We really like this place but we wish they can make other drinks than just beer
This place has lots of potential service is really good and the food is also good with the option of bar food or tacos from the food truck outside!! live music on the weekends, flea market, bar concert venue what else can you ask for!!

The food served at the food truck by the entrance is really good. Love that they have live music playing pretty early in the morning.

Nice facility but dont open a tab. They added drinks that I didnt even order. Very disappointed with the youg people behind the bar at the band.
This is not a neighborhood friendly establishment. The loud music and the constant boom of the bass has gotten the entire neighborhood up in arm. Sheriff been called untold times already. There is absolutely no reason to push that kind of volume.

I loved the Fleemarket The East 40, it is a very interesting and beautiful place to spend a good time with your family. Here you can find a little of everything and have a great time, whether it is dancing with live music and the children enjoying trampolines. Here you find from delicious food, clothes, shoes and more come and you will see that you will like
It has plenty of space to walk and many places, some of which are not yet open, and there is also plenty of space to sit and free briconlines for the children, and well, the entrance was free, but now it is already 5 dollars for the parking lot.
It is the best market in the area, including Austin, the area is very clean, they have free inflatables for the children, and the food is very good. Buy several things, besides food and some pineapple empanadas that are delicious.
Very dynamic I liked it a lot the best of all is that there is a lot of food and desserts to eat 😄😄😅 and the dance place is very nice all spacious

My family and I went on the weekend, there werent many places open but I think they just opened that place and maybe in time it will be a lot of fun for the family.

2022-04-16Always a good time at the 40. Amazing food, good friends, good entertainment, and cold drinks. 🍻 Beer prices could be a little lower but service is always great and location is extremely convenient. 👍🏻

2022-04-11The East 40 has so much to offer. Dessert, drinks, food, music, bounce houses, so many different vendors to shop around from. This is just the weekend. During the week they have pool & corn hole tournament, how fun!!! East 40 was a great addition to Bastrop County. Cannot wait to see them grow and the community continue to support.

2022-01-08I have visited this location twice since it open. It has a long way to go to really be part of the community. The beer selections are good. The facilities are great. The food you order from the bar is terrible. Everything was delivered staggered and took about hour. This was not a busy night. Food quality was poor everything we tried but the wings was bad. Also if you like your male bar tender wearing speedo underwear with his jeans below his waist,maybe this is the place for you.

2022-04-17We have been to The East 40 a few times. We absolutely love it here super happy it is so close to home and always has good music, lots of food vendors , lots of shopping, and the staff is always so nice from the guys at the gate to the ladies at the bar!! We will definitely be back!!

2022-04-17A nice variety of cool and interesting things to look at, from cowboy boots to to jewelry, they even have a food court with live music. Differently recommend will be coming back many times in the future.
