I had the procedure done here and it was quick and painless. They were up front with me about the procedure and the charges. It’s more expensive here but in my opinion, it’s worth it. I waited less than 5 minutes at reception before was called to the procedure room. I was out of there in no time. I couldn’t believe how fast it went compared to other clinics that don’t take appointments and you wait for several hours. The only thing I think could improve is the woman technician/nurse who is very nosy and asks lots of personal questions that does not relate to my visit there. She should be more discrete and act more professional. Overall, I had a good experience here and highly recommend if you can afford to pay their fee, because it is worth it. Receptionists were super nice and professional.

I was very scared as im about to walk in to a procedure never conducted before, i walked in the front desk who seems to also be a medical assistance went over all the information after the procedure took place very informative and kind, she escorted me to a dark room to change into a gown, then she took me to what look like as an operation room, My first impression was seeing the bed and a tube inside a regular type of glass which was obvious thats were they dispose the remainders of the procedures was much to disturbing. The medical assistance told me to lay down, she is the one with blonde hair. left me there no instructions given, me laying there legs wide open cold and frighten not knowing whats going to happen next. Doctor walks in, i see him preparing something, i asked what are you doing? he responds; I will give you medicine for the pain. He gives me a shot through my veins, i dont know what im about to experience, he tells me count to 10 you will feel a bit weird and surely i did. he began the process very painful, no comfort to my pain or what im going trough, the medical assistant walking all over the room while he is performing the procedure, all i hear is dont move. (as im crying with much pain) once done, she helps me get up, guides me to this room dark were 2 other females are laying down, by this time i feel very bad and my anxiety starts to kick in, i feel a rush over my body, adrenaline running through, i feel as im about to get a hard attack, they leave me there walk out and im feeling so sick. as im feeling all these symptoms that i have no idea whats going on, i tell the girl seating next to me; maam could you please go call for help, im not feeling well; she got up and went to go call someone mind you she got out of the procedure after me. I felt hopeless and scared as i didnt know what was happening to me, The blonde lady comes in VERY RUDE whats wrong? i tell her maam i cant breath. She responds; i see you breathing and talking to me my thoughts were like WOW. where did i end up? i couldnt believe what type of compassion or customer service these people have at this clinic. she goes away for a long time while all this im having panic attacks and not knowing how to deal with it all. the front desk lady/medical comes in she is so much nicer very compassionate tells me you are having anxiety. i dont feel any better to the point my breathing starts to get heavy, the blonde assistant walks in and she called the doctor OMG another rude person, he said what do you feel? i tell him everything, he said i cant do anything if you want to i call 911 i only take care of baby my job ends there. WOW JUST WOW, after all my emotions for him to say that just how unprofessional. after all that i was left alone for long periods of time, i kept calling my husband and telling him how bad i was feeling, i was scared for my life and to find no comfort or suggestions on how to deal with the anxiety i was feeling was devastating to me. the only cash is the form of payment that should already give us enough red flag. if i could ask for a refund, i would. as the mental trauma i was put through until today. i will surely be reporting them to the medical board, i want to be sure everyone who walks in there is treated under all medical guidelines and theyre staff are fully trained to all scenarios of any patients outcome after the procedures, nobody should be left alone in a room just after procedure, you dont know who may have a bad reaction to the medicine or who could die under non supervision.

The procedure was quick and the Doctor was really general and the nurse was really nice. They have me good hospitality while I was there. Highly recommend the time of appointment was very discreet and on time.Love the waiting area not a whole lot of people.

I went here this morning, EVERYONE was amazing. From the receptionist down the woman who did the ultra sound. A lot of you who wrote negative reviews Im sure came in with a attitude. You have to understand there are only a couple of clinics in Houston that do these procedures so yes its going to be busy... I really appreciate everyone here and thank you for your services!!

If you like yourself or want to have future babies, do not go to this clinic. They dont care about you. I am healthcare professional myself so I know what Im saying. They didnt mention an important rhogam shot for rh- patient. Due to what I was going through at that moment, I forgot to ask and nobody mentioned it. I later called the office to speak to the doctor, the lady said the doctor is gonna give me the same information she will give me. I mention the rhogam shot, she said shes not sure I have to get it. I insisted thats the more reason i have to speak with the physician. she later said the doctor is not on seat which I dont believe. I asked her how come nobody mentioned it or ask about my blood type or even do a test. She said I didnt ask. I was like really? What if Ive never heard about rhogam or know anything about rh factor. Especially after a having a procedure that can cause your blood to mix with the babys blood. Ones blood can become sensitized which can fight future pregnancies and lead to future miscarriage. Some patients dont know about this and it the duty of the healthcare provider to provide them with important information regarding their health and give the necessary shot as needed. She said I have to get it within 72hrs which I already knew and she said I can come get it for extra $72. I was like how can you hold this important information from your patients and put them at risk. Then, she hung up on me. From the moment I stepped in there and they started giving health care information where everyone could hear what you came for and what you will do and your medications, I knew this place is not safe. Honestly, this lady was giving me the information at her front desk. Eventhough she asked me to step in and leaving the door open, she was telling me about my procedure right there at the front desk with a very loud voice that every other patients waiting knew what I came for cause we were practically still in the same room with just the window separating us. She would intermittently communicate with the other patients waiting on the other side of the window and asking a question right there. So nothing is hidden. They could hear us and we could hear them. Very unprofessional and do not care attitude about hipaa policy or your privacy. But I was feeling too weak to start driving to another place, so I continued my and I later regretted having my procedure here. This place should be secretly inspected and shut down. Very very rude staffs and so many many unsafe practices. Please do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. Its not worth it trust me. More like they are just in it for the money and they dont care about what happens to you next. They dont deserve any star at all

I called to have some information provided and whoever answered the phone was rude. She was talking to someone else as she picked up the phone and didn’t bother to greet me. So I waited and waited, until she was done. Finally she answered with a dull “hello” and I simply wanted information and what do I need to do as far as there services. She was rushing me and kept talking quickly and couldn’t even understand her at all. So I just hung up on her and continued my day!

Prices goes up depending how many weeks your are duh !! anyways !Great services !!! Remember ladies leave your problems at home dont bring it to the clinic for example while i was waiting for my appointment there was a couple who was very rude to the receptionist for no reason especially the guy he was rude it made me feel uncomfortable i was thinking its not mine business but damn come on guys like really you cause the problem and they are there to help not to be disrespected its not their fault thats my opinion..Well good thing my experienced at the clinic was great from rep to nurse to doctor they were awesome thank you !!

Pros: great discreet location, board certified doctor, friendly staff, no protesters outside, they really take the time to explain and educate you on your options, staff was comforting and understanding, professional and obviously went by all the laws they needed to regarding pregnancy terminationCons: I waited for an hour and a half to get my ultrasound and another half hour after to see the doctorThe doctor seems very educated and actually works at Texas childrens and memorial Herman hospitals. The lady who did my ultrasound and the other nurse there were very educated on both (pill and surgery) procedure options. Overall I think it was worth the wait. The area is nice, the office is discreet so you wont have the harassment of protesters. They also do normal obgyn things like well woman exams and such. I could see myself going back in the future for a normal exam. They also throw in 3 months of birth control free which is really nice. Overall I felt like both the doctor and the clinic met my expectations. I never once felt awkward or like I was being judged. This was something I feared. They all seemed to have a positive, open minded attitude. Make sure that you plan in time to wait when making an appointment. The reason the doctor was late was because he come from labor and delivery at Texas childrens hospital. Personally I would rather take the time to wait for a good doctor than go to a sketchy clinic. I would recommend this doctor for pregnancy termination as well as any other obgyn need. I am very picky when it comes to doctors. With something like this you cant mess around with someone who isnt certified. I just wish they wouldnt ask you to come so early when the doctor wasnt available at that time.Update: my plans changed on the situation (having the baby) and I am now actually using the doctor as an obgyn. Im not sure if I will use him for delivery but they are a good easy clinic to get into for ultrasounds and such. Its nice that no matter what you decide to do with your pregnancy you have the option to use them as an obgyn as well since I had paid for the prior ultrasound. First I went to planned parenthood and they were really slow and not personal at all. I would recommend suberban over PP.
