If you’re a woman, don’t go alone. I paid $98 for JUST an oil change for a Honda. Everyone is telling me they over charged and that they pay way less elsewhere for bigger motors. I didn’t know better but now I do!

Quick and easy but I guess the fluid top off and tire pressure check happens based on who is there? I’m not sure on y’alls policy for topping off fluids but I know I got everything topped off the first time I went here. Then when I returned for my second oil change my paperwork says N/a or filled for the washer fluid and coolant. Cool except that very next day I get a coolant low light on my dash. So now I have to stop by autozone to fill that and noticed my washer fluid was completely empty. Like I said I’m not sure on the policy for fluids but y’all are the professionals and probably should have mentioned I was missing some fluids since you’re there looking at it but it is what it is.
Despite there being a couple of cars ahead of me, the service was fast and polite and even though I know nothing about cars, I dont think they tried to upsell me.
Very professional and fast. Checked and topped off all other fluids, inflated tires. Only complaint is price. Cost $30+ more than if I would have gone to the dealer, but WAY faster, so maybe broke even. Had it not been for price I would have given 5 stars ⭐️
My husband and I took our new car here for a full service and I am impressed with the great service our mechanic was at Take 5 Oil Change. Our service representative was extremely knowledgeable and very attentive to what our vehicle was needing and didnt just rush and was very informative at explaining things to us. We are most definitely going back to the same location and will definitely be asking for the same person. I love how honest our rep was and in that type of business it can go either way. We are going back for our next service and are so happy that we found this place. The prices are reasonable and the service is A+ Thank you so much!

First: The wrong oil was used due to receipt.Second: After correction it was very over filled.Third: Some oil had to be drained.Fourth: 3 times to get it right.
2 stars is generous. After giving them 3 tries to get it right they just cant do it. They will leave oily fingerprints all over your car. Second time I was there they pulled out the air filter and informed me I need a replacement but they dont have one. They didnt reinstall it correctly causing the check engine light to come on and made a humming noise while driving. Employees definitely do not care about their jobs.
Second time here. All in all they seem like nice people but it is only my second time here and there telling me my threads on oil pan are stripped. Ok… well since Take 5 was the last one to change the oil and nobody has touched my drain plug since, I’m gonna go ahead and say they probably did this in there quest to be “super fast”. I mean the threads didn’t strip themselves. Anyways, I was told I’d have to take it to a lnother shop to have a new oil pan installed and that they aren’t taking any responsibility. Thumbs down to you Take 5 👎🏻. After dropping over $100 on an oil change and being told this??? Never coming back!
Super courteous with speedy service!They did not waste time trying to convince a new air filter purchase like so many other oil change stations have in the past.The correct tire air pressure (psi) was verified before filling correctly.Everyone working at this location are very professional with a great mental attitude!
I came to only get an oil change. Less than an hour later of driving all of my oil spilled out and caused my engine light to come on, one of the guys had to personal come and meet me to put oil back into my car. After that my engine light was still on, I kept asking why and they said the light needs to be reset, it took him 30-45 min to force the light to come off, 50 miles later it came back on. They had their own mechanic come to my job to look at the car and claimed to give me a call to let me know. A week later I hear nothing and my car is driving weird. I called them just for them to tell me it’s my fault and it had nothing to do with them. Had this car for less than a year, previous owner had no accidents or anything and she’s the only owner besides me now. I got this car back in November2020 . The only time I had a problem was less than an hour after leaving them.
I used them, this was the last one... you see why they do a very bad job, they charge you a lot and they dont check what they supposedly charge you and whats on the list they dont check the air filters, the tire pressure, well I dont know what they did was 4 people who were just standing in front of the car just talking thats why I wont be back this was on 1/30/2022 in the morning
The guys there were very good. They approached when we first pulled in. We had a online coupon for 50% off for our oil change. Explained everything they were doing and told is what was wrong and what services they offer. I would come here again. Great Service. Thank you

I pulled in to get an oil change Keith popped the hood of my car had me waiting over 15 minutes while he serviced one of his friends he knew who came after me. He was very rude and unprofessional take 5 is a first come first serve not sure why someone who I was in front of would get service before me just because they are cool. 1/14/21 around 11:10am I have a silver Infiniti Q60 coupe if you look at the cameras you will see the issue. He didn’t even care didn’t apologize for the inconvenience I had to drive to another location to get service which was really inconvenient!
Guys are nice but after calling about an oil change and a state inspection the guy said they were doing both. I show up to find out after my oil change was completed they couldnt do my inspection. I feel I was lied to and to take advantage by doing the oil change before telling me about the inspection was a way of cheating me. I could of went down the road and got both done cheaper and by honest guys

Fast friendly service, honestly felt like I was in and out within 15 minutes. They aired up all my tires that were low and cleaned my windshield on the outside. Definitely recommend!!!!

The were nice but over inflated 3 tires by 4psi and left a3rd tire under 8psi below vehicle spec. When i told the man that the other guy had not put air in i was told it takes time for the computer to see. This is true, however it takes no time for me to watch with my own eyes a tech skip/not do my 1 tire. I have my own compressors so i simply left the lot after oil change and did it myself. I also backed down the psi on the other 3
I had some recent work done on my A.C. and somehow the front grill was not secured and just fell off when the hood was lifted. The team stayed professional and zip tied it to the mounts so it would not fall off. This wasnt their job, but they went way above the call to get anything I needed done..IVE been to one other, 5 minute location on Jones Rd before using a Groupon, and the team was just as friendly and professional. All, and I meat all, the Hwy 6 team spoke to me as we were chatting and cutting up during my brief stay. Great experience, Ill be back as this location has a customer for life.The Retired hispanic Army vet, ( sorry i didnt get his name),that did the under car work was the best.😁 Arthur was very thorough in explaining available services, but those windshield wipers at 42.00 was a little steep, 🤣🤣as he handled all the business transactions. The older guy, that was about my age came by several times had to be the manager, as he looked over the teams work and acknowledged us promptly as we pulled in even though he came from another car that was already in the bay.I believe feedback is always important when things go south, but more important when things are beyond expectation. Good job guys, keep delivering the same.... you understand that excellence isnt an occasional behavior, but a much needed to component to sustainability... We passed ( Jiffy Lube, Wal-Mart Mart, Good Year xs 2 , and this other place on 529 that has this really cheap synthetic oil change for 29.99, or 5 total locations to get to you, some cheaper and their proximity way closer......meant nothing when youre getting your service
The detail was quite fast compared to other take 5s Ive been to, however when he finished my Engine light came on and it hasnt cut off. I asked the technician should it be on after he changed my oil and he referred me to Autozone.... I dont feel comfortable about that. I plan on going back this evening.

This place is great! I recently moved to the area and was nervous about going to a different oil change place, but Im glad I chose this location! I was given a free bottle of water while I waited and was in and out in no time! Also washed my windshield for me and checked fluids/air filter. Great service! Thank you guys!

They didn’t replace my sticker. The receipt says tire pressure and coolant were checked. But that’s obviously not the case because my lights were still on when I left. But I serviced those items myself after I left. Back to doing the oil change myself.Maybe the issue is that they don’t pay their employees enough. I wouldn’t recommend taking your vehicle here.
I have been taking my car there for inspection every year for the past 3 years. Theyre always very polite and professional. Service is very fast. Im never there more than 30 minutes. They have great service!!!

They left oily finger print in my car 4/5 place. They showed me to put castrol oil but they used nonbrand oil. Will not go there again.
Quick service, my van failed inspection but he told me what I needed to do to get the computer to reset and be ready. I had gotten some work done a few days ago by wrench and it wiped the diagnostic sensors. Apparently you have to drive a certain amount of miles after a reset for it to come back online. Ill run it around and come back to get it finished. Thanks!
I went to Take 5 Oil Change for the first time and it was a very professional experience. These guys work together as a team and like a machine they systematically checked everything under the hood and did a great job doing so. Very cordial. Very polite and I would recommend it to others highly.

Very rude employee Andria. It shouldn’t matter what age your customer is you should always treat them with the utmost respect. I came in to get an oil change and they were not maintaining their distance from me (dangerous during COVID). I have come here 5-6 times before and they have always let me get out of the car and wait in the lobby. Since they were too close to me this time I got out of the car to wait outside the shop. They refused to give me an oil change unless I stayed inside my car where they were opening and closing my door with me being inside (not safe during COVID). I don’t know what changed in their policies but I have always been allowed to stay in the lobby before. Very bad experience.
Went for car Inspection and was in and out within 10 minutes.No up selling of any other products as some other places do (air filters, wipers, brakes, tires blah blah)Really impressed by quality of customer service. Will be your regular customer from now on for all my family cars.
I just want to say the service technicians were friendly, awesome, and got me in and out in less than 10 minutes, and I loved the fact that the prices were as advertised, and they didnt try to bait me with any services I didnt ask for or need, for more expenses.

Only had a few extra minutes so I stopped by and ask for a FULL SERVICE OIL CHANGE. The technician had me pull into a oil change bay. About 2 minutes later they started working on my vehicle. Within 10 minutes I was pulling away.All 3 technicians were helpful and polite. I definitely will return.

This location is in my subdivision and it is my shop for oil changes and inspections. Today I brought in my car after it failed inspection yesterday because with a brand new battery, I had not driven it enough miles to reset. I arrived at 6pm just to ask how long it would take for them to re-check it since I had driven 60 miles. My plan was to return the next day but I needed to know how long it would take. Both employees there were very nice and took my vehicle without me asking them to look at it since they close at 6. The manager was polite and showed excellent service. I thanked both him and the employee for staying 15 mins late to assist me.They know customer service!
One of the better places to get a quick and cheap oil change. Staff was very kind, knowledgeable, and professional. Ill definitely be back for future oil changes and Ill be back soon for a transmission oil flush. The guy who was very helpful was named Robert and I didnt catch the other gentlemans name but he was quick on the oil change.

Went there because of the ratings. It was my first stay in the Truck kinda experience. I was impressed with a few things.A woman changed my oil while managing the bays. Which shows true equality. My other tech was professional but looked kinda new so I give him props for a job well done.The thing Im most impressed with is a second car pulled up and the driver got out of the vehicle and she immediately tried to get him back in the car and explained the safty reasons. Although this didnt quite work because a fellow employee that I hadnt seen before fought her saying he was OK to be outside.I very much like that they take safty seriously. I very much like the speed they do the oil changes.I will be going back especially if the 3 guy is let go for arguing about her safty and doing it in front of the client.
I took my vehicle for a State Inspection this morning, 3/10/19. The gentleman who greeted me was very professional. He took the key and the insurance card of my vehicle and proceeded to conduct the emission test. Several minutes later, he came back, gave my insurance card and the test result document. Overall, my experience at Havoline Xpress Lube was Excellent and will go back there again.

Went in for an inspection and the staff was kind and efficient. My car failed the first time, but they gave me 15 days to correct the defect. Went back the next day with a fixed horn and they saw me right away. The service was fast and friendly.
I went there for oil change and flush power steering fluid. They did flush three times fluid and put new one .Now vehicle drive very smooth. Moreover very fast and reliable service + fair price.
4 mins until close & could have turned me away! Hated to be “that person” but needed my oil changed. They completed an oil change, engine flush, and topped off all of my fluids with a smile! Great Service!!

Ive had several oil changes done at this location. Each one so far has been successful. Wish the prices were lower but the online coupons help.
They do a good job. Like all these places, they want to sell you extra services, but the services are legitimate, you need to judge the intervals that they recommend. This store seems to do a better job retaining more competent technicians.

The workers here are very nice and make helpful recommendations for minor maintenance beyond just standard oil change items. Their inspections and oil changes are usually done in a timely fashion.
6/12-Took my car there Saturday for an oil change, Ive got a weird oil cap that most places break. The guys at Havoline did a great job, very clean, very fast. I brought the car back today for inspection. All other places said I had to have to fix this stupid low coolant light to get it inspected (that would cost $800), these guys go by state law, not what they can get for referring you to a mechanic shop. Again, they did a great job in record time.
Contacted manager this morning I hope he makes it right! My wife went in for a oil change yesterday and the women working there was under her car cussing and throwing a fit about having to do her oil change. The only reason she did not leave was how professional the two men working there were. She is 5 months pregnant and called me almost in tears after leaving due to her feeling so uncomfortable.

Fast and courteous, only thing I asked for a simple lube, oil and filter only they did a full service and charged me an additional $20 and changed my air filter which was an extra $15 which was ok but basic oil change means basic oil change

They used to clean my windows and vaccum the interior of the vehicle for the completed 39.99 oil chance service. I this it isn’t included anymore. Watch then they try to sell you an air filter. You’ll be charge about 4 times what you’d pay in an auto parts or amazon. The waiting area used to be cleaner and water and coffee were offered. Now there is just a dusty coffee maker that is not even on.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I will definitely not be going back. They change my oil in like 4 minutes after they finally started on it. Only one guy working. I called prior to showing up to see the price of a basic oil change. I was told that the price starts at $37.99 for up to 5 quarts. They said that includes they top off the fluids, vacuum the car, and change the filter. They finished my car and it was time to pay and Im told its going to cost me $52.99 I thought what the hell? I get in the car and go home to read the receipt. I know my car is 6.88 quarts so it would be a little extra. They did not vacuum, they did not top off fluids. I called to speak to the manager and he told me I needed a new special type of filter for my car. I was not told this prior and would not have paid for a special one regardless. I drive a Toyota Avalon 2007, I dont need a special anything. I went to NTB last time and it cost me $28.99 for ALL this plus a regular filter. Not to mention the sticker he put showing my mileage he smeared where I can barely see it now. Thanks for nothing! Anyone reading this go anywhere, but here. :)
Quick and fast service. They were efficient and communicated everything well. I wish they had been wearing masks though. I found it worrisome that none of them were wearing a mask.

The guy doing my oil change wasn’t super friendly but they changed my oil in record time. They suggested I change the air filter. I declined and they didn’t push any other services which is nice. I hate being scolded into extra services.

Waited a long time to be seen. Did not get anyone to get to me. It seemed lile they had only 2 people working. Too busy for bad service and dirty place. Drove to kwik Kar down the road and got serviced right away.
I had a $20 coupon I print it off line and they could not scan it so would not be able to give me my discount I have three vehicles that I always get my oil changed and it was clear that this coupon was valid but since they couldn’t scan it I didn’t get my $20 off and had to pay full price don’t ever go to this place they are not worthy of honoring their coupons

I brought my SUV there for oil change and to check the four tire pressure and everything done as expected in15 minutes time frame. Sounds like a good job BUT HELL NO!!!! After the work done my family and I went to a restaurant in FM 529 and lo and behold when we got out of the restaurant, all the 4 tires of the SUV were depleted to the rim! I have to call my insurance for tow assistance and brought the SUV to Walmart to refill the the air of the depleted 4 tires! Meanwhile my family, 2 young daughters, in-law and his son, I have to call Uber to bring them home because the tow truck can only accommodate 2 persons.IF YOU COMING TO THIS SHOP BEWARE OF THEIR POOR SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I will never again take my vehicles here. I asked for a standard oil change and while checking out I was charged for a synthetic oil change. The technician flat out lied when I made it an issue of it and the managers reply was well we will just drain the synthetic oil and replace with standard oil...I had to pay for both. Crooks! Beware stay clear of this place.

Worst shop ever. They will try to sell you all kind of things even if you dont need it. Be careful if you pay fot synthetic oil they will put regular oil. DO NOT GO THERE.

2022-03-11I have found my forever oil changers!!! I received an oil change, air filter replacement and windshield wipers replacement and it was hands down the best service I’ve received from any mechanic shop, also at unbeatable pricing. I’m always looking for quality and convenience, being that I have 3 little ones and when I say I was in and out in under 20 minutes!! Travis had already begin asking me questions about service I had intended to ask him about. I didn’t get the names of the other two guys, but they were phenomenal as well. Great service, great guys! They’ve made a forever customer with me!

2022-07-02Went in on 7/2/22 the service was excellent. Everyone I interacted with was polite and had a great attitude. I loved how they all shouted what was being done and acknowledged each other. Fast and efficient service. They even offered me water.

2022-05-27Do NOT bring your car here! Unless you want bigger mechanical issues. I came here for an oil change and they “topped off all my fluids” as well as pulling out my air filter to try to upsell me something that I didn’t need. The very next time I drove my car all my coolant was completely empty, none dry, causing my engine to overheat. I poured more coolant fluid in so the next day I could take it back to Take 5 and let them know that something happened when they serviced my car and they shirked any sort of responsibility and said there’s no way it was their fault. The manager Keith expertly trained in “deny deny deny” said that he could look at it but couldn’t help me. At that point I don’t want them touching my car and making it worse. These people are NOT professionals. Bringing my car to Take 5 for a “quick” oil change has resulted in me now having to take my car to a mechanic and drop it off and spend even more money and time fixing something they won’t take responsibility for. What a con!

2022-08-06Horrible service! It took 1 hour just to get the oil filter from autozone since they didn’t have in stock. I had to sit in my car without AC for 45 minutes while I waited. This is definitely not a 10 minute oil change place. Do not recommend! Go somewhere else.

2022-02-25Everybody is respectful. Everybody works fast. I’ve been coming here for two years now. I don’t have any complaints. Hot or cold, I’m always offered water while I wait and my fluids are always topped off, free of charge.

2022-03-07Had visited this location a couple months ago and forgot to review. I usually try to do my own maintenance but have had a bunch on my plate and decided to try this location. Was abit of a wait as there was a line but I get it. The guys were very friendly here and answered my car questions about non oil change related issue. They charge abit more but you really do get that full service feeling, would definitely recommend
