I used to donate with another company, and I can say that my experience here is way better! Definite benefits for consistent donation. A little bit of extra gas money has made all the difference lately for my family and I. Staff is polite and professional 👍👍👍
I love this place. Both Jasmines r the bomb. They make u feel welcomed. Well me anyway. Lol. But all and all Chris and David all them are Awesome Stickers. Lol. Dont get it twisted. The whole building and everyones that works there are Awesome Sauce. Good money gotta add that too

This particular location is where Ive been going for maybe 4 years now. Ive nvr had a terrible experience. Customer secice wasnt always 100 but I get over it. The phlebs are alll good ppl they conversate with you nd make you feel @ease. The payouts are ok. It helps tons. Im greatful I get to do this .
I love coming here the ladies are very nice and so are the gentleman its a very quick process they help you as fast as they can and lets not forget the bonuses dont you just love them all around the environment is a peaceful well respected work place

Very friendly staff. Everyone is always in a good mood and smiling. This place is way better than CSL. Usually in and out pretty quickly.
Everythings fine and well here. Just be sure to not sweat coming out of 3 digit heat,as most all grown men do. There are a couple sweat prejudiced employees here. Smell like a girl if at all possible - FDS works best for the aforementioned screeners.
I been to many but the employees here are so nice and respectful I think I found a place to keep coming too when I come they are very fast the wait time is not long
I have a joy in donating at Telacris Plasma. Gets me more cash than other Plasma Center. Its also clean and the employees are very nice to talk too. Timing is very well. This place comes in hand.
Great incentives and even better staff...everyone is super friendly and take the time to get to know you by name. Makes the nerves calm a bit!

Process is always quick once you get on the machine, and screeners do their best to get you through and approved. Im out of shape, though, so I do not enjoy having to stand in line lol

I have donated for a long time here and have rack up some good cash. Some of the staff I have come across have being very professional friendly and great.

This place is amazing! The staff are so sweet and everyone seems to really enjoy their work.
My last time i donated I was takin into a room and interogated like a criminal over and issue with the scale . never had issues with the square scales only the newer round scales , multiple times i had issues with the scale not reading correctly . the last time the supervior was behind me i stepped on the scale aparantly my feet werent together so she told me to put my feet together and the weight changed . those scales need to be checked . on one occasion the person screening me told me to step off because it was reading 400 lbs i stepped off and moved the scale then got back on and it read some where around 150 lbs .after the interogation they told me I was not allowed to come back .

I love this location because they always have the best bonuses and extra perks. The customer service is always on point.
I dont have any complaints for this company unlike I have for other donation centers. However, it would be nice to be able to do your screening questions on a website, or have more control over the cash you receive and be able to have it direct deposited into an account of your choice. Both of which I was able to do at the last place I was donating before I started coming here.
Very helpful. Happy to see people come in. The people working there definitely know what they are doing. They show nothing but kindness to you as a person. And have a very efficient way of getting things done. I was in there for no more than 50 mins and it was my first time donating.

Employees do too much talking and playing. Last time I came it took 10 minutes to get taken off the machine but there were literally 10 employees doing NOTHING but talking in GROUPS while 1 employees kept asking people for help... right now I am sitting here and there are 6 people on beds including myself still waiting to get stuck after over 10 minutes of sitting on the beds. I feel corporate needs to come and watch and see how they are working. Ive been to a few donation places and never experienced employees literally just standing around and watching.Update its been exactly 30 minutes of sitting and still havent been stuck. One guy is constantly talking loud enough for everyone to hear his conversation. Im getting highly irritated.

Everything was good, up intill u get on the bed. They want to take 30 min even getting you strapped in, because they are too busy playing around and taking there time. If ur trying to get in and out i would avoid this place. Im on the bed now and have been for 40 min still not hooked up.

Love the opportunity to make extra money. Every month for approximately 4 hours a week I make over $400 (which includes fun bonuses) . Its like having a mini part time job that I dont have to do anything, but show up and read a book or watch things on my phone (with ear plugs of course to be considerate to others 😊) Very easy and the people are fun too. Its clean and comfortable.

Very clean facility even before the pandemic!! Professionalism staff is what makes this center a better choice for donating plasma!! Very organized and on a electronic system as of last year. Friendly and knowledgeable staff is a plus! Often quick turnaround times from door to chair. Im a regular here and Ill continue to show my support!
Awesome services, was great to be able to help for a cause and staff is great and organized. The process is smooth and usually organized with not much weight time and helpful if you have any questions. Just drink lots of water and good meal beforehand :)

I love going to this place to donate plasma… It’s normally fast if you come at the right times of the day.The people are very polite and friendly. The place is very clean. The phlebotomists are trained and do their jobs very well. I really like coming to donate plasma at the center on West Virginia in Dallas and the amount they pay for donating is a great incentive.

The center is very very clean. And The staff are the nicest people you’ll meet. When you need anything they’re right there to help you. I’ve been donating at this center for a year and I personally haven’t had any problems with donating... trust me when I say you’re in good hands.

They make up reasons to permanently defer you. I was prior military no tattoos no piercings they just assumed that I lied. I was never told that I would not be able to donate this was in 2015 here here it is 2021 and they are saying I falsified information. Absolutely unacceptable at unacceptable that people can make up reasons to not let someone donate. They couldnt even tell me which tattoo or piercing I lied about I have no facial piercings I have no body piercings. My last tattoo was in 2013 before before I got out of the military. I am disgusted that this business is run in such a way.

2022-01-02They are very helpful, professional, & fast. Way better than CSL. They need to be advertised more. Reason I gave it 3 stars because my fiance went 3 days in a row & denied him everyday by being 1 point away on iron, heart rate, & a vitamin which was weird to me.

2022-07-30• Good experience as a first time donor. Arrived around 8:15am, left 10:55am.• Donor payments shown in photos. In addition, youll get a punch card with another bonus after its completed.• If you have to end your donation for any reason before it is done, youll either receive a $5 payment, or 50% of the normal payment, depending on how much you donated. Thats what the staff told me.• The donor app is just okay. There is no option that I can see to answer the health questions on the app.• There is free wifi 🙂After donating a few times, I prefer it here over CSL. The pay is better (at least this month) and the employees seem like they enjoy their job more than at CSL. This seems to result in the donor getting treated better and more respectfully.

2022-07-17If you eat right and make sure you drink enough water before hand, the process goes by smoothly and quickly. Staff is friendly and full of personality which make each visit enjoyable. ReRe and Jen are my favorite, I never feel it when they stick me :)

2022-08-12Ive been donating plasma at Talecris Plasma Resources(Grifols) for 9 months. The staff is very informative. They give u the knowledge you need and answer any questions. The atmosphere is very pleasant. The facility is clean and comfortable. The donating fees are good too. I plan on being with this company as long as I can.

2022-07-21This is a good place I’ve been here since 2014 or so and so far it’s pretty cool they could be faster sometimes I come in first in line and leave 2hours later which doesn’t make sense if nobody is waiting before me meaning everyone is moving at a slow pace and taking there time and others making me late for work. Now I just wait til after work or I don’t go at all

2022-07-19Just came back after a nearly 2 yr break. They seem to have gotten rid of the bad apples ( along with some good ones 😢 ) because theres a balance here now! Love it! Staff if happier, therefore donors are happier! There are more incentives to donate and process seems to be smoother. Come donate and help out your fellow Dallasite! 🤗
