2022-08-02In a very rude manner refused to sell me a lighter because I wasnt 21 claiming lighters were tobacco products. Apparently Im supposed to light the incense they sell with my bare hands.

2021-05-18Really wish I could put 0 stars... as soon as I walked in the energy in that store was all types of bad. I tried to look around and felt the employees staring at me the whole time, acting like I’m about to rob the place or something. Everything is over priced, I would highly recommend going to spend your money else where.

2021-08-24I got an album here for my granddaughter. She receivedd a record player for Christmas and has been discovering music from my generation. I guess everything old is new again anyway I love this place.

2020-12-22Its a very friendly atmosphere! Great place to find original records of many great musicians. An an awesome variety of many other things. Been going there over 20 years now.

2021-06-03Very rude staff talking to each other as if customers aren’t in there listening or even acknowledging paying customers. Customer service sucks, products are dope but I’ll just shop online from now on.

2021-10-18Employees are very rude and not at all concerned with hospitality. That store is really going down hill.

2017-04-23Complete disappointment. Asked for record needles which this shop didnt have. Looked for newer records which the entire selection was composed of used records no one would even dare want in a collection. Pretty much, its a subpar head shop with a horrible selection of hand me down records. Its a shame this is the top result for a record store in Beaumont. Never again. Also the owner is a weirdo.

2011-01-02I was on a road trip in Texas, when I stumbled on this store. If youre like me and love to dig through tons of records of every variety (everything from country to classic hip hop) and also like tobacco products, this is a great place to go.

2020-10-27Their customer service is awesome and they have one of the best record and head shops in the area.
