Cool place like how everything is all in one place. Parking is good and staff is friendly. Made it enjoyable coming from California.
They never brought us our drinks. The woman told us to shut up when we reminded her for us was a really bad service .

The place is very nice and elegant, the bathrooms are very clean and with ample parking.
Definitely not recommendedThe security guys think theyre policemistreating peopleAnd they dont speak Spanishfucking nopal facesIf you want to look for a good salon, do not go to this one, there are better onesThe security staff is very pushy.

2022-06-27You pay thousands of dlls at the end you get ripped off, the lady thinks shes the organizer of your party. You havevto pay extras like electricity for the photo booth. 150 dlls extra. 20 dlls per bottle, the cake want good. The quinceañera was barele taking pics with the cake and they we re already serving it. God knows if it was even fresh. Dont recommend this place.

2021-07-03I would be very careful with this lady, she has requirements for every single thing. Shes abit unorganized we were asked to give tickets the day of the event for the people who would be eating she didnt need the tickets at the end she said she would count plates .. also if your guests arrive before 9 they cant come inside until 9.00Also she charges for bringing in bottles and theres a max of 30 bottles for $300 .. however she never mentioned there was a maximum of bottles .. and lots of random additional chargesBe vary careful its alot of money already and for her to be charging extra for every single thing you want to do or bring in is crazy .. and she fails to mention all this until the day of the event

2020-01-12This place is beautiful. I attended a quincianer a. The staff is very attentive, however, a little too much attention on picking up before you are done, not leaving food on table if you are not seated. The restroom only opened on one side when there are two sides and the place is so big, only seems logical. The FAKE CAKE IS NOT GOOD AT ALL. I did not get to taste the real one since I was dancing and it was not left on the table since I was not there. TOO rushed. For how much you charge for renting this place, you could change and be more realistic.

2020-12-17Would not return any of my money due to cancellation because of Covid, they are desperate to hold onto their business by screwing families over. Even telling me to seek legal action if I don’t like their decision.

2019-01-09Attended Ashley’s quince and we had a blast! The venue itself is beautiful but we danced all night and it was all thanks to the DJ! Several venues have random DJs that do not listen to what the client wants and this venue has an amazing DJ service! Def book your event here and you’re guaranteed to dance all night!

2018-09-28Amazing place, beautiful and elegant. I was taken care with my daughters Sweet 16 to the extent. Mrs. Silvia your awsome!! Will definitely return for my youngest daughter Qnince! This place is one of a kind in El Paso.
