Very poor managerial skills here. Lines extend to the back of the store and manager says he didnt schedule enough cashiers. Ive seen several cashiers/associates, hiding in the back on their personal phones. They were laughing when the manager called for assistance to the front.
Called many times for customer service and no one answered the phone at all. Finally got somebody to answer the phone but they were having a conversation in the background not realizing i was on the phone, once they realized another person in the background told the person to put us on hold and then the phone hung up. Called back and no answer. Worst Customer service ever. Y’all need to do better seriously.. that’s ridiculous
The Home Depot website, one of the worst major retailer websites in existence, lied and said this location had the $320 part I wanted. It if course didn’t have it.Then the employees there lied about another Home Depot location having that part, and of course it didn’t exist there either. Exactly the service and expertise I’ve come to expect from Home Depot.
I am giving the Home Depot garden area five stars. The hospitality was great. Hubby and I picked up 17 bags of garden soil, the cashier in the garden area was exceptionally nice and after getting checked out we rolled the 17 bags out to our vehicle to start unloading and two of the Home Depot guys in the garden area came over and helped my husband to unload it into our vehicle this was like around 10:00 a.m. Saturday morning. The help was welcomed it could not come at a better time considering my husband has a disability with his back. We looked up and they were just right there ready to help. It was unexpected but very appreciated!
Ordered a Milwaukee 6.0 amp hour M12 battery online ($119). Paid for the delivery service ($8). The store near me did not have any because they had all been stolen. They sent me two 3.0 amp hour batteries instead. Called customer service and they hung up on me twice after being on hold waiting for 10 minutes. Drove to the store because it said on their website that they had 11 in stock. They did not have any in stock according to a sales associate that looked up the UPC number. Had to keep the BS they sent be because I need them now and am going out of town. Wasted my time, wasted my gas and wasted my money. The girl at the customer service desk, Jasmine, was nice even though they were busy and it was not her fault. Whoever fulfills their online orders needs to go work somewhere that requires less brain power.
I went into the Home Depot in Lancaster off I35 to return some items that I had purchased Zalen (cashier) and Sharon (Ass’t Manager or should be… responded to my request for assistance with my issue. They went above and beyond to provide quality customer service during my visit in which the system was working improperly and would not process a store credit that I had just received in the store today. While still standing at the counter, I found the the receipt for the returned item. I hadn’t even left the counter. Zalen and Sharon tried to input the original receipt to reverse the store credit. I felt that I shouldn’t have to accept the store credit that I had just been given because I provided the original receipt; as a customer, it’s not my problem that the system failed. After Sharon talked with two other individuals who said that nothing else could be done; Sharon came up with a solution that resolved the issue. The store credit was only $18.37 and as I told Sharon, it wasn’t about the money; it was the principle of the thing that I had located the correct receipt before leaving the counter. I have in-depth experience with customer service while working for the Federal government; I was faced with system problems and irate taxpayers all the time. But, I always found a workaround to assist the taxpayer… that’s what Sharon did. Both of those employees should be commended and rewarded for their patience and professionalism! I spend a lot of money at Home for personal home projects and my event planning business. They made me feel as a valued customer!
What can I say its home depot. I came in looking for a wet/ dry vac. Surprised able to find quickly on my own. I thought would be heavy but good price. Regularly 79.00 on sale for 69.00 in stock and large. Upon checkout difficult to read bar code eventually cashier assisted after watching me struggle.
Old white man name Ray if I’m not mistaken with glasses, was asked to scan my item for price kindly. After the answer I then asked him if I could ask him another questions which he respond with “ ughh what! What ?! What do you need ? I’m HELPING ANOTHER CUSTOMER! I was so in shock I apologize and repeat that that’s why I asked if I could ask him another question if he was going to be rude about it then no. He could have easy just used his words better and respond with ill be right back with you after I’m done with a customer. Simple as that. I’m not his kid for any employee to speak to me or anyone else like his home, our money as customers helps pay them and we’re not there 24/7 like them so a little respect on there part can be enough for someone. We are stressed enough to find material most people are afraid to ask for help with at stores for this reason. If they are overwhelmed they need to go to back and chill before they come back . You have a bad day and want to be a dark cloud raining on other people with your attitude well they need to stay home or put a I’m not available sign on there shirts .
Let me start by saying that I am a contractor all over DFW and I do turns for companies like MS Renewal and Resipro so I visit 1 to 2 home depots. across the DFW, DAILY!! This location is the worst. Most of the employees here seem untrained or just dont care. Im not talking just 1 bad experience, 2 or 3 bad experiences. Locating a employee to get something off of an upper shelf is a nightmare. Getting someone to cut blinds is like pulling teeth. There are never long wood carts available. They dont have enough. You literally have to walk the parking lot everytime to locate one. Seems like there is always someone there doing an audit and security just starring you down by the door. (Only home depot Ive visited with a security guard on site hawking) must be the location. At the moment Im driving out of my way to the home depot off wheatland just to save myself the time from the headache.
I wish there was zero stars but I dont see it. Its literally the worst store Ive been to. The manager probably needs to get fired. He is clearly not doing his job. I came to buy some paint and waited about 2 hours. Im still nobody showed up. The employees came around looking like they had nothing to do with it. And I understand they dont work in the department. Something need to be done about this store. Somebody someone is not doing his job. Most likely the manager.
I live in Lancaster and drive to Waxahachie Home Depot to buy now. The service in Lancaster is terrible. You ask for help and if you dont find a person that has been there for years than you are not going to get the help. Very few associates on the floor and just not helpful when it comes to home projects. I like Home Depot over Lowes but I dont go to this one unless an absolute emergency.
This home depot employees need more training, they dont know how to work the computers nor measure carpet. I placed an order for carpet the 1st of June. Finally after the long wait, they had the wrong size carpet and wanted to piece it together. It is now July and I still dont have my carpet install.This is very poor service and you advertise professional services .
They are very busy in the mornings . It a few ladies with several customers at desk and several customers ringing the phone . If it’s slow it’s not them . They only move as fast as the customer on phone sells go. Then out of respect they try to answer all 1000 questions people have. They do a fantastic job ,
I only give two stars because the employees were helpful, if apologetic. Their website said they have 4 compressors in stock. I get there and they have none. No one can tell me if thats the case until we find a supervisor after half an hour. This home Depot is small as well
Just now leaving this place after almost 2 hours of waiting for help and an hour of driving. I was told they had the mower i Was looking for turns out they had it but couldnt get it for me since it was in the back another offered us help and never came back. All this and i am 9 months prego holding a very fustrated 2 year old just letting yall know costumer servirse was horrible!!!!! Extremly bad expiriance
Worst home depot ever. Service was really, really slow. No people at pro services desk and still tell you to hurry up with your things. Forklift guys where all over the place with the sheetrock. Waited for more than 40 mins just to be able to get one drywall sheet. Never coming back to this home depot again
I stopped at this location to grab a couple things i needed for a job. 2 of which are in the paint section. or at least thats where they normally are. I ended up grabbing different items that I could make due with. that sections curb appeal was normal but down the aisles were another story. I guess whoever stocks their items is on vacation.
Oh my god I never leave reviews everrrr and I hope this changes for the store because we shop here multiple times a week.... but 😩Never again will I deal with Home Depot for carpet or tile. They finally called to say things were figured out and I owe over 2 grand more on our purchase before they could proceed. I cancelled it all. This has been going on since end of October. Multiple mistakes, during this entire experience I’ve spent over 10 hours between store calls and in store discussions. Mistakes are made, I understand that and I’ve been very nice about it...but from the time I started the process until today so many things happened. The women were wonderful otherwise I’m not saying customer service was bad, but from the measurement apt rescheduled twice to actual measurements to payments and never hearing from contractors there was so much wrong. And all I was told was they would be trained up for this to never happen again what about now what are we doing to make my experience better ? I’ve wasted almost two months on this process to have to cancel it because I can’t just dish out 2 more grand on top of what I was told the thousands I paid already covered it all. Please keep your workers you have they are great. As far as the entire experience, I was so excited to work with you all since we moved here and now I’m starting all over.
I love Home depot and glad that its located conveniently near my home. The only issue that I have is that no one is helpful because they dont know where anything is. In addition, I have received gestures of agitation upon saying excuse me, to get the staff members attention before I ask where a particular item is leaving me feeling like I was a bother.
The customer service today in paint was not pleasant. The employee named Olivia didnt want to help with our paint issue and it took another associate to step in to help us. Then we Olivia was supposed to be working in making us a half pint of paint, she told the other associate that she just didnt do it. He completed our request which was appreciated. While waiting for our half pint, she was also not helpful and upset another employee.
Horrible customer service!! Keep putting you on hold and forget about you. My order says it was delivered and now I have to spend hours or weeks on hold dealing with no one that can help retrieve my product. I really wish reviews actually did something to change negative behavior and processes in an organization.
Apparently unloading pallets is far more important then the customers ready to purchase instore. I have never seen so many people walking out or getting on ladders helping themselves, which is dangerous but no one around to tell them otherwise. Very disappointed in our local HD today
Stephanie is rude, arrogant, hateful, dismissive and unprofessional. No customer service. Obviously thinks more of herself than home depot customers. Go to lowes, 100% better service. Felicia in doors and windows is a class act. She should teach Stephanie how to behave like a grown up.
Where do I start? My husband and I have given this location many chances to get it together. Online order took 2 hours to pick up because 2 loaders were arguing about the size of order & who was going to load it. The unorganization in this store is unbelievable! My husband ordered spray-in insulation. The ad said we get free machine to use. The lady argued with him because he didnt order thru THAT STORE, therefore they will not honor it. She said go to store your ordered from because they already got paid for it! IT IS AN ONLINE ORDER!! He simply called Waxahachie store and they said come on in and get it. I can go on about so many other times that they have no clue and dont care at all! We have spent close to $10K in this store for a remodel because its close to our house. Never again. We will drive to another store or go to Lowes!
This location is the most unprofessional, they are never available within the departments and when you do run into someone they act too busy to assist or call someone who can. This is especially true in the evenings, I cannot speak for morning shifts but I try to avoid this location if possible. Now if you already know what you need and where to look for it then this location will be fine seeing that they normally have everything in stock.
Website showed 2 impact drills avail. Went to store. Asked about item. Attendant was rolling on meth but could not help me as she did not know anything about drills or the store she worked at. Asked another attendant who was not high, but new even less helpfull than fist attendant. It is a great place to go if you want to steal tools though. Home Depot is doing their part to help undocumented immigrants by supply job sites with free Milwaukee power tools
That 3.8 rating is a LIE.I NEVER LEAVE REVIEWS but this time I had to. If I can give this no stars I would. All I needed was a utility fan I asked 4 people and couldn’t help me.All I needed is for them to just bring it down because it was at the very top. I ordered the things I needed waited 2 days to use their curbside pickup service which doesnt exist. Followed instructions texted what kind of vehicle I was in number of the parking space and waited 30 minutes. I did finally realize Noone was going to bring my package out to my car so I went in and spent more time in line. I usually have packages delivered to my house Im not trying to visit stores due to covid. This stores customer service is horrible. Wont be ordering from them again!!
I always use Home Depot for any of my projects. Great store. The people are really helpful, and the prices are fair. The complaints I have are how complicated it is to use store credit after returns, and that its also kind of difficult to park in the pro parking spots because the way the stores set up.
Worst experience at any Home Depot I have ever been to. I was ignored, snarled at, and plain simply I was treated like this because I have white skin. And the way I was being treated I was even scared to go to management. I will never set foot in there again. I watched as 3 other customers of another skin color come and go with friendly service and then when the paint depot guy decided he would finally help me him did not receive the same friendly service. The very next day same department different employee but the same treatment.
I cannot emphasize this enough, please teach your front girls what they’re doing. They have no clue what their doing, all I see is some of them goofing off while the others stand there clueless. Went there for a pick up order and none of them had no idea how to do anything.
The customer service/special order area staff was so rude. The mangers became involved...horrible experience. Ive always used this store but its not in my immediate area, I will probably use home depot in the future because my husband uses it but Ill stay closer to home and not use Lancaster store. There ought to be a way to post without stars.
Ive been coming here since it opened and I put up with the lack of staff. I know where everything is located so I remained a loyal customer until today. I purchased items for a remodeling project(restroom) and we got the wrong shower door. I bought these items with cash and unfortunately I lost my receipt. When returning for store credit they confirmed that I bought these items here but denied my refund/store credit. The manager was no help and showed no empathy at all. So here I am at Lowes with my money.
Absolutely terrible !!!I had ordered curb pickup. I arrived and checked in. I received a confirmation text stating that my order would be out shortly. It was only weed eater string, air filters and bug sprays.I was still waiting 30 minutes later. There was a pickup in the curb pickup lane next to me with no one in it. A man came out of the store and started to get in the pickup. I asked him what was going on. He told me he had waited for 45 minutes for someone to bring out his order. He finally got exasperated and went in to get it himself.I got home depot on the phone and told them if they didnt bring out my order immediately, they could cancel my order. They told me that they stopped curb pickup at 6pm. I told them that I was there before 6pm and had been waiting for over 30 minutes. They brought my order out but I am not going back.
Glad to know theres a home depot so conveniently close. They are so helpful, once I asked Myron if he could assist us with finding a light bulb appropriate for the size and strength we were looking for he looked for it himself and stayed with us till we found it. He was so helpful and knowledgeable definitely glad he was there to help. Would come again to look for things for our home again! Keep up the good work!
My return experience was was good, but when I got to the on line cashier he was on the phone as I stood in front of him he never acknowledged me didnt say hello. He Just hung up with his call and walked away, Not even a look or Ill be right with you.He just walked away. So I left. Not very happy with that cause I needed something for my grandsons Birthday and they only had it on line.
Called to check on a order that I place online and was talked to with an attitude by Ms. Butler. I placed an order the day before and everything was in stock, called the next day and she said they where busy. I asked her if she had any idea when it would be pulled and she started to get an attitude. I understand if you are busy but the attitude was not called for.
Went to rent a leaf blower, was handed a leaf blower with half a tank of gas and was told to bring it back with the same amount.I told the lady I received a gas canister last time but she refused to give me one, I then proceeded to ask if I can purchase a canister she said I could not??I don’t understand why , it baffles me? Seems like they need better training in customer service because Lowe’s had no problem helping me.
Ive been to several Home Depots many times over the years and this was the FIRST time that Ive been satisfied with the customer service. The man that helped us, I hate that I cant remember his name, provided us with EXCELLENT customer service. This was the first time that an employee at actually seemed to want to do their job and provide customer service without appearing to be bothered.
Generally at this store, its hard to get help whenever I go to the lumber section, very very long wait and would need several follow-ups to the customer service. Couple of times I waited more than an hour to cut my lumber and no one came, I just walked out the store.For tonights experience was different. This is because of ROBERT (as written on his apron). He was passing by when I was looking by the flooring dept. and he asked 2x if we needed help. At first I refused. 2nd time he asked we accepted his offer as the floor boxes were heavy. He looks like he was happy helping while fetching the boxes of floor laminates. He even offered to check me out and pushed the cart all the way to the exit door. He is very accommodating and working with smile as Ive noticed. Another customers he offered help and asked them to wait a little bit as he will just help me push the cart out the store. Robert is such an asset to the store. I thank him for making my tonights experience easy breezy.
Stopped by this Home Depot on 10/6/19 at about 2pm to purchase a Dishwasher. My husband and I needed some help. So we walked up to two employees (1 male & 1 female) working that department. The male happened to be on a personal phone call (speaking Spanish). The lady sitting down was also on her phone. When my husband asked her for help she did whatever she could to not put her phone away. Every question my husband asked, the response was no or I can’t. We showed her a picture of the dishwasher we saw online and asked if they had any, she said “no”. We asked if she could help us find out if the store in Waxahachie had it, she said “I can’t”. We asked if they (as an this store) had a way to look up the inventory at another store, her response was also “no”. Not once did she notice me standing on the opposite side of the counter. As she moved her cell phone away I noticed she was doing nothing important (nothing job related). She was way too busy liking pictures on instagram. Where are the managers?! Not one person available to help customers. What happened to HOME DEPOT’s EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE, BUILDING STRONG RELATIONSHIPS, DOING THE RIGHT THING AND TAKING CARE OF THEIR PEOPLE?
Its Home Depot. Things are where youd expect them to be.During COVID-19 they are offering drive contactless pick-up. This really needs to improve. I have tried several times while trying to avoid contact outside of home. All occasions it was a very slow process even though there were two vehicles. One customer became so frustrated he left his vehicle to physically collect his purchase (defeats the purpose of contactless pickup)I think HD is trying to improve. The pick-up signage and process has been evolving.
This place is the worst. Just spend a little extra gas money and go to the Cedar Hill location. I work in customer service and I dont believe in yelling at the customer. When a customer ask me for help and Im a good distance away from them I walk up to them to see what they need assistance with. The first dude yelled at us saying what can I help you with and his body language was as if he was going to walk away. After confronting him about it he tells me to calm down and he will get someone to help me. Waited another 10min. I then asked someone else they said the same thing. Let me get someone to help you. After waiting another 10min I called the store while standing in the store to see if I could het some help. The same thing I will get someone to come and help you and nothing. Finally after waiting I saw two workers sitting down have a conversation amongst themselves. I ask them were they in that department and they both said yes. The young lady seemed eager to help but the guy act like I was interrupting his day. When I voiced my complaints and let him know I was not happy about the customer service he asked What did you want him to do, because if he was on his way somewhere he could have just kept going and not helped at all Wait What? I told him no what he should have done was approach us to see what we needed and if it was not his area of expertise say Ill get someone to help you. He then rolled his eyes like he disagreed. As Im walking back toward the front to pay for what I think I needed Im noticing that the workers at the front are eager to help versus the workers at the back are sorry. By the way the gentlrman worker kept calling me Gina, I guess to be funny but it was disrespectful my name is not Gina. It was not the time to play with me because I was obviously already upset. Customer service is not like it use to be.
Ive been trying to buy supplies at this store for two months and their card machines is very sensitive. They tell you to put your card in 3 times and then slide it. The manager doesnt seem to care about this store losing business. I will never buy supplies from this store again.
Its apparent that the employees are hogging all of the virus killing disinfectants themselves. It was confirmed when I heard an associate admit it. I was the first person in the store this morning. There were 2 cans of aerosol disinfectant sprays left. A tall, skinny, African American young lady employee grabbed both cans. Give the customers a chance to buy supplies. Without us you wouldnt have a job!
Came in today to get paint and other supplies for a rent house. Was treated with disrespect from two of the employees. One was blatantly rude and kept mouthing me. I spend thousands in here every week to upkeep rental properties, flip houses and new construction. Ive been in a lot of Home Depot stores and have been treated poorly, but this store is by far the worse.
I hate I have to come here but its near my home. Everytime without fail Im left waiting for the simplest services, keys, getting wood cut. Just mediocre assistance if any. I called for manager very nice young lady. She had a nice man nammed Benny from outside doing his job to come in and help me with wood cutting.
In good conscience I cant even give this place one star today. Nobody knew anything, couldnt find anything, or couldnt get me any help to find the stuff I needed. What should have been a 30-minute trip took 2 hours. I was not a happy camper. Normally this is an excellent store but not today.
Horrible I went a couple of days and my experience was the worst!I purchased something that was heavy and I asked if I could use some assistance in putting it in my truck so they sent 2 young rude kids!So one of them just had a stank face and the other was actually saying that he didnt apply for that, he was applied to be a cashier, that I didnt park right and he kept going on. I said we all have a job and do stuff that we didnt apply for. Tough luck. I will never go back horrible customer service! Ghetto and they need to train their employees better because thats not the way to treat a customer!!
Amazing customer svc. I asked the gentlemen what I can use to cut the aluminum tube. He took me straight to the aisle and pointed out what would work for it. I also bought a tube for my closet that he was happy to cut into size to fit my closet. Havent had a bad experience at this Home Depot will continue to keep going there.
Worst customer service ever!!!Bought a tool not even a month and a half and the thing just quit working out of the blue .I was stuck in the middle of a job rushed to the store to exchange the tool they didnt want to exchange it because I didnt take the recite.The manager worthless ever he wanted me to pay for 1/2 the cost of a tool that was not working.As much money I spend a this place I was really disappointed on the out come .I guess the customer is not an assist for them no more!!!!!!!Cant Express my discontent with this.
Employees are never available in their departments nor are they very knowledgeable in helping solve a problem. They have the same philosophy as walmart in regards to checking out, lots of lines and only 2 cashiers. Merchandise on shelves is not always clearly priced. Hardly ever any loaders to assist with larger loads.
I think there are 3 employees who actually understand what customer service is, so understandably they are busy. Logically I go to customer service and say may I ask a question? He looks at me as if I offended him. Ok, I ask vacan I get help with glass? Response: we don’t sell glass, me: yes you do, emp: oh it’s plexiglass, me: no there’s glass. Emp: ask someone in that area. Me: there’s no one back there. Emp: he’s back there somewhere. Me: S.O. that’s how customer service works. Me: go back, find a hidden box of what I need, open it and customer service myself. This has been my experience every time I come here. Unfortunately it’s the closest to my house. I’m sure I’m venting just to get rid of the memory of this experience once again.
I hate this home Depot. There is one man in the paint department that is very helpful when I go. He walked me over to the flooring dept. I tried to ask for help there some sorry ass man at a desk wouldnt assist me. He wouldnt even act like he could answer the question in his department. I told him I hate coming in here because you never can get any help. Next time I will call the manager. Since he want hire anyone then he will be my number one helper.
I found what i needed but the people working there were all hanging around talking to each other instead of helping... then when i went to pay i was sent to self check out to make them do something and not just hang arround in the end i ended up checking out and nobody did anything... honestly that place needs better staff.
If I could give them a zero I would. I went here to get a simple pvc tube. I waited for someone to assist by cutting the tube, nobody ever showed up. So I went to a clerk (whom was nice and very friendly ) and ask if he could page someone to come to the area and help me. 15 min pass and still nobody shows. I go back to the clerk and he stated they still havent came, I said no. He paged again and again I waited, this time about 20 mins. So I said for get it... I asked to speak with one of the night managers and a guy came over and acted as if he called one. I waited another 17 mins and nobody came. I really hate that people nowadays just dont believe in good Customer Service. ...Whomever the District Managers are for this store needs to invest some time there training the night staff.....

Cant speak for the whole staff. But the lady in appliances and store manager were both very lazy. The lady in appliances wouldnt look up the price on a freezer that WAS NOT CLEARLY MARKED. Apparently it was the floor model and the last one. We figured we could get a slight discount since it was out of the box. She told us to ask for a manager at the front desk. Why she couldnt call one her self is unknown. When we got to the help desk we asked her to call a manager about the freezer. She pages the appliance department. I told her that i asked for a manager not the appliance dept. She then calls the manager. Long story short he/she want going to come. At this point i no longer wasnt the freezer. However i ask the girl for the number to file a complaint. She writes a number and hands it to me. I stand there and start dialing the number. And the phone next to her rings.........shelooks at me and says oh did you want to file a complaint as if i hasnt already made that clear. I told her congratulations she just got added to my complaint. So the Shift Manager, the Help Desk Attendant, and the lady working in appliances on Monday April 9 2018 around 7 or 8 pm need to be put on notice. Im looking to dump my shares in Home Depot after that BS. I wish Lowes was closer. All that orange hurts my eyes anyway.
I bought some 2×4s there then came back for 3 more but the lady overcharged me for them. I told her I had just bought some and they were a different price she said that she didnt know why it was more expensive but it was...It had been less than 10 that I had just bought the other ones. But service has been good other than that.
I ask one employee if I could get ten 16 ft. Boards cut in half. He called another employee to help me. That employee told me the saw was out of service and my boards could not be cut. The first employee I talked to walked by and agreed my boards could not be cut. I told them that this building has many saws. They did not care and walked away. I ask another employee if I could speak to the manager. I told the manager (Mari) what I was asking and what I was told. She told me that my boards would be cut. A few minutes later the second employee I talked to showed up with a saw from there rental department and cut my boards. Thank you Mari, but why did I have to call you to get my boards cut. The first two employees should have done that on there own. Customer service is lacking at the Lancaster Tx. Home Depot.
This location is the worst place to get customer service, I was there today waited 15 minutesto buy a water heater and waited other 20 minutes walked to customer service desk and the young lady didnt think my service was important then I ask for manager Ms. T never came out to see what was the problem.
I remember when Home Depot was known for their customer service, well dont come expecting them to help you with anything, if youre able to find anyone to help you at all. I asked the people at the counter what the manager name was and everyone just said Jason...Jason who?! They didnt even know his last name!!! I waited 20 minutes asked for help, 10 more minutes no one ever came, asked for a manager and I was told he was busy so guess what...Lowes it is!
I have never been into a store where nobody knows anything ! the workers know absolutely nothing about where anything is.They couldnt tell you direction to the public restrooms much less on what isle a hammer might be located. I will take all my business to Lowes or Ace hardware .
Smh, ok to start out.... I honestly dont know why the hell i keep going back to this place.😣Well anywhoo... My goal was to go in and out. Get my things and get myself back home and try to add a very needed pantry to my kitchen. Well...my husband and i walk around and ask for help. Do we get any help?? NO!! We dont!! I go to get the pantry that i need after searching all through out this rachet place. Seems like almost every Home Depot that i have shopped at have employees with faces that look like they have been smelling cow poo 💩 all day long. No greeting...dont acknowledge that ur there. They see u walk up into their department and all of a sudden they are either in lunch or going on break or helping another ghost customer 😱. Not only that but their attitude really sucked and customer service is 👎. We measured our pantry and was a bit too tall so we decided to buy a cordless saw and a very much needed cordless drill. When we took it home i realized that i got the ones with out a battery or chargers 😣. It was just the tool. Very dissapointing. Had to come back and the young girl at the return desk asked me if i wanted to return or exchange. I said exchage but i needed help 😑 at the tool section. Ok...so she called and called and called and finally called someone through the intercom to aisle 12. We went and waited 30mins. YES...30MINS!!! Omg...this older gentleman walks up to me cause i starred him down the aisle and he said what do u need😨. I was like...omg, please dear God please give me patience for this man. I told him the situation and that we wanted the batteries and chargers for these 2 machines and he took a good 25mins trying to figure out what battery fit. Well he said as far as i know all of these batteries fit all the machines. I was like umm no sir please look at the drill and the saw. They are not the same. After wasting more precious time from my only day off i still remained patient.😞 Then i politly asked him...Sir do you know about these tools? He answered in a very RUDE VOICE he said...not because i work in the tool area means i know everything. He said there are a hell of alot of tools in here and that dont mean i have to know everything about every tool. I was like...umm ok. Im sorry i didnt mean to offend u but i just asked cause i have been here for a long time sir and u still havent been able to figure out anything about the battery and stuff. I was extra polite to this man only because he was old enough to be my father. Well...he never found anything. So i gave up. I returned both tools and bought just the saw that had a battery and charger. Cost me a arm and a leg $324.00 So much for my drill😢😭 Womp..womp. But now i know to read every detail before buying. Hope i never have to go through dealing with idiots again.😕
Seriously..?its a HomeDepot,i have money,and i can always find what i didnt know i wanted/needed here,since they pretty much have every freakin home improvement item one can think of...i coulda given em 5 stars,but i always end up seeing ooooonneee more thing i cant get by without,and once again,spent more than i planned on...uuhhmm,..thats on them,right....?
I visit this store often. Although, their customer service is up and down at times, I can almost always find the things I need here as oppose to a couple other locations. When you do find an employee the majority of them know where to find what you need , unless they are new...and I always know those few instance. And when compared to getting what I need from other stores I would say this is the best
We shop here all the time. This visit was to purchase a $250 light. We asked three times to try with the light on, however to our surprise, they could not show us. All it required was a milwaukee battery. We called the manager, and they refused to show their face. This place feels like Lowes. What a disgrace.
I went to the Home Depot hoping to purchase a new trimmer/edger the Customer service experience was very bad no one was there to be found...I had to call the store and ask for the the manger after waiting 30mins n anther 5mins for some assistance.Shopping ar Lowes will be my next home improvement store I will not shop at this store never again....Home Depot in Lancaster Tx
Got there sbout 730 pm shopped about a hour and a half found a few things i wasnt looking for my main purpose was register vents vent covers and kitcben faucets not once did anyone working at home depo notice us or even look our way our main items we went looking for could not find or had trouble with size our fault for that but could get noone to help walking up to pay i see why every body up front were young kids working taking a group picture i give up on home depo you guys lost a good customer
I asked 3 times where to find something. 2 of those associate pointed and gave me an aisle number and walked away. .. they have me the wrong aisle to find it on. I finally asked the 3rd associate to walk me over to where the items I needed were. She did, but 20 minutes later, it was not a great customer experience.
Waiting 30 mins for someone to come to the panel saw. Once an employee finally came back, they said the panel saw had been broken for a month. They also refused to get a circular saw off the shelf and cut my panels. A store that sells sheets of wood, and offers to make cuts to length, cannot cut sheets of wood.I also wanted 3 locks keyed alike. Waited for 30 mins for a person to come over, and they finally said the no one in the store knew how to do it.I ended up going to the store on Wheatland and got much better service.
Ok, I’ve never had any issues with this store in the past but today, omg! As I walked through the garden area at 9:30pm, looking for rose feed, I could hear the crumpling of plastic. I didn’t know if I was hearing someone working on the other side but then I hear the squealing sounds of something else... RATS!!! And big ones! When I looked up to the top level shelves I saw one run across but I know there were more because I could hear them! If I didn’t get service from staff, I would have rated this place a 1 because of the RATS.
1. Never get anything delivered. 7AM-7PM is a heck of a window. No, they cannot tell you a smaller window.2. It would help if anyone in the store knew anything about the things they sell. I called about a spanner wrench, woman from appliances transferred me to tools for some odd reason.He told me to replace the toilet. Huh? What toilet? And if i did, how, if i cant unbolt it? Im talking about a washer though, which means you didnt listen.Either way, he just started walking around in the store and never spoke back to me. Left his phone in his pocket like an idiot and told someone i just hung up.Im looking for the tool that takes the drive bolt off a washing machine but no one in appliances knows anything but the price.Im tired of the selective service (I was ignored in line at customer service by a young man until he was ready to serve a newer citizen to our Country.The total ignorance astounds me. No one cares about throwaway jobs and it shows.
I had baseboards installed yesterday August 15, 2018. The contractor did not show up with baseboards but went and picked them up. Pedro Velasquez was the installer, he was AMAZING! The next day the installers came to install my capet for the entire house, Feliciano Flores. Carpet got here at 930am and done by 1pm. I had such anxiety about Cooper installation doing the job, but they were wonderful. THANK YOU.
Ive been in this Home Depot at least four or five times a month they keep their stock up Isles clean and theres always somebody on duty to help you thats knowledgeable and can tell you exactly where you need to find what you need to find I rate this Home Depot a five-star continue on I will continue to shop with you
Worst home depot ever customer service told me to unload my 1 panel of 8ft fence inside with a cart ... then I brought it inside and they said oh it needed to be unloaded at contractor unload.... well then was waiting 20mins or longer to unload I saw another person loading probably 20 of these 8ft panels I went to help him and the manager came out demanding receipts and started yelling ... expect more from a frequent buyer ... I see home depot

2022-01-31Slyvia is lazy asked here for help finding the bottom saw. First she said they were probably still on the truck little did she know I had already looked for one. It was the bottom one on the picture I guess it was as to much work for her getting it down she said she would send someone no one came I waited patiently for 45 mins.

2022-05-25The gentleman named Frank was awesome!! He actually engaged me as I was wandering around. I dont think I was that obvious like most people who look totally confused though. Thats what impressed me at first. He not only inquired of my needs but took me to the aisle. He then proceeded to discuss the likely part I would need verses what I had before. He was definitely performing beyond what I believe hes duties are called to embrace. He was the epitome of what customer service should be to everyone. Thanks frank for a great experience.

2022-04-12Went there to pick up fence rails. The item that I saw online as being in stock was not. I asked if they would price match for a similar product and the manager honored my request. I could have been given the usual the online stock amounts are not always 100% accurate, but instead I was treated fairly! I sincerely appreciate that.

2021-12-17I went there to purchase items to seal my garage I found everything in stock very helpful compared to Lowes I will buy my Range from here and see if the delivery service is better and they won’t break things as they bring appliances in my home like the other 🤡 clowns from Lowes did when they delivered my 4K fridge.Anyways my garage is now completely sealed thanks to Home Depot

I went into thos store and a very pleasant young lady by the name Tae from appliances helped me in gardening tools. I was very impressed with her knowledge of the store and how she made me feel valued as a customer with her service. Thank you home depot. Ill be back

2022-04-14This is the most unorganized home Depot I have ever been in most young people that work there most of them is too busy on their cell phones when you go to ask them a question I think they need to be fired the floors are nasty never clean its just terrible. Save yourself time go somewhere else where the service is great

2022-05-25Terrible headache and experience at this location, order and paid to pick up tile online and when I get there to pick it up. They didn’t have the tile ready, they said that they didn’t even have the tile in the store and that it was the system issue.I drove one hour and nothing, then I ask to speak with the manager I waiter for more than 40 minutes and she never showed up.They I asked for a full refund and they couldn’t give me a confirmation of my refund because their printer was not working.Terrible, terrible customer service!!!!!
