The apartments are very pretty and the yard is amazing but its not a great place to live, the fridge was broken when we moved in and took over 4 months for them to fix, everyone Ive talked to in our building also has a horrible ant problem. And the washers and dryers are always down this is the 2nd time this month Ive had to go to the laundromat. For some reason there is always a banana in the grass outside, it will stay for several weeks before it gets picked up by staff and another one is back within days, and your catalytic converter will get stolen.

Resident since 1999, great place and convenient location. Maintenance and office staff are the best! Joe and Stuart repaired my A/C system in record time, going above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. Megan in the office kept me up to date as well. Highly recommend this apartment community!

My honest review after living here a little over a year: The interiors and exteriors of the apartments are nice and recently renovated/painted. The pool, basketball & tennis court are really nice as well. A few of the washer and dryers don’t work. The cold water pressure in my kitchen sink is weak. When I occasionally go into the main office the leasing ladies are nice. The two maintenance guys have treated me nice too, but here is where my main problem was... Only 1 of the maintenance guys is certified to work on Air Conditioners. Since I’ve lived here I’ve put in a handful of service request or called the after hours maintenance emergency number d/t my A/C not working. A couple times it’s been a quick fix but last September I had to go over a week with no A/C, but luckily when I asked to sleep in a vacant apt next door in the meantime he let me. The past couple weeks I’ve had trouble with my A/C unit stalling and not cooling the inside of my apt. Maintenance eventually came a couple times but wasn’t able to take the time to fix it because he had 17 other people with A/C problems so I just paid over $200 for an A/C repair guy in town to come out and fix the problem b/c there is only 1 maintenance guy that’s expected to fix everybody’s A/C problems in a timely manner and I wasn’t gonna keep waiting. I like living here but just know, if there’s a mechanical/electrical problem with your A/C it could take up to a week of you trying to sleep and function in a 90° apartment.

I truly have no complaints about my experience here. I had to move out of a bad situation and get my own apartment in a matter of 48 hrs. The management was helpful in quickly getting a lease. They have been great to me and very commendating. Maintenance is always quick to fix issues that I had and even work around my sleep schedule cause I work nights. The complex is always clean and I safe pretty safe living here. I have had a very positive experience here and if i have to move back into an apartment. I will definitely be talking to them again. Thanks for everything.

Towards the end of my lease I brought home my newborn son. The weekend after he was born we had water leaking from the ceiling in our living room area. We called the 24 hour maintenance line and one of the maintenance guys came that morning. That morning my son was in the room when he cut through the ceiling leaving Debris everywhere. Maintenance never returned to fix issue and left their mess all over our living room. We moved out soon after and told them we were leaving. We were never talked with about the end of our lease which was up on July 1st. We were told that we had to pay rent through the end of August even though we no longer stayed there. Each month they kept finding fees to charge us with. 30 days after we turned in our keys we received a bill for bogus charges from 60+ days prior. We had paid all these fees. They scammed us out of over $1000. They didnt care about my newborn son being exposed to ceiling debris and the open hole in our ceiling that was never covered. They werent understanding whatsoever when it came to us wanting out of our lease. Still having trouble over a month after move out. Would not recommend!!!

Really not happy here. The reviews about them stealing your money are very true. The apartments are also not as they seem. The plugs in my bathroom dont work and my carpet has been coming up since the first day I moved here. It has been 6 months and no one has come by to fix them. The women in the offices are also very rude. Brad is the best one but even he can be on the rude side. As soon as you sign your lease you pretty much disappear to them. Customer service has never been great here, even years ago.All the bad reviews are VERY VERY true!! BEWARE!!also extremely over priced! our rent is around $650 a month for a one bedroom one bath. You can go to Villages at Westlake and get a 3 bedroom 2 bath for only $675 a month INCLUDING WATER, WITH washer and dryer hook ups.PLEASE STAY AWAY THIS PLACE IS TRASH!!

I lived here 2 years and never really had any issues. Our appliances never broke , our AC and heater never broke so we never had to deal with maintenance. We never had issues with bugs either, other than your run of the mill fruit flies but I think that was just our own doing. They sprayed for bugs often. Our apartment was newly renovated when we moved in so I had new appliances which was nice. I also like that the apartment came with a built in HUGE microwave. The dishwasher was big too. Considering it was just a 500 or so sq ft appartment, the kitchen was a decent size and had a pantry and plenty of cabinets and counter space. The pool was always clean and never super crowded . I also liked that management did monthly things like giving out free food (whole large pizzas and chick fil a meals) to the residents (first come first serve, but they didnt really ever run out until like 30 min or so after so I always got a pizza or meal) and movie nights by the pool during the summer for the residents. I dont have a dog, but the dog park was pretty decent sized and they had a basketball court . Also, my car and my fiances car were never broken into despite that being a bad area. Its only bad if you mess with people and we never did. We also lived right across from a cop and our cars were always parked by his so maybe that helped a bit. Big patio and neighbors were never super noisy,Now the bad...When we resigned the 2nd year we only really did so because we were in between getting new jobs and didnt want to move, so they raised our rent which was about 600 to 630. Our apartment was once again, about 520 sq ft and I was paying over 600....if we had stayed a third year it would have just been a lot of money with no space. We found cheaper, bigger places on the south side which is where we lived before moving in here. I didnt like the office hours either...I work 8-530 and thats their office hours and if I needed to pick up packages in the office Id have to wait until Saturdays because they closed before i got home, and opened after I left/ Plus they close the office during their lunch which is during EVERYONE ELSES lunch and they take like hour long breaks so dont bother going by between 12:30 and 1:30. When we resigned our lease they told us they would clean our carpet for free on like the monday after and we moved all our stuff and waited two days then called and left a message but never got a response and Im just like if you promise to do something and even set a date as management, I shouldnt even have had to call . I didnt care for management. They were nice, but like always had random animals in the office and I never really got to know the office staff. Last but not least, if you have a problem with noise ...just dont stay here. You have a few factors like the train that is right next door, ACU which is down the road and there is a truck station right next to building 1, which we didnt know about until after we moved in but I thin kit was a place where truck drivers stopped to get paid. You would just constantly hear noise from the outside and I didnt care because i can sleep through anything, but if you sleep light and NEED to sleep (military etc) I would avoid this complex.

I recommend moving to another apartment because the staff here dont know how to treat residents. The man in the front office is usually helpful but wow the other workers are BAD. When asking about moving out all 3 of the employees that day came to the front desk to push some policy when I was requesting a written promise that I wouldnt be evicted. I get that they have policies to follow but they were trying to forcefully cram it down my throat like I GET IT THANK YOU SO MUCH. The ruuuuudest staff seriously. A maintenance man who worked here when I lived here always made me feel uncomfortable when he would straight up stare at my chest or request a hug from me. Very creepy. My apartment never had serious bug problems but the AC NEVER WORKED. I would have to put in several maintenance requests before they would actually fix the issue. Endlessly frustrating when it is 100+ degrees outside. Once after getting off work and getting home at 7:30 I noticed my AC wasnt working and when I called to put in an emergency request I heard nothing back so when I called the courtesy officer (only person I could talk to after hours) he told me the maintenance guy wouldnt come out after it was dark but this was during the summer when it wouldnt get dark until 8:30 or 8:45 - absolutely awful to not have AC during the summer MULTIPLE times (especially when you have pets!). Also when I moved in they said they would come out 24/7 for the AC since it was an emergency type of maintenance issue. Youll have sometimes less than 24 hours notice for pest control which can be annoying. Like I mentioned before staff are ridiculously under-trained in regards to customer service they talk to you like they resent you or that you are the scum of the earth - not exaggerating. Worst apartment experience Ive had & this is my 3rd apartment (1st in Abilene). Im not sure if the attitude I got was just typical for Abilene, but it was so unacceptable. Hated living here so much. Plus my un-renovated unit was hideous and TINY. Also I got back less than I was told I would regarding my deposit which sucked (lived here 2 years by the way). In addition I had random creeps come up to my door a few times (at least 2 separate occasions) and one guy legit asked to buy weed off me before running through the hole in the fence. BAD security. People dumpster dive here like CRAZY.
