Worst place to stay in! The pictures are not what they show! One room we had red stains on both queen beds sheets and cover. The couch was all stained. Toilet seat cover broken. In the other room, only room available which was smoking , was horrible. Avoid this place!
The rip you off your deposite if u lose the little yellow paper which they dont tell u that u have to have it. Lady was rude at the counter wouldnt let us check in early even after offering to pay extra to do so.the electrical sockets were not secure to the walls the whole box was hanging out holes in the walls and doors. burn holes in the blanket. Wouldnt give us fresh towels.
The room smell horrible and all towels are dirty. While checking into hotel a customer was making a complaint and I was not told any information. The next morning I checked out at 8 am to go to work and then leave town directly after work. The woman at the front desk would not return my deposit until 10am. When,I asked to for her name as well the name of the young guy that was behind the desk laughing she refused to provide me with the names. After, asking over 5 times for there names they both left the desk. I began recording for evidence of how I was being treated. Shortly after the woman returned and gave me two fake names which was Tina and Matt. I returned after work which caused me to be late for my trip, there was another woman there that provided me with my deposit while recording me. I called to make a complaint and there’s no record of my stay. They also kept my ID card I had to go back into hotel and ask for my ID Card and conformation of my stay I was ignored. I was not provided with any information on my stay they said a manager would have to be present. I was on the phone with Wyndham rewards and they refused to provide me with the details of my stay. They do not ever keep proper records of guest.
Horrible on every level...How they stay in business surprises me..Got stuck there late.. ( Wyndham) so thought it would be ok...No smoke detector, dirty, burn holes, elect bad, shower mold, no fan, lots of broken stuff..bugs... baddddd service ..(except for one young lady)Had four ( gangsters complaining when I went to complain) no other rooms.. all look the same...ect... BADAfter an hour at 1130 pm I gave up...I felt it was not safe ..Last day I just left a nice button down there as there was a bug in it.. that cost almost as much as room.Tried to post pics.. I did send to corporate.. we will see how they handle.
Wish I read reviews first! Straight to the point the place sucks. Avoid at all cost, most reviews cover why, poor customer service, unmentioned deposit that seems to vary amounts based on reviews, mine was $50 cash only deposit. Cancelled reservation before stepping into the room. It’s bad, 0/5 if possible
Positive: Nothing! Negative: The roaches and bugs,bed felt wet,stains on the walls, lights didnt work. Ended up having to find another hotel and couldnt get a refund, worst experience ever! And the pictures online were not the same of the location, definitly false advertisement!
Positive: What I did like was When I seen the bug n let the office know they offered a refund but I had to leave right then and there but it was late n had no where else to go. Smh Negative: I didnt like hotel was dirty the sheets were stained very badly. The a/c unit didnt have a temperature gauge on it to know if I was cutting on air or heat. Then most of all there was roaches. Omg I hate bugs and when I seen it I called the front office.
ADA violation! My family came to stay at the hotel and a family member has a service dog. The refused to let us stay and said the dog was not welcome. We explained the law and they didn’t care. Working dogs ARE allowed to stay at hotels and they blatantly violated this. Extremely rude and disrespectful employees and management is a joke and refused to speak with us to resolve the issue.
Friday may 6, 2022- AS I Approached TO MAKE A RESERVATION THE 3 INDIAN WOMEN WAS EXTREMELY RUDE. AS WELL TO THE CUSTOMERS N FRONT OF ME. THEY ARE VERY UNWELCOMING AND THE MAIDS AS WELL HAVE ATTITUDE WHILE CLEANING OUT THE ROOMS. DONT GO HERE OR TO THE ONE DOWN THE Street on the corner of the freeway. They both are run by the same family. And charge whatever rate they want regardless of what the website says. THIS IS CRACK HEADVILLE YOU PAY FOR LOCATION AS WELL IN THAT PRICE
This place is a straight NIGHTMARE!! DO NOT‼️‼️I REPEAT...DO NOT ‼️‼️ STAY HERE‼️I am 55 yrs old so have had many motel/hotel experience an I HAVE NEVER‼️ seen anything thing like this in my life!Felt like I caught something walking in. Look like something out of a bad crime movie! Took a lot of pictures but trust me they do not do this place justice.Curtains filthy with thick dust an webs . Carpet nasty with burn holes an what ever else . Writing on the furniture holes in the walls an picture. Lamp shades crushed an dirty. Hair dryer gone. Bathroom fan cover in the floor . Clothes rack ripped half off the wall. No lie snail trails all over across the top cover. I could go on an on oh front facing on the sink counter falling half off black mold in bathtub, bugs etc .. pretty sure there are bed bugs preset took pics an returned to the front desk immediately. Told her about the room her reply was....thats what you get for wanting smoking room.Unbelievable placeAbsolutely RAUNCHYSaid I would get a refund but believe it when I see it.An the 20$ deposit gone Im sure so out 135$ for rude behavior an filthy rauchiess
Positive: After finding myself displaced this year, Ive had to stay in hotels a lot, this isnt the nicest cleanest hotel, but the staff have always been super nice to me, and the price is good. Im grateful that this place is here. Negative: Not the cleanest. It needs a face lift and the rooms could use some work but its better than the cheaper ones in the area by far.
Lots of accessable electrical outlets (3 on wall the bed was on). Plus, good lighting options. One at front(door switch) either side of bed and berween the tv and desk on opposite wall. They are doing a remodel. So hopefully theyll keep these features. Showerhead definately needed replaced. The planes going by from the Navy Air Force bases across the hiway are a little loud but infrequent. You can tell from picures we need alot of outlets when we travel.
I called ahead of time to try to make a reservation for my daughter and 2 service pets. The girl said they had plenty of rooms. I again informed her I had 2 registered service dogs she said that was fine come on over.........I drove in after after a 20 hour drive over hear and the woman refused to rent me a room stating I was only allowed 1. She had looked at the registration cards and refused a handicapped lady and my daughter a roomAfter reading the other reviews and experiences......... run! They are crooked!
Horrible place, i am absolutely floored.these people gave me a completely filthy room there were no sheets on the bed there was trash everywhere.when I spoke with the receptionist about this room i was told to wait about half an hour and when i did i was given the same toom and then the woman looked me dead in my face and was told youd better watch yourself n***r before you are really taken care of.even if I was in the wrong, should anyone ever have any right to treat a PAYING guest this in this way??
So the pictures are very well taken. They definitely misrepresent the reality that awaited us. The AC unit was missing parts including the knobs. Fortunately we were able to get it working. The bed cover looked dirty and had holes in it. The carpet floor looked like it hadnt been vacuumed. The walls were dirty as well. The TV wasnt working either, however I has a similar setup and was able yo program it. The bathroom tub was also yellow. When I went to the front office to complain and gather a roll of toilet paper because it was missing from the bathroom, I got told if I wanted to leave I could. Unfortunately, it was nonrefundable from the site I used to purchase the room. Worst experience ever.....
Poor mans special. The interior of the room had some damage. But we didnt stay here for the interior. The bed was comfortable and clean. The room was clean. The bathroom and sink area was clean. The towels were clean. The room had a TV, microwave, refrigerator (which kept our sodas super cold), hair dryer and coffee pot. They all worked. The shower and sink drained fast. The a/c was so cold we could have hung meat.The young lady at the front desk was very nice and helpful.
We did not last 30 minutes in our hotel room. Our room looked like it had drug addicts that left miscellaneous stains almost everywhere. Our blankets still had stains and holes either moths ate through or burn marks on. Stains on the mattress and we didnt trust the plastic lining that was in-between our mattresses. i did not trust laying my 3 month old baby on the beds or couch. The only clean surfaces that felt good enough was the tables and computer chair. Our closet was just a small storage area, no bar to hang clothes or anything at all. Just a small empty dead end hallway. There was garbage strewn about the grounds too. The only literal good thing about the place is that its down the street from QuickTrip.
This is a worse place you can stay in, rude personal dont know if because customers trash their property or maybe just because they like to be rude. Toilet, walls , bed almost everything was dirty, this place smells like old smoke cigarettes. If you feel that you dont have value as a customer and you dont value your hard worked money you can stay here, but I suggest do yourself a favor and pay a little bit more and get a better place to stay.
There was no smoke detector in the room at all. I guess because it was non smoking. I dont smoke at all but ANYTHING could have happened ( microwave, fridge, TV couldve shorted out and thrown some sparks) and I wouldnt have known. The electrical outlets, as seen in the pics) were already suspect..... who rents a room like that to paying customers????? There was urine or something on the toilet seat. Like I WILL NOT STAY HERE AGAIN
Hotel room filthy. Front desk staff rude, argumentative and can barely understand anything they say. Beware they will take your money fraudulently, claim no stay under any names were there but will argue with you that they can see charges but wont refund money fraudulently taken. Worst customer service ever. TRASH
The woman at the front desk very discriminating against my dad and I not helpful towards the disabled and she discriminated against me believing in the Lord Jesus Christ I live in America I have the right to believe in God so shes this lady needs better customer service skills instead of threatening to kick me out for no reason at all
Horrible doesnt even begin to describe this place. I had to go to the office 4x before getting a room that was somewhat acceptable. No lights except in 1 little lamp. Burn holes in the bedding that was supposed to be non smoking. It smelled extremely badly. It was dirty dirty! Dirtiest rooms Ive ever seen at a motel. There was only 1 towel for 2 guest. When we asked for more towels they gave us 1 more! Then I tried to talk to the front desk lady and explain some of the problems the next morning she told me that the manager said we just needed to go something else! We were not welcome to stay! I was never rude or yelled. I spoke calmly and was sure to not be confrontational. So to sum it up it was dirty outside and inside. This motel is not in a safe neighborhood. The manager that I never saw was extremely rude. I was blesses to find an exceptional room for a few dollars cheaper right down the road at Americas best value Inn! It was so clean and peaceful and the furniture was not falling apart. God is good!
Came on an emergency situation from out of town was at hospital seeing a friend got a room and with all the chaos did not check the reviews 🤦♀️ will never again be caught slippin like this again. It was so dirty called got new room it was no better filthy does not even describe this room. Roaches was watch TV and trying to eat our krispy Kreme donuts and I guess the ones before us got a hair cut
The non smoking rooms are much cleaner . Linen was clean and fresh. Comforter had cigarette burns on both. No microwave but the front desk waS more than willing to be of service if I needed it. Maybe a little more attention to detail in the bathrooms. The young gentleman who checked me in was very knowledgeable. Always greets me with a smile. If your not happy with something he will do his best to make amends. Not nearly the riff raff that used to frequent that hotel. Parking lot is well lit for that extra feeling of safety. Will stay again

Filthy rooms. My husband had no idea. The only positive thing I can say is at least they are willing to refund our money so we dont have to stay. My husband smokes so we got a smoking room...no phone, remote, knobs on AC, old coffee filter still in machine, cigarette burns in the comforters, cockroaches....even if your stay here is due to shady or illegal reasons....you deserve better accommodations.
Positive: I liked the comfort and quietness of the hotel Negative: There were some issues with the electrical outlets, they were not secure into the wall and made me feel a little uneasy. There were holes in my sheet from cigarette burns and there were no blankets just sheets and a decorative thin top layer.
Everything that could go wrong upon check in has gone wrong. The room Im staying in is disgusting. My pillow looks like it has dried blood in it. One of the sheets has a burnt hole in it. Even the towels have stains/holes/rips. My non smoking room smells like an ashtray. Almost certain they will never replace anything in this room and that everything here has a lot of mileage.The first thing you are greeted with is a list of stipulations if youre going to stay there. Pretty intense and unwelcoming.Before coming here make sure you buy new sheets, pillows, towels, candles and most importantly, lysol disinfectant spray. Because the staff and management clearly doesnt care.Parking is a mess for bigger vehicles because more than half of the spots are next to very strict fire zones. So have fun trying to sleep wondering if youll get towed.Even worse than the room is the customer service. Upon check in the attendant was very dry and genuinely unwelcoming. It sets the stage for the mess that you van undoubtedly expect.I had to sign and initial over 4 different papers checking in. Almost like signing your life away because the experience was sketchy. This property seems to be privately owned. You can tell nobody really cares.I should have taken prior reviews more serious. What a dump. I hope my review stands as a lesson and warning to any planning to stay here. My suggestion is to pay the extra $10 and save yourself the hassle.
Cant get our deposit back because of the time rule. That is absolutely ridiculous. Not everyone can check out at 9am. It makes no sense. Will never come here again. Room was dirty. Dead roaches in the fridge. Toilet had a crack in it. Floor was not vacuumed. Lamp shade busted.
BED BUGS IN THEIR BEDS. My boyfriend and I stayed here on Monday night and had the worst experience we’ve ever had at a Super 8. My partner brought the bed bug to the front desk on the pillow, and asked for a new room since bed bugs are a health hazard. The woman who worked at the reception window claimed “there are no other rooms available” EVEN THOUGH we were showing her availability to book that same night online. We’re pretty confident she was on drugs, she was blinking extremely slow and wobbly on her feet (no judgement there but yikes…). Finally after pushing for too long, she moved us to another room, which had urine in the bath tub. I have no idea how Wyndham is still allowing this location to run. Check the Yelp reviews as well for this place, they’re heinous.
Room stunk, air conditioner didn’t even have control knobs on it , did have a screw sticking out of it as a control, the metal plate supposed to cover around control knob was smashed in , no phone . Man at customer service would not give refund. Customer service was as bad as room. I give this place no stars only -0 . Can’t believe these people running this place do not care about people or giving good service and actually have no conscious about renting out such unacceptable rooms . You can bet they wouldn’t pay to stay in a room like that. Went next door to La Quinta it looked better and guess what the manager from hotel 8 ran it also so , without our knowing that he made a phone call telling them not to rent a room to my friend . My advice avoid this place and if you do , don’t make any complaints or demand a refund. The manager is a jerk.
As soon as I walked into the room, it was completely dirty and disgusting! I was so disappointed and because I booked the room through a 3rd party, I contacted them 1st, which a 2 hour phone call with priceline got me no results and the only resolution was for me to go ask the front desk for the refund because priceline couldnt do it. When I spoke to the front desk person, he was very rude and did not approve me to get refunded for a room that I only stayed in for 2 and a half hours and that was only because I was on the phone trying to get another hotel booked. Due to the hotel policy, they cannot refund a room after you have stayed over 2 hours. This whole situation with Super 8 and Priceline has been a very frustrating, annoying, and unnecessary issue that these 2 companies should definitely improve on and resolve since theyre main purpose is to provide great hospitality!!!! I would give them NO stars, but that is not an option for these reviews, so me giving them 1 star is far beyond what they deserve!!! Not to sound like I am a B word (lol), but very disappointing trip!!!
Fridge didnt work the rooms are not nice at all. I purchased two nights thinking it was a nice room from online pictures. The BREAKFAST IS NOT AT ALL A GOOD BREAKFAST!! ITS LITERALLY HONEYBUNS, CINNABON ROLLS , ETC. WATERED DOWN OJ AND SOME TYPE OF WATERED DOWN TEA. TRASH CANS ARE FULL AND HAVE BEEN LIKE THAT FOR DAYS!! I got the room for two nights was gone the second day until at night and they literally had my card disabled.
THE WORST HOTEL IVE EVER STAYED IN! I sleep in hotels at least 3 weeks out of the month, all over the country. And this is by far the worst hotel Ive ever been in. Not maintained. The floors are dirty. Cigarettes burns everywhere in a non smoking room. The pillow were dingy, the room reeked of marijuana. If you have kids, DO NOT BRING THEM HERE! ITS NOT SAFE AT ALL! spend the extra and get something a little better if anything on here is something you do not want to deal with. Oh yeah, and there is not microwaves in the room. So you cant heat up any food.
When I got to my room there was no toilet paper and and the towels were were stained. The bed looked like it was not cleaned and there was some substance on there as well. The AC unit did not work and there was no shampoo. At the end of my stay I asked the lady to check me out and she said do you have your key said no I left it in the room, She did not ask for a room number or ID and just laid her head back on the table.

You get what you pay for! I dont know who owns it. But like cmon the owners needs to seriously remodel or sell it to someone who can maintenance the rooms. The rooms look like they havent been maintenanced in @ least 5yrs. There not fixing anything ince it breaks neither and they need to exterminate.
I had a reservation for a suite. They sold my room. They dont have anything that says if you do not check in at a certain time you loose your room. She said she called me. I looked it up but is was a high risk blocked number. She wanted to sell me a smaller room for more expensive price. I said no. Give me room for same price I am willing to do that. She did. On the way to room guest were outside smoking drugs. The room was not clean and I wish I took pictures because my wife and kids saw dirty womans underwear. I went to front desk got refund and told her situation. She looked as though it didnt matter. Wyndham needs to investigate the properties they advertise. This place is HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE.
My roommate and I traveled 8 hours from Mississippi to stay here to look for apartments. All of the other hotels were booked. We arrived Thursday at 1am. We told the receptionist that we wanted to stay until Saturday morning. When we arrived in the room we immediately went to sleep. The next morning we noticed that the toilet was leaking and that we did not have enough of towels. We left the hotel to look for apartments and we were gone all day. When we came back it was burning up. I tried to turn the air on but the knobs were missing. We complained but the receptionist kept hanging up on us. Finally a new receptionist answered and called maintenance. Maintenance refused to come in so we got moved to the second floor. The air and everything was fine until that morning we wanted to heat up food but we realized that the microwave didn’t have any knobs. We called the receptionist and she immediately replaced it. Cool right? No! The microwave she replaced it with was sparking. We left to go look at apartments. We got a call at 11:25 that Friday morning saying that it was our checkout time and that we had to leave.(our checkout was supposed to be Saturday morning) I tried to book another night but she said they were full. Also it has been several days and we still have not received our 20 dollar deposit back. Take your money somewhere else!
Really really dirty!!! do not stay here! there were small bugs flying around in our room, the iron was dirty, and the toilet was not clean! mirrors, desks, couches, and bed sheets were torn and stained! one of the most disgusting places i’ve seen! and when we told the guy told us we can’t have a refund JUST because we used the restroom that was already disgusting!
Do not stay here. The walls are thin, I can hear other customers fighting. The TV is old and barely worthwhile, the door doesnt lock from the outside, the carpets are filthy, there was a used cotton swab in the drawer thats broken, customer service was subpar at best. The most impressive thing about this place is the plumbing.
It was awful, nasty, electrical outlets falling out of wall, bathtub dirty and broken, paint coming off walls, trash all over property, dirty needles in parking lot, the night time front desk guy is extremely rude, would only refund me for one night instead of the entire stay even though I complained from the get go, no phone in room, the microwave was missing the turn plate and nasty as can be! No rags and only one towlel! Then after they said they would refund money but I had to go through the website I used to reserve the room they website could not get anyone to answer the phone and it has been two days!
There were no buttons on the air conditioner. Only warm air would come out. And I noticed a couple of guys kept walking around and looking at my vehicle outside. They had breakfast the next morning but the only thing that I thought was worth eating was the cereal, no type of meat. The apple juice was spoiled and the orange juice was water.
Well it started bad when priceline booked me here and not the other wyndham I stayed at the previous night and then this place wanted an extra deposit not in my booking info but this far was priceline issues. The non-smoking room I was given upon entry was stale and smelled of cigarettes. The refrigerator did not chill anything even a little by next morning. The single ice machine just outside the office distributed zero ice cubes in the two minutes of pushing the button. Desperately in need of cold liquid I gave in for the coke machines however the first having only 2 coke products stocked the other machine which had the only thing I drink wouldnt take my dollar... Learning it had no power I squeeze between the two and barely reach the outlet to plug it in. Pointless the drinks would have been hot mattered none having every item sold out light flashing. The single towel provided was short of what you could expect at the worst of hotels, never got a chance to use the dirty microwave, the privacy curtain didnt budge to eliminate outside view completely. Around 9:30 I was awoke by the morning wake-up call I did not request and not even by phone, the cleaning staff opened my door inquiring checkout today and halted by the second lock leaving her four inches she pressed her face through trying to assess some sort of expected aftermath. It helped understand some need for a deposit I suppose but an hour and a half before checkout even was the almost end to a very displeasing evening. I should have called and fixed it with priceline to stay at the other Super 8, by comparison it was heaven. And its even a bit sketch area so it speaks volumes if you are questioning a night at this location. But I digress, surely it can all be blamed on Priceline this time.
Worst super 8 weve ever stayed at!!!! Couldnt control heat/air without any knobs on the unit. Had to call desk to get it on along with wheres the remote to the TV. Was told if we wanted we could walk back to the office to get one. Coffee pot still had coffee inside and dirty from previous person. Didnt even bother to try and shower. Harassed by the crackheads trying to leave to the point we thought there was going to be a fight. Will never stay at this place again. Only gave it a star because wouldnt let me give my opinion.
There was dried blood on the comforter, walls, and doors in the restroom. There were roaches. Too many for comfort. I litetally paid for two nights and only stayed one due to my power being shut off. No refund. It was the worst experience Ive ever had at a hotel honestly. And im 30. I think im sick as well. Also, no wifi and no breakfast.

Nothing works Im the room including hair dryer there was a molded coffee mate just left in the room burn holes in all bedding drug addicts approaching you every time you step out your room. Heating and air conditioning units never cleaned bath stops dont work charge a high amount of cost to be surrounded by people that dont even have respect or common cents. Children at danger for even being in the area. Not close to any exception of health authorities nor is it even close up to covid19 standards. Never come hear its filth.

This Place Gets NO STARS!! I have Never Ever seen a Super 8 so entirely disgusting. With Blood drips on the wall and the side of the tub!! The comforter on the bed was Visually DIRTY not Just stains, Dirty! How can Wyndham even Claim this as one of their hotels!! The windows were even Unlocked when we came in! I wouldnt recommend this to Anyone. The other hotel guests were the Only thing acceptable at this Hotel!!😡
For the money it was great. The front desk lady was so sweet .There were small scorch marks on the bed spread and we had to ask for toilet paper but the room was clean and nice . Had we ask for the bedspread to be changed out I feel they would have happily. Check out was at 11 however the maid was knocking at our door at 10 !!!...although I feel the maid service was lacking because of what Ive already mentioned ,its a nice place to stay for the night .
No coffee pot. A fight and broken window took place a few doors down around 3am. The glass showed it broke from inside out on the walk and the glass was still there at check out. They wanted 20 dollars more at check in and I still have not got that back. The office person was nice.
The property had trash on the ground, the room had roaches, the air conditioner fell apart, drug heads sitting outside all night. People were caught in a room that they didnt pay for, when the police came they told me I didnt need to be there or in the area. The staff was nice.
EXTREMELY rude host/customer service representative. Made a reservation online, upon arriving they refused my service dog (he is an actual service animal, not a fake one) and canceled my reservation without my consent. I have not received a refund. DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL.
This was the worst experience of my life at a motel. The manager at the front desk was very rude to me. I couldnt find the receipt for the $20 deposit and while on the phone with the manager he told me without it I could not get my money back. I explain that was all I had and needed it for gas. He told me to either go in the dumpster and look for it or sleep in the parking lot. He was so nasty and rude on the phone but told me they had a record of me giving it to them. I will not stay here ever again or any super 8 motel. I feel like he is prejudice and do not like african Americans. Booked through Agoda, upon arrival we were told that we couldnt get a room because they had no ADA compliant rooms available and offered a refund with no cancelation fee but said we had to call the booking company for refund when they call us we will tell them to refund the money after 3 hours on hold with Agoda I was told that the hotel has a no cancelation policy. And they would try to call the hotel. they tried to call the hotel twice but ( Daniel the attendant who refused us service because there was a guest with disabilities) wouldnt answer the phone, then Agoda said they would email the hotel again no response... Both companies have disappointed me and I was extremely embaraassed to have suggested staying at the super 8 location due to Daniel. I strongly suggest they remove him from their staffing!Another side note dont book through Agoda either.. major let down! On their site they ask for floor preference and I had added in that we were requesting a first floor to make it less difficult for my friend.. and I booked at 10 am! Daniel said WE HAD NO BOTTOM FLOOR AVAILBLE TODAY! U mean to tell me no one checked out of their room?Again I express how embaraassed I was to even suggest a night here.. WONT MAKE THAT MISTAKE Ever again!!!OhAnd they still have refused to reply to Agoda to issue a refund...
Got a room here was there 5 min tops. walked in the smell was horrible flipped back the blankets to check the beds like I always do and there was stains that didn’t look like the sheets had even been washed, hair all over the bed, and bugs on the wall. Called the front desk and asked for a refund. The Lady at the front desk tried to give us fresh sheets instead. She claimed she couldn’t do a refund until the manager inspects the room and even if it was refunded it would take 5-6 days. Extremely unacceptable.
Stay far away!!! Unclean..no knobs on AC unit so good luck turning them on or adjusting them you better have brought your own set of pliers to accomplish it. Refrigerator so frosted up that the door wont shut, the mirrors have a layer of filth covering them.. I guess they cant bother to wipe them. There are bodily fluid stains on one chair and the others upholstery is ripped to shreds. The bathrooms arent very clean. The bedding has crumbs on the comforter. It seems all their rooms are in this state of disrepair as they had me change rooms and it was just as bad. Also they cant bother to pick up a broom and sweep the sidewalks outside the rooms either because they are littered with used charcoal, qtips, and other various debris. Nasty!!!! Also smoke alarm disconnected and stuffed with tissue. Hope we dont burn up if there is a fire
High volume of shady traffic at this location. Room smelled like marijuana, gave me a migraine when you first walk in.. Rooms need serious updating, front desk didnt seem to really care about damages we took pictures of before settling into the room. Overall this is the 2nd worst Super8 franchise hotel Ive stayed at. Only plus side was the King bed wasnt that bad to sleep on. Really small bathroom space, but cheap prices.

It has been 10 days since I tried to room with them did not once ever check in with them and they refuse to give me my money back I have called multiple times and it seems like the manager is never in they are disgusting they are rude they hang the phone up on you and it is disgusting do not room with these people
Well where do I begin......... there was writing on the walls , burnt cigarette holes on the sheets , floor and tub were dirty as can be , smelt like smoke and this was a non smoking room might I add , people talking and screaming across the paring lot at 3am , the fridge didnt not work and front desk was very ride . If you guys need a place to stay and you have no where to go just save money and stay in your car.
I think if housekeeping would put pride in to their work it would be better, they definitely need new linens. The fridge was leaking and frozen over to the point the door wouldnt close. Beds are comfy but again they need new stuff. Its alright for something cheap. Im sure not all the rooms are like this.
It was OK. But the rooms are clean and relaxing the man in front desk dont know his name that he work last night. He was rood .and attitude. Really cant have visitors. And I pay for my rooms. Thats crazy. Come on. Which motel does that not having visitors. And not 3 people to room. I pay money for my room I should get what I want. Check out is at 11:00 why u havent be out at 10:30 really. Not the greatest room to come into after driving 15 hours. Besides the fan on the floor and the bag covering the fire alarm, the smell was pretty bad until I turned on the the air conditioner. I would have asked for a different room but I was just two desired. Personally, Id be embarrassed to assign the room to a customs especially when its not a full house. When I complained the woman at the desk said she couldnt did anything because I didnt complain last night. I didnt want anything from them. She never acknowledged that there was a problem with them, only that I should have contacted them. When I asked them how their disgusting room became my fault. I was invited to not come back.
It has been a while since I stayed here but the experience was so horrible it made remember to comeback and hopefully save others the bad taste.Rooms where worst that dirty. And management left everything to be desired.They used to used to house commercial drivers trainees that had no other choice and management had no respect for them.The place was infested with bed bugs. The carpets were sticky and stinky.Breakfast was all mini and could only take one.This place ranks as worst of the worst in my book.Do not believe the pictures it does not look like that at all. My administration goes out to the photographer he did and excellent job making a dark and dreary place good, if it even is the same place.
Slum living, to say the least. Despite the negative reviews, our family decided to give this place a try. The pictures on the website looked appealing and the price was unbeatable, so we thought. From the moment I walked into the office, there was a problem. There was tension from the front desk girl at once (maybe because I asked for a clean room and she took offense). I brushed it off and got my room key. When we parked the car, I immediately noticed two bullet casings on the ground with shattered car glass. I walked up to the building that I thought had the room and noticed an outdoor party on the lawn. There were about 6 to 10 men hanging out on the back side of the property. I realized we were at the wrong building and left that area. We parked in another lot which seemed okay aside from the women’s undergarments on the pavement. Finally got to the room and realized I had made a huge mistake. The AC was off so the very small room (nonsmoking) had a musty odor. Turning on the noisey AC unit did not help. I looked briefly at the room noting a filthy tub, hair on commode, trash in wastebasket, brown towels, spots on sheets, stains in carpet, and filth on the floors. We immediately received a call from the front desk girl with an out pour if rules. She continued to harass me on the phone. I soon realized I was not welcomed there and it was time for me to go. I picked up my belongings and dropped the keys back off at the desk. I did receive a hassle as far as a refund goes but there was no way I was staying at this place! I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Please, for your safety, appropriate service, and piece of mind, take my advice and pay the additional 20 dollars and stay some place else!
No breakfast items other than apple juice available (within their specified time for breakfast)...not even any coffee. Towel bar broken off and missing from bathroom...looks like its been gone a while. Probably the worst for us...an empty spot where the fridge is supposed to be.
DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL, THEY HAVE BED BUGS!!! We stayed 2 nights before my girlfriend saw on crawling on the bed while I was asleep. She smacked it and blood spattered all on the bed. So she pulled back the bed skirt and discovered a nest of bed bugs, at least 30 or 40 of them. So she took pictures and I woke up and took the pictures to the hotel manager, but instead of being understanding and remorseful he dont told me that I could not have a refund. They are the rudest management Ive ever met. I called corporate on them and finally the manager agreed to refund us but only for one night. They also wanted us to sign a piece of paper saying that we agreed to accept the 70 dollars for the refund and we said No. We had to throw away all of our clothes and anything else we had in the room. It was the worst experience Ive ever had staying in a hotel. I five them ZERO stars.
If I could give no stars I would this hotel is the worst hotel I have ever seen. The reception is beyond rude. He pushed my nephew for no reason and kick us out of the room for someone visiting. Never once did he say or anyone say no visitors only thing was said is no pets which we didnt have. Then he is trying to charge 80 for a night when we havent even been here but 2 and a half hours. And on top of that our room was only 57 a night. The room had all kinds of damages and the outlet wasnt even in the wall no more. The shower has black mold in it. Its absolutely gross. Dont waste your money you wont have a warm welcome at all.
This was the worst hotel ever they have very bad customer service the have people waiting forever to be booked in and leaving it takes forever to get your deposit back and they are very rude and the rooms are not very up to par. Nobody’s never at the front desk and the front desk lady name is Cristie she is very rude always have an attitude she wears glasses.
Room was completely gross. The fitted sheet had a decent size hole in it, yellow, black, and red spots over the sheet. When I pulled the fitted sheet away from mattress I noticed dead bugs... not 100% sure if they were bed bugs I didnt see any when I inspected the mattress itself. There was hair on the mattress. (it couldnt have been mine since I currently have purple dye in mine) the worst was the actual comforter, as I inspected it I noticed a white stain on it..... God only knows what it might have been. Called the front desk to ask for them to change the sheets and the lovely receptionist said: unfortunately I do not have extra sheets, the maid will have to change them tomorrow morning...What kind of S is that..Oh and as I was looking at the room walls there was splatter spots of something all over them... I looked over at my husband and said do you think someone was murdered in here? Seriously looks like blood splatter spots.Ive never seen a place like this.... never again...Look for somewhere else to stay please.
They called me at 6pm to inform me if we didnt get checked in by 8pm they were giving our room to someone else. The room was booked and payed for on booking.com. 😒 we had to leave our event which was an hour away to go check in then drive back. I will never stay here again.
Terrible experience! The front desk agent was not helpful at all! I had driven all day with my kids to get here then they wouldn’t let me check in a reservation that was made for me but under someone else’s name. Then I tried to book a room for the night under my own name, but accidentally booked it for the following day. I cancelled the reservation right then and there but they refused to give me a refund. I run a hotel and this was terrible customer service! On top of that the room that my mother in law later checked into had a can of sausages behind the nightstand. She also said the front desk person was rude upon check in. Definitely need to learn some customer service or will lose more guests!
Room 108 on Fri, 4/21/17. Made the reservation on the Super 8 website. Called & they accommodated getting me a first floor room, I use a can & cant do stairs well. I was SURPRISED when I arrived & they required an additional $50 deposit. Which I was told would be refunded to my credit card BY 3:00 pm on Saturday, 4/22. It is now Sunday @ 2am, I just arrived home & the $50 has been removed from my account but NO REFUND. So, now I will have to deal with that! :-( I am NOT happy about this!! The room was nicely decorated. The bathroom floor corners in front of the toilet needed to be clean, but over all nice room. I did pull the chair out looking for a plug for my CPAP machine & there was a dirty black sock on the floor in the corner. That was a little creepy.
Awful customer service. It was freezing cold & they locked all paying customers outside to wait while they took their precious time inside. Then gave us a room that looked like a crime scene had happened or was so late when we got there, we didnt notice how horrible the room was until the next day. Because of my review on booking about the room, they banned me from there. Thats fine I never wouldve gone back anyways. But they need to know what customer service is & how to use it.
This hotel needs to be remanaged or condemned.I booked here for 1 night, the bedding had cigarette burns, I noticed the sheet was on the wrong side, pull back the sheet. The entire bedding was filled with pubic and body hairs. There were bugs in the light fixtures by the bed and the sink area. Plus on top of all that The A/C didnt work. I turned in my room key after 1 hour stay of an overnight stay of $59.80, the hotel clerk would not refund my money its their policy, of course it is!!! The manager offered to fix the A/C and change the sheets! This is unacceptable! After seeing this, I am disgusted! Yes, the hotel is reasonable for the cost but be proud of what youre representing, you have customers! I am reporting this incident to corporate Super 8, I took pictures of the bedding and dirtiness throughout the hotel room. #227. I do NOT recommend this hotel at all, it would be better to sleep in your car on the side of the road.
Horrible. False advertising. Nasty. Dirty. Staff was nice. But the hotel is horrible. Just horrible. They need to close it down and remodel. I stay up all night afraid to close my eyes. Yes I stay, because it was late and I already paid and I was leaving first thing in the morning. I took pictures and videos. See for yourself. The room I stay was just used and they couldnt even clean after the guest left.
I lost my room an money because a friend lost his home an just wanted me to keep his very small dog a couple of hours while he worked. The manager got word of the dog an give us ten minutes to vacate. But I just paid for my room again that morning. No refund. Just money hungry. We been in that room for over a week. Not a good place of business
In my moms room 116 had a lot of big corpses in the dome of the light above the window. The toilet seat was broke and kept sliding off. Toilet rocked when she sat on it. The bathroom door did not shut right, there was a gap when it was shut. The door did not lock. Bathtub is stained and looks dirty. The coffee maker did NOT work. The AC rattled and made a lot of noise. It leaks. In room 120, the door was very hard to open, key did not work and I had to go back to the office and have them fix it multiple times. They told me to keep it away from my phone and car keys cuz magnets will erase it. I kept the key in its own little pocket, away from everything. The lamp on the desk had no light bulbs in it so I couldn’t use it. The desk chair had 3 broken wheels, the pleather is peeling off of the back of the chair, the refrigerator did not work properly, freezer pan was broken and did not freeze anything, my gelato had to be thrown out because it did not freeze. Coffee maker did not work. The bathroom door did not lock. The tub looked very dirty, the ironing board was warped and would not stand, had to be leaned against the wall. Would not fold up. The cover to the ironing board was stretched out and would not fit properly. The vending machine took a five dollar bill and only gave a quarter back. When I told the office they said the machine only takes dollars and will not take a 5. I told her to open the machine and find my $5 bill and she will see. She still argued with me. There was no sign of any kind stating correct change or dollar bills only. It was a roof over my head and a bed to sleep on and nothing more.
Very poor experience. I booked 3rd party so I had no recourse as they refused to refund. They had a surprise upfront deposit requirement which was not disclosed at booking. The room was smelly and dirty and I understand Im not staying at a luxury inn but even for a low budget hotel it was dirty. I was hoping adding photos was an option.
This hotel is the absolute worst hotel I have ever stayed at in my life. We booked for 2 nights online and when we got there they said we only had 1 night and we showed them our receipt and they said we couldnt have the second night. We stayed and there were no towels or toilet paper and the shampoo and conditioner bottles were empty and when we called them for towels and shampoo refills they told us it was too cold to bring it so we never got them. Also we got a non smoking room and the room reaked of cigarettes and there were cigarette burns in the blankets ans sheets. DO NOT STAY HERE! SPEND THE EXTRA FEW BUCKS FOR A BETTER HOTEL!
Dont even deserve one star. Checked in and went to my room had to use the restroom and notices there was dried urine on the seat. Tried calling front desk ni one answere. Went into the office no one was there. Waited on her to get there and asked for a refund and speak to a manager. She told me i couldnt speak to a manager. That they wouldnt be there until Monday and said she could give me another room. I asked if the other room would be clean. She told me i could look at it. Looked and the tub was dirty and toilet paper on the floor. Went back to the office she said the same thing. Couldnt speak to anyone. This is ridiculous. Do not waste your time or money.
Mirror in room was broken, one of the lights on the side of the bed didn’t work, the floor of the tub was filthy and I had to wear slides in the shower, our ice bucket was dirty, and THEY HAVE BED BUGS. when I reached out to the office she didn’t seem very concerned and just told me that the manager would reach out to me but I still haven’t gotten a call. Would not recommend.
Go here if you want the full mid American seedy motel experience. Rooms were absolutely filthy and disgusting with mysterious stains on the walls, floors, bathtub, basically every surface you can find. You can hear the next rooms conversation clear as day, and what little house keeping they provided were pitiful. We also ran into variety of colorful individuals that frequent this type of establishment. I wad honestly surprised that a relic like this place exists outside of Hollywood movies anymore. I would give negative stars if i could. There is a much cleaner and safer looking inn right next door i would stay clear of this place if you have any self respect
This is a reasonably priced mid level motel. Parts of it are super clean and modern, like the bedding and tv/fridge/microwave and the beautiful pool. Other parts are a little rough around the edges like the outdated showers (the water was hot though, with plenty of pressure). For the price this is a huge step up from Motel 6. The staff was friendly and the free breakfast from 6-9am was above my expectations. Im coming back tonight for one more stay.
For a cheap hotel I received about what I expected. The rooms look nicer on the inside than the outside and come with a dated microwave and mini fridge. The chair at my desk was broken when I arrived. The hotel requires an additional 20 dollar deposit which is refunded after check out and a housekeepers inspection. This is only an issue if you pay cash and are stuck waiting for a refund (or if you dont have 20 dollars). The staff was courteous and helpful. The main detractor was the crowd that gathers around the hotel parking lot which made me feel like I wasnt in the safest part of town. If traveling on a tight budget this has all of the necessities but dont expect a five star experience!
Dirty, Goss & Overpriced! I had a family emergency so I had to go to Fort Worth. A family member was in the hospital and this was one of the few hotels I could find that was somewhat close to the hospital. My family had to drive over 7 hours to come see our family member and when we finally got in I had sat down for about 5 minutes but I got a call from the hotel asking if I want to cancel my reservation since I hadnt checked in. I told them no and then they asked me if I specifically knew when I would be there. I got off the phone with them, visited with our family member some more and it got late enough I decided me and my children would head out to the hotel. GPS was messing up so it took us even longer to get there.After hours you have to pull up to a drive thru. I was charged $20 non-refundable deposit, which my bank will be reversing once its posted to my account. Anyways, I got our key and went to our room. No one had cleaned our room. Someone had slept in our room and not cleaned anything. I went back out to the office aka drive thru and told them. I had to wait because they didnt believe me. They didnt have any more rooms with queen size beds available, so they gave us a king sized bed. They also wouldnt change the price either. I went in and was pretty horrified to find dirt all over. The AC was damaged and there was dirt and dust all over everything . Even the bed. I dusted the bed off and I started bringing things in. I have a 16 month old and I didnt let her pack n play touch anything except the floor because these are the kinds of situations that people bring home bugs from. My 5 year old took a shower, but very carefully because there was dirt and dead bugs in the bath room. There was dirt and hair around the sample shampoo and conditioner. There was dirt on the wall. I checked the towels and bed, those linens were clean, despite the dust/dirt on the sheet near the part of the bed that met the wall. I wiped it off and we basically slept on the top sheet, not disturbing anything so we didnt have to be exposed to anything. We slept for a few hours and left ASAP.I regret ever staying here. I will spend more money next time because Im a nurse and this is the exact kind of situation that people get illnesses from. Nope Nope Nope!
Buyer beware. This place is not what it seems. The staff and the manager are emotionless, rude, and insolent. There is a hidden $50 deposit that you must pay even if you have paid everything in full via a third party (Expedia, Hotels,...). On top of that, the refrigerator in my room was not working and smelled horrible, the bathroom was too small, the door to the bathroom didnt close, and wait for it.... there were bed bugs!!! When I went to explain this to the manager, all I got was a response, We will investigate. Thats it!If any of you have any sense, please stay away from this location. It is not a comfortable place to be in especially when you are being hoodwinked every chance you get from these scammers.
You have to pay a deposit feeling and theres no guarantee youll get back. My kids accidentally spilled aome of their juice on the sheets and they made a big deal like they couldnt get it out and all they had to do was bleach the sheets. Overall their service could use help and itd b nice if they would have given more details about the deposit and I wouldnt have let my kids drink in the bed 🤦🏽🤷🏽

Absolutely the worst experience. The owner/ manager Nick is a crook. They accept Priceline and then charge your credit card. Finally gamea refund. After a mix up on my check out date they charged me $70 to retrieve my stuff from my room and then wouldn’t let me stay in the room. If I could give this place 0 stars, I would! TERRIBLE. We walk in thinking okay, this isnt so bad, only to later find out that it is! The air conditioners are so old and run down they dont work. Our room felt like a giant oven. Literally! And dont even get me started on the bed!!!!!! They have bed bugs SO BAD. You may not see them, but theyre there! My arms and legs are bit up completely and I cant even sleep on the bed. I had to sleep in the office chair which isnt much better either. TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE PLACE!
Worst motel ever!! If I could give 0 stars I would! My mother in law and sister in law came in town for a visit. They invited us to come and swim. We swam for 2 hours and the front desk clerk walked by us twice without a word. Got done swimming then went to room to change and we all left to my house for a bit since I live in town. They came back late to the key not working. My mother in law went to ask and the clerk threw her stuff at her and said she had visitors so they kicked them out and refused to refund money. He was very rude and when I called to ask for corporate s number he said Oh you can find it on the website. My mother in law went to leave and as she was leaving, she saw a drug deal taking place outside of one of the rooms even though they dont allow visitors. So if you are a family person needing a place to stay DONT stay here! But if you are a drug dealer you have a shot!
Got a room and had my brother help me carry my stuff up. They called immediately and told me that he had to leave or I would be made to leave with no refund. So I decided to leave anyways and he charged me a $20 fee for turning on the sink in the room. Completely invading my privacy by watching me on the cameras. Will not stay here again and dont recommend it to anyone else.
The hotel attendants were nice but the place has a LOT OF ISSUES! Wall outlets hanging from the wall, outside door was broken couldnt latch it shut. The bed had plastic hanging under the fitted sheets, and the fridge went out while i was gone and lost what little food I had in it.
The service was just poor the hotel condition is not in good state. There are stains on beds ( urine, blood etc) bugs in the room , open food beside my bed , also there are light fixtures that doesn’t work many things are broken in the room stains everywhere overall it wasn’t a good stay in very disappointed in the service and customers shouldn’t be treated like this this place shouldn’t even deserve any stars I repeat if you’re looking for better service and cleanliness do not stay here !
We got to our room and it was filthy. After a 20+ hour drive we were too exhausted to go raise trouble. There was blood in the bathroom, alcohol bottles beside the bed, towels scattered, hand prints on the walls, no tv remote, cob webs all over, dirty sink, and hair all in the blankets (all of which we cleaned up ourselves before going to sleep). Over all looked like it hadnt been cleaned in a long time. Then when we decided to get breakfast, the staff was rude. Acting like we were uninvited to even eat the FREE breakfast. Which is only waffles, cheap gas station cinnamon buns, cheap yogurt, and old looking cereal. If that wasnt awesome enough, the air traffic shakes the rooms.. Every hour. 4-5 planes at a time. Please save your money. This place aint worth it!!
The location was perfect for our travels. We were heading further west and it was outside of Fort Worth in that direction which was nice. It was only a few minutes outside of the center of the city so it was easily accessible for those that wanted to out and explore. The room we got, a one King bed room, was spacious and clean. We didnt get a chance to try to free breakfast because it ended at 9am unfortunately.
DO NOT STAY HERE. The place is dirty first off, and the customer service is the worst I have ever experienced. The staff do not care about anything other than getting your money. I called right at the deadline to cancel our room, and the worker lied saying that it was past the deadline, even though I had documented proof that it wasnt past the time. They have me the runaround and customer service did not help at all. When I called the hotel back, they screened my calls. I had to call from another number just to get them to pick up. I was told to talk to the manager the next day, and of course when I called again they screened my calls. They ignored me at least 10 times, but picked up right away when I called from another number. And, of course, I was told the manager was not there and never got a phone call back. Now we are having to go through Wyndham (parent company) to get our money back because of course we were charged, wrongfully. Worst experience. I will never stay at another Super 8.
Talk about horrible customer service !!! I am standing here right now as someone calls the police. They hold your money until they decide to give it back, not at check out. Im now waiting , after dealing with a dirty, damaged hotel room for someone to release out deposit. Ill be adding the photos of my room to yelp. There was people somking weed openly in the parking lot and loud music until 12. Even for one night it was horrible. The 2 guys at the desk are extremely rude and have no respect for their customers. The young guy at the desk has now Walked away as we wait for the police. They have not reviewed our room and its 11:07 weve been here since 10:30 trying to get copies of our credit card and id. They make the copies and dont tell you, and dont shred it in front of you. And for the deposit they dont tell you about, you inly.get it back same.day if its cash apparently. Never again, spend the $$ for the room hotel next door !!!
I would give this hotel a NO star if I could. My3 nights here:Day 1: I moved the bed against the wall to accommodate my sleeping disorder.Day 2: The manager locked me out of my room for moving the bed. After he made me put down an additional $50 deposit...Day 3: I was locked out of my room again. The manager denies this... The clerk told me it was because of the same issue (even though I hadnt moved anything this time), but no one had noted our account.Im not recommending this hotel to anyone.
THIS IS THE WORST MOTEL EVER!!! DO NOT STAY HERE!! This motel is disgusting!! It is very ran down and had a bad smell. The staff is rude, and cant produce proof of policys we reserved a room for 7 days. When we got into the room we noticed it to be very ran down and had a lot of damages to the walls and the AC was old and rusty. We decided we wanted to try to upgrade to a suite hoping it would be better since we would be there a week. During the time my husband went to the front to ask about a larger room, my mother came to the room to meet up with us to go eat. My mother was there for MAYBE 5 minutes. The clerk came to the room to check it, to make sure we didnt use the towels so we could move to a suite. He asked my mom if she was staying and she told him no, she came to meet up for us to go eat. He then told my husband we had 15 minutes to leave. We had to argue and fight for 30 minutes to get a PARTIAL refund!!! They kept $90.00 of our money for an hour stay!!! Do not stay if you dont want to be ripped off! I called corporate to report the problem and they just forward you to the manager who lies and tells you things about the stay. He wasnt even on the premises and was trying to tell me we had 8 visitors and they were in the pool!! LIES!!! On top of everything the clerk pushed my son from the door way. This is just an awful place, even for the price its not worth it at all!!!
Well my family got there and paid for 2 nights after doing a concert that ended at 2am and they took a shower and well at 3am they found 2 ticks and they killed them then they found a water bottle on floor near bed that was not theirs floors had not been vacuumed and it was dirty sheets pillow cases and blankets and the worse part is they saw 2 small round bugs on wall and after looking it over it was bedbugs and so then they decided to strip their bedding and look at bed and it had live bed bugs all over it aswell as the pillow cases and furniture they ran out the room and to the office after videoing it all and talked with the desk clerk at 330 am and they asked forca refund on theirc2 night stay and they had the nerve to say you probably brought them to our facility and the bed had hair and blood stains on it under the sheets aswell and the desk clerk told them they would have to wait until morning and speak to mgmt as they were not going to wake them up at all. Keep in mind my family took a shower with shower shoes on as mostvwould do in any public shower but it was disgusting and gross and my family also is handicapped. Do not at all go to this place plus itvis loud and you can smell drugs and see folks doing it there aswell and nothing works not the tv not the ac not the fridge or microwave or coffee pot and their was not clean towels nothing very bad service. BEWARE STAY AWAY IT IS NASTY AND BAD SERVICE!!!!!
This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. Construction all night and day. Employees of construction company partying all night. My sleep tracker recorded 27 hours of sleep in a week!! I was stuck there after just having surgery and being to weak to move. When I finally couldnt stand it any longer, I was told only a manager could give me my deposit back and he wouldnt be back till next day. Absolutely the worst hotel stay of my life!
They deducted $20 for reauthorization on 01/29/20 and they said they will refund after I check out and after they inspect my room to make sure I did not steal towels etc. They never refunded any money back to my account. Be very careful when they ask you about the reauthorization fees.
I was going to leave a long bad reviews but I think it is not worth of my time. So here comes the short version. Other than the bad customer service from the Indian guy “The pillow suppose to be dirty and that’s why we have pillow cover” “ we do not have other rooms even though you show me there are rooms available through Expedia or others” , the room was open with TV on at the time I went in, it looks like some homeless were staying there before my family arrival. At least the TV and pillow set up shows that way. I know it is my fault trying to be cheap but..... oh well. At least you can change a room for me? “Sorry, not gonna do” -front desk
Many problems (see pictures) but to name the top 51. No fire alarm- was stuffed with dirty paper towels2. Roaches3. The room was dirty ( sink, tub, floor, microwave, sheets, pillowcase, pillows stank (at least thats what those things were supposed to be, trash all around property, etc.). Not covid19 safe at all.4. Bath towel was not replaced had toothpaste on it and it was damp. Yuk5. Telephone in room did not work

2022-02-22Update: I had originally given this three stars but now its one. This place could be awesome but its being renovated. Also it sounds petty but I had two light bulbs out on check in plus the fan in the bathroom was missing the cover. The bathtub also doesnt drain properly even when just showering. The pool had trash and towel in it. The property over-all was neglected. We booked thelrough hotels.com and we feel we very much got scammed. We only stayed 1 nighrlt out of 3 only because we had to. I will never stay here again. I DO NOT RECOMMEND STAYING HERE!!!!!!

2022-07-01Bathrooms need more cleaning and the fans do not work. the couches in suite rooms was disgusting.. Not every room offers the coffee pot or ice bucket or iron or Kleenex. The bed was comfy only thing is you freeze because of the blanket feels like a Curtin. Now the staff was very nice and the breakfast was good. For it being just a few simple things to get.

2022-06-15Overnight staff is alright but still sucks rooms arent horrendous but still pretty bad, trash in the trash cans, tub all kinds of dirty, microwave has I dont know what in it used toilet paper roll just laying around and used wash cloths as well. Oh and to top it off room smells!!!(They ended up changing our room and it is 100% better!!)

2022-07-08(0 stars!) See if this posts. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY/TIME. The most brutally honest review.... This is the filthiest place I have ever stayed at. Check in process alone was about 45 minutes long. Got to the room (i always check rooms before getting comfortable).Beds: comforters smelt bad and had holes from what seemed cigarettes. Base had like a plastic covering which was ripped and the base had stains everywhere.Carpet: FILTHY and full of stains, dont let your child crawl on the floor! Leaves your feet/socks BLACK in seconds.Fridge: disgusting, bad old food in it and trash inside as well the front desk person had to come in and clean it out himself. I personally wanted either a new room or a refund but all they did was clean it out and called it good.Walls: stains everwhereAC unit: dint have any knobs on it and had to guess how to turn it on and fix temperature setting on it. In the second room the whole unit was basically coming off of the wall and it smelt horrid when we first turned it on.Room in general: we had only 1 towel.. we booked a two bed room for 2 adults and 3 kids. We had absolutely NO toilet paper when we arrived and had to ask for both TP and towels.

2022-05-02Positive: Nothing. Negative: Bathroom door was off the top hinges. Did not supply towels daily. Breakfast was from 6 to 9 but by 7 all was gone. The maid took less than 10 min to clean room. Not surprising since they paid her $4.50 a room. Would not stay there again even if free.

2022-05-13Worst hotel experience ever!! Do not stay at this rude, unprofessional and run down hotel.. unless you want roaches as your roommate and management who doesnt honor Wyndham rewards.Also, bathroom wall fan had no cover - small kids could easily stand on toilet and stick something in fan and get hurt. Bathtub drain was broken and didnt drain properly. Remote control didnt work and when we called to get it fixed, the front desk lady just took away remote instead of fix the problem. Bed sheets were paper thin. Received 2 pillows for a queen bed that didnt act like pillows - might as well not use them. Found trash in drawers - luckily I brought wipes to wipe them clean. The room didnt come with tissue paper or a freezer.Lastly, lobby doors are locked at night. Check-in and out process was the worst. We had to stand outside the front window and behind plexiglass to check-in and it took at minimum 10 mins and we had a reservation! Breakfast was also terrible - apple juice was sour and should have been thrown out days ago.

2022-05-15It is a nice motel for the price, a great deal. It is slow checking in and out. The front desk service is not very helpful at times and can be a headache but if you are honest with them and check in the right amount of guest you have staying,etc. Do not make a lot of noise or trash their motel, it is a good place for a great price.

2022-05-05Checked in room and it had a bed bug in the bed, we told the lady on the office and she said she cant do anything. Said we couldnt get a refund or change room. The manager was very rude on the phone, threatened 2 call the cops on us because we wanted a refund. Also Crack heads walking around everywhere. Didnt feel comfortable at all . AVOID AT ALL COST

2022-03-20Positive: Convenance to where I needed to go. Negative: The room they gave us was hideous I took pictures which I will be including. I have stayed in Super 8¿s before at a cheaper price and they looked better than the room we had. I asked the front clerk did they give us a renovated space No was the reply!!

2022-06-13Positive: Absolutely nothing. Negative: Everything. Cigarette holes on the comforters in a non-smoking room. Smelled like weed. The bathroom looked like it hadn¿t been clean in months. False advertisement, pictures are not the same as in person. IT IS NOT SAFE.
