I stumbled upon this modest establishment with a mighty ravenous hunger. I asked Do thee have BMTs? I asked and I received. After waiting a while I look back at the counter to find this ascended sandwich wrapped in the finest of papers. I lay my unworthy hands upon this delicacy and devour until there is nothing left but a single delicious morsel. Then BOOM! the world shakes as I swallow the final bite. 5 stars indeed! I shall return once again, but that is a story for another time. The hardworking fellow that served me was named Gisele she was quite nice and polite.
I hardly leave bad reviews because i work in the food industry but its pretty sad to see this chain of restaurants going down every time i visit one i like the sandwiches and drink i always tip even its a bad experience. This was a pretty wierd experience the guy at the beginning didnt say hi how are you i can understand that because alot of people bever respond, but instead told me that the toaster or what ever is called didnt work i was ok with that i could find something else to buy, but he kept looking at me the whole time awkwardly as he was bother with me being there and anyone can tell when your not really being welcome, i guess they wanted me to leave when said the toast thing was broken. Not sure what was his problem but his way of talk was very upfront as he hate his job. Sad to say thats why chains of restaurants and fast food go down because of their workers who dnt care
I think some of these ppl that work in this particular subway this second time I done walked out without ordering. Keep seeing things they do disgusting just now I saw guy put gloves on then pickup his cell phone out his pocket to answer then use same gloves picking up all viggies then mask not all the way on his nose then sweating I’m just disgusted with all this stuff going around like COVID should had change his gloves out
8 dollar sandwich practically has nothing on it. Is one of the worst looking sandwiches i have ever gotten from subway. Barely gave me any tomatoes, they didnt even have the bread I wanted. Need to care about what your selling avoid this location at all costs. It looks nothing like the picture advertised.
If you’re an establishment that sells food, then you should have good to sell. Went there the other day only to find they were out of ALL breads except wheat. There would out of a couple types of cheese. The overall appearance of the serving area was pretty sad because they were out of many things. This problem solely sits on the managers shoulders since he or she was being CHEAP and cutting orders of their food so short. This was even at around 6:30pm. So it’s not like it was even close to closing time.The service h ladies were great, and I felt for them since I know they had nothing to do with their cheapo managers short ordering problem. They didn’t even have soup either. Sadly it’s not about the customer anymore these days. If this manager truly has this franchise to make a living and show exceptional customer service to the brand and their customers then they have failed.
This place is horrible for pick up! Sandwich is soggy the stuff I ordered extra was not even on there at all!!!! Was not greated when I walked in the door very bekah environment I will not be going back to this subway!!!!if I were able to put no starts I would have thats how unsatisfied I am with this purchase.
I went in the lobby at 8:15 pm attempting to place an order to go, Brittany stated only online orders or Uber pick up are allowed. I went back to my car and attempted to place an order online, the location was closed for online orders. Brittany stayed they’re closed for online orders at 8:30 pm which she should had explained when I went inside plus it was not 8:30 pm when I tried online ordering. The lobby is open till 9pm, this is a very inconvenient way of how they handle business, I am under the impression Britany doesn’t care about customers or her job’s sales. I will never go back to this subway location!
So this young lady that works up at Subway wrote me a letter and it was just the sweetest thing because after all the hardships shes went through throughout the day she still sat behind that counter and served us a smile. In the end she ended the visit with this letter saying she was appreciative of me making her smile!! Guys , I kid you not when I say this might be the Subway with the most generous and respectful Staff anywhere. The young ladys name was Julianna? I hope it was spelled right she was a great person to meet. If you ever wound up here speak with her and witness what I have. You Are Very Much Appreciated. Very disappointed. They were out of Meatball. No American Cheese. It wasnt prepared for night shift. It was only 6:00pm. They never seem to have what i want. I would rather go out of my way to go to another Subway so i can get what i want than be disappointed every time to that Subway.
I visited this store and tried to pay with a 50 dollar bill. The lady at the counter checked it with a pen. The bill turned black on one side but checked out fine on the front. The lady with glasses proceeded to pull out 20s to show me am example of what was supposed to happen with the pen. Which they had taken from customers WITHOUT verifying whether the bills were real or not. The ladies in this subway racial profile and discriminate. I went across the street to Chase bank because I know the money was real. The teller at Chase verified it was real. I went back and told the Hispanic ladies in Subway that racial profiling is wrong. If you are going to check my money for authenticity and im black, check EVERYBODYS bills. Treat everybody the same.
This subway sandwich shop is not a good place to go i ordered three sandwiches and only got two door dash delivered them my meat ball sandwich was cold so I called the store and the girl that answered the phone was rude and said that it was not there fault this experience with this store and door dash cost me $ 36.21 for two sandwiches I will never go there again not a good place
Two girls were very rude...i adked gor brocolli soup. She said.. What..i cant heat you.i repeat again. She said wr dont have any.i ask ok the sub is 499 .i seen sign said free drink with purchase of for long she said not here. I said ok. let ne have a meatball sub..again she said we dont have it..

2022-03-09Store was closed at 1045 even though sign said open at nine. Lady came out and said they were delayed for training purposes but had no sign up to let anyone know.

2022-05-19This is the worst Subway Ive ever been to. Just ordered a salad. They didnt have much to offer. First, the store stinks. The smell hits you a you enter. Trash is beside the dumpster instead of in it. When I got home with my salad, I was disappointed in the limp, warm salad. I wanted a good salad and got a lump, nasty wilted salad. So disappointed. Will never go there again. Disgusting and very poor management. Go anywhere but there.

2022-02-28I had the worst experience here when I brought my family to eat here. The young lady at the counter didnt even greet us or acknowledge that we were there. We stood in line for 5 minutes before she came and stood there never even asked if we were ready, so I just started giving her my order. She took her time making the sandwiches like she didnt want to be there. She made 2 and assumed that was all we were ordering ( it was 4 of us). Her coworker was no help to her either- instead she was around the corner loligagin filling stuff that did not need filling at the moment after us 3 more people walked in and her coworker didnt help her either. After we got our order we asked if they had doritos and once again got an attitude, she went to the back and got some. I understand maybe they were understaffed but work as a team.

2022-04-0204/02/2022 only one young lady working the store. I did have a pick up from online but store doors were locked. Young lady was making orders all by herself and bringing them to the door as she was finishing them. There was another lady picking up as well for ubber so caused her order to be late. My order was also late but im not even mad. This young lady needs help and a raise.

2022-04-08Came in and wasn’t greeted, just flat out told “we’re having a maintenance issue” no estimated wait time etc. We waited (less than 5 mins max) and she came out and said “we’re having a maintenance issues” I asked do you know how long? (Mind you yes I know I could of left as it is just a sandwich and I didn’t want to cause an inconvenience) she just said “yes, thats why I told you when you came in that we are having issues.” (That didn’t answer my question.) I just said thank you and left. The glass where you get sandwiches from was dirty, the station was disgusting. And over all experience was not great. Would not come back not because of the staff just the place was dirty.

2022-07-02I am very upset because I made an order online, I arrived 5 minutes later and it was still not ready, I was waiting 20 more minutes and when they delivered my order and I got home and after so much waiting I hoped that what I ordered would be fine and ohh surprise It only came with bread, meat and lettuce. I didnt order it, so I didnt have any vegetables. Im very disappointed in this place. I definitely dont recommend it 👎

2022-03-04Customer service was disappointing. I came in to order 4 ft long sandwiches and was told they cant not make them because I needed to submit an online order. I thought this was a bit ridiculous because I was already in the store. Was told they cant and didnt receive any further explanation other than they werent 6 inches. I was upset because she was making 2 online orders and I waited over 5 min. Not the customer service I expected from Subway

2019-07-18What size sandwich is this? Half a kids sandwich? I asked if that was how they normally served it and all 3 clueless teenagers said yes. To top it off only 1 slice of meat? Subway is a favorite in our house and we have been to numerous different locations. Even my 4 year old daughter commented on the size of the sandwich being small. I took the photo of it next to a piece of spinach from the sandwich...they are basically the same size. I can say I wont be going back to this location.
