one over you. I called him out on his numbers and immediately apologized and he knew he was caught. I would recommend you not coming in and wasting your time with these crooks just an overall negative sales experience we live and we learn.
Stanley dealership is a great place to send your vehicles. My husband and I had them work on both our Ram trucks and they gave us excellent service. Jessica, the parts manager, was very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Her and Triellis, the Service Manager, helped us out every step of the way. It was truly a great experience. We were treated very well and we wont take our vehicles anywhere else!

Don’t waste your time and thoroughly go through your vehicle you purchase. Purchased my wife a vehicle from here not even a month ago and found out her windshield leaks when it rains or going through a car wash. Multiple calls have been made and no one will return my call as I was told they would get back to me and make things right. Joe in service says he has attempted but the sales manager won’t return my calls. Don’t waste your time here. Customer satisfaction and selling a reliable vehicle must not be priority. Hell even when we bought the vehicle we never got a full detail. When we called our sales rep Brenda, she wouldn’t even answer my wife’s phone calls.
Victor helped me get my dream truck after my old one was totaled by a deer. I told him what I was looking for, and he found me exactly what I wanted. Victor was patient even when I wanted to test-drive everything 10 times just to be sure. He kept me updated every step of the search, and called me the minute he found the perfect truck.
The guy who sold me my car named Ruben brought it to me with cat or dog hair& a 3rd tank of gas. I live in Lubbock. My experience has been poorly handled and I’m completely disappointed in my customer service I received to resolve the issue. I will never purchase a car from them and would recommend anyone to this car dealership.
I spoke with David Wilder on the phone before I went over to Brownfield. We arrived I asked for David and He was ready to show me the vehicle that I had inquired about. David went above and beyond in trying to help and I ended up with a vehicle exactly like what I wanted only a year newer with fewer miles than the one I had seen originally. David was awesome and made sure we had a great experience throughout the process, to be honest I didn’t meet anyone at Stanley Ford that wasn’t friendly and helpful! So thanks David for helping us to get the best vehicle for us!
As for me and my family we will only go to Stanley ford in brownfield from now on. This was our first experience with them and we were blown away. The whole experience from start to finish was easy and no hassle at all. We went there because we were previous customers of Gavin at another business and now we met another wonderful gentleman. I would not recommend Stanley Ford in Brownfield, TX. My husband bought a vehicle here. First of all, when he went to pick it up, they had loaned it out to someone. The truck was already in my husband’s name and covered by our insurance. They actually asked my husband to let the guy keep driving it for three days, but he refused. He had to drive a couple of hours to trade vehicles with the guy. It was muddy and dirty. It actually looked like the man had gone mudding in it. There was even mud under one of the seats. He hasn’t had it even a month and it’s broken down. Of course, it’s not covered by the warranty. It’s going to cost $2000 to fix. It an exhaust issue. Supposedly, a new filter was put on before my husband bought it, yet after three weeks the truck shut down because the filter was too dirty. The dealership said that it’s not covered, but the problem could very well be a result of loaning the vehicle out to someone who took it mudding. Either the dealership did not change the filter as they claimed or the mud caused an issue. You would think if someone spent $50,000 on a vehicle that they could count on it lasting at least a month. Even back alley tote the note places would make it right if the vehicle didn’t last a month——- Not Stanley Ford. Fair warning to anyone looking here for a vehicle.
Was shopping for a new pickup. Doug Anderson with Stanley Dodge in Brownfield, TX was highly recommend to me from a family member. Contacted Doug explained what I was looking for in my new truck. That’s when Doug went to work, he went out shopping and checking some of his sister dealerships to find me the exact truck I was looking for. The entire process was smooth and fast. Doug will have my business for years many years to come. If you’re looking at getting a new ride please don’t hesitate at all to let Doug work for you. I purchased my vehicle last October. I had intentions of writing a review since then. Obviously my experience was memorable. I called Brent Levitt one Monday morning and told him I wanted to purchase a car that day. My occupation takes me out of town every week, so I needed to complete the transaction ASAP. He took my information over the phone and began the transaction. I arrived at Stanley at 4:30 and was the owner of a new car by 6:00! Now who does that?! Between Brent and Lee Peebles, finance director, the experience couldnt have been better! Lee had all my paperwork ready to sign with NO pressure to up sale! Im telling you folks. THIS IS THE PLACE TO BUY YOUR NEXT CAR!
I’m a College student who was looking to buy my first vehicle on my own. Saved up a good down payment working two jobs through school so far. Decided to look in a smaller dealerships thinking it would be easier than the car salesman in Lubbock. Told the gentlemen my situation and that I’d been looking at the page for vehicles under $10,000 online and was going to call me back with prices. It was a HUGE MISREPRESENTATION.
The actual dealership is a very good place to buy cars and the very professional but as of lately they hired a general manager name Fred Rumsey he is a liar and None of its employees like working with him. Slander is one thing he uses often he is not a professional and I would strongly advise people not to not buy a vehicle there while he is employed there as I know love there is 2 other dealerships that let him go The dealership is a great place but that 1 employee spoils the whole thing.
I actually drove from Lubbock to try and purchase a 2019 Ford Explorer Sport all Black. When I arrived they were very professional. But you know how that goes when your there to purchase a vehicle. They actually brought it over from another location that was out if town. Instead of hauling the vechicle they drove it. Which means they put 236 miles on it when it only had 4 miles. As negotiations started I knew what I was willing to spend. I was ready to put down $5000.00, but I wasnt going to tell them that right off, so I waited. After being there for about an hour the Finanace manger kept going back a forth asking how much more we could put down. Well I was asking for a payment between 600 and 650 a month. He came back and told me that Ford Credit would not finance me. I work for a great company where we as employees receive a co.pany discount. Known as the xplan. Well, he did not want to give me the plan discount saying that I was actually going to end up paying more if I went that way. After a while my wife and I. Decided bot to buy do the the salesman and finance manger failing to meet us half way and to at least give us the xplan. I decided to go to Pollard Friendly Ford in Lubbock. We purchased the same vehicle, with zero percent interest with the xplan deal and we also have out payments at 693 a month. We also were finacaed by Ford Credit. You cant beat that. Stanley Ford wanted me somewhere at $788.00 a month. Im glad I went back to Pollard Ford in Lubbock Tx. They took care of me there and they had no issues getting me financed with Ford Credit.Thank you Jesus!!
I’m a new vehicle owner, so I knew nothing about anything really.. but Ricky Hernandez made everything so clear to me and he is so easy to work with . He went above and beyond to make sure that I was satisfied with the truck that I picked . Very proud to have him as my sales guy!
I drove my company truck 45 miles during the work week to get a fifteen minute oil change done. They have a new service writer who doesnt know me very well but was told that I have to have an appointment. I tried to explain to him what the circumstances were but he really didnt seem to care. He actually made me very angry. Have never had this problem before. In the last six years I have purchased 2 mustang GTs, 3 Ford focuses, 4 pickup trucks, 1 Ford explorer, and 1 expedition at this Stanley Ford location. I walked across the lobby into my salespersons office and told him that I would not be buying any more vehicles from him because of the service writer. He immediately took me across the lot to the Chrysler jeep service dept where service writer (Mr. Stewart) took very good care of me and had my oil change done in no time at all. So if you need your Ford worked on take it to the Dodge house. It is not woth my time to deal with the shaggy looking fellow who seems to have lost scooby doo because he didnt have an appointment.
One of the greatest experiences buying a car with Joe cavazos. He explained to us every detail to where I could understand. He knew what we wanted and never steered us wrong. I strongly would recommend him to anyone who needs a car or truck.he will work with you to get the best deal. Thanks again Joe cavazos for the experience.
Very, very poor customer service... From the salesman Eddie now up to Lee (correction made) the GM! They didnt provide the services I was advised of and wont make good on them now unless I take more time off to accommodate them! Lee (correction made), said he is a partner in Stanley Auto Group and essentially said I was out of luck! Highly suggest you do not give your business to this company! Lee (correction made) challenged me to do what I wanted.... I sure will!*****Update***** I did reach out to the dealership and spoke to Lee (see corrections above!) He made it clear unless I was willing to take time off work to take the only vehicle I have to them to correct the issues, I was SOL!
I have used many service departments over my years. The Service department at Stanley Ford has been exceptional. Triellis and Amanda are the kind of people that if they say they will do something it will be done. The service world would be a better place with more people like this in it. We bought a car from here that needed the bumper replaced, so we left the vehicle there for the week so they could get it done. When the vehicle was done they let us know it was ready to pick up, so we went and got it, but the bumper was not the same color as the vehicle, and was cheap plastic. We were not informed that this was how they’d be replacing it. Not impressed.
Great customer service! every one there was very friendly. Hunter the sales rep was great and did a great job in helping me find what I wanted Lee Peebles was also very helpful . When Im ready to buy another vehicle I will definitely go back to see them. It was worth me driving 3 hrs to Brownfield to pick up my new Explorer!

2022-05-15This is a great dealership. My husband and I have bought and/or ordered several vehicles from Jordan Hinjosa. We fully trust him and he will forever have our business. Jordan along with Doug, Ryan, and Fred (the managers) make the car buying and ordering process so easy and stress free. We live in a different city and don’t even bother with the dealerships here because they can’t compare to Stanley! 10 out of 10 recommend this dealership!

2022-07-02I truly do not have enough good things to say about this dealership. Car shopping has been a nightmare and so when I found one I loved on their website, I knew not to get my hopes up. Ricky (our salesman) truly worked for us and made the whole experience so amazing. We had made a deal within about 30 minutes of arriving and it blows my mind how easy they made everything for us. I want to thank EVERYONE at this dealership and will 100% be coming back for my next vehicle.

Our salesman Mike went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. I was very impress with his knowledge and what we were looking for he was straight and honest with us and gave us his honest word and said that he would truly help us buy a good used dependable car and didnt make us feel that we couldnt buy a car.
