I do not understand how people can just not care. I came here went through the drive-through and first off the lady didnt say a word to me. No Hello, no thank you, not even a here you go. Nothing not a word I have never had that happen. Second I ordered a crunchwrap no sour cream and got a crunchwrap with sour cream. I am allergic to Sour Cream so they need to be careful with that because that is a lawsuit ready to happen. I am surprised that hasnt happened yet.
This is what my tacos look like after working 13 hour hungry no not sauce after I ask for . So up set and they never pick up the phone . This will be the last time that I let them ruin my night and make me go to bed hungry this is pathetic that’s not even consider a taco I paid eight dollars for some shells ridiculous
I was pleasantly surprised at the patience the staff had with me this evening... I was indecisive and then forgot to tell them to cut the onion off my hubbys burrito supreme... Till I got to the final window... Even as busy as they were... They made sure my order was correct and even had smiles and winning attitudes. ( Cant say that about other customers in the drive thru) so Thankyou Taco Bell... Tonight you were a five star restaurant and I truly appreciate the GREAT service!!! Well Done👏
Id like to say I normally have great customer service when I come here... But today. I went they the drive thru about 5 10 or so mins ago. I drive a Dodge. If u like to look at the camera to see.The young lady running the drive thru. Was sort and rude and I felt like I was being rushed. I was ordering for 3 people and making shure I got the order correct. And her addittide was just not right... I would love to say Id be back. But Id be lying. And we asked for 2 beef burritos and she had an attitude the whole time and she and she gave me four of the rice burritos instead of the beef burritos that I asked for and ended up paying more.
Ive been going to this place since I was a young lady. Back in high school, this is the only thing that my friends and I could afford. LolI only order soft and crunchy tacos, nacho bell grande and tostadas when it is available. The drive through is super fast. Indoor staff is nice as well and the place is very clean.
The worst Taco Bell ever !!! I love Taco Bell but not when its cold and old and the cheese is crispy and the tacos are melted soggy. Beautiful and very convenient location but thats all. No napkins or hot sauce was put in the bag, that should be standard especially when told.
These folks that work the night shift have rules in place that make little sense to me. First they try to refuse to serve me because it was after 10 when they got to my order, which I placed well before then, bit they didnt get to because the drive thru takes priority. But then they tell me that I cannot pay with cash in the lobby, because theyre closed. Then I said I could go thru the drive thru myself, but I walked to their store so Id have to walk thru it. They said no to that, and when I asked to speak to the manager on duty I was ignored. Eventually the drive thru window cashier came over to me and took my money for me. Her register is less than ten feet from the dine in register, so I dont understand how there was an issue to begin with...
Ordered chalupas with no lettuce and chicken. I get home and my chalupa is all lettuce and no chicken. The associate that was assisting me kept rushing me and when I was going to slow for him he had a female jump on the order instead. This location didn’t even have customers so not sure why they were in a rush to get me out the line. Won’t be returning.
So im really not the type to write bad reviews but this experience was horrible. It all started with the lady taking orders through drive thru. While i was ordering i kept getting interrupted while i was trying to order. Now i understand that you know your job and might now what im going to say next but when im trying to order i feel like i need to allowed to finish what im about to say. Especially when the next thing i was going to say was what her next question was. She was very rude and sounded super annoyed of the fact that i wasnt speaking fast enough. As far as I understand a drive thru is for the customer’s convenience not the customer representative. I say this because i worked at a Jack in the box and i was never this rude. Now i know it is not the stores fault it self but the customer representative but the store takes the blame. I didnt catch her name because she didnt mention it and didnt even greet us all she said was “Can i take your order”. Once i made it to the window she did not make eye contact and just snatched my debit card from my hands. I didnt say anything because i did not was to cause a scene or delay the line. Order was definitely within a good time frame but when she handed it to me she literally almost hit me and just let it go in my lap. I then checked for sauces because i had mentioned through speaker i needed 10 fire hot sauce and found 3 hot sauces instead. I then told her if i could have 5 fire sauces and did in fact give me my sauce but as she was giving it to me she was whispering something under her breath about how needy i was for the sauce. Now tell me was i right to write this bad review over this? Because i feel i am. If that continues without a mention all thats going to happen is the store is going to loose business. And i dont want that due to the distance it is to my house. But i hole this review leads to an improvement in heir customer service. The lady was an African Americans woman maybe in her thirties heavy set wearing a mildew color green sweater. Thank you. Food was great though. But i won’t hesitate to stop going to this taco bell because of their customer service.
I usually love this Taco Bell but recently it has been terrible with getting food correct. The past 4 times I have tried to give it a chance but it keeps letting me down. I even tried ordering off of UberEats and it still isn’t right and today my cinnamon twists tasted like they had cleaner sprayed on them. Sorry Taco Bell but it’s a no from me.
Recently remodeled looks great. service is great and friendly. if only they could make a system where all the contents that were charged could make it in the bag before giving it to the customer. that way they dont have to find out when they get home only to be disappointed.
We used the drive thru to order our dinner and the experience was actually quite nice. The agent who took our order was polite and made ordering a breeze. The wait for the food was not too long, we were in and out within a few minutes. The food was also well prepared with no issues to report.
Went in to grab a quick burrito as I was traveling. Waited for a while and finally left after no one acknowledged I was there. Four people talking behind the counter. No customers and I still didnt even get a hello. Very poor service. Shame on you taco bell. You are so rich you dont need customers. How very confident you are that you dont need any more customers today.
Ill give props for not getting the order wrong and not taking long even though the drive thru line was a little long. The food was cold and stale. Im not sure if something has changed with all taco bells but, Ive been to 3 different ones each time and have been given cold food at each one. Would not recommend.
Terrible customer service. Staff was rude and was making fun of customers not very far out of ear shot. Loud enough I heard it anyway. They roll their eyes at every little request made and saw staff on phones. Ill gladly drive out of my way for the taco bell on millitary/635. Never had anyone pop an attitude there and the food is always hot.
Me and a friend walked in was a young man about to start to sweep when he saw us come he was the only one that greeted us and no one came to the counter to wait on us so he put the broom aside and came to take our order very friendly. Our of the 5 people in the restaurant he was the only wanting to wait on us as we left we had trouble putting a cheap plastic lid on a drink again he went out of is way to help us I just feel he deserves lots of koodos for all his kindness we dont see this any more please he deserves a raise
It is just amazing that Im happy when I finally come to a taco bell again where they do their jobs right. My AM wrap was not burnt and tasted great! Unbelievably there coffee machine worked as well! My wife got an ice coffee that was only $1.49 I am not sure what else you can ask for when everything works out at a fast food location.
So I have no idea whats going on yet because Im still not to the window yet but Ive been sitting in the drive thru for an hour as of right now. Finally at the window and April was super sweet and not only apologized she gave us free drinks for having to wait so long. She explained their not only short staffed but have 2 people who just started. I can only imagine the stress shes under. Cant wait to get my food so I can enjoy it.
Doritos tacos the bomb. Absolutely enjoyed our meal.Unfortunately the cashier must have been new, she kept getting orders wrong, when asked for Salsa Verde she said that they never had that kind of Salsa. Am I wrong Taco Bell has NEVER carried Salsa Verde?Management was working harder then employees. Restaurant very clean.
I absolutely love this Taco Bell and their customer service is always on points. Why did I give them 4 stars, mannnnn because their frozen drink machine is always down! Taco Bell, heres some advice: if your frozen drink machine is down, simply cover your frozen drink ad up. I cannot tell you that I have not been able to order a frozen drink from them for about 3 months now. Their food though, is always good at this location. Their veggies are always fresh. I hope it stays that way. It is not too much more I can say about Taco Bell, but wait one more thing. Whenever they have a new deal or meal come out, it is best to try it from this location, they do not disappoint. I have been to many other locations and they will make a person hate eating at Taco Bell, but not this location. You will have a wait if you go through the drive-thru, but it is well worth it.
When we walked through door employees were talking I was asked if I knew what I wanted I said yes and then cashier told to ring myself up on kiosk. I asked why she could not ring me up and she said because they want me to ring myself up. I went to kiosk, but it rung up wrong so cashier came over and said is that what you want? Yes, I replied, but the price is wrong and I need to order more stuff, she finally decided to take my order. When a couple came in after me a young offered to help them take there order on the kiosk, but I guess it was still ringing up prices wrong so they took them over to register
I was stopping to grab a bit to eat today with my husband and the girl was completly rude. Rushed me through my order, I got to the window and realized I forgot something and ask her to add it on because there was nobody in line behind me. She proceed to tell me I would have to drive all the way back around the storr instead of simply making it on a seperatr check at her window. Highly upset ! 😡 I have worked fast good and this is not the customer service you want. Completly unsatisfied and will not be returning. 👎👎👎👎
Just drove up to the drive through at the Taco Bell on Lake June Rd in Balch Springs, Texas at exactly 1:44 am. They state they close at 2:00 am but although all lights were on and they shouldve been open, theyd closed early. Im pretty sure management doesnt know. If they want to close at 1:30 am, fine, state it, but dont say 2:00 am and close early. Super duper bad customer service. Fact is, no customer service at all.
Found a bug in my taco.! Called to inform manager Alexis and she was rude over the phone. All I wanted was to inform her so she can check her food before giving it to the customer didnt ask for anything free!! Definitely not wanting more food from this place. Never apologized!
Past 4 times atleast that I have gone the freeze machine hasnt been working. I dont like Pepsi so usually get Dr. Pepper, since I can never seem to get a freeze either, which they just informed me has now been replaced by Cherry Pepsi. And they got every item on my order but 1 wrong.
Went at 1:45 am they close on website 230 and the drive thru open sign on they ignored me while I was at the ordering deal and then I went to the window because I got no answer at the speaker and they still ignored me I proceeded to get out of my car knock on the window and they ignored me waited a minute knocked on the window again and they ignored me again so therefore I started tapping on the window to get some attention cuz I can hear them giggling and laughing in their as they were doing whatever they were doing totally ignoring me finally Im not so hard that they come to the window and they said theyre closed okay theyre closed

2021-09-18I am not one to write reviews but I had to on this one. I always have issues with the quality of their food in this location but I always have hope that their food will get better. This by far is not edible, and was gray and chicken looked moldy. This looked super old. I dont know what to say as I am in loss of words because I absolutely love taco bell. But not from this location. I didnt even check before I took the first bite but I spit it out immediately. Disgusting! Ive never seen chicken this bad. Like why is is grey? Im glad I spit it out. This could have very well given me food poisoning. Please check your food before eating it! I give them one star because staff is always friendly but not in this day.

2022-07-13Our third visit going thru drive thru and discovering food either missing or not as ordered. They need to spend more time on each order instead of being so speedy. A correct order always trumps a bad experience.

2022-05-28I went inside because it was busy in the Drive-Thru. The gentleman at the counter took my order he was nice and then I guess it was his break time cuz he clocked out. It took 30 minutes to get two Mexican pizzas there were three employees in the store one was running the drive-thru the other two were making food. When I tried to ask about my order the girl that was working there there was only one was very rude and didnt even acknowledge me. And when I did get her attention she said were working on it. So I probably wont be going back to this Taco Bell because their service just plain stinks.

2022-03-12Stood at the counter for 5 min with no acknowledgement for close to 10 min so we ordered at the kiosk, after using the restroom and then waiting another 15 min with no one coming to the front we then asked for the manager to refund our order. We typically are very satisfied with Taco Bell but this location avoid until the management is replaced.

2022-07-03Every time I come here, yall ALWAYS mess up my order. I cant believe how consistent this location is at getting your order wrong.. good lord! And yall want like 15 an hour lol.My friendly advice would be, take an extra 10 seconds and check the order. I know yall are sort of busy, but it would cause the customer alot less aggravation and consequently you.

2022-07-01It was a birthday/fathers day meal it was good, got 4 soft tacos and 4 5 layers, the service was a 10 and the cost was less then $20.00.

2022-06-28I used to always order quesaritos cause i love em and now everytime i order it theres beans in the quesaritos that shouldnt have any beans in it unless you add it on and i hate this so much
