The Stride team provided a perfect customer experience, right from the first contact. They were able to get a tech onsite same day, and Ramone was fantastic. Ramone was knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and he took the time to explain the service and chemicals. He was also efficient and worked quickly. No bugs and no ants now! Stride is my pest control company for life!
I will never stop using Stride! I have been getting quarterly treatments to the outside of my home since 2017 and have been bug free since. I haven’t seen one cockroach, dead or alive since then. Might be luck, might be Stride. Either way, whatever they do is working miracles so I’ll never quit them!
I just hired this company for the first time yesterday and they showed up today, Im very impressed with their response time. I knew we had an ant problem but I didnt realize how bad it was until Ramone came out and identified multiple species, he found ants I didnt even know we had. He sprayed inside, outside, my yard, garage and attic. I was afraid there would be a bad smell in the house but theres not. Ramone is very professional and knowledgeable, we learned a lot from him. Now I wish Id called sooner! Thank you!!
We have used Stride for over a year and are always happy and satisfied with their service. Customer service is top notch and the techs who come to our home are always excellent. Marcos has been our regular tech for the past year and he’s fantastic! Thanks to all of you at Stride!
I highly recommend Stride. Ive been with them for almost a year and between Kyler, Marcos, and the other folks who have come out, the customer service and knowledge of what theyre doing is awesome. Best pest control service experience I have ever had!! Burton Johnston was our technician and did a great job of explaining a plan of action to cut down on our bug activity around the house. My wife and I have a home that backs up to the San Gabriel river and with lots of vegetation. Therefore, we get a lotttt of spiders, scorpions, and flying insects around the outside of our home. He was professional, curtesy, and very personable while preforming his service and showed he genuinely cared. Unlike my other experiences where people could care less and its just another job to be done. They even followed up without me asking them too, and offered to come back out if we needed them too. Free of charge. These days that never happens! Thankfully, we have noticed a significant improvement and there was no need. I highly recommend this company to anyone who is considering pest control services.
Our technician Marcos was polished, professional, and very thorough in his servicing of our home …I appreciated all the time and care he took w our initial inspection and feel like I learned a lot in the process! I’d been referred to STRIDE by Gerry and Steve Gallegos who have been using them for years and been really pleased w their work ethic…Happy to be supporting a locally-owned business, and have our family joining their clientele base! They treat their customers so well!
Initially they wanted me to do a one year contract with them which I refused. After speaking with them, they said that I didnt have to but they would need to charge the full amount for the first spraying and then if I do a years worth they would credit back the initial promo offer which I was happy about. I was still shopping around and I didnt want to agree to something up front without knowing if they would maintain consistency. Its been almost a year now and felt I should post here for others to know. They have been amazing! Punctual, if I needed to cancel and reschedule for something more convenient, they never had an issue with it. Always addressed any specific issues or areas that needed extra attention, professional, friendly and kept their promise. Im very happy with my service to date especially because Im more susceptible to bites but its been next to no pests for this past years worth of service. I highly recommend them if youre looking for a service that isnt going to bully you into a contract and lock you in. They havent done the bait and switch either where you get a good tech the first time around and then it goes downhill from there. If you dont want a contract, just pay the full price up front and schedule whenever you like so you can try it out yourself before you commit to anything else. This also lets me use another service that specializes in the in wall pest system once a year or so and then go back to Stride for my regular maintenance as well. Thank you and please keep up the quality of service! As a small business owner myself, I appreciate and love I can support a smaller local business.
We were very happy with our experience with Stride today. Erin was very patient and helpful in explaining the service and setting up the appointment, and she followed up right away with an email for me to review all the info. James came out today to provide the treatment, and he was very informative and polite. He inspected our home for any signs of rodents and made sure to explain what to expect over the next few months. Id recommend Stride.
Their service was excellent. Ramone was so nice and did a thorough investigation to make sure the wasps had not infested the attic before he sprayed. He also searched the perimeter to look for any other nests. Amanda in the office was also very patient in answering my questions and I had more than typical but she was always very polite and patient. The super customer service really made a difference!
I had bought a used sectional on Facebook Marketplace and wanted to get it checked out to make sure it was all clean and free of bedbugs/fleas.Burt came out and did an inspection on my couch and bed all for free. Very professional and nice guy, answered all my silly questions about household pests and did a very thorough job inspecting the couch and my mattress.Awesome experience very glad I can rest assured everything is clean! The Stride Team is amazing. Due to extenuating circumstances, I was unable to pay my bill on time. When the next service was due, I still had my outstanding balance, and rather than leaving me high and dry, their specialist still came through and did a general maintenance spray. They were more concerned with my quality of life. It made a HUGE impact on me, and Ive been recommending them to everyone ever since. Love this team so much! Thanks for keeping me spider free!
I had called Stripe to get a quote on a pest control maintenance plan and spoke to Katie. Upon speaking with Katie Sarver, we had booked a date for next week but I decided not to pay yet. After speaking with my husband and deciding against using their services (we decided to use another company due to better reviews/ratings and also for the price and what we would be getting out of it), I called back and spoke to Rosie to cancel the scheduled service.Rosie asked for a reason and I told her in general that it was the pricing for service and she LAUGHED AT ME before saying okay. I didn’t really expect to be made a joke out of when calling to cancel a service and now I’m glad I did. That was so unprofessional and rude.Based off this interaction- I can’t imagine dealing with Rosie if I ever went through with this service.
These folks rock. New to Texas and Stride was recommended by a neighbor. Fast, friendly and courteous. When the ants came marching thousands by thousands, Stride was at my house within a couple of hours. They explained their treatment, type of ants and reassured me all treatments are pet friendly. Highly recommend!! Burt rocks!!! They stand behind their service. You wont be disappointed!
We’ve been using Stride Pest Control for over 6 years and two different houses. When we moved, Stride was absolutely one of the priority services for us to continue with at our new home. Service and professionalism has been top notch. Their slogan “The best possible service in the nicest possible way” is true!
I received a one-time service which was a whole home inspection and a full treatment for the house, including the yard. I had to request the one time service rather than an annual contract. It is an option. I found the tech to be very helpful and the process was very easy. I would recommend them if you want recurring service or just have one specific problem you need solved.
Stride Pest Control visits our home once each quarter. Today our technician was Cade. He took the time to have a conversation with me about my bug-related observations inside and outside my house. He was courteous and professional. The management team, office staff and technicians are all friendly and accommodating. My neighbor recommended Stride to us, and were very glad they did.
We moved to Leander and within the first few days, saw a Black Widow on our front patio. I called up Stride due to their fabulous reviews and they really held up to that standard. From the time they came out until we had to end our service due to moving to a different city, we had not seen ONE BUG in the house or even outside really! We had their service for approximately 10 months and they were fantastic. Great service, customer service, technicians, etc. Highly recommend!

Weve had Stride tending to our home for three years now. The technicians have always been punctual, kind, and knowledgeable. The customer service representatives are very helpful and accommodating of our schedule; turnaround time on phone calls, emails, or texts is very quick. I definitely recommend Stride Pest Control for anyones home or commercial needs. Two thumbs up, way up!
We’ve been using Stride Pest for about a year now, and we couldn’t be happier with their service. Scheduling is automated and you’ll receive email and text reminders. Rescheduling is easy if you need to change service dates. Staff are always friendly, both office staff and service staff that come to your home. Service staff are thorough when treating your property. Note: Even during the pandemic, service staff are conscientious about wearing masks when entering your home, and booties to cover their shoes.
Fron the initial call to the service performed, Stride provides great customer service. Burt serviced our home. He was very knowledgeable, patient, and courteous. They do a great job with customer service. Cade was over today and he’s awesome. We talked about legos and other random things, just a great person. He was on time and I always appreciate the call ahead. Their service is amazing and they’ve always worked with my schedule and are dog safe. We’ve used them for about a year and half now and wouldn’t use another service.
Stride has taken good care of us. They answer questions thoroughly, and are glad to come back if the problem is not resolved. The employee who came today, Cade, texted to let me know he was on his way, had arrived, and was done. He was respectful and friendly when I chatted with him about where I had seen ants, and did a thorough job.
Stride are great people. Easy to schedule and work with. They dont try to upsell you services that you may not want. Cade came out within the appointment window and called when he was about 15 minutes away. He was wearing a mask when approaching the door.I let him know what pest issues we were having. He explained what he was going to do and what we should look out for (pests wont die immediately). Asked if we had any edible garden plants and to text him with any questions or concerns while he was working.Overall great experience.
David, the tech, was very personable and professional. I hired them to do 2 things: 1] a general service [5 star] and 2] get rid of a yellow jacket infestation - that didnt work at first as the yellow jacket nest was difficult to reach.I let them know and they sent a tech back out at No charge to redo the treatment. This seems to work now! Great job Stride!
I haven’t met an unkind person at Stride. Our tech Cade is wonderful. Friendly, considerate, listens while still giving his professional advice or things for me to be aware of. We often work out a treatment plan together and I feel our home is much better in control bug wise because of Stride. We used a different company for about 2 years prior to Stride and the level of bugs never changed it was so frustrating yet the moment we switched to Stride it was very obvious that the house was been treated and we now rarely see bugs. Anytime we do I can even call between services and I can have them spot treat. It is such a blessing. The office girls are kind, helpful and always make the schedule work for us. We won’t use any one else. Thanks Cade, you’re awesome.
Awesome customer service when setting up the initial treatment. Salesperson was very helpful and explained all my options before asking me to commit to anything. Technician that came to my house was very polite and explained what he was going to do before he did anything. I highly recommend Stride Pest Control to anyone wanting to prevent or get rid of bug problems.
I don’t even have to worry about pests anymore. Signed up for regular services with Stride after a scare with German roaches. Yikes! I called several companies but went with Stride based on their initial customer service and willingness to help. Haven’t seen a single living roach since! Super helpful and friendly. Cade is super knowledgeable and always checks in when he arrives and leaves (via text with Covid procedures).
This was the most recommended pest control on Nextdoor, and they did not disappoint. I was able to communicate in a timely and effective manner via e-mail with their super friendly staff.The technician they sent out, Jason, was very kind and professional. As well as knowledgeable. He was able to explained the ways I could help move along the process and get rid of the pests on my own.My husband was not able to call in to make a payment, but they came to do the service anyways. Which shows the amount of trust they have in their customers. As someone who has worked many years in customer service, I recognize and appreciate the courtesy they show with their customers.Overall, a great company to work with!
Stride is easy to work with. They communicate quickly, through text, and always accommodate reschedule requests. They come back out between serivices if need be. They dont try to upsell me ridiculous packages, but offer services only they think would benefit me based on treating my house and yard year after year. Technicians are friendly and quick, prices are right! Definitely recommend.
Awesome service! Cade (service technician) was very professional and patient for all of my questions. He did not rush to complete the job and just leave. He took his time and was very thorough. He provided good advice and also knew when he did not have the expertise to answer a question and provided methods of getting further details. Overall, Im impressed after the first visit with this company. Hopefully the results meet the same level!
Every detail was very professional, very thorough. I started the process with talking with Michael Honeycutt about their services and he shared a lot of information that helped me decide to choose their company. Our technician was excellent as well. He educated me on ways to help the treatment to be the most effective, what to expect and what treatments are needed in the future. Overall a great experience!
Friendly staff! Called about wasps and they were able in schedule in 2 days. Arrived on time. Very knowledgeable. Sprayed for all bugs including the wasps. Very effective and reasonably priced. Signed a yearly contract. Extremely pleased with the service we received! Highly recommended.
Jason waited for me to get off work and was there when I arrived. I had called about possibility of bed bugs. He came to evaluate the situation and luckily found I did not have an issue. Went over what to look for in the future with me and was very courteous and trustworthy. They even have the option of sending them a picture of what you are seeing so they can advise you. I would recommend this company.
Great inspection from clearly well trained techs. Mike was friendly, took ample time to explain the treatment options, effectiveness of different methods, and addressed our concerns with recent pest observations. The treatment was cost effective and consistent with what I have experienced from other vendors, however the great customer service and communication provide significant value as a customer.
Weve been happy customers of Stride since June 2018 and can safely say that Stride is a top pest control service in the Austin area. Our favorite part is you can shoot them a quick text with a picture of the problem, and theyll schedule an appointment, all over text! We pay for the regular treatments, but if critters start popping up between the service, theyll come out and re-treat (usually for free) - we cannot recommend Stride enough, if youre on the fence and reading this right now, you wont make the wrong decision to go with Stride.All of the technicians have been stellar, but specifically I wanted to mention Burton - he has come to our house on multiple occasions and is always very polite, informative and thorough. Burton always goes the extra mile to check everything out around the house before he leaves, beyond the areas we’ve mentioned, and always chats with me on his way out to let me know what was applied, how it was applied, and any follow up steps (an engineers dream). He even mentioned we should shoot him/Stride a text in 1-2 weeks to let him know if our attic ant issue is resolved. Thank you Burton!Stride really cares about their customers, and they do a killer job. Theres a reason they are rated 5.0 stars on Google, Yelp & Facebook, and not 4.9 or lower.

He explained everything in detail, performed the job as discussed and I was happy with the service. I strongly recommend Stride Pest control.
Stride pest control did a good job. We booked a package together for me and my brothers home. They even offered a discounted price. Our first service is complete and at the end of first week, we hardly see any ants, spiders. Hopefully after a couple of more services our home should be free of any pest.
There are a lot of pest control companies, but Stride I think has the best staff of them all. They make scheduling super easy, a text message is all it takes. Their technicians are very knowledgeable and friendly. They even accommodate requests as much as possible. For e.g., I said I dont want regular service, so just ask whenever it is time, and they obliged. The other day I asked that I not be disturbed with a doorbell ring since I was in a meeting and the technician do his work quietly, and all I saw was a shadow tip-toeing around. In this crowded field of pest control companies, these folks stand out tall. I highly recommend them.
Our technician was on time, thorough, answered all of our questions and was very polite....and their prices are reasonable. I had a scheduling issue at a later service visit and emailed the company. David called me right back and was able to get to my house right away. Great company, I highly recommend them.
Have used this company for a few years and have never had any issues. Today the technician was nice and knowledgeable but it bothered me that he only wore a face mask when he entered the house. We were outside for a while and he did not have one on. I tried to keep my distance but I was disappointed that he didnt wear it in my presence the whole time.
Everyone at Stride Pest Control that comes in contact with me are friendly professionals. The service over 6 years has been without any problems. They work with my schedule and show me, my neighbors and my property the utmost respect. And I have no critters in the house!
We moved into a house with a bad ant problem. We tried store bought products, but the suckers just kept coming back. Tyson and his team at Stride were amazing and took care of the problem. We highly recommend them! They get the job done right, and do it with a smile :-)
Stride saved me! I have some ants destroying my wood and they were out right away to take care of the problem. Bonus they cleared all of the wasps and trested for fire ants along with all of the other pests. I was expecting it to be more and it wasnt! I signed up for the quarterly service and am excited to know these will be taken care of. Great service, price, and communication.
James came out right on time to help us get rid of cockroaches, paper wasps in the eve, and spiders! He was very clean and wore shoe protectors even when I told him it was not necessary. He answered all my questions (and I had a lot) and made me feel comfortable about the treatments being used in our home! I only saw two cockroaches inside within a day of him coming out and they were dying as I saw them. Overall, I have been very happy with the results and I’m sure it will only get better since they haven’t come back to interrupt the egg cycles yet! Being new in town I wasn’t sure who to trust, but I definitely feel like I put our home in the right hands with Stride!
Technician James was on time, listened to all my concerns and questions and responded professionally. He explained all of the products he was using and how they worked. I am very happy with the work and the results. I have not seen a live ant since shortly after he left!
Stride has been doing my pest control (including mosquito) for the past all of 2019 and the experience has been tremendous. No bugs inside the house and the mosquitoes are over 90% eradicated on the property. They use a two step process that includes both fogging and a mosquito trap system to get rid of them and it works wonders. Thanks!
Based on a real estate inspection, termites were not found and determined to be fire ants. Michael was highly professional and spent a great deal of time educating me on termites and answering my questions about fire ants. In addition, Michael went over and above to inform me of the fence gate construction to reconstruct the fence post closest to the house thereby to mitigate the ability of termites to travel from wood to house. I highly recommend Stride Pest Control.
GREAT service! The technician left about 2 hours ago and I already see a HUGE reduction in the ant issue I was having inside my home. Also refilled my existing rodent bait stations around my home at no charge. Great value for the price as well - best prices I found when doing my research on pest control companies.
Amazing service all around from initial set up to the technician arriving to our house. They sent an estimated time then called 15 minutes prior to arrival. The technician was very knowledgeable about the pests in the area, had great recommendations and was extremely friendly. Excited to continue using this service!!!
I honestly did not think it was possible to love a pest control company so much, but Stride really is great. They treat our home and a previous home that is now a rental property and our renters love them too. Our home backs up to a few acres of densely wooded area, so we get scorpions in the house from time to time. If we ever spot one, Stride will come out to retreat to put our nerves at ease. I also see dead water roaches, outside the house, from time to time--the latest one was just a week before our next service was due, so I know that the stuff from three months ago is still working. Those roaches never have (and hopefully never will) make it into the house. Thanks, Stride!
Michael was awesome and pleasant to work with. He gave us a lesson on different species of ants, and showed us the one that is an acrobat:). Now Im picking them up and showing my kiddos! All of our ants left our home shortly after the treatment! Thanks, Stride Pest Control, and thank you Michael!
The tech came at the end of the time window. He didn’t seem to know all the services that we were interested in.When we was going to treat the grass he moved all the kids toys off the grass, that was fine, but then ended up breaking apart our trampoline and didn’t tell us. So if we had not noticed the trampoline was not put together correctly our kids could have gone to play on it and been injured because of it.Over all I’m sure the treatment will be fine but so far the person we interacted with was not the best.

Overall, very happy with the results of the service. Did an initial inspection/pest control and scheduled for their quarterly maintenance plan.
We have had a terrible time with mosquitoes the last two summers. We did fogging last summer with no noticeable relief. On the recommendation of Kraig from Webb Pest Services, we had Stride come out and make a mosquito plan with us. We have three bait stations and they have been coming monthly to fog as well. It isnt cheap, but today I got to go out and lay on the grass and watch the clouds go by with my little girls and they got to go out and play with friends in the EVENING with ZERO mosquito bites. It used to be 5-6 in 30 minutes. I am so happy. It took awhile to be this effective but we are so pleased.
The serviceman came promptly, called ahead of time to let me know he was on his way, explained what he would be doing before he did it, answered any and all questions I had, was in and out quickly, and best of all theres no stinky smell after he left. All for an incredibly reasonable price. Im very pleased.
Ive used Stride for the past 4 years and have never had anything bur an excellent experience. Extremely responsive and will always come back out if there is something specific I need treated. Very thorough explanation as to what they are doing to treat the issue as well.
I had an issue with his COVID protection. He was wearing an inadequate mask, too small and very flimsy. Whats more, he was wearing it incorrectly, over his mouth and chin but fully exposing his nose and upper lip. It did look like his pesticide application was done OK, though.
Excellent customer service, a very friendly staff and a good product is what makes these guys stand out from the rest. Companies that I have tried in the past had good product but poor customer service and sometimes the other way around. After working with Stride, I was happy to find a company that cares for both their customers and their product. If the issue is not being fixed they will come out as many times as necessary as free of charge. I would highly recommend this company.
Had stride pest control out to our rental house today for an inspection and treatment. Very reasonably priced. The technician was knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. We were very pleased with the services, and signed up for their quarterly maintenance program - which is a tremendous savings. Will continue to use for all pest control needs.
After moving into our home we recently purchased, we saw a large cockroach in the attic. I looked up pest control companies online and Stride had stellar reviews. When I called, they helped take me through the types of service they were recommending for our home. Within two days, the exterminator was here. The technician they sent was also incredibly friendly and asked me plenty of questions. I felt I received personal service for what both we and they saw and noticed around our home. The technician found an ant hill on the side of our house which we hadnt noticed yet and of course, he took care of that too. So far, so good! I signed up for a quarterly service going forward to receive a discount and year-round availability should anything else come up in between our scheduled treatments. Their online system shows the invoices and scheduled treatment dates and is user-friendly to navigate. In Texas, pest control isnt optional; its a must! And, thanks to Stride, this is one less thing I have to worry about after moving!
So far I am very happy with this company. Both times I have called their office a very nice women answers the phone. She was patient, professional, and answered all of my questions thoroughly. Today Cade came to my home to spray for bugs and he was great. I expressed my concerns about the bunnies in my yard and my cats. He listened attentively, was friendly, and professional as well. I cannot remember the name of the person that came out to spray for bugs the last time, but he was also very informative about the process, what is in the spray, and what to expect. I will be using them in the future for sure.
I was serviced today by Alex from Stride and couldnt have had a better experience. Stride was able to accommodate me the same day since time was of the essence. They were professional, friendly, and great to work with and will definitely be who I use in the future and refer to all my friends/family.

So happy we chose Stride! We had a bad experience with another pest control company and were leery about someone else come in. However, Stride has exceeded expectations. Customer service has been excellent and the tech that came to our home was great and explained exactly what he was going to do and how we can implement solutions that will help manage our pest problem. I am a new customer with the company, so I can only offer my initial thoughts, but so far, I am very happy. Setting up the service was very easy, and Katie (the customer service rep) is professional and very pleasant. My first service visit was set up promptly for the following day with Cade. Cade showed up on time and I found him to be very warm and friendly, respectful of me and my home, and patient with my questions. He wore a mask and shoe covers into my home and made me feel comfortable with having someone in the house with whole Covid-19 situation we find ourselves in. Cade also pointed out two specific things he thought I could do at my house to reduce habitat for the big roaches I have around the house that I hate. That gives me a good initial game plan which I appreciate. Overall, I am very pleased with my decision to use Stride Pest Control.UPDATE: I had my second visit and I continue to be very happy with the service (plus Ive noticed already a decline in my roach problem). This visit was with Burt, who helped me address some wasp and carpenter bee issues. He listened to me carefully and treated for both of them. Additionally, he gave me some additional insights into non-chemical pest management things I can do on my property to reduce unwanted insects. I continue to be very happy with Stride Pest Control.UPDATE: At one year mark. Today I had Jalen help me. He was professional and responsive to my requests. So, in this past year, my roach problem went from 2 of the big nasty ones in the house per week to 0! The recommendations made by Stride Pest professionals to eliminate some of the habitat remaining around the house coupled with their application of pesticides have helped tremendously this year. As you can imagine, Im very happy!
Great group! If I had any complaint at all it would be that I only get about a days notice before my quarterly treatment. But, they are happy to reschedule and retreat as needed. Love Stride Pest Control! They are always great and reliable. Havent even considered looking for any other service. We had a few bug issues they resolved quickly. Any issues between service dates and theyll come out right away (even though weve only had to do that once!)

Stride Pest Control has been wonderful. They email a reminder at least 48 hrs before they are scheduled to spray, and they call the day of when they are on their way to the house. They have been great at communicating and making sure any problems have been taken care of. They are well priced and will come back out for free if pest problems come up between scheduled visits. They are also very friendly and professional on the phone. Im highly satisfied with my service!
We had some buzzing up in the attic and Stride came out to take a look. Our technician, James, was willing to crawl all over the attic to see if he could find the source and take care of it. He was extremely professional and very knowledgable. Because were living in a newer development, we see all kinda of bugs and critters, I feel better knowing Stride is taking care me and my home, and can come out between services.

2022-06-09Weve used Stride for nearly two years and have had fabulous service! Weve had a few technicians, all have been great. Most recently weve had Thomas on our route, and he has also been really friendly and helpful. We recently discovered wasp nests around our property and we have a severe allergy in the family. Stride came right out and took care of everything! Not only do we have far fewer insects around than prior to signing up for their service, but we have the comfort of knowing that if any pests do show up, Stride will respond quickly and effectively, and always in a friendly mood!

2022-05-04Ive been using Stride since 5 years and I could not be happier. In my previous house they resolved an Ant issue that another company could not get under control. Their products last for 3 month and if there is any issue in between you get a free treatment. Any unplanned request that I had were addressed within 1 business day. I can only highly recommend them.

2021-12-03I’ve used Stride services in the past and they never let me down. They have great employees who are nice and professional. They always answer all my questions and give me great suggestions. The thing I like the most is that you don’t have to have a contract in order for them to give you service. Since I’m renting a house I don’t do contracts. But next year I’ll be buying my first home and I’ll be getting a contract with Stride for sure. So happy I found them!

2022-06-11Amazing service, tenant left and not one bug dead or alive in the house. That is because we used Stride Pest control for 3 years. Totally worth the cost of the service. Not all pest control services are the same. This is the only one we use for our house and our rentals.
