Food was good, but a few problems with the franchise. Asked for fire sauce; no sauce. No napkins. Didnt have my drinks ready, which is normal for a mobile order. Per corporate policy, even mobile orders are to receive a paper receipt. No receipt. Employee with shoulder length hair: no hair net. Boxes not sealed with a sticker or corporate policy. Food was 5 stars; service and not following corporate policy about 2 stars.
Ordered ahead online, which I prefer, rather than downloading another app.First time, the order placing was smooth and quick with no problem at all. Afterwards, I arrived, picked up my food, and everything was on par. Meal was fresh and put plenty of sauce packets in the bag.**Second time, however, the website placed my order at one of their stores in Utah 🤷♂️ I said the same thing...Perhaps it was my security software but there was no problems with it the first time.I guess its good that they wait till you show up to make your food, unlike all the other chains. I was iffy on this last step at first, but its growing on me.Food was consistently good, same as the first. Staff was courteous, polite, and respectful.I even became a little upset the second time, when my order was messed up online, and was loud over the speaker because my card had already been charged. Young lady handled it perfectly and none of it was their fault since they dont run the website. They know how to run the store though so I had to apologize.Overall, good spot to eat, especially, if youre a night owl because the drive-thru stays open late.**My biggest pet peeve. Some of the big chains have gotten stingy with their sauces lately. After spending fifty bucks on fast food for the family, I really dont think a few extra honey mustards are gonna hurt their pockets too bad. I digress though, thats for another review...
It seems like they had my crunchwrap made I would say a easy thirty minutes before I arrived at the window.... The thing was hard. I definitely wont be ordering that again

The first time I went was terrible. I gave this place another chance and every time Ive gone since has been great! They give generous portions of meat and other toppings every time. Very fast service. Hoping this continues to be the case, because this is currently my favorite Taco Bell location.
This has been my go to since the quarantine first began. They are fast, friendly, and are still following clean best practices. I feel confident that my meal is consistent and safe when ordering at this location. My items are always correct, but Im confident that they would quickly fix anything that wasnt. The food is hot and made consistently, so you get what youd expect to each time. This T-Bell stands out among others in the area and abroad. Recommend.

Im giving 1 star because this is a very lazy and dishonest Taco Bell. They cant seem to ever get your order correct, and will give excuses for why they messed up or lie and say they are out of an item when they are not. They just dont want to have to remake the order.
Brian was very monotone, lacking in customer service. Bought 5 boxes of party mix and was handing very rudely and when we asked for just 2 separately transactions was denied in the drive thru.
Sometimes you just need to have a quick and cheap taco, well this is the place to get one.

Seeing as they took just about the only items I would even go there for off the menu I decided to change my rating. The service is honestly good and has improved drastically over the last year, that being said they need to put the Mexican pizza and grilled stuffed burrito back on the menu. 😂

Okay. EVERY TIME I go through the Kilgore drive thru, they get my order wrong. Like completely do the opposite of what I asked. Example.. no tomatoes, no lettuce on ANYTHING. I get extra lettuce extra tomatoes or one or the other. I ask for soft taco meat and cheese only I get hard taco, tomato and lettuce only. These people need to get their acts together! How hard is it to read a screen and put together an order??? High volume hours is one thing but 930 at night… there’s no excuse except PURE LAZINESS.
This place is owned by a top 10 franchisee. Yet the tables look like they have been through war. The employees are not properly trained. 1 was picking up sauce from the floor to put in the holder on the counter. The drink machine was purchased because it was cheap....and I functions like its cheap as well. I ordered 3 small items an fit took 17 minutes to receive my food. The ceiling vents are dirty and the manager was sagging. Nice place....

This particular Taco Bell has really done a positive turn around in good fresh hot fast food and customer service. Maybe a new manager or policy change? I dont know, but keep up the good work and Ill definitely be back. *Late night is the best time to go.

I have given this place SO many chances. The manager who works in the day time is awesome and know exactly how to run this place. On the other hand the young boy who manages at night will let his employees do whatever they want and wont apologize for it. I made a huge order for my family which consists of mostly children so when I get back home after picking it up I do not want to get back out for anything. They missed 6 items and would only offer for us to come back. Also when I asked to speak to a manager the teen employees there mocked me by saying OH SHE WANTS A MANAGER, IS THERE A MANAGER HERE, KAREN IS ON THE PHONE. I am BEYOND done with this place!

Best time to go is on a Saturday around 1ish. Has a lady that is just the best to order from. It always comes out alright around that time. Other days are questionable

The Taco Bell in Kilgore is pretty new, I would say its less than a year old. The restaurant is very clean inside and the staff has always been friendly. I would definitely recommend eating here for a quick meal that wont break the bank.

Worst taco bell, I ever been to. Food was poorly made and missing parts of my order and over 20 items packed into one bag. When I got food home to eat. the food tastes bad and the specialty burrito tasted sour.
Literally go every week 2 or 3 times a week cuz only two places are open on my lunch break always say no sour cream multiple times and still end up with sour cream, wasting my money and not having something to eat

Crapiest place ever 10 out of 10 for poop I ordered today and did not even get my order I order medium root beer no ice I got ice thats ok but then I ordered 1 chili cheese burrito and nachos and did not receive them. So overall experience is low Ive been here a lot and never have they messed up this bad.
Order accuracy seems to get worse every time I come. I never get hot sauce dispite being asked twice every time, and last time there was an extra lid floating inside my soda. Definitely not coming back for a while.
I LOVE the spicy potato soft tacos but today I recieved my tacos with the POS nacho fries that, first off, taste like ass and secondly, these fries were cold as hillarrys cooch. They also didnt have any sauce on them, just thick grease. When I called to ask if that is how they come now they were of no help and really didnt seem to care that my money was wasted because someone was too lazy to do their job correctly.

The food was prepared well after some confusion about the online order. Didnt get all the sauces I requested, but that isnt a deal breaker.
When first reopened they messed up every order for the first 3 months if not longer it was extremely inconvenient,however I spoke with the district manager and he was absolutely helpful and very understanding! He made me want to go back!
When I order takeout I have to feed a big bunch of people theyre good at trying to get the food to us but they seem to cut back on the ingredients we end up with more tortilla then we do stuffing

When theyre busy, check your order carefully before leaving, especially if you asked for anything out of the usual way its made.

2021-10-02I’ve been eating at this Taco Bell for at least 5 years now, the staff are always friendly and I’ve never had a bad experience there. The food is great cause of course it’s Taco Bell. This is actually the only Taco Bell that have gotten hot food at and it was surprising at first because most food I get at Taco Bell’s are warm at best.

2022-07-21Lobby dirty, no employees working to clean or refill napkins stations. Tables had cheese and some had food left from former customers. Mens restroom dirty, floor was disgusting with urine and toilet paper. Urine on the seat of toilet. No employees cleaned it within the hour we were there. Should be addressed every hour. Food was okay, wifes online order wasnt ready when the app showed the store making it then it notified her of it being ready. She asked and it wasnt, they said they just got it. Okay Ill give em that one. Although I used my app for an order and when it notified me they did have it ready.No employees worked the lobby the entire hour we were there. No sweeping, table cleaning , station refills or trashed taken out. Should be addressed fulltime or minimum once every half hour to clean tables for more patrons. Very disappointed in this location. Assuming the kitchen area or food prep stations are the same as the lobby and restroom and not being regularly cleaned. 2/5 until next time, if I decide to return. Not a 1 star because the food cost was reasonable and quality okay.

2022-02-20I don’t leave reviews much, but if anyone deserves 5 stars it’s this store! It is not your typical fast food experience. I work down the road and only get a 30 min lunch, so I often stop here. The service is AMAZING. They are extremely fast and accurate, they knew my face after only one visit, customer service phenomenal. The manager here is on top of her/his game. I always end up with a smile on my face when I get to the window.

2021-12-27The people are always nice, but I’m constantly getting my order wrong. I always ask for no tomatoes & 8 out of 10 times I get tomatoes. Today part of my order was missing, & parts I did have were wrong. My quesadilla didn’t even have meat in parts & hardly any cheese. Just look at this photo!

2021-10-02I used to really like this taco bell, but over time, the workers seem to have become less and less competent and it seems management has also changed. As a vegetarian, when I say no meat, there absolutely cannot, under any circumstances, be meat in what I ordered. If it had only happened once, I wouldnt feel the need to leave this review. I could just chalk it up to the fact that people make mistakes, and move on with life. My order has been wrong so many times from this Taco Bell that Im just not going to go to it anymore and I advise others to also find other options. There are honestly plenty of other better places to go eat at in Kilgore.

2019-03-04I always love going to Taco Bell and purchasing their $5 Nacho Cheese Fry Box!It is definitely worth the price and it comes with a drink!And if you dine in, you have an all you can drink option!Every time I order the $5 Nacho Cheese Fry Box, I am not disappointed!I only wish that they would keep this box available on the menu, all year round!It seems that this box is only a temporary item and they bring it out during certain times of the year.If it was an all the time menu item, I honestly think they would see that their profits would excel a lot more than when this item is not on the menu.I know that I purchase this menu item several times a week, because it tastes absolutely amazing and it is EXTREMELY easy on my budget.Its a wonderful meal for those people that are on a budget.I personally can make 2 meals out of this box and it helps with my budget!So thank you so much Taco Bell!I will definitely be back!
