Came down to Texas from New Jersey. James at Texas Crane was referred to me by my Material Supplier who is worldwide. I called James, he knew exactly what type of building I was describing and the size machine I would need. His office offered me unlimited payment options. I sent a credit app that they approved in a day. James already had us on the schedule. They first day loading the project James sent me a larger than need machine for same quoted price. Operator was Richard. Richard was a seasoned operator and I was surprised with the assortment of rigging the crane had in the boxes. we loaded 15 trailers of roofing insulation and membrane in record time. Great Operator and great company. But the review doesnt end there. The shipper told us we were receiving 15 trailers. after the 15 we broke the crane down and the operator left the site. As i was pulling out for the night an additional 16th truck was pulling in. Richard the operator had left 15 minutes prior so i had no crane to take the load. As i was going through the drivers paperwork i saw the crane coming back down the road. The crane operator passed the insulation truck on the highway and turned around to see if it was for me. While my men were turning around Richard and I re set up the crane and Richard lifted the final 16th truck at 430 pm when it was 105 degrees out. James is great, Richard is a seasoned safety oriented and productive operator. and they are just a great customer service company. Book Texas Crane as i have already booked them for the second building i am doing. Make sure you talk to James.
Texas Crane has always been available any time our HVAC company has needed them. They have always been able to show up on site to place units for us with even short notice on schedule changes. They are very easy to get a hold of and work with. Great customer service.
The company I work for was doing a community giveback project for an elementary school & ended up needing a crane. Bob, James, Michael, Rhonda, Carol ... everyone at Texas Crane was so friendly from the start talking me through all of the options. They were thorough & did exactly what they said theyd do when they said theyd do it. And the lift was done beautifully! It ended up being the highlight of the project (getting to see the crane out there & watching the guys do their thing). Id definitely recommend them & will use them again for sure! This is one of the most professional, qualified and accommodating crane service companies that I have worked with throughout the country. James Coker and his team has made the complex rigging and setting portion of our out of state project successful by their all of their support. They become apart of the solutions by providing experienced employees and excellent equipment.
Easy to schedule, called on Monday for a Thursday job. On time, (actually early) job site was in Eagle Pass, crane drove from San Antonio. Operator was experienced, very good, and had all needed rigging. I will be using Texas Crane Services again.

They just placed a 20 shipping container in a residential neighborhood, my back yard, and lifted it over a two story building. They got it in perfect position. Everyone I worked with from planning to execution were quite knowledgeable and helpful. They worked with me in accommodating the schedules of all interested parties Their operation is very efficient.
James was first class from initial contact through job completion. Employees were all professional and performed well under fairly stressful circumstances. I would strongly recommend this company and will definitely do work with them in the future.

This Company had a truck hit my daughters car. They refuse to give insurance information and will not make the situation right. Police report on file. This is a dangerous company, be advised they are not to be trusted with safety of you or your possesions. They said just get an attorney after calling every day for 3 weeks. Please, just give us your insurance information if you have any insurance for your drivers wrong doing!
Service has been great, cranes are on time. Very professional operators and riggers. Their salesman, James has been very responsive and accommodating of our sometimes short notice requests.

2022-09-05Words fall short to express how kind and professional this company is! I received word on 08/31 that my swim spa was going to be delivered 09/08/2022. The spa company wasnt sure they were going to be able to get it in my back yard which prompted me to call this company...usually booking a crane is weeks-months out. Josh took my call and penciled me in for 09/08/2022-surprise #1. Then he had his field service rep, Andy Lawhead call me the same afternoon-surprise #2. And just when you think thats quick service - Andy drove from WW White to Bulverde to give me a quote during rush hour-Trifecta :)! I ended up not needing the crane once the spa company made a special trip to see the landscape. When sooo much has gone to hell in a handbasket since the pandemic - this company gets an A++ for customer service! I would give them 10 stars if I could!

2021-02-13Looking for Crane services this is the place to go. I called everywhere in San Antonio & all quotes were $900 plus over their quote. At first I thought maybe at the end I will have address charges. No I didnt they stood by their word. Arrived a little early, were very patient doing everything we asked. LOOK NO FURTHER

2019-08-23Within minutes, James Coker assisted my driver and I with scheduling a crane for next morning pick up . The prices are competitive and they respond to phone calls and email quickly. My two trucks were offloaded within 2 hours without any hiccups. I recommended this company to my customer as I was very happy with their service. My customer was very thankful for the recommendation!

He is willing to go out of his way to make sure that our needs or met no matter the job task or time of day. I have never had a reason to call anyone else. 2018-04-09I work in the commercial HVAC field and ran into an emergency situation and had to get some compressors on the roof. I contacted James at Texas Crane and hoping he could fit me in to his schedule soon. Within a few hours Marcus showed up with a crane and was extremely helpful with what I needed. I strongly recommend this company and I was very pleased with my service.
