Today was my first time here and it was a great experience overall. Isaiah had great energy along with great customer service he offered us water as we waited in my car to be serviced.Rodderick he started off a little stand offish but ended up being very pleasant they were very detailed and informative I would definitely use them again.
Been to this location twice. Once for my wifes Volvo xc90 and after waiting inline told they didnt have the filter in stock but I could go to AutoZone and get it for them. Took my Tundra in today to be told they once again were out of this filter but I could get one at AutoZone for them. Both of these cars are fairly common so being out both times is pretty annoying. Last time going to this location.
This place sucks. After waiting in line for 30 minutes, with only two cars ahead of me, I left. Two people working here and they’re extra slow. Management needs to step in and fix the issues…I’ll tell you this much. I wasn’t the only person that turned around and left. Horrible business.
I have gone to this location with 3 of my vehicles since it opened and the service started great but has progressively gotten worse. The enclosure underneath my SUV was left open and was dragging on the road. I have an older vehicle that they refuse to do a state inspection on. I will not be taking any more of my vehicles here and would not recommend using this location.
Hubby decided to try this location out, since Walmart vehicle service department was closed, with no eta. Got his oil changed, after, decided to get him some tacos. When backing out, he noticed an oil puddle and didnt recall it being their when he pulled in, so he decided to pull in another spot, clean and see if there would be another oil puddle when he pulled out...sure enough, it was. So, he went back to Take 5, Hwy 6 next to Starbucks, they looked over the vehicle and concluded it wasnt their fault. Now, mind you, we have never had an oil leak, our driveway is evident of that. This now meant we had to have a mechanic come out and investigate this issue. Conclusion, too much oil was put in. In the end, we are now hoping we get no repercussions from this horrible ordeal that cost 100 bucks plus what we paid our mechanic.
First as I pull up I’m told how they have no oil and the only oil change I could get was the $100 oil package! Fine I agreed! Well I ended up being charged for an extra bottle of oil! For a regular normal size car! REALLY! But wait not only was I only allowed to get the $100 package I wasn’t even given the 25% off any oil change they have advertised in a big banner!!! Total rip off! Wouldn’t recommend this place at all!
Very good technicians, working hard. They were sweating in the 90F heat as they worked as fast as they can but still provided great customerservice. I came at the wrong time, so I was there for an hour. Good thing I have smart phone, seating in my own car so it didnt feel that bad.
Ive used this location on numerous occasions. The exceptional demeanor and positive, helpful staff is why I only use this location. I will continue only using this location, as the one time I went elsewhere, the service was no where near as exceptional. Keep up the good work!
What was supposed to take 10 minutes took an hour and 3 minutes. This was due to only one person working two lanes. The technician was nice and courteous and worked as fast as he could. The price was a little higher than expected. Im not sure if I will return for my next oil change. Im sure I can find somewhere less expensive.
I have been very satisfied with my three visits to Take 5 in Missouri City. The service men are polite and cheerful. Between 9-10 am each car in line seemed to be about 15 minutes. At 5pm each seemed to be about 20 minutes. Because they asked, I was convieniently reminded that I needed an inspection one visit. This past visit they told me my air filter was still clean, which was correct since my husband had just changed it a few weeks ago. Good job!
Fantastic customer service. The guys at this location are the best - consistently. They’re changing the oil in your car but any one of them could be front desk at the Ritz Carlton - great attitude, personable. They could work anywhere and they’d be an asset to a great customer experience.
Edit: As of 01/05/21 its clear that Take 5 truly does not care about their customers. Ive reached out to the company two times with the email they provided in their reply with absolutely zero response. Do yourself a favor and dont waste your time getting your car serviced here. The lack of professionalism and care for their customers extends well past their individual stores and stems right from their corporate office.Very unprofessional. This was my second and last time visiting this location. My first visit was uncomfortable but the job got done in the end. It’s very irritating to get hit on when I’m there for a service, not to find a date. I decided to give them another chance and asked my husband (who has visited this location a few times and recommended it to me) to tag along when I went for an oil change with the hopes I’d get more professional service. Unfortunately that did not happen and Take 5 disappointed me again. I chalked it up to me looking young and close to the age of the guys in there, but that doesn’t excuse that kind of behavior. When we left, my husband mentioned we will find somewhere else to take my car and he hates to know how many other women might be treated in the same manner.
Great customer service and fast and friendly team members. I enjoyed my visit so much after my first vehicle was completed and went home and got my other vehicle and went back. I got that same great customer service as the first time. I will always bring my vehicles there. Job well done guys.
Absolutely and ridiculously slow.. Spent close to an HOUR for a 5 minute oil change. Had up to 7 employees there and two were there just standing.. One would look in the tool box pick up something and put it back. Was told he was training but how can you train by standing and looking!! Nothing more. I mean the store on Hwy 6 in Missouri City Texas needs organization. Could not leave because the place has a shared lot with another business. In short very few workers and a lot of standing and laughing and phone checking and joking. Will NOT visit here again...
I was in line for about 30min. As I waited in line I even witnessed one employee eating pizza while working.. Once I drive into the garage no one came to ask what I service I needed. I saw 6 employees working. 2 were helping 1 vehicle and 1 was working on another. The rest left into their employee office door. I waited for about 15min and decided to leave. This is the second time I go to this location and waited a long period of time for service.
Car inspection was not accurate they told me a light bulb was when it wasnt after waxing for almost an hour. I was asked by three different employees what they could help with, shows they have a lack of communication among each other. I was told my car didnt need an oil change and it could be topped off with oil. I was then happy about that until I was told by another employee that they couldnt do that because they didnt have the same oil and if they did that it would mess up the engine. The employees were not friendly and willing to help. I do not recommend going here instead I went to caliber Collision for the inspection was pleasantly impressed.
I always take my truck to these guys. They are all professional and knowledgeable. The service is great and fast. I got my oil changed, air filter changed, as well as my windshield wipers. All in under 10mins. I live in there area and will always take my tuck there. Great job guys!!
I absolutely love this place!! Every experience I have had with multiple different employees who provided service has been awesome! All of the guys have exceptional customer service skills, and leave me with a smile! I’ve been taking my car and my husband’s truck there for the past 3 years, and plan on coming back every time!
I came in for an oil change. Service was great, staff was friendly (the only reason they get any stars). Within 20 miles of leaving this location my check engine light came on. I took it straight to my mechanic. He ran the codes, checked it over, and proceeded to do another oil change. The oil he removed was filthy black and the filter was broken. I am currently waiting on a call from the assistant manager to get my money back, because thats what should happen.
It really took about five minutes for my oil change. The employees were professional and very efficient. The employee assisting me did not try to oversell items, such as air filters, windshield wipers, etc. to me. Instead, I was given realistic time periods that my cabin and engine air filters would probably make it given my mileage history. While there was not a car in front of me, based on the time to process my vehicle, a wait, if any, would appear to be minimal. They have discounts for veterans and make sure to review the available coupons on their website for potential discounts.
Unfortunately, I picked the wrong lane to sit in out of 3 lanes. Mine only had 2 cars before me when the other lanes had 4 cars finish. Not sure if my lane was slow or if the jobs were just long.I was there for about an hour and a half.Mechanic also did not know how to reset my oil %. I had to do it myself.Had a coupon for a discount of $10 for oil change. Told the mechanical guy twice. He still charged me the full amount.After I paid and he realized it, he apologized and gave me a $10 state inspection discount which expires the end of this year 2020. My car inspection sticker clearly states 2/21 🤦I just gave up and drove away. Im not coming back here again. Only positive note is that I got my oil change.Edit: Since I cant reply to the owner, I want to note that the owner should take it upon themselves to submit my review to the customer service. Im not wasting my time.If you dont want better than a 1 star from me, then just take the L I guess.
Waited for an hour to get inside...I thought it will be fast once I am inside... But they were working on other cars while i am waiting inside...waited another 30 mins then i decided to leave...worst experience ever...only two people working and one of them doesnt seems like what he is doing. Wont go there again. They should change the name from 5 to 60 min
Too much playing around at this location...not very professional. My oil change due sticker had the wrong date on it and I was told I had to add the additional miles on myself to know when my next oil change was due. I usually get the 5k mile change and my due date is always accurately listed...the sticker i was given expires only at 3k. Just hoping I actually got a 5k mile oil change. .definitely paid for it.
Unfortunately, they usually take much more than 5 minutes. I spent nearly 45 minutes waiting for service and there were only two cars ahead of me. Then when I finally got to the attendant they informed me that they did not have the oil my car required (5/40 full synthetic). I used the new highway 6 location in Fresno/Missouri City Tx several times and I can honestly say they have never lived up to the company name.Conversely, the attendants at this location are very respectful, attentive and appear to provide the best customer service they are capable of providing.In my opinion, The aforementioned problems I’ve noted appear to be a management or procedural issue. It doesn’t appear that your organization can meet that standard at that location thus far.
Almost every time I come here it takes at least 30min to get an oil change. Today it took over an hour of being in line and then once it was finally my turn I was told to wait “a bit longer”.... I do not expect it “to take 5” but this long waiting is not want I consider fast service. The service from the guys is great but this wait time is ridiculous.
Best customer service ever! This is my second visit to this location and the workers are very knowledgeable and I like how they deal with their customers. The store manager came and spoke to me and made sure the person who was servicing my vehicle checked everything. They also explained everything they were doing. Whoever thought of this business idea was a genius because the fact that you can drive up and get your oil changed and never have to get out of your vehicle is what use to discourage me in the past from doing it ( especially when you have little children) but know I look forward to going to take 5 every three months for my oil change and not to mention they give you a bottle of water. Keep up the good work and your customer service will take you a long way.
Best place to get your Oil changed, great customer service, as soon as you pull in, they have a cold bottled water ready for you, they change your oil while your inside the car and check the rest of your fluids and air your tires. They are beyond helpful , they brought up codes to my attention that i didnt know about , took pictures to show and tell. They are the best in the west , friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend them!! Keep up the great work!!
On Tuesday I got a oil changed by CJ the store normally closes at 7:00 but he stayed and make sure that I had a wall change. It was the only person there left and he was determined to make sure everybody got an oil change so I appreciate take five and specially Mr CJ at that shop. Hes going to easily turned away everybody and went home but he stayed theres a dedication this young man needs to have a raise something because no person in the world will ever do that thank you Take 5
The guys at this shop are on point and knowledgeable. I definitely recommend bringing your vehicle there to be serviced. The only thing preventing 5 stars is price ($80 vs $55). The are a bit more expensive than going to my dealers shop but theyre much more convenient location wise.
It took a little longer than expected due to everyone getting their state inspections completed and also the extra precautions being taken due to COVID. However it’s probably the best way to get your oil changed or a state inspection. You get to stay in your car! The guys who worked on my vehicle were very friendly and seemed to actually like their job. Even with masks on their faces I could tell they were smiling! They were very educated in the different oil types and different functions of the car parts- they really took the time to explain things to me and answer my questions. I’m honestly never getting my oil changed anywhere else. This place and the people that work there are amazing!
Ive tried to hold off on my review of this location pending the outcome of my previous experience. LONG STORY SHORT. DO NOT GO HERE. if you care to read heres why. I went to this location to get two oil changes one for my truck and my girlfriend brought her car. The young men working there were goofing off and acting very unprofessional. But I said hey theyre kids just trying to have a good day at work. I get it, been there before. I had to leave and seek out another location because they did not have the filter for my truck. However my girlfriend stayed in line. We meet up back at home and shes visibly upset stating how she hates getting stuff done on her car because some young men being young men dont know how to turn the hornball off and get the job done. She mentioned one of the technicians approached her car several times and even asked for her phone number. One of the other techs that saw us come togther originally had to let the guy know the lady my gf was spoken for. Fast forward a couple days go by and there is a little oil in my driveway. No big deal figured maybe it was excess that spilled over. Couple more days go by there is a huge oil stain in my driveway. BRAND NEW DRIVEWAY AT THAT. I take the car back only for them to tell me the oil drain plug was never tightened only barley hand tight. I cant help but think had they not been goofing off and hitting on customers this wouldnt have happened. I asked were they going to clean my driveway. Luckily I wasnt asking for a new motor. The tech said no he wasnt doing anything. A young man who worked there named Justin stepped up and said hey Ill come do it. And which the next day he made good on his word by attempting to come out. But it was too late. The oil had stained the driveway and needed deeper chemical cleaning. I have contacted the corporate office and was told the shop manager would contact me which has never happened. Going on over a month now. Then out of the blue some random number calls my girlfriend s phone saying heybwe ordered something off of Amazon and were gonna come clean it up. No date, no time no nothing. Fast forward another two weeks which brings us to present day. Randomly some guys show up at my house, Im at work shes home and they call her and say hey were here to clean your driveway were outside. NO PRIOR NOTICE, NO HEADS UP NO ATTEMPTED TO SCHEDULE. NEVER HEARD FROK THE SHOP OR DISTRICT MANAGER. MEANWHILE. My girlfriend who has already expressed distrust had two guys show up at our house while Im at work randomly. Luckily I have cameras and good neighbors to keep an eye out. I know its long winded but this goes beyond unprofessionalism.
Went there for a state inspection, they said I will need to buy a rear windshield wiper blade for 20 dollars or I will fail. I tried to explain to him the rear glass is not considered a windshield thus in Texas or on any state the wiper is not required. I left and got it at another place with people who know what they are doing.
I got here a 3:40 PM on Sunday. Waited outside in line for oil change service. After 12 minutes of waiting outside, they finally approached me and turn down my business. I have been doing oil changes with Take 5 for a year at different locations with different cars. The employee said the manager said they cannot take anymore cars. If thats the case, let the customer know earlier instead of letting them wait over 10 minutes outside. Very disappointed with my experience here at Take 5 Missouri City, 9626 Highway 6.
Was at the sienna location for an oil change and inspection. When I first pulled up it was very busy and I thought about going elsewhere. However I stayed in line and was greeted right away and was in and out in no time. The manager Jason was very professional and really had his team firing on all cylinders. Nice to see people that take pride in their work
Awesome, friendly service here. I pulled up and was immediately greeted upon arrival. The guys here worked quickly and efficiently. The price is also very reasonable for the product and convenience you get of being able to sit in your own car while the job is done in a few minutes. Shout out to Armando for great customer service!
Use to be relatively quick in and out. Been here over 30 minutes with half just sitting in the bay with nothing happening. Think there is only one guy working though. If that is the case I am not sure why all 3 bay doors are open as he is only working on one at a time.
Oil was spilled all over my engine compartment and not cleaned up. There was oil and hand prints all over my hood and fenders. The truck was smoking the entire way home from engine oil burning off of my engine. I will not return nor will I recommend this place. For the 105 dollars I spent on an oil change, I would have been better off letting the dealer handle it.
This was my 1st time visiting this location as well as this company and The service was beyond my expectations. The manager and his team was very nice I also took my daughters car there as well ( same day) I enjoyed the refreshments of water an juice they provided to their customers. As long as they keep up the good customer service Take 5 has now gained one more loyal customer..jiffy lube had actually messed up my daughters car with her last oil change and thats what made me search for another oil change company.kudos to the Team in Missouri City
We sat in line for nearly 45 minutes. Only two cars were in front of us. The employees were just walking around playing with eachother while customers waited to get their oil change. We drove off. Dont take just 5, youll need at least an hour depending on whos working. This place used to be so much better.
Super fast and friendly service. Was very impressed with that. However, this morning when I went out to my car there was a puddle of oil underneath it on my driveway. The manager came to my home (awesome thing to do!) because I said I wasnt comfortable driving in not knowing there was an actual leak or not. He came out, looked at the car and let me know that it wasnt an actual leak, but oil that had spilled into my skid plate when they took the filter off and had dripped from there. Told me it was ok to drive it in, so take it in and they would double check everything and rinse out the skid plate. I took it in and they rinsed it and I came home. Looked at my car and the oil they had cleaned from my skid plate by putting a cleaning agent and water down there had splashed all over the side of my car. So now I have a big stain on my driveway that I have not been able to get off with multiple scrubbing and soaking attempts with Dawn and hot water, plus oil all down the passenger side of my car that I will have to scrub. And 2 hours of loss of work today from having to deal with it and probably a few hours this weekend with the pressure washer coming up.So friendliness and speed are great, definitely 5 stars. The customer service of the manager driving to my home to check it out - AMAZING! Rated a 3 because of the mess left on my car after it was cleaned and the time that I will have to spend cleaning the mess that was left on the driveway from the oil they spilled in my skid plate.
DO NOT HAVE YOUR CAR INSPECTED HERE, unless you want to wait for more than ONE HOUR for your turn, in Texas heat.I arrived and waited in a lane without anyone in front of me. Then they asked me to move to parking spot to wait. After 20 minutes, I stepped in and remind them of my waiting. They said there were two other inspections before me and only one inspector, Mr. Jason. So I thought the inspector was working on other vehicle inspections but I was wrong. This inspector worked on every thing, even on cars that came long after mine. To make the experience more interesting, a person approached me, cried and begged for money and/or a ride to downtown.The store deserved one star though because one of them said sorry at the end. Please do not reply with an offer to call your customer service. If you had really cared, just simply do not let me wait more whenever I reminded you of the waiting.
Great service, quick, reasonably priced, and you get to stay in your car which is great!! They guys were very helpful and weren’t too persistent like a lot of other shops to get you to buy into their services.Overall I think it’s the best experience that I’ve ever had with an oil change.
Best customer service I have ever received at an oil change station. I have been driving for 28 years and been to numerous places for oil changes all over Texas. Take 5 by far is the best of the best! Phenomenal service, friendly technicians, and just make you feel at home.
I went to get an inspection sticker for my car. During the inspection Jason shows me a 1cm tear in my wiper blade and states that my car wont pass inspection with a tear in the blade. I have to say this is the first time ever I was told that I would fail an inspection for such a thing. Especially with how small the tear was. Okay, no problem the guy is doing his job. So then he changes the blades and charge me for two blades when he showed me me a tear in one (the customer before me had to have her blades changed too, money maker for the store????). So then as I am leaving he points out a screw in my tire. Thanks for the heads up by the way. I spoke with Jason again telling him that I didnt notice the screw when I left my house but things happen not blaming anyone. However, they did drive my car in a parking lot that underwent recent construction. He advised me to speak with the manager regarding the incident. I asked him to give the manager my number and have him call me. Store manager never calls! Not a surprise but it wouldve been courteous to follow up with your customers regarding their concerns. Me personally will not be ever return to this place nor any of the other chains.
The service is great but those windshield wipers were too expensive! When they offered to change, the price they gave me sounded about right because it is what it cost to do it myself. When the bill came, it was actually for 1! So those swipes were twice the price! They don’t take returns
This is by far one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had. This is the second time coming here and I am just as if not more impressed. I DO NOT give out these type of compliments easily or often. Top notch and I will continue to come here as long as I live in this area.
Oil change was good and fast, but Make sure you check your skid plate is back on before you leave... Mine wasnt fastened properly and after picking up a starbucks cup and hearing the rattle I returned. The manager was apologetic and gave me a free oil change, but Ill be validating everything next time.
I usually change my own oil but figured since it was the dead of summer that Id splurge and have someone else do it. Little did I know, it would cost me $6 more to have Take 5 do it and I was in an out in 15 minutes. No mess, no taking in used oil for recycling. Guys here ran a very efficient shop and were friendly. Couldnt ask for more.
The crew was great, I loved the idea of getting my inspection done at the location. But when they couldn’t replace a bulb that prevented my passing the inspection, I thought something was wrong. They did refund my charge for the inspection, but I thought it was foolish.
First, whether favorable or unfavorable, Im not the person to typically write reviews, give feedback, etc. However, based on my experience when visiting Take 5 recently, I felt compelled to share my experience. I have been getting oil changes for 20 plus years. During that time, I have come to expect blah meh type service...just get the oil changed, say no to all the up-selling attempts and keep it moving, Ill see you next time- type of vibe! Well, needless to say, the gentlemen at Take 5 have raised my bar of service expectations. There are not enough superlatives to describe them...Um, but...professional, personable, efficient, knowledgeable and super-fast (just to name a few)!!! Seriously, I felt like I had my own pit crew, LOL! I stayed in my car the ENTIRE 5 minute visit! Literally, I checked my clock when I drove in (8:55am) and when I drove out (9:00am). In this day & age, customer service is such an afterthought for most businesses and that is unfortunate. It was an absolute delight to have a first experience of this kind. I was extremely impressed...that is NOT an easy thing to do! To management and the entire Take 5 Team, keep up the great behaviors!!! You are going to change the game!
Do not go to this location. Save your self the time and and trouble go to the location off murphy. They skipped me as I was parked to get the oil change...the manager told tech to stop what he was doing and take the car that had gotten there after me.The location of murphy are super polite and make sure they educate you about which oil you should get and discount the price for you.
First time at this place and very happy with the experience! I was in and out in no time and they explained everything they did on my car ! Everybody was super friendly and no pushy up sales etc ! Without even mentioning or asking for military discount the worker noticed my Purple Heart plate and gave me a military discount ! Thank you guys and I will be returning for my next oil change ! I usually never write reviews but they really deserve it and I will recommend to all my friends !
Definitely try this spot out. We dont have these back home. You pull in, you dont have to even get out of your car. The guys bring you a water bottle and its over so quick. The price is pretty good, cheap as Walmart. One of the gentleman changed out our plug for free and gave us a discount. Good service over here.
Professional, Courteous, Very Fast - Everything you would want in an oil change service. They conduct a quick engine performance test to ensure there are no leaks. I like that they double check everything before you leave. You see them perform the oil change while you sit in the car.
Horrible experience. I’ve been here three times in a row to get a state inspection and have yet to get one after waiting over 30 min each time. Then my wife goes to get an oil change and they forget to put the plug back in. Luckily I saw the oil in my garage and fixed the issue. But please avoid this place.
Harlan was such a nice and helpful guy he really made an inconvenient experience quite pleasant for my husband. The only negative thing I can say is they were out of the engine flush and the extended performance synthetic oil. However, Harlan went out of his way. along with Armando, and the other courteous Hispanic gentleman that was there to assist my husband with the overdue oil change. They explained that this is not a common occurrence with the lack of preferred oil, so I wouldnt let it deter you from choosing Take Five. They were overly courteous and helpful and we will make sure to return here for all of our future needs.
I went to get a top off . Three guys worked on this one lol change I had to remind them to check my tires and when I left about 5 minutes later I realized my ac stop blowing cool air . This explained why it took all three of them who had no idea what they were doing . Never again !!!
I went in for a oil change , inquired about the %25 of for being a Veteran. I was told the total asked if that was with the discount,which tech replied “Yes” handed a $100 Bill I was given my change . I noticed or realized I didn’t have the receipt, mostly to check for the discount, do I called and was told to just come back and it can be printed for me .. THE Location doesn’t have my receipt IN THE SYSTEM! IT SHOWS AS IF I NEVER HAD A OIL CHANGE BECAUSE OF A STRIPPED oil pan screw !! 🧾 no big ISSUE as long as nothing were to fail due to that service.. uhm!! 🧐💭
I HIGHLY recommend NOT using this place.Took over 1 hour to get oil changed (from time pulling in bay).Further, we had a point of service terminal error that had the $8.00 coupon simply NOT register the coupon. (one of the attendants even said, I rang it in....but it didnt register.....).The receipt said $8.00 COUPON, but the total at the end did not take the $8.00 off. Why? I dunno....but it was VERY SIMPLE:$58.93 full cost service - $8.00 coupon, plus tax => $55.13.But we were charged $63.79. (the $58.93 full cost + tax).$8.66 difference. Simple math.Was told to come back the next day for the $8.00 coupon ($8.66 with tax) credit...but when we did, we were addressed, in our opinion, with the same confrontational manner and a clear lack of care about the customers side of the story.Sure, both sides will have subjective opinions and interpretations about manners...words...etc....so leave that be. But facts are facts;1.) we took over an hour to get oil changed2.) we NEVER did get our $8.66 credit from the establishment.I would simply drive west on Highway 6 and go to one of the other 4-5 oil change establishments...
Mr. Dee (Manager) and his crew are phenomenal. They are fast, the service is great! I played a little dumb and requested conventional oil for our GMC (knowing they required Dexos oil to maintain warranty). Mr. Dee told me that he would put whatever I wanted in it, but that using the oil would void the warranty and they report to CarFax and that wouldnt be a good thing to report. I finally agreed and let him use their Castrol Magnatec 5W30. They checked all the other fluids and even cleaned the windshield.I HIGHLY recommend this place and will be back for future oil changes. Oh, by the way, I was in and out in under 10 minutes. Excellent, excellent service.
First time here and I am THOROUGHLY impressed!!!! I love the fact that I can stay in my car, I received very professional service, a cold bottle of water, and quick service. Find Xavier b/c he’s the best!!!!!!! So glad I came and I will most definitely be coming back!
I go to your location on yesterday to get an oil change. I paid almost $60. I was told my dipstick was broken. The worker tells me to tell my husband to get another dipstick for $5 at autozone. The worker failed to tell me that he did not remove the remaining piece of dipstick out of my car. The dipstick cost $12.99 at Autozone. I went back to the location on today and I was told the manager is not in and I will need to come back tomorrow. Why do I have to pay for something that your company broke? Why do I have to take off of work to go back to your company to meet with the manager? Why am I inconvenienced? Is this how you treat female customers? Do you think because I’m a female you can do this too? Does your company target bad service to female customers? I need someone to call me ASAP.
I stop by their location yesterday and I was greeted by a very nice folks and I was also told that they do not stock the filter for my 2015 Range Rover but it could be ordered and I’ll be there the following day so next day I called to make sure that they received it before driving up there but I’m told by a guy name D or at least that’s what he told me they called him around the shop and he’s a manager that I was misinformed and at that I had two options number one place an order for the filter I would take a week or drive up there and they can walk across to O’Reilly and pick it up and so now I’m in shock first question is if it was ordered last night then somebody should’ve walked across the street and God this morning so I can get my old change done number two why did you tell me takes a week to get the filter in ... I guess they’re just too busy for people now what a shame !!!
This place reminds me of nascar pit crew mixed with a a military structure i was greeted by a AWESOME HANDSOME GUYYY NAMED ARMANDO!!!!!! Got a bottle of water and was explained about my transmission and coolent Services and was asked about my windshield wiper he explained everything he was doing as i was asking he showed me my oil stick and the filter on my hood and He even showed me how to reset the oil light i was thinking to myself how can a dealership take 3 to 4 hours for all this I have never seen a guy who is that fast and informative with his job for a second i thought he was the manager because of his personality i was greeted with a water bottle and got in and out within 7 mins MOST DEF I WILL BE BACK HERE GOOD WORK TAKE 5 I WILL MOST DEF RECOMMEND YALL HOPEFULLY ARMANDO THERE ❤❤❤❤

2022-02-11This by far was literally the best customer service experience I have had in decades. Isaiah was richly knowledgeable in all things pertaining to my car and if there was a service that was not offered by Take 5 he recommended my name a few suggestions. His knowledge and assurance made me feel safe to drive on the road and he encouraged me to come back stating I didn’t have to wait to have another oil change to get different services. I appreciate the information about the warranties on the wiper blades and him and his crew checking upstairs to see if they had the air filter I needed. They did. Way to go the extra mile. Not to mention the prices were so reasonable compared to other companies. Well worth the visit. Thank you Isaiah, Joel and Milton.

2022-04-03Fast and friendly service. They made it very easy to use a coupon. Checked all fluid levels, and also informed me of other upcoming maintenance suggestions. I will go again. Comparable prices to the Competitors without the Long wait, and I went about 1000-1030 on a Saturday morning!

2022-03-29It really does take 10-15 minutes for the oil once you pull into the bay but I didn’t like the up sell tactics. J Dirby was trying to sell me the higher package. He told me that my oil was low after they drained the oil. My car did not have a low oil indicator light on. Since they couldn’t sell me the higher package the customer service was horrible afterward and did not check the other required items that indicated in the receipt.

2022-06-09On April 29, 2022 I went to have my Oil Change/Inspection at this location. Ive been going here since they opened (great customer service) until this day.So, the two guys Isaiah and J. D. completed my Oil Change, im happy. So I move to the parking spot for my Inspection. After waiting 40 minutes - Michael the very rude and LAZY Worker was bothered because I asked what is the wait time for the Inspection. He stated an hour - why would I wait for an hour and why wouldnt you share this information in the beginning. So, everyone is running around working Michael doing absolutely NOTHING. I get out of my car and request a refund - so Isaiah has to stop what hes doing to complete my refund and continued to apologize. I told him - no worries, not ur fault. Take 5 - literally ur employee Michael was doing absolutely nothing and apparently I was bothering him at work. You have excellent employees and customer service (Isaiah and JD). I left to drive past my home to get an Inspection - I was not happy.

2022-03-26The people here are very professional and very knowledgeable. My car appeared to have an oil leak. They were able to determine that the reason oil was everywhere because the other business that did the previous oil change did not tighten the oil filter. Take 5 will get my business from now on.

2022-06-08Got in to do state inspection at 10am, waited 40 mins and the service man asked what I needed, and told me I have to wait another 30mins in front parking, well I gave up and say maybe another day. Came in the week after and got here quite early at 8 am and they told me they don’t do inspection until 11am. Definitely never coming back.

2022-05-04Manager was literally the only one working at this location due to staff call outs. Waited 45 minutes to get into the bay, but was incredibly professional, friendly, and hard-working and got the oil change done in under 10 minutes

2022-01-15First of all, I only wanted an oil change. I had 2 workers. One of the workers checked my filter that was behind the glove compartment, without even asking if it was okay to open my door and check. He popped it out and changed it WITHOUT TELLING ME THE COST AND WITHOUT MY CONSENT TO CHANGE IT! Then $40+ For a new filter that I was not agreed to paying till the end . Even though I told the same man initially I ONLY NEED AND OIL CHANGE SIR! It’s just ridiculous how they don’t even give you time to think about what you want on YOUR CAR. Then one man is running his mouth about your cars specs and lots of Car terminology that only they can understand. Meanwhile, the other worker is inside changing things out. This makes it very hard to focus on what is actually going on . They don’t take payment until the very end. This is after they’ve done everything THEY wanted. So then you are stuck with a hefty bill. Very dissatisfied with the quality of service! I won’t return here again!

2022-02-12I have been to this Take 5 about 2-3 times mostly for an emissions test. This time with the emissions test I got an oil change. I love the way they communicate with each other “heard” and “verified” gave me a sense of comfort. They explained what they were doing. Kudos to Isaiah in the pit and Milton on hood, saferty and writer. Kudos to Jujuan for the emissions test in pit, hood, safety and writer. You all were awesome, keep it up.
