Bought a new toy hauler and took it in for a few warranty items and dealt with Kary. He had my trailer in and out in just a few days with everything fixed perfectly. I expected it to sit there for a month or so but these guys are on top of it. Great experience and a great company to deal with, wished more companies would would adapt this business model!

These guys are amazing at customer serve. At 4:00 pm I discovered a small issue that needed fixed before I could leave TX for GA the next morning at 6:00 am. Carey (service mgr) drove over an hour to bring me the part and fix it. The next morning I broke some plumbing (another story) as I was pulling out. Triple M was on my way out. I called Carey. He meet me at the dealership and as soon as the guys got in they went to work fixing my plumbing with it loaded. They had us on the road very quick. I won’t go anywhere else for service!
I love Triple M/Sundowner Trailers of Texas! I’ve bought 3 trailers from them. They are always very helpful and do great work. We were camping and broke our vent cover. We stopped by on the way home loaded with horses. They quickly fixed it and we were back on the road. Kerry and his crew are awesome!
Ive bought a 2 horse stock trailer from them. In addition, they have done service on my Elite LQ trailers too. My experience with sales and service has always been positive. Ive gotten top quality work and customer service every time Im there.

We were in the market for a new enclosed work trailer for our Concrete Polishing Machines. We definitely shopped around and decided the best trailer for us is one we found at this location. We live in Tennessee...Ronnie was very patient with us as we attained financing at one of our local banks and it ended up taking us a couple months to get down to Texas and pick up this trailer. Once we were able to make it down there, Ronnie met us at 9:30pm at the dealership so we could pick up the trailer. There arent many salespeople that would take time out of their schedule, especially that late at night, to meet a customer.
While traveling through my trailer hubs failed. The Parts department went out of there way to find me the parts I needed.
Recently purchased a Sundowner trailer and found exactly what we were looking for. Heath, our salesman, was very courteous, personable and knowledgeable. We will go back to see Heath when it is time to purchase another trailer!
I called on 4/20/2018 to order a replacement axle for a Sundowner horse trailer. The initial help I received was great and the parts department really helped me out. I paid for the axle and was told 2-4 weeks for it to arrive to their location and ship it to me once they received it. I called once a week after placing the order to check the status on the axle, as I have a timeline to get this trailer ready, and every time I was told the axle is in production. I call yesterday and now the original person I was dealing with during this purchase, no longer works there and no one can track my purchase and let me know where it is. This morning, 5/9/2018 I get a call, and at some point after I ordered this axle, a form was sent to the parts department, but they never signed it, so Dexter never even built my axle! Now I am left scrambling to not only find an axle for this trailer, but I need a horse trailer for my neighbors little girl to attend her horse show next weekend. Yes I am supposed to receive a refund, but this still doesnt solve my dilemma. I am highly dissatisfied and honestly have no reason to call for anything else again.
May God bless these people abundantly. They were lifesaver for us today. We are on our way to a fishing tournament 6 hours away from home. Having traveled thru multiple construction areas, we had a flat tire on the boat trailer in Jacksonville. Had it repaired instead of using the spare. Only God knows why we did that. Already an hour behind schedule, We then had a blow out on I-20 at 6:30 right in front of Sundowner. Gate was still open so we pulled in. Several employees were still there and changed our tire. We were back on the road in 15 minutes.

I ordered a trailer from Jerry Bunch. Jerry fought me every step of the way as far as customization and decided that I was making too many changes.I thought thats what customization was all about.I ended up ordering a $125,000 28ft stacker trailer from ATC.ATC was VERY patient with all of the customizations and extremely friendly and helpful.When youre ordering a $100,000 plus trailer you dont want to deal with an impatient person or company like Sundowner and Jerry Bunch.Long story short, order you custom trailer from ATC.
I actually stumbled upon these people when looking for a flatbed for my truck online. These are excellent people that will do anything to help you find exactly what you are looking for and make the experience an excellent one. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

2022-07-08I have recently purchased my 4th trailer from Triple M and could not be happier with the trailer or the experience. Although it is a long drive to their dealership from my home- the attention to detail, the priority with which all of my needs were addressed and the staffs’ family-like care and concern- make this dealership worth the commute. I highly recommend Triple M if you are looking for a quality trailer with “above and beyond” customer service.

2022-04-21My 25-ft travel trailer with a four wheel axle busted one of its wheels while on the highway. Luckily, two truck drivers honked at me and pointed down and I knew something was wrong. I pulled into Dukes Travel Plaza to find the hub and brake system totally fried. I spent the night there and one of their employees by the name of Nelson pointed me to an RV shop just a mile down the road. It wasnt this place, but the other place referred me to this place which was actually called Triple M Trailers.I called and told them about my problem and they said bring it on down if you can get it here and well take a look. They did, they had the parts and they were able to get me back on the road within a couple of hours. They squeezed me in because most of their clients have horse trailers and maybe some other trailers as well, but most of their clients have to wait a month before they can get their vehicles worked on. These guys knew that I was on the road and needed to get back on the road to get home and they squeezed me in. They did a great job for a reasonable price and got me safely back on the road.Big thanks to Carey who got the ball rolling, John who did the work, and Clara who chatted with me while I waited for the work to get done. She even gave me a hat that I was interested in and had talked about earlier. Also thanks to one of their other employees who I chatted with but whose name I have forgotten. We talked about food and I gave her my personal recipe for tzaziki. Hope your 🥙 gyros turn out great!Great place with a friendly staff. I cant recommend these guys enough. They were my heroes.

2022-07-19Went and toke time of my busy day to stop in and check to see if they had any trailer for sale. I had talked to a salesperson about getting a new trailer. They only wanted to sell me something I didnt need or they werent interested in helping me . This is after Lakota directed me to them. Lakota told me there not a large mark up dealership like NRS is. Was I so wrong. So shop around and you find better deals.

FYI, Sundowner Trailers of TX and Triple M Trailers of TX are at this same location on the Interstate.Jason, the ladies at the parts department counter and the title / tag clerk were all very professional and polite. Customer service is a high priority for them 👍.Here you can browse Big Tex and CM trailers in addition to their Sundowner trailers. It is definitely worth the drive to Canton / Wills Point to do business here!
