AVOID THIS LOCATION! I ORDERED A PIZZA WELL DONE AND IT WAS THE OPPOSITE IT WAS ACTUALLY RAW. I WAS TOLD IT WOULD TAKE 17-20 Minutes because of being well done. So after waiting 20 minutes it wasnt cooked at all. Whats so funny. Is all I asked was them to put it back in the oven a little longer the manager refused she said she called the owner and he said just to give me my money back. When I told her I was writing a bad reviews eww she said she didnt care and told me to leave. This actually happened 10 minutes ago
New to area, found this little spot. Always do a plain cheese first to taste the dough, sauce and check for real cheese! Enjoyed this pizza very much and will be back. Sauce was Delicious!!!!!! Noticed while I was picking up they served some nice beers too! For-sure next time but when the I-10 and Eastlake Blvd opens I’m There!
1st time ordering from your restaurant and the food was great. Supreme pizza for less than $10 bucks is insane. Great place to get local pizza and support your local businesses. We normally order from the big chains but since moving to our new house we discovered that our options for delivery as tripled from our previous location. Definitely will order again. Next time Ill try some of the non traditional flavors.
The pizza here is pretty good but I only tried the pepperoni and bacon. The whole family enjoyed the pizza and chicken wings. The lemon pepper ones were good. Crispier would have been better for my personal taste. The service was ok. I ordered carryout and it took about 20 minutes longer than the projected time. The price for what you is great. Great value.
I really wanted to try this new place because of their keto pizza crust that was advertised on their social media. It was really delicious but the size was way smaller than expected. Their regular pizza and the wings were also really good and affordable. We did have a minor confusion with my delivery but the service was still friendly and excellent. Support local businesses!
It was good. Pizza cook time takes a while. We waited about 20 mins for a personal pepperoni which came out like a deep dish, and almost 40 minutes for the personal supreme which was about normal slice thickness. The price point is good.
Yummy pizza and a New York feel when you enter. I want a shirt now! 100% recommend. Ordered a $5 Pizza Box for delivery to my work and the food is delicious! The box comes with 2 pizza’s, wings of your choice. I chose lemon pepper. It comes with ranch and a canned soda. The business I work for ordered 6 $5 boxes, we had our meals delivered. The food took an hour for us to receive it but it’s definitely worth it.

Ordered a family meal for my family and I for dinner. We had never ordered from here but wanted to try somewhere new. This is our new pizza joint for pizza nights. Our pizzas were delicious. Sauce is great. Wings were crispy and flavorful. We ordered the cinnamon oatmeal pizza and that was also delicious. Great job to this place.
Needed a quick pizza fix and got a great single 10 slice deal. Made to order, piping hot and delicious! With a cold pop or Brew on tap this is a cool place to have some comfort food.
This is my first time here and I dont know if I will return. I ordered a small garden salad, which was $2.99 on the menu. I was charged $1.00 more and when I brought it to the guys attention he told me he would tell his manager. So, I received the side salad as ordered, no price adjustment. I would have paid the same for a small chef salad (with meat). They were out of raspberry vinaigrette, since it was Sunday and they receive fresh supplies on Monday. I havent even tried the pizza yet, but Im already thinking I wont be back. The server was friendly enough, but his customer service need some work. Its a cute place. Whar I learned, dont order a side salad on Sunday. They even failed to include the peppercini.
Good AF, the big slice should be named huge slice, if youre hungry and love good pizza, I recommend it!!!!
First time. Wings had no flavor and pizza was bland. It deff was not fresh . The food was not horrible but there is nothing special.
This is the first time my wife and I visit this place and well be back for sure . We had pizza and wings. The pizza is very very good. Generous with the topings.The wings are OK but the pizza is definately well done. The fair/low price puts this pizza joint at the top of my list. Congrats.Update: my review above was a bit more than year ago and became a regular for a few month but they definitely changed something in the recipes that is not working for me anymore. i tried it 4 more times after i noticed the change but i realized the change was for good so sadly I stopped going. I really liked this place.

Cauliflower crust is perfection for taste and texture. Im not gluten free but wanted to try it. LOVED IT. Next time Ill ask for my original crust pizza to be more well done but still hot. I think maybe they could get a crust protector for the cauliflower crust so the toppings are a tad roastier without burning the crust but again, it was all hot and delicious as it came but for sake of constructive criticism.

My family and I ate at their new location on the West Side two days ago. We were very impressed...we ordered the Family Special #2: two large pizzas, wings, bread sticks and drinks for like $28. Everything was great! The young lady working the counter walked us through the menu, the food came out quickly and they accommodated our special order perfectly, even coming out of the kitchen to clarify how we wanted the pizza. The manager/owner checked on us and was grateful for our patronage. I always prefer visiting local places, and I cant wait to return to this one. And to make it even better, theyre getting beer too!

Bought some pizza there twice before, it was okay. The third time the pizza was not as good. Few pepperonis and way too much cheese (I never thought that could be a bad thing). Needless to say, wont be buying there again. Also, it could have been toasted or cooked a bit more. We ended up broiling it our oven to get the cheese to brown.
Just tried them for the first time last week and was so happy with the order. We ordered the great white slice (white pie) the flavors were excellent! All the flavors blended so well together. As well as 2 orders of wings, mango habanero and spicy lemon pepper, both flavors were really well done. Service was excellent, will definitely be ordering from them again.

Decided to get something out the ordinary dominos and pizza huts so I took a chance on this place. Let me tell y’all it was the best decision I made, you will not regret taking a chance on this place. Great quality, super fast and the best part, it’s pocket friendly. Best pizza in El Paso! The wings are AMAZING! I love that they are baked and not fried. The ranch is delicious too. Ive been here several times and have not had a bad experience. The food is just beyond good. All the staff is very friendly. The place is always very clean and smells good. Keep up the good work. I will definitely be coming back very soon.
We ordered the 2 large pizza and wings combo and an antipasto salad, and we were very impressed. All of it was excellent. Sun City Slice is now our favorite pizza place. Well definitely be ordering again.
Today was my first time here I placed an order to go. I ordered 2 slices combo that came with what I thought was supposed to be 5 wings and a drink. The combo came in a box that had one slice and 4 wings and drink. I showed the one slice to them and they took it to the back and cut it in half. The wings must have been fried from frozen because they were cold in the middle and one was still dark red/pink at the bone. Atmosphere was good and no complaints about service.
This is the best pizza I have ever had. The sauce was just right. I was not a fan of the wings because they were fried and not baked. The pop was missed but I gave 5 stars for the pizza.
This pizza tastes exactly the same as the pre-made raw pizzas you buy at Sams Club and WalMart to take home and bake in your oven. Hardly any sauce, just cheese and pepperoni on a processed-tasting crust. Not even Little Caesars has this mass-produced, factory-made taste. If you like pizza that tastes like pre-fabricated Sams Club pizza, but you dont have an oven to bake one in at home, then you will love this stuff.
Dont get me wrong the pizza tastes great. Just way over priced or the cashier wrung it up wrong.$16.23 for a 10 margarita cauliflower crust pizza is a little steep.When she said the price I figured 12 for the margarita and 4 to make it special crust..not a big deal when I got it in a 10 though..I guess I will go back to the other pie place next time
Can not believe how happy of a customer I am from trying this place out! Pizza is cooked so well. Crunchy crust that is not burnt! Wings were amazing and breadsticks were good too! That family pack #2 special is well worth it! THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS WELL APPRECIATED! Love helping out our local businesses, and love when local businesses go above and beyond for their customers! The pizza is good, but the attention not that great. The Google page says that its open until 10 on sundays, we got there 15 minutes before 9 and they were about to close at 9. They changed the hours of operation. The girl at the cashier was nice and told us to enjoy the pizza but then when we were eating it a guy came from the kitchen and asked us how much more would we be there. It was nine... we felt so rushed, specially since the girl said that we could stay.
The food is delicious! I loved the chef salad, hot & mango habanero wings, and their super inexpensive pizza special was the best deal ever! Any 1-topping large pizza for only $4.99 BEFORE 4PM! I ordered four of them!
I love pizza hut pizza, but SUN CITY SLICE IS WAY BETTER!!! The wings were so tender unlike PH. I had the mango habanero, although the sauce was good, it didnt taste like either......again the sauce was so good I didnt care! Cheesy bread was good too. Pizza was pepperoni & sausage. The sausage was seasoned! Everything was great. Ill back. Oh, even the cashier was nice.

The pizza is pretty poorly made and the toppings did not cover the entire pizza.Despite giving a tip for a pick up order, I got no thank you, a forgotten 2 liter of Sprite, no napkins, and no bag for all the items. I packed the bag myself, even though the guy offered, which was nice.The worst was when I went back in to get napkins the manager in the back just stared at me for a couple of minutes while I waited for service at an empty front counter.They also told me over the phone it would take 15-20 min. Surprised by the quick output time, I showed up at 20 min and waiting another 15.Oh and its always nice when the guy taking the order calls you bro... LolThumbs down

Ordered two cauliflower crust pizzas that were made to order. From the time I ordered to pick- up, it was 15 minutes wait time. Pi,zas were really good, fresh, and hot out of the oven.
I ordered a family pack 2 which includes 2 pizzas. When Uber came, they only delivered 1 pizza. It’s apparent that the workers need more training in knowing menu items. Not to mention the person that checks the orders! My overall experience: BAD SERVICE!

I got a large pepperoni. It was one of the worst pizzas I have ever had. It was like a bad version of frozen pizza you would buy at Walmart and bake at home. It reminded me of something I might be served at Chuck E Cheese. It didnt even look like the pizzas in the photos, it looked fake. I dont even want to eat the rest of it, which is highly unusual for me as pizza is my favorite kind of food. It takes special talent to make pizza that is so bad I dont want to eat it. I can only hope this is the result of the Corinavirus leaving them with less ingredient choices rather than being their normal pizza.
It maybe because its my first time trying this pizza but I was extremely satisfied with my purchase. The prices were great, I got 2 large double pepperoni pizzas and it was less than $13. I liked the flavor the sauce was the best part.
We had the meal combo and we really liked the pizza. We just felt that the amount of trash produced for eating our little meal was too much. We dine in not take out and simple paper plate would have been better.

Pizza and wings were really good. Went to get their happy hour meal, which included 2 slices, 6 wings and a drink. Waited for about 20 minutes for my order. When I got home, noticed that one slice of pizza was about half an inch big. The other was a smaller slice. Got 5 wings and the last was the size of a penny. Over all, not worth it. We went for the first time for their heart shaped pizza they had in February. OMG, it was so delicious. We also got the little pepperoni and cheese stuffed bread bites and those were also really good. And their customer service was awesome...everyone was friendly, accommodating, and well mannered.
This was on Tuesday the 19th around 4ish. Im completely satisfied from the time ordering on the phone to picking up the order. Excellent job to the two workers that helped me. You made my first experience wonderful and the pizza and wings were delicious.

The dough was under cooked and soggy. There wasnt much flavor either. We requested for the pizza to be extra crispy and came out far from what we wanted.

Bought a large pizza over at their Carolina location and I love it. Normally I get pizza from the Little Ceasers or Dominos around my area but I will keep going back to these guys. Their pizza is not as oily as in other places, Im glad the location opened up around my area.
Had a lil mix up at check out but both the worker and manger were patient with us and we got it sorted out, the delivery guy noticed our ranch was missing and brought us our replacement with a quickness and even hooked us up with a brownie! How sweet!!! the food is delicious, will order again!!!
New pizza place. Super friendly staff and the pizza is super affordable. $5 pizza that should cost more bc of quality. I would love a slightly crispier bottom crust but over great pie. They have really reasonable lunch options and combos. Cant wait to try them all. Oh and major plus is they deliver, even as far as Eastlake and Rojas area.

Honestly one of the best local pizza joints in town. The homemade ranch dressing is only the start. The breadsticks are delicious but sometimes a little burnt. This is more a personal issue since some people like toasty food. Now down to the pizza. They have a great sause to cheese ratio. The ingredients are really fantastic and the veggies are fresh af. This is my go to east side pizza joint now. Added bonus for their delivery range.

I love this place. Im a regular customer. The cashiers are always very positive and very helpful. They give you a punch card and after a certain amount of times they will give you a free pizza. The price is a steal and its the best pizza Ive found in el paso. Highly recommended!!!
Annette was great help for the Súper bowl, super sweet and attentive and had my pizzas out super fast. Definitely will be coming back. She definitely deserves a raise!!!!!
So I didnt get to really write an actual review because for some reason it didnt let me but i would like to start off with saying that the pizza was good it was a decent size for sure. But I left because the person up front was talking on the cell phone. My boyfriend went in after me (didnt tell me why I left). He just spoke up guess because he said that she ignored him too when he came back.So maybe just small aknowledgement would be nice.
Ordered 2 Hemp crust pizzas if you guys are looking for taste its a pretty good slice of pizza however it is pretty small and is $6 and a $1 more for each topping so if youre looking for quality its a yes but quantity is more of a snack.
My friends and I ordered the Hawaiian Pizza and some wings the wings had great flavor as well as the pizza! Plus had a great price definitely my favorite local pizza place.
Went in to place the order and the woman really struggled to take the order, finally after 55 minutes the food was ready only come to find out she didn’t take the order correctly and I was given the wrong number wings, over all food is incredibly poor quality and disappointing

My first time here at Sun City Slice on the Westside and I have to say I am glade that I came to this place and I enjoyed the pizza. The manager Casidy was not only super helpful she was also very knowledgeable about her food items especially with the Siracha buffalo wings which had me in tears. I will definitely be coming back to this place again.
Probably the best pizza ive had in el paso. The service is way above other places, The food is delicious, fresh always and consistant. I got lucky because i live right down the street from here and im definitely not going anywhere else. Good job sun city!

Door dashed my pizza. I always have a good experience with door dash. My pizza however was burned really bad... it tasted like carbon with tomatoe sauce.This was the one on town center by artcraft.
Doordashed it. Glad i did.. Ordered a Supreme Pizza pie w wings.. Hand tossed dough, they piled on the toppings.. Really good pizza overall, im impressed. The wings were good also, crispy but moist if that makes sense. Thanks for the dinner.

Pizza taste and special was really good, wings were alright just soggy from the sauce, the wait was unacceptable. Took 30 minutes to get the food and im not exaggerating...I guess you cant complain too much for $5.41 after tax

Not what I expected. I was looking forward to a good pizza place in the area. Our pizza hardly had cheese. Pizza isnt a Pizza without cheese. Plenty of fresh veggies, total plus. Didnt try other options on the menu..

I brought 4 coworkers to this place for lunch. We walked in at 2pm exactly and they refused to give us the lunch special even after asking for a manager to give us a one time exception for being one minute late.
They were so great handling my large early order for my team at work. I ordered a day in advanced and they had everything hot and ready when I came in. They even helped me take it to my car

2021-09-29First time trying pizza here and it was good. We ordered a large pepperoni, bacon and sausage pizza, some cheesy bread and Parmesan garlic wings. The sauce on the pizza was tasty but the crust was alright, kind of bland in my opinion. The wings and cheesy bread on the other hand were really good.

2021-10-16Okay so I ordered the number two family meal. I asked for a supreme and a double pepperoni there pizzas are three toppings. I asked just for extra pepperoni and got charged a additional 5 dollars and five dollars and if they pizza has three toppings how is that..same for the Supreme and they didnt mention that I was being charged for it...waited 55 minutes and the pizza was wrong they gave me a pepperoni with some weird stinky pizza sauce and chicken garlic on it..not what I ordered I tried to call and they had me on hold for almost 15 minutes I called them on my wifes phone and they picked right up..wierd...and sketchy....i let them know what the problem was and they told me I had to drive up there and pick it up myself...than the wings werent even cooked and big pieces of meet where missing..i took it all back up there to them..the offered to replace the wings at a 20 minute wait. I said no thanks I would just take 2 beers and this lady gave them to me opened without telling me and I put them on the seat of my car and they spilled all over my car seat...how do you give someone open beers to drive home with...get home and the new pizza is burnt to a crisp...never going back again..

2022-01-03It pains me to have to leave a poor review for you guys, I really do enjoy your restaurant very much and do plan to come back. However tonight I placed an order at 7:23 which I understand on an employees end is cutting close to close time but it was enough time to still place an order to receive food. The employees were not rude but I did have a sense of bothersome on their end. Our pizza was sliced very poorly which added to the sense I felt and I ordered a 10 piece of wings and received 8. No matter the mood anyone is in I am paying money to have my food be done properly each time no matter the time.

2022-03-27Killed family pizza night. Was our preferred pizza place on the east side but sad to say never again. 3 0f 4 pizzas had so much cheese and grease that they were inedible. Slices would completely fall apart when you pick them up. So much cheese that crust was still dough in the middle under about a full 1/4 inch of cheese. Every bite was like mush, cheesy mush.. All three are sitting in the fridge cuz we hate wasting food. It has changed in a bad way and, its a bummer we loved this placed.

2022-01-13I usually order from the big places. I thought to try this since I noticed in my area and change is not necessarily a bad thing. It was a nice surprise to get better pizza, ingredients and the cheese, the dough, it was all just right. You have a new happy loyal fan and customers. All three of my kids approved it and thats never easy with them to agree. I would seriously recommend trying this place out.

2022-07-07I went back today hoping they would redeem themselves but experienced the same issue. First if all, employees are awesome. Taste of pizza and ingredients is great!!! However, a few days ago I bought a large meat pizza with stuffed crust. Also an order of cheesy bread. The dough for the cheesy bread, and the stuffed crust of the pizza was completely raw. I ate one piece of the bread, and half a crust. The rest (crust and bread) was thrown into the garbage since it was inedible. This was a $32 order btw. I’ve never gotten sick eating raw dough before, but I just know in this instance, within 15 minutes of eating the first slice, I was in the bathroom losing all the water from my body, from the south end. I went back today to get a big slice, thinking there was no way for the dough to be raw again. I was wrong. I got another order with raw dough, within a few days of each other. I honestly think one of the pizza makers needs more training on making the dough properly. I hope this issue gets fixed because I would like to go back since the pizza is so delicious.

2022-02-13Pizza was great..Emily was rude. We came to have some pizza, wings a 2 drinks. We asked for a Cider drink and 1 beer. So I asked for them to add chili powder to the rim. She said we can only do it during Happy Hour. I asked her again, and she said nope. It was 8:30 pm..Happy Hour ends at 7pmIve never been to place where they wouldnt offer that for a drink.. Ridiculous!!

2022-04-02Was visiting El Paso last week and tried the pizzadilla. Amazingly delicious! Buttery garlic crust. I liked their hot wings because they werent battered with flour. They were perfect! Plus the ranch dressing wasnt watered down like some places. Had great service both times we went. Will be back in a month.

2021-02-11My family loves pizza and we are always on the search for good pizza. Look no more! This is seriously great pizza. I called in an order and was told it would be ready in 20 minutes. I parked in their curbside pickup and it came out piping hot. I ordered the Hawaiian style pizza and a one topping pepperoni pizza. They were both delicious they did not skimp on the toppings at all and I liked the sauce they used and their crust was perfect.
