SureStay Plus Hotels by Best Western Hotels & Resorts located at 15617 Eastex Freeway Humble, TX 77396 is by far an amazing great experience to stay-in whether visiting from out of state or traveling on a regular basis. Amenities are above decent than your regular hotels and it is surely modern inside and out, very fast internet provided by Comcast. Houston gets really HOT during summer but the AC system is great its quiet and makes the room very cold, perfect for long hours of sleep. Rooms are fitted with BIG screen TV, single/full size couch or both, modern design semi-master bathroom and multi function shower head, the BED is big enough to keep me from planting my face on the floor since I rollover a lot so it is fit for a KING and if you are a gadget freak rooms are fitted with 6 USB slots. Im not breakfast person but the selections indeed have delicious choices plus the regular waffles or pancakes, cereals and yogurts. Housekeeping are doing a phenomenal job at keeping rooms cleaned and safe.Front desk is serviced by an amazing team and you will noticed it right away when you walk-in a professionally suit Mr. Shah greeting you with warm welcome, Mr. Shah radiates a very polite and positive attitude towards guests and an ethic to provide the best possible experience, last but not the least Ms. Jackie have such a very beautiful smile a joyful character and amazing personality to welcome you, that alone is enough to make guests keep coming back, Ms. Jackie loves aloe vera drink.
Awesome place. Clean Rooms, Friendly Staff, Breakfast Decent. Close to interstate. Next to truck stop to park your rig. $15 to park at the truck stop. Would stay here again.
Spent a week at this motel on a 5 day golf vacation, won of the cleanest motels I ever stayed at,everyone at the facility was was extremely friendly from the to the ladies who took very good of us at breakfast, nothing but 5 stars.

Let me start off by saying that Jackie at the front desk was beyond AMAZING!! Everyone was. My family and I were in Humble for the weekend for a track meet. Our first night we were booked into a different hotel that was disgusting and just horrible. I googled a few places and ended up here. From the first initial phone call to check in and check out the next day the hotel staff totally took care of us. Check in was easy and welcoming. Our room was very clean and comfortable for me and my girls. Even at check out they made sure the girls got breakfast and invited us to come back at any time. Yeah, I know... it’s a business, they’re supposed to say that... but the courteousness of the staff really made me feel like they meant it!! I highly recommend this hotel.

Awesome customer service!! Although I had to cancel the 8 rooms booked, the manager took his time with me and never gave any attitude. The desk clerk was just as amazing! When we get ready to travel again, this will be the first place I call (without hesitation).
I stayed here earlier this summer on a business trip. The room was nice and the location was convenient. The big stand out to me was the service. All the staff that I encountered were super friendly and helpful! I would stay here again.

The staff is incredibly kind and they’re always willing to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Without a doubt this has been the best staff service we’ve ever experienced before. The hotel is super clean and beautiful. Internet speed is fast. We’re totally visiting again and fully recommend it.
If you stay here, be prepared to make a $100($150 for room with kitchenette) cash deposit at check-in. I made this reservation through the Best Western site which indicated nothing about a cash deposit so I was unprepared. The guest wifi frequently lost connectivity which required contacting the hotel staff to reset it.
Amazed with the Cleanliness of the hotel and staff was very friendly. It was great to see such humble person Ashesh Shah MD of the Hotel and all the staff made sure our stay would be convenient.Overall an amazing experience staying here and would definitely recommend.
Hotel was very clean, which is the only reason for the 2 stars. Requested late check out at the time of booking a room, as well as confirming at check in, told it was a $20 extra charge for it after noon. Get a call to the room before noon pretty much being kicked out, even after saying that they were told it was going to be a late check out, and was told the room needed to be ready by 3pm. Told by staff at the front desk that there were no notes left that it was going to be a late check out. Seems like training on communication is needed for the staff.

I will be back to stay here! The service and cleanliness was out of this world!!! They were able to get us in after hours so quickly. I also love the hardwood floors and walk in showers. It’s just beautiful!
An amazing place to stay very very clean I recommend this place and also if you truck driver you can park the truck in the Truck stop next door and your truck parking will be FREE.

I really enjoyed my stay here! the staff was always so friendly and ready to help. I felt very secure and safe thanks to all of the security camers on the property. I had lots of reservations about my two night stay in the Houston area especially after reading so many hotel reviews that mentinoed broken car windows. No worries about that here thanks to all of the cameras.The romm was very clean and fresh and the A/C was super cold! Breakfast was not a huge affare but it was tasty, filling and provided several options.My room was on the back side of the building ground floor. I did not hear any road noise during the night. The only issue that I can find to mention is the lights at night shinning around the dark out shade.I will stay here again if ever I need a room in the Houston area.

My family and I evacuated here from Hurricane Laura in Louisiana. From the amazing, caring staff to the spotless rooms, we could not have asked for a better place to stay! We will be coming back for vacation.

2022-04-15This was a great hotel. The rooms are huge and clean, but the best part is the staff. The staff when I checked in in the evening and out in the morning were so extremely friendly and helpful. Im not a fan of the Houston area. I was here for work and a coworker had the catalytic converter stolen off his truck while he was at hotel in Houston (not this one) a few weeks ago. However, I felt pretty safe leaving my car in the parking lot. They have a bunch of cameras set up and a big TV behind the counter that shows the live feeds. Overall a great stay!

2022-04-19We had such a great experience at this hotel! As soon as you walk in it smells so good, everything was very clean and well kept. Our room was spacious and well stocked with the essentials. The staff is very friendly and helpful. If we come back to Houston in the future we will definitely come back!

2022-07-02I cant express how our stay here was amazing!!This Place was great, it feels like it was new construction and you were the first person in that room!!The best part was their door closed at 10 pm and if you don’t have a key you cannot get inside, which made us feel very safe over there!The breakfast had many options and was freshly cooked, everything was perfect I can’t find one thing to complain about!

2022-06-25I had made reservations with the night staff at this location instead of booking online. Which I will NEVER DO AGAIN. I made reservations a day before my actual check in. Check- in day it was a lot of mistakes made by the night employee which caused me to not be able to check in to the room he assigned to me. I was in total distress from the long drive from my travel and from not able to check-in from when I made prior reservations. The young lady at the front desk name Monica was very professional, patient & understanding. Her management WORKED OUT EVERYTHING to get me a room. My stay turned out great. The establishment was really clean & the room was very cozy! Thanks again Monica for your help!!!

2022-04-20The hotel was very clean, staff was very friendly, and the breakfast was good with real eggs, fruit, and turkey links. The rooms have laminate floors, not carpet, meaning everything feels and smells fresher (no mystery stains). Shah, the manager, is the best!

2022-03-01This property was very nice, clean, and the staff were exceptional 👌 , all the facilities were in operating order the bed was very comfortable, shower was hot there was nothing we could have complained about . We checked in really early, the room was ready, all of the front Desk clerks treated us very professionally we appreciated that. Thank you all cant wait to come back. This place is convenient to everything Most importantly Ritchie Brothers auctioneer.

2022-02-28So i will start by saying that if you book through a different website like Priceline as i did, you will need a cash deposit of 100 or 150 dollars. I checked in late as it was a last minute planned stay. I loved the look of the rooms online. When i arrived i explained to Monica that i was celebrating a birthday and that i was excited to be staying there because of the kitchenette. As i was checking in they told me my card that i paid online with, could not be charged for the deposit. I Tried explaining multiple times that i used the same card and she said that was not the one on file. Because she could not have two cards on file she would need a cash deposit. I told her i had already paid for the room and Id didnt have cash. She politely said there was nothing she could do and a deposit was needed. I was so mad because she then said if you could at least get a hundred that would be fine but downgraded my room when i came back with the cash deposit. But something needed to be put down for incidentals ... I would like to mention i have stayed in many a hotel and know the difference between a nice place and a questionable place , which is why I was so mad that she couldnt just use my card. This was supposed to be a nice place. I did go get the deposit after wasting almost an hour . When i got back she ended up downgrading my room from kitchenette that i had paid for to a regular room. My bf who i only see once every 3 months and who was celebrating his bday missed out on the meal prep i was going to do for him as well as his keto cake because this employee did not know her job. When i asked for a manger she said no one would be in until Monday... I checked in Friday night around 10.. i was so upset. I also asked if I could decorate the room before I went to get the deposit she could keep my credit card and Id because i would be coming back with my bf and i wanted the room to be decorated after his very stressful traveling... I was denied access to the room that was already paid because she didnt know how to work her computer according to the general manager the next morning. i was soo mad. .. the room was ok and the beds were a bit firmer than my liking... I cant comment on the kitchenette that i paid for because i didnt get it. ... Please train Monica better and the other overnight woman that i didnt get her name. Both said there was no way to charge my card for the deposit.
