This was my first big venture out after being fully vaccinated. They have done an excellent job of spreading the booths out and requiring people to wear masks and social distance. There is one entrance and one exit. As usual, the selection and qualify of produce and products was top notch.
Great market with lots to choose from. Was disappointed, as there were only 2 stands with actual local produce to buy. As such, neither had the produce that I needed. Other stands offered organic meat & eggs. Lots of local artisinal items. Overall, a nice stroll outdoors & a great way to spend a Saturday morning.
Warning! Vendors do not apply. I am disgusted by their lack of reply to applicants. These exploitative people dont care about Farmers or Artisans....I know that. now. I paid the application fee days ago and no one would respond with a status, watched them open my email and ignore it even to know the status. Money comes hard nowadays wouldnt waste it applying here. This is not a free application. They are a lazy bunch and unresponsive. Such a joke.
Theyve expanded the area that the market covers and that has made this farmers market great for shopping local while still safely distancing oneself! Its obviously terribly hot right now so bring a wagon (theres now plenty of room to maneuver with a wagon in tow, by the way) and sun hat! No consuming of food in the market right now, but if you pick up a nice icy fresh soda from the seltzer vendor you can safely sip to stay cool! I was prepared with both cash and card for payment and many genuinely didnt express a preference so I think youre okay with either. Shop local FTW!
A wonderful morning of shopping. Much fresh produce is available, as well as meat, eggs, and other foods. Purchased fresh bread and organic treats for our dog. Booths are socially distanced, masks required, and hand sanitizer is given upon arrival. Very enjoyable! We will be back.
I love this farmers market! Everyone who has a booth here is always so kind! Everyones products are so amazing. The veggies are worth coming here on their own! Be sure to check out Sweet Thyme Design - beautiful hand stamped spoons and forks that are beyond amazing! Also, Jake and Blues raw dog food is awesome, bring your pup with you and try a sample before buying. :)
I have been going to this farmers market for about 8 years. They layout has stayed about the same and a lot of the vendors have stayed the same. There is a goat cheese guy (lucky farms, i think), multiple coffee places (lavender coffee is my fave), fresh produce at reasonable prices. It is also pet friendly. Sometimes there is live music, face painting, petting farm. Last thing, because its held in a mall parking lot, parking is ridiculously easy.
I must admit Im bad about shopping local. I love to eat at local restaurants but shopping is a different story. The farmers market helps solve some of my troubles. For being in Cedar Park this market brings out a lot of vendors all year long! Most of the people are super friendly. I have encountered a few annoyed vendors who offer me samples, I accept & then they seem upset that Im not buying anything. Thats not really how I operate. I dont give into that pressure. Im not much of a cook so I try things & I dont know how they will fit into the few things I do know how to cook.I also have a friend who is a vendor & I love going to try see her and purchasing the latest baked good she has. On my most recent trip she had chicken and waffles. There was a gluten and gluten free option which I think is amazing. The chicken & waffles were delicious & she makes everything from scratch (Ive been to her kitchen to witness her hard at work). Be sure to stop by Knotty Nice Bakery on your next visit (shameless plug but I wouldnt do it if it wasnt good).
Been going for 2 years, all vendors are very nice, high quality products in general, many original products, very good quality as well. Nice ambiance, good food and family music oriented. Super cool place to have on your list, YOU CANNOT PASS WITH OUT TRYING A LEMONADE ! All natural ! Lovely people !
Alriiiight, alright, alright. First things first, everyone was super friendly at here and had all the information you could need on what they were selling. Definitely a plus that some of the participants had the nutrition labels on their items. Gotta love that. Its easy to get to, live band playing, and plenty of doggos. I picked up some quality items. A few of which I ate with my doggo in the car🤣🤠. Definitely come check this place out yall. If it wasnt cutting season I wouldve went in on those dessert booths...in due time
They arent big, and they dont have it all but they have just enough to make everyone happy! We saw fresh local veggies, local flowers, a pizza place, a waffle place, a stroopwafel place, two bakeries, an Indian place, two tamale places, a honey place, a popsicle stand, a coffee brewer ... phew* I cant even name them all but all I know is everyone was having a good time and there was even live music!! This is such a great addition to the Cedar Park area. My wife and I are so excited to come here and see all these great vendors since we are moving to the area very soon!! Many places take credit cards so you dont have to carry $50 in cash around with you. We had about $20 in cash that we spent but if we needed to we could have spent half of that on our card. There is ample parking since it is in the parking lot of the Lakeline Mall. We never saw any port-a-potties. These guys are super dog-friendly so there are dog water bowls everywhere!!
A smorgasbord of stuff! This market is just not fruits & veggies. It was like going on a cultural journey. We bought everything from locally produced ginger beer, to flowers, to Indian, Mexican, & Latin food; French pastries and more. The homemade strawberry lemonade is not to be missed!
Nice selection farmers market. Plenty of options to purchase from, meat, veggies and fruits and much more. Prices can bee very expensive. Unfortunately that is the cost of getting healthier food choices. Sometimes they run out of food very fast. You also can get ready to eat food choices. Overall its a fun place and healthy options including drinks and many other things.
I had so much fun talking to all the vendors at this Market. There is such a diversity of products and services that you could never get bored. If youre very health conscience there were several different food vendors beyond the fresh fruits and vegetables that had many items for sale. You have to try the booth with homemade stone-ground nut butters in various flavor combinations. I found what I came for, which was to make contact with the company that sharpens Knives and Tools. What a score! The homemade goat cheese was delightful. We purchased some to add to our dinner that night.Go forth and explore!
This is a sweet little Farmers Market. It has pretty much everything one would want. They even have music ... when its not raining. I suppose they could use more hot food vendors. Prices are store equivalent but there are also deals to be had. And you can get things there like hemp lotion, meat dog food, sunflower hummus and other things you cant get in the store. I have it on my calendar to go there every week, rain or shine.
This farmers market has an incredible variety of high quality local goods and amazing vendors providing excellent service. In the eight years I have visited, the atmosphere is always great and its very easy to access. If youre looking for a fantastic farmers market, lakeline is the place to go.
Veggie tamales!!! One of those rare places that has vegetarian tamale options, it is the best thing I ever tasted in my time in the US. Spicy, fragrant and full of flavour, mouth-watering tamales. We also sampled the lovely flavoured kombuchas and lemonades and bought great greens and veggies!
This farmers market is AMAZING. They have everything a farmers market should and then some! They also have live music and food trucks that are to die for. We samed some fresh honey and sunflower seed hummus and it was a game changer. If you like to support your local farmers and get great product head to this farmers market.
Cold front came is just as we parked but there was a good band playing the chilly breeze wasnt too bad. I saw many nice items. I brought home fresh greens, mushrooms, eggs, honey, brussel sprouts, candied pecans, hard apple cider and the lady in front of me took the last beef rib!! I enjoyed myself. As a person who uses a walker, I must say, I had no issues navigating and the music kept me moving.♥️
Lots of vendors, live music, seating area, and pet friendly. Almost every vendor has samples to try. We always pick up a container of tikka masala sauce that the vendor makes fresh that morning. Also, the knife sharpener does a great job sharpening knives while you shop. Whenever I have a chance, I stop by here for a treat.
Great variety of fresh foods, poultry, eggs, vegetables, etc. Craft items, soaps, scents and jewelry are also available. Hot food stands and cold drinks and treats, dog friendly and live music! Most vendors take credit cards. I would bring your own bags for all your goods.
Very friendly people and lots of great vendors! If you dont want to drive all the way down-town for the big farmers market this place may have what youre looking for. They also have a Moonshine Sweet Tea booth with some of the most amazing sweet tea concentrate. Lots of fresh produce from local farms, and easy parking.
A really great mix of booths, and really great food options so come hungry! I do wish there was a little more produce but thats the only downside. Some highlights of the non food booths are SoCo ginger beer andTexas Keeper Cider. You can buy a bottle from SoCo and they will refill it for you, they usually always have 4 different flavors. There are also always amazing dogs, which is reason enough to come.
Pretty decent market. Nice vegie vendors and friendly folk. It was pretty hot so didnt stay long. Nice variety of vendors as well. Only thing that couldve improved was the live music and more sampling availability of the products. I went by the bread vendor and everything looked delish yet unfortunately some of it was sitting in bags in the hot sun. That bread probably shouldve been moved or sold cheaper. After getting it home it would have been a little dry so I just bought some in a bag that had been in the shade and it was very good. Also I think a bbq going on would have been nice and selling some freshly cooked meat. Overall, it was nice and I will come again.
Took my wife and toddler while it was raining thinking that wed be the only ones where. Yeah totally not. The rain didnt seem to deter many people. Had some great vendors with great food and products available, some of which I intend to go back to try out another time.
I’ve always look forward to Saturday. Not because it’s the start of the weekend, but I get to go to my Cedar Park Farmers Market. There are variety of seasonal fruits and vegetables. One of my favorite things to do is go to the tasting tent to try out new items that the markets sell before committing to an entire purchase. Going to the farmer’s market is a great way to start your weekend.
LOVE, LOVE, LOVE. Pretty unbelievable array of local products, complete with a fun vibe, lots of food to eat on the spot, and lots of stuff for the kids!Of course, your expected local product and eggs, but also several regional meat and seafood providers, and lots and lots and lots of artisan products--everything from CBD oil to excema cream to natural laundry soap. My favorite: the knife sharpening guy! Most vendors take credit and debit cards. Lots of folks selling coffee and tea. Oh, and the empanadas!
This is the best farmers market Ive been to in the Austin area so far. There are multiple produce vendors with a lot of variety, as well as seafood, meats, goat cheese, pastries, indian food, tamales, etc, and it gets really busy! Its a great place to spend an hour or two on a Saturday morning, you can order breakfast too. Check it out!
Today was my first experience at the Cedar Park Farmers Market, and I loved it! I will definitely be back. I just recently saw it advertised in The Austin Chronicle not knowing before that a farmers market was this close by. I was expecting to purchase just fresh organic vegetables. I didnt know that I could also get everything from my morning coffee from Casa Brasil, to fresh organic pasture raised chicken eggs from Organicare Farms. I purchased fresh milk from Mill-King Market & Creamery, and grass fed meats from Southern Traditions. This is the way to shop for food the way nature intended!

2022-06-05Visited hoping for small vendors that primarily sell on Etsy and fresh vegetables, but did not find much. There were a lot of meat vendors. I did discover gluten free treats! They were fantastic and she accepted Venmo. They also had local honey and natural dog treats. My dog enjoyed seeing other older dogs and humans. He was overwhelmed by the band. If your dog is reactive to thunder there is a chance they will be uncomfortable with the live music.

2019-03-03A new friend asked me to go to a farmers market in South Austin. I knew there had to be one closer and Im so glad I found this! Its perfect. Great selection. Loved the samples and foods. Theres an animal coral for people to hold and meet bunnies, chicks, a turtle, etc. I bought a lot, spent a lot too. But, its all so clean and good and tasty, you will also buy some great things too.The cookie tents are so tempting, yes I bought from both. See the pictures.Goat milk tent is wonderful. And I even got Indian food for my husband and I for dinner and we loved it!

2022-01-25There arent any vegetables at all, May be 2 places, 1 sells Tomato and other with preboxed vegetables. Most of them are processed food, small vendors. I felt farmers market is like more green vegetables, fruits from local vendors which are organic but most of them are processed foods, its good to visit but you wont get fresh green vegetables.

I love coming here when I’m free on Saturday morning with a friend for a good local GF breakfast and especially to learn about/ try new things. A wonderful experience, i’ve told many of my friends just how nice it is to stop by. :)

2021-10-14A good sized farmers market!!! Looks to be about 60-80 vendors, a great variety though! We spent a solid 45 minutes there, but definitely could’ve spent longer if we didn’t have plans. It was worth the stop before lunch!
