The Home Depot in other cities:
The store is usually well stocked and you can generally come away with what you were looking for on you own. However, if you need help its a hit and miss trying to find help. This time I needed a valve stem for a shower faucet and needed help. I got a not so nice sales clerk who bordered on rude plus he tried to push off the wrong one on me. I went to Lowes and got the right one.
These people are the worst, I bought 2 pipes from them and after having to get refunded they still charged me the delivery fee now um stuck wt a balance and no items they are the worst. I never shop here and the first time I did it was horrible, my advice is do not ever pay for delivery because if you have issues, they will not refund you or just stay away completely.
Raul the Electrician associate was amazing . Very patient and provided great to solve an electrical issue. The young man who helped us get some wire was very professional and apologized for being new and still learning the ropes. Not to mention the cashier who was amazing. Sorry wish I had all their names.
DO NOT BUY from HD or BOSCH! Save yourself the stress you will go through as I can attest to. I purchased a $1,200 Bosch dishwasher from Home Depot that worked for 1 cycle. It then started giving errors about an internal leak. After reviewing with 3rd party certified technicians from Bosch it was a defective ‘new’ dishwasher which needs a replacement kit. Talk about poor manufacturing with no product quality control! Neither Home Depot or Bosch is owning up to a full refund and return. They both have horrendous customer service; in fact they could care less about customer experience. I am going on 4 weeks now with a broken $1,200 Bosch dishwasher. It shouldn’t be this hard to return a defective appliance! PLEASE be smart and buy elsewhere and DO NOT purchase a Bosch or appliance from HOME DEPOT!
I bought an appliance which was delivered today but I started checking it it was the one used as a display Damaged without a box! I was in shock. I lost my time getting out from work for that? I spoke with a lady which was very apologetic and helped me out. She found out that the item was sold out and will give me my full refund. Horrible experience!
If I could give a negative star I would... I dont know what is going on with the employee at these stores in El paso. They need new management also. No body wanted to help. Everyone said they were to busy to check stock or answer the phones. When finally got threw kept getting transferred. Over it.
I dread going to this store or any home depot. They dont have any staff on the floor. And whenever I do happen to hunt down an employee with a question, he/she tells me, Im sorry but I dont work that department. I see that they hire people just to place a body in the slot. But all the staff is so lost they dont know what the heck they are doing or dont really care. But the workers represent the Store manager, who I see doesnt care to train the employees to perform 100% in assisting customers. They need to remember that not everyone that walks through their doors are not contractors nor construction workers. Our money is just as green and pays their salary (managers included) as a contractor who buys more than us little people do. So I suggest to Store Managers at all El Paso Home Depots to get off their hineys and train their employees.
How long does one have to wait before you get help?Ive asked three people for help over the last thirty minutes. Same answer each time, Ill be right there. THIRTY MINUTES TO WAIT!I even called the store, from my cell phone, to ask for help. It took THIRTY MINUTES for this guy to show up, and he was acting like he was doing me a favor.Home Depot needs to remember to help the customers, not ignore them.NEVER COMING HERE AGAIN!
Bought wood here for a home project. Wood is not cheap nowadays, I suggest checking their clearance wood because I got some from that selection and it saved me some money. They staff is very helpful and theyll precut the wood if you need them to. Im new to this but your staff was helpful and made it all easy for me 😀
I am remodeling my kitchen. So locating the materials for the price I need is important. I have a budget to manage. I have been able to get most every thing at reasonable prices. Thank you Home Depot for recognizing Service Members. The discount helps me be a blessing to others. You are a great company that I will invest in once I return to work hopefully in a week or two. Dont be afraid people to tackle a repair yourself. In most cases you will do it better than those who just need to put up something thats poorly done. Home Depot can help you get it done. Ask questions.
I had to change my review based on some new issues I have seen. I go shopping here often. The store is messy, and I once injured my hand because of a tripping hazard. The employees also use a lot of the merchandise such as step ladders, brooms, mops, feather dusters, dusters in general, so don’t shop here for these items as the employees tend to use them and then put them back on the shelves to sell.
This place does not take care customers the employees are almost getting to your face when theyre walking around they dont let the customer pass first especially with this covid-19. If you want better customer service go around the time they close their willing to help you to get you out of the store but hey the store has what you need thats why I gave four stars its still the same but with less employees
When it comes to a home improvement store and how satisfied you are, it often comes down to service. Well, it is very sad when ONE INCOMPETENT ASSOCIATE tears down your opinion of an entire store. That is what I experienced. Upon asking this particular associate to follow up on a custom sliding doors order, all I got was apathy and lip service. Maribel told me she would follow up with the vendor and call me back to inform me of her findings. Unfortunately, she never followed up. Never called the vendor or call me back. She is definitely not helping Home Depots reputation. It probably sway me from ever ordering another custom door or window there!
Went in for new gas range & gas dryer. Brenda Madrigal helped me pick both appliances. She was fast to assist me from the beginning but took time to answer all my questions. The appliances & installation were also priced lower than Lowes so a win-win for me all the way around! I will definitely buy more items soon!
An attendant (Joe) didnt call the manager when I asked him to. When the manager (Angel) finally came (because I asked someone else to call), he was really NO help either! His loose face mask kept going down his face (bad acne)! Wasted my time going to this store based on home depot.com saying that it had what I needed, when it didnt!!! I was just given the runaround by them searching in vain, and then not knowing why it still was listing 2 of those items in the store!! All that time wasted, plus fuel, and NOT even an apology from either one of them!!!👎👎03-07-22
The Home Depot store located on N Mesa 2 blocks from IH10 has some of the best staff of any business anywhere. I have been helped by so many wonderful people so many times that if I have had a bad experience in the past, it has been wiped out completely by myriads of good experiences. Currently they are out of stock on some items that are running low due to the new tariffs that have been placed on Chinas products. The container some paints are sold in (ceiling paint) causing a shortage of ceiling paint, the kind I wanted anyway. I highly recommend curbside pickup; you will find out right away if they are out of stock the saving you time, gasoline and your footprint on the planet. Highly recommend this location!
After calling to confirm that the generator that I was looking for was in stock, I drove for an hour and a half just to find out that they did not actually have the machine. The manager made me wait for 45 minutes while he confirmed that his employees were in fact incompetent and had messed up their inventory and lied to me about the product availability. Epic fail...
What a mess! This store has no rhyme nor reason to where things are located. It’s extremely dusty and dirty, even by HD standards. As with all stores these days, there’s not enough help so we waited 15 mins for someone to come to assist us in lighting and then, of course, the person had no clue how to answer our questions. Disappointing for sure!
The employees are so friendly and helpful. Except one employee. We asked for help in carpet and he said he be right back. instead of coming back to help us. He went to help another family with the dang fridge. Really!!!! That was the only bad part of it all. It was crazy 😫 how pack full of people it was when we went. Love how organized this place is and how your able to find things. I know I can say one thing that it is my favorite Home Depot I come too when I need things.
Well it was okay I went to go get me some keys made for my car only got one done for my Monte Carlo but I was trying to get three keys made for my Cadillac and they didnt have any keys so I guess I have to go whenever they get keys or go somewhere else to get keys made for my Cadillac I learned that they were really that was okay and nice about it
I wasted one hour and a half of my day waiting for someone to help me get customize blinds. In the end both service representatives left without saying a word (this is the second time I come to this Mesa Location in El Paso, TX and end up waiting for more than 1 hour without any customer service. I was also waiting for a product that I ordered online and that hasn’t got here yet. What a disappointment. I just got a credit card from here and wanted to use it buying different products but I rather find a different place.
So since I had a horrible time at Lowes I decided to go to home depot and guess what. I did nott have to hunt down anyone in the appliance section. I found a person right away. One of the appliances (a fridge) I found at Lowes was at home depot and was at a cheaper price AND their distribution center had it in stock. Was in and out in 30 minutes AND getting delivered and setup next weekend. Dont go to Lowes for appliances.
I was extremely pleased with the help and information that I was able to receive after asking Dan Maldonado and Vianey questions about my purchase. I first purchased shower doors and Dan was very helpful and informative.Dan went as far as going to another store to get a piece that was missing so that my delivery could be completed. I talked to Vianey also when Dan wasn’t available. I also ended up purchashing a toilet AND a vanity because of the excellent service. Thanks also going out to Marcus ( the sales associate). He helped me pick out the right toilet. I am definitely a return customer!!
Well on July 14th My Sister and i decided to buy a small Refrigerator well i checked to see the status of when it was to be delivered..they gave a July 30th date...then August 12th then last i checked it was August 19th..so i wanted to know why..well it was like nobody could help us!! My Sister called the 1-800 number they acted like their hands were completely tied! They couldnt find the account then we gave the order number...and still nothing!! The Ball Was Dropped!!! The store was called 3 times only to have them leave us on hold, and never coming back..then one lady who said i am a manager let me see what i can find out..nothing no call!! Frustrated at this point..we decide to go down there...we go to the counter we are waited on by Evelyn..she was helpful and nice..she found out that they had sent it back for a reason no one knows...but gave us a full refund...this was too much to deal with!! I hear this is common..one hand not knowing what the other is doing..Thankyou Evelyn for helping us out!!!
Always have a problem trying to find someone to help. Has always been a problem and never corrected. When you do find help they are always in a rush to move on. Long long lines so I think twice to go. Usually Ill go some other hardware store like Northern Tool . A little out of my way but has better service and I get in and out.
YIKES! Im reluctant to give a bad review because America is a capitalist country where business need to prosper, but since the cofounders Bernard Marcus, Arthur Blank, Ron Brill, and Pat Farrah are MUY MUY RICOS and since ex CEO Robert Nardelli was receiving $123.7 million (excluding stock option grants) salary and received a $210 million severance package, HAY VOY.I was charged $84.15 to rent a gas 4 cycle cement saw 14 for four hours. Sounds reasonable to you? Well I did not rent such a saw. I wanted to rent it. After 15 minutes of trying to start it there at the store. I told the lady, give me the electric one, she did but wouldnt write the contract for it, saying she would take care of it on my return. OJO!I left heading back west and returned within the four hours and one hour commute. She said, we are giving you back $68.85 from your deposit of $150. I asked how much they were charging for he electric saw. She again said she was returning $68 to my credit card. She must of thought I would have said Gracias with grace. I said how much is the rental on the electric saw because there is a different price on the shelf. She said Home Depot was crediting me with $68. Now it was her that stuttered. I asked to speak to the manager. AQUI VA! She claimed to be the manager. QUE POCA MADRE. No way Jose.So I spoke to an underling (yah right), her sidekick. He then claimed on the contract on the saw I did not rent, it would have been higher for the blade I used as they had not charged me for the rental of the blade of $60. COMO NO. I could buy a new one for $80 plus my veterans discount. After my laughs, I walked away leaving them with the $84.15. It was my payment for a ticketless comedy club. QUE RELAJO!
My name is ADe Leon I called the rental department on 9/26/21 @11:20am, to ask about a rental and price. He said system was down to give me a price. I asked if I could still go to rent a tool and he said yes. I drove from Las Cruces to Rojas and Lee Trevino store just for the guy to tell me they couldnt rent anything to me because system was down. It is highly upsetting wasting my time and gas.
Normally I have no complaints but this last visit I purchased an item online to be delivered in the store and an item in store. The purchase should qualify totally for the Military Discount that I always recieve. However, this time I was told the in-store item did not qualify as it was an end of sale item. Niether was it on sale or is it an item they stop carrying due to seasonal changes etc... Needless to say I requested the additional discount since nothing was posted online or in store about a sale. I should not have to request the appropriate discount on higher priced items due to the stores lack of signage or policies not being posted.
The store needs to put up signage for the customers to know where the lines form to check out. They have the same staffing idea as walmart. More cashiers are needed. If the children can be spaced at 3 feet apart so can people spending money . If you have customers spending time standing in an aisle blocking product they are a lot closer than 3 feet from each other.
I usually prefer shopping at The Home Depot for price and preferred brand selection. Despite the current state of affairs, I dont feel that it should serve as an excuse to provide less than reasonable service. I understand that current times have essential stores working tirelessly through this pandemic, but waiting 2 days (still waiting, have not been notified items are ready) for an online in-store pickup that would have taken me 30 minutes to 1 hour at most to retrieve in person is a horrible disservice to the community and the customer. I feel that if you offer a service, do it right and dont make excuses. Needless to say I will not be using the app to place an order and will be notifying corporate of this sub-par service. This location needs to be heavily remodeled, restaffed or relocated. With unemployment on the rise currently, maybe theres a few good intelligent people willing to do the work that the current staff cant seem to manage.
I like home depot, I like the products and availability of items needed. The customer service can lack at times. Went into garden area today, asked an older lady with glasses for assistance. She was watering some trees in back and pointed me off to area and said what you need should be over there. Ok thanks. I return a short time later and shes there yapping on her phone cussing and all still watering. I think a little customer service can go a long way.
The store is great to find what you need for your home remodeling do it yourself projects. But man some of the employees are not very helpful, some just dont care to help people. I wish they would get people who like to help and make sure one gets the correct product. But I cant be the one to hire so when one arrives to the store those are the associates we have to talk to. Besides that little hickup the store is great. I will go everytime I need something for my home or just have a question on how to do it.
Long waits in line. When an associate opened another register, she didn’t get to the people who we’re waiting the longest first. A lot of people got upset. On a separate note, we asked a guy for help, he wasn’t sure where the item we asked about was but he also didn’t ask anyone else.
The service was horrible. I was at the paint department in line behind a gentleman who was asking help in finding a product. The boy who was working there just pointed to the direction, to which the costumer replied, can you please come show me where they are at, the employee just kept insisting that it was way over there with the brown boxes (the whole place is full of brown boxes). I walked up after the elderly man left and asked if they have a clear coat in matte. The girl who was working with him just replied if we dont have it up there then we dont have it ... Thanks... They didnt bother to look up inventory in the computer or walk 10 feet to help look for it. My arrival time was 10:40 am in August 18 at the home Depot in Rojas by Lee Trevino. The employees were working in the paint department behind the desk where they make your paint. It must be embarrassing for the employer to have these types of employees. Im going to Lowes.
Time 3:00 pm. Not too much in a hurry!!!!. But as a pro with only one cashier out of 2 open and sitting in line watching cashier Kimberly talking and chatting with the customer like she was at the super market! And the line getting bigger and bigger! And no one doing anything until me and the customer behind asked for help to other associate!! Ridiculous!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Home depot!!!.
We found some things we needed. There was no wait to get in the door. Regular carts were available, no flat top or drywall carts at that time. The checkout had a brief malfunction while we were in line.Staff and customers were behaving pretty well, masks, distance and stuff. They did have half gallon of sanitizer available up near the front as of 3 October 20 at about 2:45 pm.
Its some what crowded on a daily basis. it takes awhile to get someone to assist you. went there back in October and bought a washer, dryer and fridge and was told they didnt offer military discount. went today to buy a water heater and ask again and this time was given a 10%discount. IDK what happened here but someone dropped the ball.
We had to go get some stuff for work and Depot was closer at the time than Lowes so we went there. Well we tried to walk in one door but the security guard told us to go to another door. The place was completely packed with customers and in fact some ladies were asking us questions because no employee was around at all. We had 6 employees walk by and not even talk to us. With the condition of the store being a complete mess and dirty and the employees ignoring us I will go to Lowes from now on.
I made an order online and received two texts regarding drive through pickup.I went to the store that I had ordered through and waited 20 minutes for someone to pick up the phone. Then I sat in my car for another 35 minutes before my order was brought out. Only to find that my order had been separated between 2 stores and I would have to go through this whole process at another store. When I asked the associate how that happened and told her that I wouldnt be using their service again, she told me Thats on you WTH???WORST customer service and online experience ever.
I purchased some paint just recently. The gentleman that helped me looked professional enough. He was friendly and helpful. His coworker on the other hand was lady who looked like she wasnt getting paid at all to be there. Above all she was complaining about us customers right in front of customers!!! Dont know what issues she has but shes not gonna make things better for nobody especially during these tough times we are all going through. She should look and act friendly. Maybe thatll make things better for all.
I rented a tiller and in the process of using it the wheel fell of twice. I did have of my work and returned it back. I took pictures and showed them upon renting the tiller. I was told I had two hours before closing to return it. I told the sales person I was never told that and only told upon returning refuel the gas tank. So always inspect the equipment good before accepting it. Rude representative upon returning.
The personnel were very helpful. I was trying to find an appropriate electric dryer, a kitchen drawer, a weed puller, and a back door with a medium sized dog door. While I wasnt able to find everything that I needed at this time, I was told about current and upcoming sales on some of the items. I was also given additional contact information to follow up with the appropriate people who specialize in those departments.
All I needed was a copy of a receipt that was purchased through my company card. The first time I called this store a lady answered and advised that she was going to transfer me to the pro-desk, she put me on hold and then the call mysteriously dropped. So I called back 3 more times and each time the line would drop. I called the 5th time and the same lady answered and I guess she recognized my phone number because she picked up and right away stated Let me get a manager on the line to get you a copy of your receipt, sorry for the wait. (What wait I was hung up on...), So I was placed on hold again then James answered in the pro desk and advised that he would not have access to the receipts because the transactions were made at the register. He then stated that the rep that he spoke to before I was transferred didnt explain everything fully, (no surprise there). So he had to get a manager on the line to help me. A manager came on the line and she explained that she had the receipts but wasnt able to email them to me directly. Which is fine, I dont mind picking them up, however I dont appreciate getting knowingly hung up on multiple times just to get a receipt for my job. Ive worked in customer service and know first hand what its like to deal with a difficult customer, problem is throughout this whole process I kept my cool & was not difficult whatsoever. I never really care to leave reviews but this experience really set me off enough to sit down and type up everything for future customers and management of Home Depot #0522.
Wouldve given 5 stars. But the associates are no where to be found. Asked 3 different people and they all said, its not my department . Until found the right guy for THAT department and was taking care of ANOTHER department due to shortage of employees. Clerks at customer service were nice even though the one that was helping me, said it was her second day at the job.
Home Depot is a fun store to go shop and spend time getting ideas for projects and, sometimes if youre lucky to find someone who works there, get advice on how to better complete your projects. Again, good luck in being able to find anyone to ask questions or to guide you in the right direction to find something in the store. Be sure to wear comfortable shoes and not be in a huge hurry because you may be wandering around the store for a long time before you find what you need.
I purchased material for my father who was out of town. His water line broke in a wall and I came from out of town to assist my parents. I asked the store manager if when my father returns he could go back with the receipt and get his veteran discount. He replied that because the system doesnt allow them to do so after 48 hours he could not, however I am a contractor and home depot in San Antonio has allowed this multiple times. I purchase material for clients all the time and later they take the receipts a week or longer and get their discounts. I am so disappointed in the assistant store manager and my home town home depot. My father served in the military and deserves his discount, regardless of a system issue or policy issue. The store manager tried to make it sound like I was lying and stealing valor from the military, his exact quote we dont just give military discounts to whoever. He is uneducated and a moron, and I will never purchase again from home depot. I personally purchase over $75,000 of material from home depot, so I hope you are satisfied that your ignorant sense of humor has now lost your store money. I made a simple request to have my veteran father go and get an adjustment made. My father is elderly and he cannot do the work himself, and I cannot wait to do the job because I have already taken time off to be here 8+ hours away from where I live. My father would have been back within 3 days time but because it does not follow their policy he cannot save money that he should be able to. If I could give this home depot less stars I would l.
I would give zero if I could, I live on the Westside and was calling beforehand to see if they had a product in stock. First time they hung up on me and I kept calling stayed 40 mins on hold and they kept transferring then they just hung up on me. Ii guess ill just order through Amazon.
Today I got down to buy material and also do an online pick up. I was waiting in the line for pick up For 10 minutes and the ladies who where older age literally Ignore me Standing in front of the window. They didn’t even acknowledge me and they were just staring on the computer. I felt ignore. I just decided to go outside and do the curbside. It was way faster and they acknowledged me
Went today 7/21/19 at 8pm to return a defective fan, didnt want my money back or store credit, just wanted to exchange the defective fan for another one. I asked to speak to store manager Chubby guy and he said no! I told him it was defective and still refused to exchange their defective fan that they sold me.... Is Home Depot selling defective items now and screwing customers over now when you try to exchange the item??? Thought you only needed a receipt when you wanted your money back or store credit???***** Note*****Good reviews on this site are from families & friends that work at home depot.... Service at the Rojas store are very rude, unprofessional management point blank......
I bough an air compressor at this location with my pro account. And the cashier salesman was completely rude and and made me feel discriminated , because of how I was dressed in my work clothes , he started raising his voice in uncouteous and completely impolite way , I just didnt wanted to argue with an elderly person, but I should of gotten his name to the managers attention, I had to drive home upset, thinking if I did something wrong to deserve this kind of treatment at a place where I spend my money at.
It took us more than 45 minutes to get help, everyone was rude when we asked for help, I mean I don’t like to be at work either but I’m forced to have a good face and attitude towards the costumers and do my job. My dad had many questions and no one was able to give any answers, you really need to train your team better. Finally my sister and my dad found FRANCISCO, and he was everything we expected, not only did he answer our questions, he helped us find SOMETHING BETTER than what were looking for at first. Thank you so much Francisco for your ideas, knowledge, and awesome help. This store needs more like him.
This place is really great for finding everithing for my house and tools too. I have enjoyed coming here time and time again for the fantastic personalized service, appropriate atmosphere, and easy access from every part of the city making it very easy and convenient to find and enter. The business is kept clean and welcoming with good employees, clean facilities, appropriate lighting, clean windows and interior decoration.
Went in wanting the easiest thing ever, a piece of fiber board. We headed towards the lumber/wood aisles and we looked around for what we needed. We found what we needed and so we began our quest to hunt an employee down so they could cut it to the size we wanted. We looked and looked and looked some more. There were other customers looking for assistance as well. Nada. Where did all the employees go? About 10 minutes later we decide to finally walk over to the next department and finally found an employee! The employee was getting mauled (not really) by customers who needed help, since it seemed he was the only one working the sales floor. We wait our turn and finally get to ask him for assistance. He then tells us he cant help us since he is not allowed to cut our fiberboard. Ugh. He tells us to go back and look for that departments associate..At this point we were done with just standing there not getting anywhere or any help. We decided to leave all the items we were going to purchase and head somewhere else.. A business where there are more then enough employees willing to help and somewhere where they do value our business... :)
The only thing is and this could be on a not so busy day but only gets worse the busier they get wheres all the staff at I waited 30 minutes in the electrical department before just leaving and I noticed this is a routine every time I go its hard to get assistance other than this I have no complaints
Prices are great and most associates are friendly. Loss prevention needs to chill. Some of us like to research items before we drop $400 on an impact. Little guy from loss prevention was practically on my shoulders watching me... Watching me do research on the Home Depot app. Decided against purchasing after the harassment. Will probably end up paying more but I didnt appreciate being treated like a thief.
Store is clean and most items have the price displayed. Garden center employee was a little lazy, when I asked for a specific item she just pointed in the general direction. I say lazy cause I had to ask for two different items and she pointed the direction out but wasnt busy, she could have shown me just in case I had a question. Great sales on store brand seasonal items! I wasnt able to find any concrete molds that I needed for a DIY project. Basically I went in with a list, found one out of four items on the list, purchased some sale items, employees did not offer help but when asked they can point you in the direction of where they think its at. Not a terrible place but customer service needs some work. Prices are moderate on regular priced items. Sale prices are the only reason for 4 stars.
I went early in the morning to beat the lines to get in. I found what I needed but then there was a long line to purchase. They only had 2 registers open. Many people were asking for more lanes since the line to purchase went around the store. I dont understand why the self check-out were not open.
4/8/20 Today went to homedepot on rojas in el paso tx. Waited 40 minsfor some help on purchasing a table saw, not one employee in site for help. I will not recommend this store. There no customer service an when you need help no one is around. This store is one of the worst Ive been to they suck.
Hardware department was a mess, inventory that they did have was a complete mess and individual that was there wasnt helpful at all nor did he show any interest in answering questions. Had a cart full of stock and cut one box in the time (20 minutes) that I was there. Showed no interest in looking to see if what I needed was in stock (hundreds of boxes on the stock shelves above) instead he told me I could probably find what I was looking for somewhere else. Sad mess, store was dirty totally unorganized.
They dont service their equipment. Rented a concrete saw, hose connection was leaking bad , valve wasnt working, had to put a piece of wire to keep valve open and use a rag to contain water, blade adjustment wasnt working right. Call them back but they wont give you credit . Dont rent from this place
A friend and I went there this past weekend, and we had a decent time. We went there for a rivet gun, and we asked a sales associate where we could find them. He looked lost, and the answer he gave us wasnt helpful at all. He mentioned that the rivet guns should be on the next aisle, but we were unable to find them. We asked another sales associate, and he actually took us to the aisle, which was several aisles down from where the previous associate thought they were, and was very helpful. We went to look for some specific plants and herbs, and I asked an older gentleman if he had Mugwort (a common name for a plant in the Artemisia genus) and he bluntly told me he had never heard of it. He seemed to have a vast amount of knowledge in plants and herbs, but I was surprised with the tone I got. He talked to me about a few other things, and was helpful towards the end of our encounter. The cashiers in the garden and outdoor plants department was very nice.
Worst customer service ever. Called them and was transferred multiple times never reaching the appropriate department and no one answerred the phones. Last department understood my frustration and transferred me to a manager who didnt pick up and then transferred to another manager who didnt answer. After 45 minutes, gave up and dialed the 1-800 home depot number and received help in less than 10 minutes.
The worst customer service. I went in for a door security door, I called before I went in to ensure they had the product. When I went i I even went to customer service to once again ensure they had the product. The lady a customer service said she think that was a special order product and then I told her I called before I came and was told it was in stock , she pointed me to the aisle where I proceeded to go , I searched the aisle high and low and still didnt find it. I stopped a worker and asked if he could help in which he replied I work in the doors department . After searching by myself I finally found it . There was no willingness to help and thats why I gave this location the lowest rate possible . I know that all workers dont know where every little thing is but I would expect for someone to at least have some sort of interest in helping find what I need. I will not visit this location and possibly no other home depot if I can avoid it.
I was so happy to finally have found Jiffy seed starter pods. Every other business sells the trays with the pods but not the pods alone. I went to Lowes, Walmart, every where else I could think, and nothing. My only one 🌟 would go to the associate from the garden section that I asked if they had the pods and told me NO because I almost left without them. It would be sad if theres someone thats missed out in getting these pods because the employees dont realize they do supply them.
Lacking good customer service starting with the customer service department. The crew working in that dept. usually talk down to the customer. They seem to forget that without the customer Home Depot wouldnt exist! Some items are not labeled correctly or they dont have a label at all or theres not enough inventory. Hope management looks at these comments seriously!
I had to purchase an air conditioner and had to ask 4 different people to please get me assistance. When it finally came the gentleman said that’s the one I’ll get you a cart so you can take it, in a very annoyed tone. I said thank you but could you please get me some help because I can’t load it up myself. He left then cane back with a cart I couldn’t use. Then he said very sarcastically I’ll be back to get help I can’t load it up by myself. Left me speechless. I wasn’t rude to him but something had him angry. Very dissatisfied.

2021-11-16A great store for your construction or remodeling needs. The staff is usually very willing to help. Bought my Traeger pellet smoker here and so far very happy with it. I can find all the accessories amd supplies I need for my grills here. They also have a decent selection of pellets for the smoker. Their tools section is also well stocked with all the major brands.

2022-04-15Once arrival the parking is tight, but manageable.Entering The building its Clean and seems to be organized, floors and displays look great. Youll wonder around Abit on your own for awhile before getting some assistance, or if you just go right up and ask an employee.Garden section is green and is cool enough to still go looking around, all in all 4 stars 5 if greeting and assistance was a bit more quick.Great store good prices

2022-03-21Lately I have noticed HD has gotten better with their customer service. New staff or better training? I have had more helpful sales associates than during mid last year with the pandemic. No one offered to help or if you asked someone...they didnt seem to happy to help.

Found everything i needed and more good service and lots of deals for the summer and beautiful flowers, plants and things for outdoors .& plenty of patio furniture to decorate backyard. 2022-03-12We had a great experience while shopping at Home Depot on Rojas. Kimberly went out of her way and time to help me loading my military information on my phone so I was able to get my military discount. Kimberly is the perfect example of a caring employee. Thank you Kimberly. Robert Hernandez

2022-05-01The store is a good store for home improvement. There were several items that was missing are unavailable. Some staff were helpful and others were not. Good luck trying to find good help. The self check cashier was nice.

2022-06-18Limited tool selection in store. Better selection of goods online, and shipping usually arrives 2-3 days . Employees on the floor are very busy, but highly accommodating. Very nice upbeat atmosphere.

2022-04-29Their delivery service sucks! I ordered a saw on line and they keep changing the delivery dates on me. Ordered the saw last week of march and here we are last week of April and still nothing. I regret it big time, but live and learn! I opened an account with them and as soon as i pay off the saw (that is if i ever receive it) i am cutting the card in half and closing the account! Never again!

2022-07-09Worst Home Depot in El Paso. Ordered online for a pickup and the item they had was in stock and took them a day just for them to tell me that they are going to refund me the money. I even went to the store the day prior to get the time myself and yet they still couldn’t find it the item. One of the Workers in customer service was bad like she didn’t even want to acknowledge me. I’d go some where else than to work with this Home Depot. Everywhere else I went was way better from in store help to ordering online and picking up. Even the other stores would call me back and tell me they don’t have such item anymore.
