My husband and I recently had purchased a range from the Home Depot in kerrville, It was supposed to be delivered on Dec, 14, someone dropped the ball @ the vendor warehouse. So our Christmas was in jeopardy! I’m not sure how to spell her name, but Kristian, with whom, I spoke to lept into action!She contacted her manager, who in turn contacted me via phone, in order to save our Christmas they offered us another range, the display model, as ours couldn’t be delivered in time!My goodness gracious it was amazing the way they handled the situation! So, KUDOS to the people at Home Depot, Kristian, Paul, Aaron… bless y’all so much! Y’all made our holiday!!!!!! Especially miss Kristian….🥰Sincerely,The Lowrance’s!
Poor customer service after 30 minutes trying to get help a nice gentleman helped me. The man in appliances was rude and did not want to get off his stool to help. I wanted to buy a freezer but he could not be bothered. This would have been a 1 if it was not for the gentleman[ did not see a badge but he was a ginger] and young man who helped me to my car.
Worst home depot Ive ever experienced. The store is always completely unorganized, as in stuff in every isle that still needs to be put on the shelves. Any time Ive asked a question to any employee they do not have an answer and its like Im bothering said employee. Which I dont understand because last time I checked that was your job you signed up for... customer service. The store drives my ocd/hard working/prior customer service worker self absolutely bonkers.
The help was pretty lame. I asked for help but was just sent to whatever eisle. I had a hard time finding things and covered the entire store. And so many items had no prices on them. The saving grace was Carol who was working the register. She asked how I was and I said frustrated. She asked why and was so kind and helpful with trying to get all I needed. She even gave me a $10.00 discount for my frustration.
If I could give this store a zero I would. We have done a lot of business with Kerrville Home Depot. I went to return items that had been purchased. They could not find it in the system so I provided all the information for them from Home Depot online. I gave them everything they asked for SKU, Item Numbers, etc. The management is absolutely worthless and could give me no refund and absolutely no answer as to why! My family and I will no longer be doing busy with this Home Depot!
Very Dissatisfied! Ordered A washing machine online for delivery. Said it would take over a week. No problem with that, we will be ready by then for sure. Day of delivery they stated it would be here between 2 and 6 PM. 5 o’clock we still hadn’t heard anything, no phone call so we called them. They were unable to deliver and postponed it For another two weeks. Will never order for delivery from this Home Depot ever again. If I could give them zero stars I would.
I have been in here three times in the last two weeks and cannot find anybody to assist me without having to ask somebody to find somebody to assist you. This morning the young lady said she called a couple of numbers but nobody picked up the phone. This place is terrible. Go to Bernie where theyre squared away. Worst customer service I think Ive ever experienced.
If I could give this store a zero I would. We have done a lot of business with Kerrville Home Depot. In September we purchased $5000 worth of washing machine and dryer. As of November 21,2020, we still do not have our products. I have made arrangements to have either myself or someone else here at the house on the designated delivery dates....no shows! No phone calls...oh, the delivery men claimed they call but the phone was never unattended, and there was no such Caller ID number on the phones. This last attempt, a Ruby Alvardo, called and said he would be at my house in 20-30 minutes. After two hours I called him back, 4 times, and he never answered or called me back. According to one of the managers, Mr. Alvardo, claimed he had called and no one was home. After many calls to Kerrville Home Depot, I spoke to Dwight and Aaron, managers, on two different phone calls. Very polite young men and promised to look into this and would get back with me in the morning....Morning came and nothing. So, I got in the car and drove into town and confronted Aaron, because Dwight had passed me off to Aaron. Aaron could not remember even talking to me or what the situation was!!! I refreshed his memory and after he made several excuses, I made his life more simple and cancelled my order...One less problem for his small brain today! I then drove to Lowes, bought the same washer and dryer and had the option of taking it with me or having it delivered. Not only that, but it will be delivered within 7 days...and the best part was that it was $600.00 less than Home Depot. My family and I will no longer be doing busy with this Home Depot!
The elderly gentleman working in the flooring department was not helpful what so ever. He did not want to give any information on pricing without measuring first despite me knowing the exact sq footage needed. He was extremely disrespectful and now Home Depot will not get any of my business for my house renovations.
A panic for pool chlorine these past two weeks has created a problem. Weve gone to both Boerne and Kerrville stores as well as Leslies Pool supplies and didnt find the product we were looking for. There was supposed to have been a fire in a Louisiana chlorine plant that caused the shortage. Otherwise, you can find most of your supplies here.
Extremely poor service and bad attitude. I walk into the home Depot in Kerrville Texas. I walked up to the customer service desk and ask for some help after waiting for a while. I said to the woman working the returns deskI would like to talk to somebody about placing a order the women said theres no one working customer service today you have to come back another day. its not the first time Ive had issues with both customer service and employees at home Depot. If I could, I would give them and -3 *Management need to talk to their employees about how to deal with customers in a courteous manner. You dont just say theres nobody working there come out another day... -3 star review
Have been pleasantly surprised with the help I have been getting at Home Depot recently. I work at a contractor based lumber company and havent enjoyed my neccessary visits to either Home Depot or Lowes for the lack of customer help. Compared to our company. But lately at least Home Depot has stepped up a bit!!!
Ill never complain about our kerrville home depot again! It is way more organized and efficient than other locations! Im currently 4hours away and this homedepot located in Midland is nothing but a cluster. 45 min waiting on material because all the isles are closed and the employees are fighting over the forklift. Keep up the great work kerrville! Yall are awesome!
We went to this Home Depot to buy wood exterior paneling for our house. They are 4X8 sheets. My husband had to load 11 sheets on a cart while an employee stood a few feet away and watched a video on his phone. We have almost always had trouble getting help from the employees here. I think we will go to Lowes from now on.
Worse customer service I ever experienced in all my times there. Needed window and couldnt get anyone to help me . Got sent from one department to front only so she could call 4 people and none able to help. Disappointed was trying to get window for my sister in law to help her out
Henry in plumbing was great, helped answer my questions and ensured I had the correct product. Roy is the one to see on appliances - knows the inventory well, and Vann at the service desk was very helpful w our rental truck return. Store was clean and had many items on sale.
Today was my worst experience ever at this store. I went into the store alone with my kids to go look at flooring. I’m not sure if it’s because I’m a female or what but I was in the store for an hour trying to get a worker to help me. The one worker that did help me said he didn’t know anything about flooring and was clueless. As I waited patiently for a worker sitting at a desk to help me, when I asked for her help she just looked at me as if I were wasting her time. But the thing is without customers there would be no employees. I will go to Lowe’s from now on!
We had a penske truck rental scheduled 2 weeks prior at 1pm and when we went to pick it up there was no truck in site. We were told that they didnt have one even after we were contacted that morning at 8:30am that they were looking for one, but informed us that they would have one for us. The Customer Service lady here in Kerrville did her best to see where the mix up was. It was apparently happen in San Antonio home office. But I will say that the Kerrville Home Depot did its best to accommodate us. We did eventually get one but it took one over an hour to get one.
We shopped for 77 pine boards. The associate said they could band them together as we were driving back to Rocksprings. We waited almost 1/2 hr for someone to band the pine. Asked for assistance again and was told they were busy n didnt know when someone could do the banding. Asked to speak to a manager n none of the 3 could be found. We returned the boards n left the store. Not a good experience.
Did you know the 10% Military discount offered and advertised by Home Depot is for select items only? No plumbing, no lumber, and many other items are included in this fraud. I just purchased a chain saw and several other items only the chain saw was discounted. Never again will you find this disabled, retired veteran shopping in a Home Depot.
Today, while visiting in Kerrville, from Michigan, we needed an Impact Driver to complete a job at our son’s home in Kerrville. While we have tools in Michigan, we sought to purchase an additional to complete a necessary project. My husband knew what would be most helpful, but we were not locating the right driver, within our price range. About that time “CAROL” appeared asking if she could help. She spent about 5 minutes with us, and showed us just the right kit, within our retired budget. We could not have been more pleased!!!!We spend a month in Kerrville, helping and fellowshipping with family each year, so I know we will be back, and any good project generally requires a special tool.With major appreciation for Carol, knowing her department thoroughly, with a fabulous customer service attitude. Nothing will be where it says it is supposed to be if you try to be efficient and look that up on their website and the isles it says things are on such as isle H3 does not actually exist. Hence the reason noone knows where that isle is. Arg. Four employees told me they did not sell riding lawn mower batteries and took the 5th & 6th employee in a combined effort to tell me they did (which I already knew) and then locate them. Only to find out the battery I needed that it shows online they had 9 of in stock; they actually had none of. He said he could change it to 0 in stock and get more in but it would be a few weeks. Noone sees an issue with this system apparently.
I can NOT believe what I was over hearing this evening!!! A employee (Patty) chewing out a much younger employee about needing a snack!!! From what I herd from the kid has some kind of medical issue and explained that it did not get that severe very often and apologized over and over aaaand over and she just would not STOP... so she proceeded to play doctor and tell him he needed to bring snacks... he explained again that he did but it wasn’t enough today and that it doesn’t happen very often... Now I don’t care if your the OWNER people deserve respect, that was a subject that should of been taking care of in private NOT in front of customers!!! I just can’t stand people belittling other people... and this is NOT the first time I have witness something like this from this Patty!!!
I normally shop at Home Depot but I think I will start shopping a little more at Lowes in Kerrville reason being it just seems lately that it is almost impossible to get any customer help from Home Depot employees if you ask where something is they point a direction or give you an aisle number instead of walking you to the product youre looking for second of all today while I was there at Home Depot I purchased 10 sheets of plywood and some Lumber I was by myself looking for a little help and I saw two employees standing outside by the pro entrance they were watching me load while I struggled with 3/4 inch plywood into the back of my truck by myself so I asked could one of you guys give me a hand here one of them looked up and said Im off the clock and the other just walked inside where is the common courtesy
Not too happy in the lumber department ask the guy for help he act like he didnt want to help needed some wood to be cut but he said he couldnt do that it would take up too much time so another guy came around and ask for help and both just walked away from us how rude...

2022-04-19I have been to a lot of hardware stores and have been treated fairly in most stores but it seems that ONE specific employee, Maribel, is always treating customers very rudely and does not care about the way she speaks to customers at the Pro Desk.I believe there needs to be some kind of attention brought to said employee about this behavior, given that not only does she make the check out experience awkward and uncomfortable but I am easily in this Home Depot more than 3 times a week for company purposes and I am always looking to deal with someone else to check out instead of dealing with her.Other employees are extremely friendly and always help out in a great way, it just seems to be that this one specific employee did not get the memo.

2022-07-07I got in 20 minutes before closing. Even though everyone was very busy making the place look good before they closed, all the employees helped me complete my list of items. By the time I got up to the register it was closing time.The cashier was quick, courteous and didn’t rush me. Even though they were closed they still were able to take the time to load my truck for me.I was very impressed!!

2022-06-04Home Depot in Kerrville is very efficient and well organized. There were a lot of employees available and easily found. Each knew where most, if not all items I required were located. Shelves were well stocked and items easily found.

2022-06-30My visits here are pleasant. If you ever need anything ask for David Torrez… He is very knowledgeable in all departments and he is willing to help, he will answer your questions and if he doesn’t have the answer he will find someone that does. This HomeDepot is a Hill Country Gem.

2022-06-16I purchased two Magic chief 10.1 cu ft refrigerator’s online Tuesday, June fourteenth 2022. I picked them up and took them home. When I unpacked the refrigerators I saw that they were both badly damaged on the bottom. One was so damaged the refrigerator door wouldn’t even close properly. The next morning I called Home Depot and they said to bring them back, I asked if they would compensate for my fuel and a manager named Mac said he would give me $75.00 for gas. When I showed up to return my $831.37 purchase and get two more refrigerators ,“this morning they told me over the phone they had both in stock “ when I showed up they wanted to take $75.00 off my next purchase instead of giving me the gas money Mac had promised over the phone. Problem is they Lied they didn’t have any more in white which is what I ordered in the first place! I’m done dealing with idiots!

2022-01-26Not all departments are stocked very well, they are unable to give you an answer of when something will arrive when you order it. Also now they will not ship between stores, so if your local store doesnt have enough of an item they will check if another store has it but you know to go get it yourself. Also some departments will not call you back when you leave messages to find out if or when an item will be in store

2021-12-17Good Home Depot store in Kerrville. Better than your average Home Depot. I used the curb side pick up option. I ordered on-line and used the pick up parking slot. They brought my items out within 5 minutes. Overall, a very good experience. I would do it again.
