Very friendly, the price to have my 45 year old Bible rebound was reasonable. They said it would take 6 weeks before I would get it back, so I have about 3 more weeks.I use to manage a Print Shop, they gave me a tour and their shop is equipped with everything to do good work.March 31, 2022I have received my rebound Bible and it is BEAUTIFUL! It is good to have my old friend back.

I had ordered a used textbook online, but received the book with its cover totally detached. I took the book to the Bookbindery to get the cover reattached, and they had the work done and the book ready for me to pick up within a few hours. They also sent text message updates with pictures so I could see how the process was going. The repair looks great and I greatly appreciate that they were able to do it so fast, since I attend school out of town and needed the book back before I left town for the semester. I will definitely use the Bookbindery again if I need another book fixed up.

10/10 all around. Tony was quick, on point with his diagnosis and treatment, and super reasonable costs. He helped me get an envelope that had stuck to a collectors item manuscript off and I couldnt be happier. Great work, will use yall again for any of my needs

5 stars is not enough to rate this company. They are a 10 in my book. The staff is not only very knowledgeable but so honest and trustworthy. I would highly recommend them and would never go any place else!My parents wedding album was a mess and I wanted to have it fixed, The unique thing about my parents album was that it had a music box in the binding that played while you looked through the album.I originally took it to place locally (Bella Becho ). The lady quoted me a price of over $3000 to fix it to include the music box. She told me the each page had to be die cut in order to place the music box in the album. That was way out of my price range so she recommended to replace the cover and put plastic sleeves over the pages. My mother had recently passed when I dropped it off so I was very vulnerable and agreedThe album was finally finished after 6 months. When I went to pick it up the pages were in sleeves in which the corners were so sharp that it poked you, the binding was so tight that I couldnt open the book flat. She told me that it was not supposed to lay flat and that it was museum style where you leave the book in a angle to view it. I complained to her but was so done with it, I paid her and left. Another huge mistake.A few months later I was talking to my brother in law who is in the printing business about this. He told me a die cut should cost no more than $100 bucks and to search for a book bindery place, which is how I found the Bookbindery. When they saw it, they gave me a list of things that was wrong about it and told me it would cost around $400 to fix it, which included the music box. When I picked up the album, it was just like I remembered it when I was a child. The music box required a penny to wind it and the staff at The Bookbindery had their children look through the penny jar to see if they could find one for 1954, the year my parents were married. They even included a little holder for the penny. My only wish is that I went to them first. I plan on taking them my in-laws album to them as well.

I gave them a 100 year old family Bible to restore and they told me that they would place a new cover and make it look new and restore the 15+ torn/warped pages and it would take 9+ months. They had my Bible for almost 2 years, never returned calls for updates and repaired torn pages with regular scotch tape. I even went up there in person three times before I got it from them and I honestly think they lost it within those 2 years. They did a HORRIBLE job. Definitely would not recommend them.

What a great place! My daughter wanted to have her new Bible personalized before heading off to college. Our regular go to place has closed and a store that was recommended only personalized in a plain font. Thankfully, we were told about Book Bindery. They were so friendly, had many fonts to chose from and were very kind. Additionally, their turnaround was fast. Normally, it’s a 2-3 day turn around but because their machine was available it was ready in 25 minutes! We will definitely return! I’m going to have one of my older Bibles rebound soon. It’s been on my todo list but now I know where to have it done!

I brought in three antique/vintage books to be restored and cleaned for my grandmother as a Christmas gift. Brought them in at the end of October and picked up the first week of December so if you need restoration services, you need to be patient.Deposit required for services since it was above a certain amount. They are truly talented and worth the wait!

Okay so I cant tell you how much I was looking forward to getting my book made here. I have my masters in library science (Im a librarian) and I was stoked to go somewhere that made and loved books like I do. Well sadly, I was very disappointed. I dropped off letter between my husband and myself that we have been writing since 8th grade, 12 years worth of letters. I wanted them made into a book. I told them I needed it by a certain date and they said no problem and told me it would be ready a week prior. A week prior I called and they said they havent gotten started and to call back that Monday. I call that Monday and they said it would be ready Tuesday after 10. Well, my husband goes up there at 10:45 and it wasnt ready and they said to come back in 30 minutes. My husband goes back an hour and half later and it still wasnt ready....30 minutes later finally it was ready. I dont mind it being ready, what I mind is what they gave me. These letters are literally the most important physical thing to me and my husband. 12 years worth of love letters. They just threw them into a book. Literally threw. It was a giant mess. I spent $130 for a rush job and being a librarian and my husband working for a grocery store, $130 is a lot of money. I am extremely disappointed.
