A quick Facebook search for a local appliance store netted me Texas Appliance. We met Dylan as we were walking in, told him we wanted a dishwasher, and we were out the door in 15 mins. I greatly appreciated the zero pressure nature of the sale. I would 100% recommend Dylan and TX Appliance for any appliance needs.
Robin was most helpful in selecting a fridge as mine had went out and I was in a foul mood after throwing a ton of fresh groceries in the trash. Robin greeted me and helped direct me to the proper fitting appliance as well as giving me a sense of comfort and redirecting my frustration at my current situation.Go see Robin in Hurst, she is GREAT.
This is our 2nd time to do business with this establishment. We bought a kitchen package and washer/dryer through Texas Appliance in 2016-2017. We are back to buy a Kitchen Aid refrigerator and a Whirlpool washer/dryer for our new property 2 hours away. Dylan, at the Mid-Cities location, was extremely helpful and informative in helping us select our appliances.
Stopped by the Hurst store on the 9th of March and was assisted by Kimber with the purchase of a new refrigerator which we had been searching for all over the dfw metro area and online with no luck. Kimber spent at least a half hour hunting it down for us in there warehouse, and scheduled delivery. We are so very grateful for her assistance and kindness. Shopping local is the way to go. We recently purchased a Maytag dishwasher from Texas Appliance. Our salesman, Mr. Helton, was very helpful and knowledgeable. He asked questions about what we wanted in a dishwasher and made the decision process very easy. We were even able to get it installed very quickly. A few weeks passed after the initial installation and we noticed that the top of the dishwasher was not anchored in correctly. After calling the store, a new technician, Rocky, came out and fixed the problem that the original installers missed. I appreciate Rocky for the extra time he took to correct the problem and make things right. We will definitely purchase more appliances from Texas Appliance in Hurst.
Was at a big box - was in able to install a dishwasher until late January. Called Texas Applicance- Robin helped me - she was awesome!! Went right over there and bought the dishwasher gets installed next week. I should have gone there first - since they are the Best!!
Same prices as Best Buy but someone actually greets you and helps you. Ahmed explained all the features of the different refrigerators and checked on the availability of each. He demonstrated the operation and we very patient with our indecision. We never felt pressured to buy anything or to rush.
Our salesperson was very friendly and knowledgeable. The problem is no service after the sale. Have left three messages for our salesperson and talked to two other employees/managers who passed the call on but no follow thru. Disappointed enough not to return any time soon.
Kimber was very knowledgeable about the product that we came in to shop for. We came in to purchase a dishwasher and decided to look further into another appliance. We wound up making a very large purchase that will be beneficial to us for many years to come!Thanks Kimber!!
Needing a new refrigerator, I visited Texas Appliance in Hurst last Spring. I was paired with Robin, a wonderful and very knowledgeable gal who patiently walked me through the show room and educated me about the options available. Once I made my decision, she helped me finalize the order and explained my delivery options. I never once felt pressured to use their delivery and installation but chose to because it was a good deal with less hassle for me. Since my fridge was back ordered, I received regular updates from Robin so I felt I was kept in the loop. So of course when my washer started leaking, she was the obvious choice to turn to. If you need an appliance, don’t hesitate to call Robin. She’ll take good care of you and puts your interests and needs first.
My neighbor recommended TX Appliance and Im glad she did. Wanted a darker stainless refrigerator , spent a little more than intended , yet satisfied with my quality purchase. Mr. Jim was knowledgeable on products and answered all my questions, helping make my decision easy , the employees were professional & friendly, also their showroom was clean, modern, and well designed. Good experience.
Everything was great when finding the right appliances and our sales rep Steven was great! I can’t give 5 stars and the reason is this. We purchased our washer and dryer around April 20th and we were told it would arrive in about 2 weeks. Well now here it is the end of May and still no dryer. We have received two different calls saying it would be delivered that day only to have no one show up. On top of no one calling us to let us know, we wasted 2 different days waiting around and having no one show up. I called today to see what the issue is and now we will be waiting until the end of June or beginning of July as it is on back order. Super frustrating considering we moved from out of state and have had to pay for coin op because our dryer still isn’t here. Lots of money wasted after purchasing an $800 dryer! We would have picked a different model if we would have known it would be this long. The fact that no one reached out to let us know is also super frustrating. I would recommend making sure they have what you are looking for on hand or you will probably be waiting a while!
Texas Appliance had lots of options to choose from ... all the major brands and high end ones too! Such a great experience. Far better than the major box stores. I had a great time supporting a local appliance store! If you have any appliances or even grills you need be sure to visit them first! Jeff was our salesperson and he was so helpful and very professional!
I used the location on Airport Freeway and spoke with Jeff. He was very kind and courteous. He knew his appliances well and helped me find what I needed very quickly and came in significantly lower than the orange box store. Thanks again for the help and doing good business. I miss the personal attention in business these days, the kind you don’t tend to get at the big stores. Very highly recommended.
Stephen our salesman at Hurst store gave us confidence in buying at Texas Appliance. We had erred in purchasing big box and don’t have any connection to tracking availability during this supply chain slow down. Though our product is still on waitlist, it will be good to have a contact to keep us apprised as we move toward delivery.
I was drawn to Texas Appliance by their availability of products on hand. However, when I visited the store, we were blown away by the remarkable customer service from Jennifer. She showed us several refrigerators and did a side by side comparison to help us make an informed decision and answered all questions we had. We left the store very informed when we were ready to make the purchase. A few weeks later, I reached out through the website and was able to talk with Jenn and complete the purchase and set up a delivery and install date within the next few days within 10 mins. Very efficient and secure processing and peace of mind spearhead by awesome customer service from Jennifer. I highly recommend!!
We wanted to purchase pedestals for a washer and dryer we had purchased about 3yrs ago. After checking with Best Buy who said they were too old probably not available. Lowe’s. Had them but did not offer installation. The same with Home Depot. So I contacted Texas Appliance online. Jeff was super nice I sent him the serial numbers and he said Yes we can get them. Yes we can instal them. Price reasonable. Delivery date not too far out. Thank you so much Jeff

This was my first visit to Texas Appliance. Just a walk in.Thirty minutes later I had purchased a double oven at the price/installthat was competitive. Jim H. gave his complete attention from start to finish. The big box stores did not have what I wanted on display.Texas Appliance had it on the floor so I could actually see it.All of my questions were answered, priced right, placed my order and went to lunch.
Great place!! I purchased all of my kitchen. Appliances and outdoor kitchen appliances through Kimber! She always listens to my needs/wants and recommends just what I need within my budget. All is done and received in a timely fashion, delivered by professionals who took much care in the delivery process. Thank you so much!
I went in and looked around hassle free. When I had found the one I wanted, I approached the sales desk and informed them of my decision, they checked inventory, and then wrote up the deal. I picked up my dishwasher in shipping and took it home to install. I could have purchased installation, but this time I was able to do it myself. What a great shopping experience. My whole task took me 3 hrs. from start to finish.
Just purchased yesterday. So far so good. Jeff helped me with a seamless transaction. I went in after work on Friday and was there less than 30 minutes. He answered all my questions, and was very professional, not pushy at all. I went in Saturday and was able to purchase in under 30 minutes. Now, we wait. My delivery is set for next Saturday...stay tuned.😉
Robin was easy to work with and I got a great deal. I didn’t feel pressured at all. I feel like a got a great deal. I went in to buy a washer and dryer and ended up buying those and a mattress and adjustable base too. I’m excited for them to everything deliver next weekend.
I completed my shopping experience online and on the phone with Stephen K. He was so helpful! He looked up several model numbers and brands of refrigerators. He helped me find the perfect one! This was my first time buying an appliance at TEXAS Appliances! I highly recommend them.
I purchased a Speed Queen Dryer. There was a malfunction the first time I used it. When I called my salesman was not available , he was late to work. Another man , Jim Helton , took my call and followed up on everything for me . He even found a replacement when the timing was going to be 90-100 days out . He noticed online that someone cancelled their order and Jim secured that dryer for me !! Wow. Great and friendly service. It will be delivered tomorrow . I’m so glad Jim took the initiative and helped me even though I wasn’t his customer . Thanks Jim . Theresa M
Went in for a dryer. Mine had stopped working today. My husband was desperate for a dryer. Lots of dirty clothes and we had just got back from vacation. Christian was very helpful in finding a dryer that was available for same day pick up by us. Even worked out a good cash deal for the dryer from the stated floor price. This is my second visit to this store. Will use again in the future.
Spoke to Kimber who was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. She was able to help me to determine the right appliance and accessories needed to accommodate specific needs. First time ever to go to a Texas Appliance location, we called the store because I wanted to check stock in a few items we were interested in. I spoke with Kimber and unfortunately the items I wanted were not all available.We decided to go ahead and go down and take a look around and see what other pieces we might be able to make work.Kimber was a great help she already had some other options prepared for us when we arrived, she had all the specs of everything and she knows her appliances. It was totally a different experience compared to going to a Lowes or home Depot or a Best buy. They do specialize in appliances!!I know where we will be going we build the next house.
I originally ordered from Nebraska Furniture in August with delivery scheduled for September 9. After 3 reschedules and a “maybe” for a November 12 delivery, I cancelled and called Tx Appliances. Brandon helped me order a Speed Queen by phone, made the process quick and easy, and I received the washer within a week. It is the best washer I’ve ever had. The wash cycle allows you to open the lid to add clothes and there’s a selector button for Deep Fill. No more washing jeans in a half-filled tub like my auto sensing Maytag. I’m very happy with the experience and the washer. Thanks so much!
We remodeled our kitchen 3 years ago and purchased all new higher end GE appliances. The sales experience was nice, the sales people were extremely helpful and knowledgeable in helping us make our selections. We were encouraged to also purchase a 10 year extended warranty which we did. This was a sizable purchase. Several weeks ago my dishwasher quit working and my microwave also broke so we attempted to contact the warranty company to schedule a repair. This had to be done online. After two weeks and no response, again tried to contact warranty company to schedule repair. It came up that the request had been removed, the repair had been completed. This was not the case. After two attempts at reaching someone on the phone and being on hold for over 5 hrs., decided to contact Texas Appliance for assistance. We were told that they no longer used this particular warranty company and that we were basically out of luck. However, the asst. manager said that he would inquire as to whether he might sell us another dishwasher at cost, and call my husband back, which he never did. He also told us the issue with our microwave wouldn’t be covered anyway. We purchased our appliances along with the extended warranty in good faith that we would be covered should we encounter any problems. This has certainly not been the case and we will seek appropriate action to get this issue resolved.
Kimber was so helpful for my purchase of refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher! Appliances are hard to come by these days, but she carefully looked up availability on what I wanted and we were able to order everything I needed. I highly recommend Texas Appliance in Hurst!
Kimber was amazing! She was quick to greet us and immediately grabbed an inventory list to show us what all was available. We had already purchased from Nebraska but delivery was out 3 months. We ended up buying everything at Texas Appliance, they had everything we needed in stock and was able to deliver the following week. Extremely satisfied!
Stop by to look at dryers and Joe who greeted us was very helpful and knowledgeable and just a nice guy!After talking with my husband we decided to purchase the dryer! I called the next morning and Joe was off but Jennifer helped me over the phone and we got everything done and know I just can’t wait to have my new dryer delivered!! We are also about to start a kitchen renovation so we plan on getting our new appliances all from Texas Appliance!!! Thank you guys for making this an easy decision!!
I intended to purchase a small refrigerator for the garage, but purchased a new refrigerator AND matching dishwasher because I couldnt walk away from the price. And for bonus points, they delivered in 48 hours, compared to 3-6 weeks quoted from competitors.The sales person really knew the products. Had all the answers on how to, when and how much without leaving to ask. Delivery was on time, installation was complete and everything works as it should.Next purchase, this will be my FIRST stop.
Robin at Texas Appliances was a wonderful sales associate. She was friendly, helpful and very pleasant to deal with but also very knowledgeable about the product that we were shopping for. We will buy more appliances in the future from Texas Appliances just because of Robin.
Husband and I walked into showroom maybe 30 minutes before closing. Robin greeted us and asked if we needed help. Robin was very easy to work with. She listened, asked questions and guided us to finding what we needed. She was amazing! When we need a refrigerator to complete our set of appliances, we will definitely be asking for you!
I contacted Joe Henley last night about a deep freeze. He did a face time call to show me the measurements and price and what it looked like. We came in this morning and Joe was waiting for us! Easiest transaction ever!! Very courteous and professional. Joe was awesome to deal with!!
My dryer went out and both washer and dryer were well over 10 years old. I decided to replace them both but did a little research first, calling a few companies in the process.I got everything I needed from Texas Appliance including fabulous customer service from the get go!
The sales guy was waiting on us and went to find some additional information. He didnt come back for a while; it was because he took a call while we were waiting. We ordered an ice maker and waited over a week for delivery for the ice maker. It didnt come in so they delivered the fridge anyway. It has been over a week and still no ice maker.
From the moment we walked in, the staff was very welcoming, professional, and helpful. They asked what we were looking for and helped us find what we needed. We had gone to several other appliance stores in the area, and that was a waste of time. Don’t look anywhere else. Save yourself the headache and just come here right away. 5/5 stars!
Go with someone else who will make your life easier... not harder! Needed a fridge in hurry when ours broke. called midCities hurst location spoke to Jeff who talks more than listens and acted as if he couldn’t wait to get off phone. So called back next day and got transferred to him again. I had specific questions but again rudely cut me off & arrogant. Went ahead and ordered to be done with it since needed quick -besides TX Appliance came recommended (but perhaps another location).I never got email confirmation of my order or an order # but he quickly charged my card!! after my husband heard how he spoke to me, he said to cancel in morning. cancelled 1st thing and let them know why. however, 5 days later my charge still not reversed. what part of CANCEL is unclear? What a headache! So glad I bought elsewhere-customer service was fantastic and my experience was so much more friendly (also price was cheaper and delivery quicker but honestly would have just paid more not to have to speak to Jeff again).Go elsewhere- plenty of other places that appreciate your business and don’t play games. (...and still haven’t confirmed they will refund my card.)
Was looking for a Speed Queen washer and every dealer in DFW quoted me a 3-4 month wait. Left a voicemail on a Friday at Texas Appliance and on Monday morning received a call that the washer was in and I could pick it up that day. I was shocked. Model TC5 was $50 cheaper than the other dealers as well. Professional and knowledgeable staff.

I can always appreciate honesty. Some of the best things a salesperson can say to me is Im not sure. But then its followed up with let me find out. Some folks will try to tell you anything to make a sale, but that did not happen at Texas Applicance. I would recommend going there for your next appliance purchase.
Just bought a fridge from them. Good selection & service. It’ll be delivered in 10 days. I can’t truly give a full review yet as I don’t have the appliance & the old one hasn’t been removed yet. I assume it will continue on as a flawless purchase in which they would receive 5/5 stars.
Shopped around at other stores in person, could not find my price points or did not have in stock with along wait to get that product. Did a text chat with Jeff Shrum and made an alternate suggestion of what he had in stock. The price was right where I wanted it. Drove in to pay and set up delivery, it was fast and easy, loved the whole experience !
Went to Texas Appliance to (just look) today. Was greeted by Salesman JOE. Told him what I was looking for and he made a few suggestions and gave me my options. I told Joe that I was going to think about those options and would let him know. (Really couldn’t afford the best deal he had). As I was starting my car, Joe came running out. He said he talked with his manager and she agreed to waive the delivery and installation charges. This allowed me to be able to afford the stove that I wanted. This was an AWESOME deal . Salesman Joe made this happen! I’m very excited about my new stove and the price!!!🤗🤗🤗
A very Clean place and large show room enjoyed my visit. For 5 stars you need 1. Product to ship 2. Do not change your two week ship date to Three months. 3. Kimber was great! With a lot of product on back order, she took all my criteria and searched all of her inventory on hand to find the right fridge for us. Then she arranged for a model to be delivered to her so we could see it in person. Much easier than the big box stores... pick something out just to be told they don’t have it, over and over.
Steven at the Hurst location was awesome.Look up all brands prior to see what was in stock for immediate shipping so as to not waste time telling me it was out of stock.He provided old fashion customer service so I rewarded him with a $6k sale. Wish there were more Steves around
Jeff provided excellent service. He helped with replacement of a 13-year-old microwave oven. He researched the right current model to fit in our existing space and located a unit for us to pick up within the week. I could have skipped the time doing my own research (and probably would have ordered the wrong thing). Thanks so much!
Outstanding experience! We were looking for a Bosch dishwasher, but no one can get them in, due to the factory being affected by COVID and 2 hurricanes. We didn’t know that, until our salesman, Jim Helton, told us about it. He then proceeded to show us a comparable unit that we ended up liking better. He also gave us an education on do’s and don’ts for dishwasher use, that we previously were not aware of. Now in addition to understanding the dishwasher operation, we know how to maximize its sanitizing abilities. Jim was highly knowledgeable, very professional, and super friendly. First class experience all around! We will continue to buy at Texas Appliance, and Jim will be our go to guy for all future purchases!
Robin (@ the Hurst Store)is a real salesperson! Meaning she knew how to communicate the feature, value and benefit of each product. If she didn’t knows something she didn’t make up an answer, she researched it and found the answer! She was very competitive on pricing. I replaced all my kitchen and laundry appliances today because of her! The store had a huge selection on display. No long delays to get installed either. I am scheduled for a week to get everything installed!
We got our refrigerator from Texas Appliances a couple of years ago and they were super nice and easy to work with. We’ve been shopping for a stove, microwave, and dishwasher. Decided to try Texas Appliance again and they did not disappoint. Jeff was awesome to work with and super patient and knowledgeable. We’re convinced they’re the only place we’ll shop for appliances in the future.
Great options for walking in looking for a new cook too. Jeff was very helpful and knowledgeable about what we were looking for. He didn’t push or overly direct us to any one type but knew what we would be interested in. We came out with not only a fix for our cook too that just stopped but also solved a long term goal. Was hoping to get a washer here, but the day we visited the wait was 3 - 4 weeks. When your washer goes down, ahhh, ya cannot wait that long. Kudos to the sales staff however, who pointed us to their used outlet in Arlington. Although the gesture is appreciated, in the end we chose a different option.
I absolutely adore the service and experience here. I made a call to find out about an item and in no time flat I made the purchase over the phone and could not be happier. My sales rep went above and beyond to get me a delivery date that was as soon as possible even amongst our current state of affairs. I will definitely use them again for my appliance purchases.

The customer service at this place is unbelievable. Once the sale is made they are impossible to contact. We worked with Jeff for the sale and anytime we called we could only speak to Jeff so if he wasnt working we had to wait until he was in. Delivery dates were pushed which is understandable during a pandemic but instead of communicating to us that the delivery would be pushed back, we received zero communication. When we finally got ahold of Jeff he was rude and acted like we were a nuisance. Working a service job isnt for everybody. Ive been there. But you have to at least attempt to be a decent human being when youre at work. After six months of cat and mouse we canceled our orders. We have no problem waiting but the lack of customer service was unacceptable. The whole staff needs to be trained.

Look no further!!!! This is hands down the best appliance store. We bought a whole kitchen suite to change out the white appliances to stainless steel (smart oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, cooktop, vent hood, microwave and built in kit). They have the best prices, Bo (our salesman) was so kind and helpful before, during, and after the sale. Top notch customer service!!!! We love our appliances. Great manager as well! They beat the competitors prices. Even within 30 days after the sale if you find it cheaper (Home Depot, Best Buy, or Lowes), they will match that price and refund that money back to you. We had two go on sale and they refunded $90! They are true to their word. We bought all our appliances here 22 years ago and are just now replacing them (still worked!). Highly recommend Texas Appliance in Hurst and working with Bo. You will be glad you did!
I called in and spoke with Will Dean. I inquired about an ice machine for my office at work. Will was very courteous and kind. He also knew his product and model numbers with out even hesitating. We made an appointment to come down the following afternoon. He greeted me with a smile and showed me the model in question. The pricing he was able to offer me was as good or better than any other retailer I had contacted. I made the purchase and Mr. Dean touched base with me before delivery as well as upon delivery and even 2 weeks later. He made sure I was very satisfied and Texas Appliance and Will Dean especially now have a customer for life.Thank you Texas Appliance and Will Dean you have very knowledgeable associates and I shall return anytime we need an item he can get for us!
We purchased an entire kitchen of kitchenaid appliances along with a washer and dryer, when we built our new home. When the fridge was delivered in August, it had a broken part on it. We reported it immediately and were told they would order the replacement part. Its now 2 months later, they still dont have the part, dont have an eta and wont return calls. Their service is so poor, i am forced to fix the problem myself. i bought the part today, at another vendor, online and should have it in 2 days. This was a major purchase for us and, I was hopeful they would stand behind their sales. Lesson learned. Buyer beware. ADDED 10/20/20 Despite the owners response below, they have still not contacted us or made any attempt to make this right. Buyer beware!
Needed a double wall oven with very specific dimensions. Ed Gant at the Hurst store helped us check the actual unit dimensions on several ovens to ensure proper fit. We have purchased @ Texas Appliance several times and always get great service, great selection and usually the lowest price.
We decided to try Texas Appliance for purchasing our fridge after buying our oven/stove top from Home Depot. With Home Depot our appliance was delivered damaged and that created a very frustrating experience. It took forever to get it resolved and my husband and I felt like they should have offered us a discount because we expected an undamaged product. For our next appliance I wanted to try Texas Appliance as I thought that if something happened, they might be more helpful in resolving it, as I understand unintentional accidents can happen. That was definitely the case. The guy who installed the fridge was really helpful, however there was a small dent at the top of our fridge after it was delivered. Texas Appliance was very helpful and worked to resolve our issue immediately. Also, the day after they installed it, my husband noticed a leak with our water line (probably our issue more than theirs). I called them and the guy came out that SAME day to take care of it. I think the responsiveness is what makes all the difference. I understand issues can happen, but being treated with concern and courtesy make ALL the difference and totally worth it to shop at Texas Appliance.
Texas Appliance personnel were extremely rude when my wife and I walked in the door. We were fully compliant with the mask requirements and wanted to look at a new dishwasher. We were told that we could not shop in their store without providing personal identifiable information including medical information. When I refused to provide information that is protected under HIPPA laws I was denied the right to shop in their store. We have purchased from them in the past. I will never shop there again.
Jeff was awesome. I have been trying to get a dishwasher repaired for 6 weeks with AHS. Finally it is labeled recall and I am able to replace it. I researched dishwashers and decided on the make and model. But no one had it, except Texas Appliance. And they had a cancelation and got me installed in one day!
Your response to the poor rating is telling. Installation person did not know how to install the Bosch dishwasher I ordered. I contacted the store to speak with salesperson, Rhonda, on several occasions before receiving a meaningful response and return visit from a second installer (Rocco) who explained his job was to remedy the regular incompetence of those who went before. I purchased my next 3 appliances from Goldstar with no issues. You are correct in surmising you can’t fix my issue,. The problem is your glib response to your poor service. LOL, indeed.
Extremely friendly and professional sales people. Pricing was great and I wasable to bundle a package. That beat even Lowes Black Friday deals. I had specific issues and they solved each one, even when I thought I had to change the refrigerator. Overall it has been a great experience.
Visited the Texas appliance location in Hurst The absolute worst experience ever in my life the person helping us was constantly talking did not listen to what I came into the store to look for try to sell me something else was really not knowledgeable and unhelpful communication was horrible I asked to speak to someone else she said yeah sure I’ll get my manager the manager came stomping practically charging towards me and said I am the manager in a very fierce aggressive tone what do you need I explained to her the employee that I just spoke to was not listening and she was not helpful at all she goes no no that employee is great she’s excellent she’s great she’s wonderful I said no she’s not and I said I’m trying to look at a dishwasher that you don’t have in stock I asked do you have something comparable so I can see what it looks like I don’t care if the outside of it is stainless steel she goes what do you mean the manager told me that question was too broad by this time I had enough I closed the dishwasher door and said I’m done the manager followed me right behind me telling me you have a good day and was just snarky and provoking and wouldn’t stop she was very sarcastic and rude and just kept on and on I turned to her at that point I’d had enough I had reached my breaking point and I told her to shut up her face was shocked she turned to her staff and brought them into this she threw her hands in the air and said oh isn’t that cute isn’t it funny I said yeah it’s real funny ha ha I told her I came in to buy a dishwasher and I will buy one I will not buy it from Texas appliance that’s fine that’s fine get out get out and I said I would also tell everybody I know not to purchase anything from Texas appliance she said get out of the store get out of the store she was trying to put on a show for all her employees to see and they all started laughing as she yelled at us to get out I’ve never experienced a store manager being So aggressive so bullying so unprofessional so rude and disrespectful her intentions from the very beginning was not to help me but to intimidate and bully me
Having a really bad experience with one of the big box stores, I called to check inventory on a washer and dryer and luckily they had both in stock at a better price than I would have gotten at the big box store and delivery was prompt. The day my washer and dryer was to be delivered, my car would not start so I could not move my car to make room for the washer and dryer. In a panic, I called the store and Jim, the man who sold me the washer and dryer got in his car and drove to my house and got my car started so I could get my delivery on time. Now, that is customer service! I now have my appliances and am a satisfied customer!
We called five minutes before you closed and we got to be helped by Kimber, she did a wonderful job helping us in a very tight situation we were trying to get a job finished by Friday and have been running into a lot of issues Kimber helped us by finding exactly what we needed and having it delivered on Friday so our job will close on time. We’re very grateful that she answered the phone and took the time and stayed late to help us finish the order we definitely are going to be using them as a contractor doing lots of jobs with different needs we need a place like this!Thank you from all of us at Ethos Contracting!!!!
Not only did Kimber from the Hurst store help me, she got me a better model for less money than Home Depot. I will always and forever come here and get my appliances. I called to ask about a “floor model” dishwasher that was on the website. He said he would get right back with me. 4 hours later he called back to the me that dishwasher wouldn’t be in stock until February. I said I was calling about a floor model that shows up on the website. He said he couldn’t find that on the website. We got off the phone and I found it immediately. Hmmm

2022-02-19I went in looking for a side by side refrigerator. Jim greeted us and showed us the ones that were available. He helped me figure out what size I needed. I purchased one and cant wait for it to be delivered. My shopping experience was wonderful and no high pressure sale. I would highly recommend Texas Appliances for your next purchase of appliances. They also had good prices.

2022-03-28Dylan Woodrow went the extra mile to help us purchase a washer and dryer that met the special needs we had for our limited space and configuration in our home. We received our washer this past weekend and we love it! Due to supply chain issues we are awaiting our dryer and we are confident that it will be worth the wait. Dylan was extremely patient and helpful to us as we dealt with what seemed like a hopeless situation. My husband and I would highly recommend Texas Appliance in Hurst TX.

My order was a tough one to fill (I want white appliances) and she patiently and doggedly searched until she found exactly what I wanted. 2022-03-02Not satisfied at all. Stopped by yesterday and talked to one of the sales people. He researched the product I wanted and found an acceptable item. I asked specific questions and received the response that was also acceptable. Such as the stainless front cover. He checked the warehouse inventory and 12 units were available. I told him I would get back after a decision was made. Returned today and the same guy wasnt working. Talked to another and he indicated that there was only one in stock but it didnt have the same front cover. I shouldnt have to pay another $400.00 for the front cover. So needless to say, I left without a $4200.00 purchase. Wont be back.

After doing some online research, it became obvious TX Appliance had the best selection and pricing. 2022-06-04I went last week looking for a replacement oven and was waited on by a very nice young man named Ahmed.The oven I am replacing is an older model (1969 model) which is smaller than most current models. Ahmed was very knowledgeable as to what models might work for me and was so very polite and helpful. He printed out specs for several models so I could show them to my contractor. After getting with my contractor, we decided on the right one and I returned today to purchase. I’m very impressed by the service and assistance I received and will certainly go back to Ahmed if I have any new appliance needs. You have a fine young man in Ahmed.Lynda DeArman
