I came in this morning at 5:30 to buy a cup of coffee. As I was pouring my coffee, the cashier was staring at me from 20 ft away as if I were going to steal something. Very disrespectful.
Worst gas station in Texas. All the road signs drew us in but the urine all over the floors ran us off. Also no Dunkin/Baskin Robins as the signs advertise. Totally gross, keep driving.
Not the real Stuckeys. No Baskin Robbins or Dunkin Donuts as advertised. The signature nut rolls dont taste authentic.
Had the adult pills (you guys know what I mean) at kids height so my kids had questions to say the least. Pictures and inappropriate language all over that stuff. No reason for that to be at childrens height level. Ridiculous. That should be behind the counter. Restrooms had very inappropriate graffiti all in them. At least the mens did. Not coming back. Not children friendly at all.
The dirtiest store I had been to in decades. The bathrooms were disgusting.
Great service by a polite gentleman. For a griddle-fried burger, the half pound with cheese was better than one would expect. The chopped meat was fresh and cooked to order. The onion rings left something to be desired. Overall very good. I would recommend this place to others and will return.
Stopped here very hungry leaving Beaumont going to Houston during hurricane and blackout. Friday evening around 7pm. They didnt have anything as listed on menu. Only chicken strips. And was trying to push them. Need better options that early on weekend.
1st time here. I was ordering a pizza & choosing the toppings & a huge bug, roach looking thing, was crawling between the topping containers. I pointed it out & the guy just non chalantly grabbed it with two napkins & crushed it. Didn’t even wash his hands or change the topping containers out the bug touched. I lost my appetite & wanted to order something else. They were still trying to charge me for food. After being grossed out, I’m sticking to Buckee’s.
They advertise clean bathrooms , yet I had to pee in the stall. Get some dividers up we’re in 2021; don’t wanna see any wangs
Bathroom was so disgusting no cleaning done in it appears that they dont know how to clean and they have paper towels instead of toilet paper and the soap dispenser you had to pick it up to because it was sitting on the counter so who knows how long thats been broken of I had to guess years from the looks of the entire bathroom an outhouse would of been better had to pick a star would have picked a negative five star rating
Against the wave of negativity I happened to stop by when the restrooms were clean and nice, no smell. The merchandise is awesome--neat touristy kind of place. As a local to TX my bf and I want to drive back for Xmas gifts. Lol Stuckeys is awesome 💜

Just left this place. Bathroom was filthy and one stall out of order. Food was burnt. My Dunkin Donut was NOT made today & I asked for a chocolate filled one. Less than 1/2 tsp of chocolate in it. If this is a franchise, I would fire the owners. I will NEVER stop at a Stuckeys again!
I remember these franchises along the highway when I was growing up. The food was generally good but the variety wasnt that good.
Do NOT bother using the restrooms here. Grossest bathrooms Ive seen in a long while!!! No soap in ANY of the pumps. In the mens one urinal was put of other. The other was flooded. One was literally full of poop. The womens one was out of order the other was nasty! If the place was this bad I cant imagine how the hand hygiene is of the employees cooking the food??? They literally cannot wash their hands.
Both men and women’s bathrooms were extremely disgusting. There was both pee and poop on the floors of both bathrooms and when told, the cashier acted like it was our fault for informing him.My husband literally stepped in poop.
Too bad I couldnt give this location a 0 star, sign advertised cleanest bathroom but its the stinkiest bathroom Ive been to. As soon as you open the door to enter, you smelled the raw sewage, gross. We didnt go somewhere else because we were heading to Houston & didnt have enough gas to get to Buc-ees (cleanest bathroom ever👍). Gas was $2.339/gal when other place has it for $2.19 or so. Disappointed & will not be back, please do not stop there.
First off the place was really hot. The restrooms were gross. The people working at the Dunkin Donuts section had no idea what they were doing and my iced coffee was disgusting. The entire time I was there the manager was hanging out with a bunch of people supposed to be working and having a very loud conversation. Do yourself a favor and stop somewhere else.
The short order burger and large potatoes (jojo potatoes?) were great. It took 10 mins for me to fill up and grab a fresh cooked burger and got me back on the highway. Gonna be one of my new stops when traveling.

This place used to be a favorite stop on our way to Opelousas when we were kids! Now, its showing it age and not in a good way. It is cleaner than it was a few years ago and well stocked, but many things are not priced so you have to ask the cost. And there is not a Baskin Robbins in this one, its in the one on the other side of the highway😊.
I wanted to buy a pecan roll, however, the place was so filthy I cant imagine eating anything from there. Parking lot is also filled with trash and broken glass. Not a rv or pet friendly place. Would not stop there again
Drove all the way there to get a burger and the cook had his mask under his face, I asked why are they not wearing their masks and they ignored me!!! I walked out and will never come back!! that’s why Texas is becoming the epicenter of coronavirus, people just don’t care!!!
BEWARE! There are puddles of urine in the bathroom. At least thats what I experienced. I politely told the manager that the restroom was filthy but he dismissed my comment and instead of taking responsibility like a man, he pretended he had business somewhere else and walked away. Inexcusable.
When Trump was talking about s***holes of the world, this place should have been one of them. Horribly dirty bathrooms that have grafitti all over them. Take the clean bathrooms claim off your sign a few miles back. I wouldnt let my dogs poop here. Gas prices are also jacked up compared to others around.
Stopped for ice cream but first went to restroom. Restroom smelled, muddy water on floor. Noticed all the corners in the stall looked like they hadnt been cleaned in years.Thought I would alert the manager. As I walked thru the adjoining entry noticed it looked the same. Decided to skip the ice cream. Before I could tell my husband he told me the same story about the Mens Restroom. Its worth driving a little farther to Buccees. I know. I really wouldnt give a star.
Sign on the freeway says clean restrooms. Not even close unless clean really means disgusting. We shouldve waited for Buc-ees.
The truck parking lot is decent sized and new, no giant texas potholes from hell. The personal pan pizza was actually really good they cook it to order takes about 5 mins. I suspect that alot of the negativity on here from truckers is due to the fact that the majority of the staff are Indian

Only if youre on fumes. The gas was literally 10cents more a gallon than the Stuckeys on the west-bound side of the highway - you can literally see the sign! And it was 50-60 cents more than Houston! WTH? When I asked the man at the register why gas was 10cents more, he literally just stared and didnt answer. But another customer validated the price in Houston.Toilets were nasty and souvenir junk super over priced.I recommend waiting until Beaumont if you can.
I saw all races of famlies coming in and out! Everyone including myself looked satisfied and happy.

Stopped because the billboard of their biscuits looked legit, get there and they dont have biscuits. Middle eastern man doesnt speak English, which would be fine if he had biscuits, but all he knew how to say was dinner roll...which is what I got instead of the biscuits got off of i10 for.Also they didnt have half of the sides and the food is mediocre at best.And he only let me get one sauce.
Total Bullshit typical Arab knock off store. Gas is even 20 cents more. Filthy place also. I shouldnt have to feel like I am being swindled from $5 burger to a $10 combo meal. They would not take no for answer and got real ignorant when I didnt want to upgrade just my $5 burger to a $9 combo. I typically dont call out people or nationality, but its common treatment of them just laughing at us. Personally I was so mad to see Military knock off goods in this store.

They had billboards uo saying world famous burgers. They were pretty bland. All the reviews on yelp for this Stuckeys are bad, so I think the reviews on here are fake. Ask yourself, what gas station has great hamburgers?
Wonderful burgers. I drive from Beaumont all the time to order one of these famous burgers. Always stop when Im coming back from Houston on business. Highly recommend this place.
Needs to be torn down and rebuilt. Very old inside and the smell of old cooking oil is pretty bad.
STAY AWAY!!!!!! Over priced on gas...Went to only get a sandwich & they become freaking salesman trying to push more food. The bathrooms were so gross nothing clean...Washing hands with no water pressure. Was even afraid the toilet would fall threw the floor. Lol

Looks like newly remodeled or opened. Had a Chesters chicken breakfast sandwich. Place looks clean with decent priced drinks and suvineers. Would be a great place to stop on a long drive.
One star because its new and has clean restrooms . Horrible slow service at the Dunkin Donut counter ! No one knows what their doing and my strawberry banana smoothie took 15 minutes to make because the guy and girl were just chatting while they were slowly making this runny mess ! The doughnuts were so greasy I tossed them in the trash . Pass them by .

Stuckeys, its not Buc-ees. Restrooms were not clean, food tasted like it had been sitting out all day. They shouldnt advertise clean restrooms and not have clean restrooms.
When I paid for my sandwich, which wasnt that good: he became the sales man. I had a bunch of cash. I drive truck, a flat is over $500. To fuel is $350+ every time.I stopped for a bite to eat, not to buy a bunch of Chinese stuff.

This is a smaller Stuckeys. That is why I gave it four stars instead of five. Also prices are a little high, but you can get some great gifts here

The catfish cooking smelled good, other than that it was unremarkable. Texas trinkets made in China. I rate it a meh.

Pass this place up. The gas here was $2.29 while the place across the street was $2.19. There is no place for a pick-up truck with a trailer to park if you want to go inside. I pumped $5 of gas and went further East.

2022-05-30Gentleman of Indian descent was working the register we asked him if we could get some Dunkin donuts. He told us they werent going to open till around 7:00 but we saw him 5 minutes earlier serving Dunkin donuts to some other gentleman of Indian descent. I knew I was too white for Coke but now Im too white for Dunkin donuts too apparently.

2020-06-25Guy in the hot food section was super friendly and helpful. This place is a bit expensive ... something like $17.99 for an 8 piece with sides. The pecan logs are awesome. The divinity wasnt what I was expecting so I cant comment on that. The huge boudin balls had great flavor. The potato wedges were better than they could have been.

2022-07-02Normally stop here every time I go to Houston. But after today I’ll pass right by it and stop at bucces up the road. The lady working the breakfast sandwiches spot 7/2 8am was so rude. And watched her drop stuff on the ground and pick it back up and continue to use it to make the sandwiches.

2021-09-23First time at a Stuckeys in 40 years. The food was better then I anticipated. I had their breakfast biscuit with sausage. The sausage was cooked through and drained so no oil left on my food.

2021-06-12First, I’ll say that Stuckeys makes an AMAZING sausage breakfast sandwich. It is a totally legit fried egg, delightfully tasty sausage patty, oozy cheese on a buttery biscuit. The store itself, from the outside is a little beat, but don’t let that stop you from going in. The restroom are decent and they have loads of snacks and trinkets. All in all a solid place.

2021-07-09Restrooms are run down, falling apart. Billboard had indicated a Dunkin donuts but was not at the east bound side of I-10. The building smelled of old hot cooking oil.

2020-12-09This place has seen better days. Its dirty and in disarray. They definitely should reinvest into it. A remodel is in need for sure. Maybe even routine exterior maintenance and cleaning around the pumps would help.
