Thanks for helping me out guys! Mario in Lumber was the muscle-man needed to lift the 3x100 fencing. Thanks also to the gentleman that loaded fencing onto my truck. Shoppers, please tip these people whenever they assist you beyond the store?? They appreciate it!! Fencing was under $65.
Sometimes your staff is so busy I have to ask other customers to help me with heavy items otherwise good management and polite retail staff especially cashiers manager not so friendly when we were trying discuss a lost store credit with him while we lost it in the store he said he couldnt access it on his line I do bookkeeping I know that theres a paper trail for everything he said he couldnt tell me that had been cashed or not it could not have been cashed because I have the ID and an ID has to be presented to to validate the store credit upon check out. Other than that we shot there all the timeThis was it 290 store Im not sure if Im posting for the one on I-10 or not Im discussing the 290 store
I bought a convertible handtruck, but it was used, and they tried to tell me it was just dusty. When they went to clean it, the scuff marks wouldnt come off, so it was used, as I told them. One of the wheels was sticking, and some of the plastic from the one of the tires was coming off. They didnt want to give me a discount on a used handtruck, saying there was nothing wrong with it. I told them if Im going to pay full price, then get me a new one from warehouse. The young lady from the garden center finally gave me a 25% discount, but that doesnt excuse the other employees dismissive behavior. They were so dismissive of my concern, at first, it made me want to walk out and go to Lowes, but I waited. The hand truck is supposed to be convertible, but when I got it home and tried to move the handle, it was stuck. The metal ring pieces that the handle slides in and out of are bent, so that the handle gets stuck and wont come out to convert. Someone there at Home depot knew this and they still acted like I was being ridiculous, and there was nothing wrong with the handtruck, when clearly, it was used and messed up to the point where it does not function properly. I would have given this experience a one, if it were not for the young lady from the garden center, that assisted me with the purchase and the discount. Luckily, it can still perform the tasks I need it for.

2022-04-11Staff not very friendly or knowledgeable, store not very clean. Went it to buy some templates and boards hard to find someone to help. Employee at checkout just watched as several customers stood not knowing where to go. Listened to another employee tell a customer I don’t know anything about paint can’t help you… don’t go in if you need assistance with anything

2022-01-22WORST customer experience Ive ever had from the manager JASON JENSEN.Home Depot sends you a mail with a 15% coupon whenever you buy a property near one of their location. Well after spending 2hrs shopping and making sure my coupon was still in date range, I come to the cashier for them to tell me they cant find my coupon and cant accept it unless I brought the entire brochure that mentioned tear this coupon and bring it to the 290 store.

2021-08-30Do not shop at Home Depot -The same day - overcharged - showed the assistant manager the online price - which states - can pick up in store. Then it was a used item - damaged and hair in the air filter. Assistant Store manager was extremely rude. National customer service line wasn’t any better. Stated “I should have returned it the same day or next day”. I did not even use the product. On the receipt- it even list the wrong information for the item.Try Lowe’s - maybe they will respect customers. They also stated that my military discount was the reason they overcharged me - when this was the price in store and online. I had documented all of it. Customer service could care less.Home Depot another big corporation that can care less about customers and won’t even honor the prices they list themselves. Or even the return policy !

2022-07-08If I could give a zero... I came to the store to pick up an online order for a chair only in stock at this location. I cannot comment on the rest of store and employees. But, if the Customer Service desk is exemplary of the rest of the store; go elsewhere! There are ample Home Depot locations with much more helpful and polite staff. The young lady that retrieved my order was extremely rude; and, the desk lacked any initiative or competency to assist me with loading my large object purchases. Then arrived home to find 1 of the 2 stacked chairs they gave me is damaged.

2022-07-07Lots employees walking around with Home Depot uniforms but no one want to help. They say they will call some right a way. I asked at least 9 associates, really!! Just ask questions I have to wait to find special person, Home Depot hire lots people but I guess they half of them get paid to walking around. I wish they can pay me and I can walk all day long getting paid or they need better management to make sure customers get helped.

2022-05-22There are not words in any human language that can properly articulate what a horrible experience this home Depot is. Do not waste your time they wont have what you need in stock anyways. Only go to this store if after reading this review you are curious as to the truth of it and want to see for yourself.

2022-01-04Do not even bother to rent a tools here. Go to another place like Aztec Rentals or others where they are more compassionate and understandable. They charged me the days that the store was closed. How can anyone return a rental tool when the store is closed? I ask for a discount but the guy said, there is nothing I can do. Do not count with my money. Almost pared $1000 bucks for a piece an old Power Washing Maching. It would have been cheaper to buy it new. Horrible service. Dont rent there!

2021-12-25The length of time it takes to get curbside orders is too long. I stopped by after work about 1hr 45min after i ordered a small item and they said it will be 3 more hours. Lowes will have theirs ready in as quick as 15 min and normally less than 30 min. Even if its not ready Ive called to tell them Im coming and they prepared it immediately.

2022-03-01Came in for a few treated pickets. Looked online to make sure they have some. Only need (20) boards. Online it shows they have well over (400) in stock.I show up and there’s none! I ask someone at the pro desk that online it shows there’s plenty. The gentleman informs me they haven’t had any since last Wednesday.I’d think a billion dollar company would be able to keep inventory
