Horrible service and horrible attitudes starting with the manager Rachel sSanchez. We had a mobile order, never “showed up” on their screen. Then they took our order manually and still had to wait another 20 mins because they had other mobile orders. Then Rachel asked if we wanted a refund, we waited over 30 mins and she wanted to give us a refund???? Never again will we buy from this Starbucks, rather drive further than deal with a very incompetent manager. Gave them too much credit by giving them a star.
Absolutely horrible service, I waited for my drink for over 30 min..everyone that ordered behind me got there drinks first, the barista was rude, I spent 30$ on drinks and muffins and had a foam cup of coffee once I finally received my drink. The time before I purchased the last pumpkin cream cheese muffin, I purchased it...well the baristo forgot And one of the workers snagged it when going on break. She was eating MY muffin!! So I got stuck with a scone a dry scone!! It is the only Starbucks around us im definitely NOT going back or spending my money there.
Longest wait of my entire time purchasing Starbucks. Mobile ordered at 6:21 and got our order at 7:00 after having to ask them. He made our drinks at 6:55 except for one he made and left sitting for 20 minutes Three of them were made wrong.Update: I’ve been coming here for three months and night shift gets orders wrong 75% of the time. They are super friendly until you ask them to correct it. The wait times are mostly through the roofThe morning shift usually does really well and is way faster.After three months of being a mostly daily customer I believe this is one of the worst Starbucks I’ve been to.Some of the employees are really kind, and sometimes the drinks are great. The place is clean
I see a lot of people in the reviews have been commenting on the long wait time for the drive-through. But to be honest it’s really not that bad I was able to watch my infant child grow up, graduate high school, go to college and start a family of his own. As for myself I was able to attain two PhD‘s from University of Phoenix online while waiting in the drive-through. So it’s really not that bad
Easily have spent 30 mins just in drive through for a coffee, they def do not have organization in proper place. Yesterday I came by and again same 30 min wait, they had a young girl making drinks while two just laughing joking around at the window, while the guy who took my order, cut me off in process.. today again another 30 min drive thru wait, glad I dont live In this town and dont have to worry about this Starbucks being the only one in town and it takes this long, if I lived here I prob wouldnt frequent Starbucks this often because of the wait!
Possibly the worst starbucks around! mobile orders cannot walk in to pick up? Have to wait in drive through which is also very slow hope my hot coffee is still warm when I get it. Ive given this one multiple tries as it is new but this will be definitely be last visit.
Meh, same old Starbucks. I like the coffee shop by town better. Starbucks uses a blended robusta blend and just dumps too much flavorings on everything to hide that burnt tire taste then charges you and arm for the name. The main street coffee in town has 100% arabica and a much better selection of things.
Placed on online order at 2:09 PM, site stated 4 - 8 minutes for our coffee to be made. We recieved our coffee at 2:50 PM. We ordered two different frappuccinos, one mocha, one salted caramel on the mobile Starbucks app, and received 2 mocha fraps. So what I am ordering and what is on the sticker are 2 different items.The 2 stars is because an employee was grabbing cups with a finger on the inside of the cups. EMPLOYEES SHOULD NEVER....EVER....TOUCH THE INSIDE OF A CUP WITH FINGERS! VERY UNSANITARY AND MAY CAUSE FOOD BORNE ILLNESS. (Did the employee wash hands according to the guidelines set forth or not? We dont know.)The parking lot is a complete mess! Who ever designed the structure of the entry and exit and the parking needs to go try to park and leave. There is no structure. The drive through has the exit/entry blocked on the side road and the main road exit/entry is too narrow. So when trying to enter while drive through customers are exiting is not easy, so cars are having to go around to the side where the drive through vehicles are and that is blocked with drive through vehicles.I know this Starbucks has only been open for almost a week, so I hope this helps for whoever is reading this.On a great note! They make a great cup of coffee!
Im happy to see them in Bay City Texas. Im thankful Starbucks have decided to invest in small towns and will support them when I can. I dont want to say anything bad about them. The wait in line in the morning could be managed a little better but I think the store management is afraid to hire more people based on the fact they may have to pay them $15 an hour.
Worst Starbucks I’ve been too. Why are the doors locked for mobile orders???? I ordered on the app to avoid the drive thru. It’s constant disappointment at this location. Wrong drinks, slow service, forgotten mobile orders, no set schedule. This is the last time I spend a dime at this location. I will patronize the local coffee shops only from now on.
Rachel is the absolute best! Starbucks should give her a raise and never let her go!! They just recently opened... and are extremely busy. Upon entering I was told I would be unable to order in person. Im assuming because of Covid. So, I spent the next 15min. starting an ordering account, adding credit card to the acct., etc... At the end of all that, the app told me I was then unable to order via the app. Needless to say, I was very frustrated. Rachel, the manager heading up the location jumped into action. She immediately rectified the situation and talking to her for the limited time she had was a real pleasure. She turned a very angry customer into a very happy one. More companies and employees need to learn this long forgotten practice of taking care of the customer! Thanks Rachel! God bless!
I went there on the grand opening. Was not pleased. I ordered a caramel macchiato with whip cream, 4 sugars, and a breakfast sandwich. Once I drove off I noticed that I didnt have the green toothpick on the top, not a single drop of caramel, whip cream or sugar in my coffee. Just a plain coffee. I wasnt pleased especially after spending $11. Tried to call and there is not a number on the receipt nor was I able to pull this location up on Google.
If I could give zero stars I would. One hour wait to come to the front to find out order wasn’t placed! And I asked for a caramel frap and got just ice with coffee no sugar. Tasted like black coffee! I stopped at a neighborhood convenience store “Diamond Food Mart” to add sugar to the drink!
They have been open only 3 days and I have been twice and they are doing a great job. The cashier didnt know they carried what I ordered and the manager patiently showed her they do. Manager also apologized about sticker machine going down. I wish I would have got her name she was super nice.
I really think that its a shame that you have a computer in front of you and still screw up an order. Further more I also think its rediculous to sit line for an hour to get your order and it still be wrong. New place and changes need to be made already. Idk how many other orders have been wrong but mine has been twice already out of 3 times being there.
The inside of the store is closed today, not sure why. However, the app let me placed an online mobile order but I still had to wait in the 10 car drive through line in order to pickup my mobile order. This feature should not have been available if the store is closed in the outside. First time coming since opening, and I was disappointed.

2022-06-04This place is an absolute joke… We put an order in on the app, and sat and watched at least 30 drinks done… Asking what’s going on, leads to absent excuses (hot drinks take longer when they have cold drinks already) One of the drinks was a cold one… Next Excuse… I am extremely disappointed in this Starbucks, this place is causing a bad taste in peoples mouth… NEVER again, I will take my business to Kates…

2022-06-19I love Starbucks and their drinks. Wish they’d quit going up on their prices and down on their points. I used to be able to get a free drink after 4 days now it takes like 2 1/2 weeks to get one with their new point system and the price for the drinks went up.

2021-10-31One of the finest Starbucks I have been to. The staff were friendly and very confident in their abilities. Both our drinks were made with love and care. The lounge area was also very clean. Will come again on a Sunday

2021-09-13THE STAFF IS AMAZING!!! ALWAYS!! :) Even when short handed, their demeanors remain positive, caring, friendly, and welcoming!! I visit once or twice a week, and still a few of the baristas have my drink memorized! More people should have cash readily available, in order to tip these awesome employees!!! After all, they ARE providing every individual with accurate, CUSTOM service via beverages!!!!! *ONLY ISSUE ~ Starbucks should absolutely set up the credit card machines to be able to add a tip ~ being a patron in this day and age, its unheard of .... especially given its a service industry.

2021-09-11Let me start off by saying I am a regular customer of this Starbucks and I purchase drinks there nearly every single day. Today I was unaware that the store was closing early and when I went onto the app to place a mobile order, it allowed me to do so and it charged me. When I showed up at the store the store had closed 45 minutes prior and therefore there were still workers inside, looked like they were cleaning up. I knocked on the door in hopes that they would come to the door and I could tell them what happened, that I placed a mobile order and had been charged and I simply wanted them to cancel it so I could get my money back. They all stared at me like I was crazy, told me from across the store through the door “we are closed!” and “come back tomorrow!” I tried to show them the screen of my phone to explain what I wanted and still, they wouldn’t understand. Finally a girl came to the door and through the glass said something to the affect of “come back tomorrow” and she wouldn’t listen to what I was trying to say. They continued talking about me and looking at me very ugly. Several other people showed up while I was trying to get their attention and I explain to them what was going on and they agreed that someone should have come to the door at the least and let me get my money back. Extremely disappointed at this extremely rude behavior and lack of customer service. What could’ve been a simple fix turned into a very negative experience for me.And to think this all could have been avoided if they had just done their jobs to begin with and turned off the mobile ordering when the store closed.

2021-11-16Half the order was wrong and when brought politely to their attention, was told to calm my tone. Trying to speak over their loud machines, loud music, particion, and a mask for them to hear me clearly and then be met with attitude is poor customer service. Was out of many things at this location. Worth the money to drive to ANOTHER Starbucks NOT the one in Bay City!

2022-03-01Hours say they’re open till 9. I was here at 8:30 and told that the store was closed. On a Saturday. If your hours say you’re open until a certain time then the public should be able to depend on that.
