Great doing business with a home owned local business. I needed a temporary storage space to move furniture, electronics and decorations out of my home while having some extensive renovations. Corey Baker the owner of the facility was responsive, courteous and efficient at taking care of my needs. The units are very clean, well lite and fenced. They also where very competitive on cost. I will do business again with them and recommend them to my friends and family.

I have personally used and have referred many clients and friends to Attic Space Self Storage. Corey has always been prompt to respond, easy to deal with and ready to take care of his customers needs. Having several locations crossing Johnson, Hill and Ellis counties also makes it a good fit for my clients across the Central Texas area. I highly recommend their services.

When it comes to mini storage this place is great !!! Customer service is courteous. The faculties are clean and up to date. I highly recommend Attic Space Self Storage .

Absolutely do not recommend. I was just cursed out and yelled at over the phone by the owner for calling to many times. I purchased unit over the phone direct from Corey arrived at unit with family and a truck full of item to find my storage already had a lock on it. We set there for 30 mins trying to get ahold of Corey the owner. After the 7th call he answers and immediately screams at me “IM GOING TO HANG UP RIGHT NOW AND YOU CAN LEAVE A MESSAGE BLANK BLANK BLANK” cursing me out. I leave a message. He calls me back and says “ don’t you do that to me. You better leave a message I have over 400 customers”. And continues to curse at me. I asked for my 100 dollars back. This was a horrible experience. My family and I were stuck in limbo during a very stressful time of moving and all I wanted to do is get the situation resolved. I don’t believe any owner should talk to customers in that manner.

It’s wonderful to have options in Alvarado. The units are affordably priced and the manager is courteous. The facility is well lit, with code access entry (safe).
