Recently did a walk through of a couple units, and I was shocked by the updates they are doing to these complexes. Although there’s been an increase of rates, the amenities and modernistic remodel is definitely worth the extra mile! Beautiful homes! The property manager Kara was extremely nice and helpful to answering any questions I had!

I lived here a few years ago and the management was mediocre at best, until Kara took over. She is hands down, the best apartment manager I’ve ever had in any place I’ve lived since.The upgrades she has made to that older complex are amazing!! She always took care of any service orders asap and made sure I was taken care of.

The updates being done to the apartments are beautiful. I am very excited for the future of this community and the direction it is heading! There is now a full time manager in the office who is more than willing to help you find the perfect apartment home or help the residents with anything they need.

I loved the homes there. Kara was awesome and shes the one that deserves the 5 stars. Shes always working hard every time I come in there. A good place with good people.

They are price gouging. These are not worth the rent at all. Steer clear of this place. Nice people but they are terrible at communicating and dont really care about their residents.

I loved living here back in 2016, when there wasn’t really any updates at all. Now that the updates are being added, I can’t believe it’s the same property!!!. It looks so much more modern with the white and gray two toned paint, stainless steel appliances, and gray plank flooring and carpet. A lot of work has been put into these apartments the last few years, you should for sure come check it out and enjoy the new modifications :)

This is my first apartment I have lived in period and I must say I love it! Everyone in the complex is so nice and the staff is as well. They stay up to date with pest control and constantly updating the compelx. No its not granite countertops and luxury but its PERFECT for me and my boyfriend. The rent is super affordable! They keep you in the loop with whats going on. I love living here and its only been a few months! Its literally next to everything in town.

Its nice because its so close to everything, but HIGHLY overpriced. When we moved in our townhome was FILTHY. Mold in the bathroom, dust everywhere, uncleaned carpets. Its as if no one cleaned it before we moved in. Disgusting. The floor on the top floor is dipping in badly. Almost everywhere you step, feels like the floor will collapse. Have something you need fixed? Forget about it, management is never in office and never returns calls. Weve had a leak over a month that no one will acknowledge. Paying almost 800 a month youd think you could atleast get things fixed in a timely manner. Not to mention, a more updated home... everything is still from the 80s. Maybe the other apartments are better, but the townhome we have isnt.

I love the hospitality here. The manager has always been very kind and easy to work with. We love the new updates to the property as well! Makes us feel like we are being taken care of!

These apartments are PERFECT if you’re a first time renter!!!! Great updates
