The Home Depot in other cities:
You know its a nice store I like going there but my only problem with home Depot is that they dont have enough people on the floor in the areas where youre trying to find something you have to hunt somebody down and they have to hunt somebody down until they find the right person to help you if they would just have enough people in the different departments that are knowledgeable this would be a great place to be
I have heart failure when I go to home Depot I like to look around let me tell you they never have any riding carts available theyre always undercharged no one can help you and its just really a sad situation especially because I spend a lot of money in home Depot trying to redo my house
I love this store , the staff are really friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable.. on Tuesday of last week, I had to go to customer service and one lady was extremely happy, to help and was able to right the I mistakes i made during the shopping excursion I went on to fix a door and frame in my house... She was very gracious in her time to take of me...And to the lady who checked me out thank you very much...
I went to this store on the morning of Saturday July 31st to buy an evaporative cooler because online they showed to have a few in stock. When I arrived I asked an employee there where they are. She informed me that when their website states very few in stock it actually means they do not have any. And that I would have to order it online.I went home and went to the website again. The cooler I wanted was available to be shipped to my home on the same day for $35 extra. I ordered it and then sat in my living room and waited. I received a notification that it was delivered. But it was not. I went outside and checked. I walked up and down my street looking for a box that would hold it on all of my neighbors porches and there was nothing.I called the store to inform them that it wasn’t delivered, but that tracking states that it was delivered. The associate then put me on hold while she called, I think, the carrier. When she came back to my call the associate for the delivery company was on the phone. They told me that they had to open a case number and research this. And that it would take several days, even though I needed that cooler that day badly. I asked for clarification “So I will not be getting the cooler today, even though I paid for it today and paid extra money for it to be delivered today?” The answer was that was true.I am very frustrated with this whole ordeal. And they still have my money from my credit card 3 days later. And I’m here with no way of cooking the area that I desperately needed cooler this whole time.
I have read most of the reviews, good and bad. For me, this Depot is fantastic regardless of what i have read. I always get professional help and assistance at all times when i shop there. My biggest problem with the Depot is i want more stuff but have a small pocket book. The staff are exceptional and cheerful even with masks on!!!
Ok....Bought a garage door opener and paid for installation...Door was delivered and now trying to get someone to install it....hopefully I will be able to get someone out here... still trying....Update:Lowes never installed the garage door opener I bought from them.even though I paid for their service to install. After waiting for two weeks of false promises I demanded my money back and hired a handyman to install the opener
Went to a nearby Home Depot and had found a vinyl plank flooring on sale - didn’t have enough for project so called this Home Depot at 6411 Precinct in NRH and they had just exactly enough - made the drive here to only find it was not the same price and would not price match THEIR OWN STORE PRICE - associate recommended I watch to see if they put it on sale the next few days 🤬 - sad, and never thought I would say, but Lowes offers a better shopping experience
I purchased an item that I had shipped to the store for pick up. It arrived on time and they sent me a text message to let me know it was ready for pick up. After I picked it up and took it out of the box, I noticed that it was damaged during shipping. I took it back to the store and they gave me a full refund with no hassle. Thanks.
This stores manager, a lady named Elizabeth is completely incompetent and unwilling to take care of customers when mistakes are made.I called this home depot and have an employee (a real human being) the SKU before I purchased a 600$ tool online to make sure i could come pick it up that day. The employee I spoke with on the phone said yes they had 2 in stock and I completed the purchase online. When I arrived at the store (an hour drive away from where I was) I was told the tool wasnt ready yet. After 10 minutes of waiting I asked if I could go get the tool myself, they said sure and told me what aisle/bay it was in. I went there, they didnt have it. I returned to the CS desk and they sent an employee to look for it, they didnt have one at all. They said they could have it delivered to my home and made a couple phone calls trying to track one down. I waited for approximately30minutes while 2 employees helped the store manager (Elizabeth) perform actions on the computer which apparently she didnt know how to do then they started making more phone calls which resulted in them telling me it couldnt be delivered until the 17th (a week away from when I needed the tool, which is why Im driving around trying to purchase it). The end result was Elizabeth telling me all she could do was refund it to my card and that was that.I will never trust home depot or shop there ever again, not because they made a mistake but because I called to verify with a SKU and they confirmed it was there, wasted my whole day (I drove to 3 stores) and then after all that they didnt even offer anything at all or try to make it right.
I had a wonderful experience at Home Depot this last time Because of the people that helped me with my purchase , which was concrete. Thanks to Jadon Jose and Ray For being strong young men And lending a hand.Very hard workers These three are..Its probably about time They got a raise
It was the neighborhood Home Depot. Not much to say. However, I did notice that when I was at Lowes just down the street I was asked if I needed any help by 5 different employees. While at this Home Depot, 0.Its not a huge deal for me because I rarely need assistance but its something I noticed that might help someone else.Happy Shopping.tldr; introverts that dont want help go here. Anyone else might enjoy Lowes down the street.
High kudos to your 8 year employee Sandi, who noticed I was exiting the garden area and stated “couldn’t find anything today?” when I was empty handed. Told her, “that’s correct and there is no one to ask for help”. Sandi stepped up big time and was able to locate exactly what I needed in an entirely different department. Sandi is a keeper for the NRH’s Home Depot store!!! You’re very blessed to have this dedicated employee!!!
Be wary of the rental department. They do not explain additional charges that get tacked onto the end of the bill. On a $96 daily rental for a pressure washer, I was charged an additional $17 for insurance that was not explained to me. They just ask you to sign the digital signature without full explanation. In addition, I returned it 30 minutes late and they tack on excessive fees for that and were unwilling to work with me. The equipment worked fine, but the additional, hidden fees that get tacked on were frustrating. I will be renting from more honest/straight-forward options in the future
Great home depot great customer service great selection a girl named Kristy malesic helped me several times of me coming in she has a smile on her face every time answers all my questions and she is pretty on top of that she gets me in and out on a timely matter she works very very hard when ever I see her in there hope the management team at that home depot takes notes and gives her a raise and promotion she is the hardest working girl I have seen in there thanks home depot for hiring such great workers I would like to hear a response from management I hope you do something for her for all her hardworking and dedication thanks thanks Kristy for your pretty smile 😊 and great dedication for your job its great too see you working so hard 😊 two thumbs up for Kristy 😊
Recently my son and husband have had the worst customer experience at Home depot. Tonight my husband went to change a sprinkler head, not realizing the store closed at 8pm. He was greeted at the door and informed that the facility was closed, he was leaving when the employee noted if that is all you need its on isle 37 make it quick. So he ran and got the part and got in line. He was then approached by the manager and told to return the part because he entered the store after 8pm, despite being told by an employee to go ahead and get the part. In the time it took the manager to make a scene, in front of employees and other patrons, the part could have been purchased. Mind you there were still customers in the store. I am disgusted with this occurrence. My husband is a veteran and front line worker and I am disgusted with the treatment he received. He would never post this review, but two days ago my son also had a horrible experience with customer service at the same store. ENOUGH Home Depot, get it together. With unemployment has high as it is, I am sure you can find qualified people for your store that would be grateful to have a job.
We had the worst experience we have ever had here, this last time we went to this location! We went to purchase materials for our job the night before we were going to be needing them. It was not a massive order or anything but they had to dig them out of somewhere they said and asked if we could get them in the morning. We said yes and went ahead and paid for them and they asked what time we would like to pick them up and I said 8 am. Long story short, we lost over 2 hours of working time while waiting on them to try and find the order they should have already had pulled. Horrible customer service
I am so grateful to Cotey in the lumber department for cutting it up my wood for me. I live in an apartment and dont want to be disturbing my neighbors by running power tools. He really took his time and did some careful precision cuts for this structure that I am building. Great effort and great care taken. The best people are really what makes a great business! Thanks Cotey!
Product: great. Staff: not so much. Came to buy a Christmas tree. I was able to find a nice one for a fair price, considering it was a floor model. Now, purchasing the actual tree is where the issues began. The gentleman in the garden center area was busy but nice enough to stop and help me dismantle the tree but unfortunately just kind of left me there to yet again, find somebody else to confirm the price for me, pay me out, etc. It’s not my fault that the store didn’t put a price tag on the tree. He knew when he dismantled it for me that it didn’t have a price tag so it’s not like I was gonna be able to just go to the register and say “hey ring me this tree up for $150.” They would have looked at me like I was nuts. To clarify, I had came in about 20 minutes earlier, left and came back inside the store to purchase the tree. When I came in the first time, a really nice purple-haired girl helped me and tried to call over the manager but he/she was apparently too busy to come over and talk with me. that’s fine but not very good customer service. back to trying to pay for the tree. So I’m standing there with a flatbed and a huge 9 foot tree. I’m confused on where to go, so I go to customer service and the girl has the worst time getting ahold of a manager to confirm the price or even help at all. We finally get it situated and she pays me out. The guy that helped me dismantle the tree mentioned that the garden center would be happy to give me a piece of plastic tarp something to lay down on my backseat. Went over there afterwards to get said tarp and the guy has no idea what I was talking about. I suggested if he had any of those plastic coverings that they were using to cover the outdoor grills. He just said, “I don’t know nothing about that.” I circle back to customer service and the same girl answered me SUPER RUDELY. “I don’t know but if we do, they’re on aisle (whatever aisle)” Finally, on my way out, I run into Diego in self checkout who was more than happy to take off one of those covers for the grills and give it to me so I don’t get an insane amount of fake snow and glitter all over my vehicle. He was so kind and apologized for the rest of the staff being unhelpful and rude. Thank you Diego, Purple haired girl and the guy who helped me dismantle the tree. 👍🏽Managers and customer service lady 👎🏽And to top it off, nobody even offered to help me load my 9 foot Christmas tree. That’s just one of those things you offer as good customer service. I guess your business is only worthwhile if you pay full price. I was really nice to everyone in there and was treated like a bother and felt pushed to the side. It was not a good experience.
I like this Home Depot as it seems larger in square footage so therefore in selection and inventory. They also seem to have additional tools to rent the other Home Depot stores do not and also the number of cash registers is more so the wait to checkout is less. Also during Covid-19 times theres additional social distancing space in line to pay so no one is getting mad at anyone else. A good thing these days. The store staff knows the products and how to install and use them rather than the parts finders some big box stores are becoming famous for.
Skylin in garden area was super helpful today. So were the Hardware personnel too. Trying to use landscape fencing as an outdoor puppy gate and everyone helped me figure it out. From what hinges, screws, drill bit, etc. are needed. I shop here often almost weekly. Everyone has been friendly, professional and available to help. More discounts, savings or rebates would be helpful and motivating for frequent non business buyers.
Home Depot is for people who want to do it themselves and get it done right the first time. Rather than outsourcing ones life to another person, leading to a disparaging feeling of existential dread and listlessness in the same moment. Home Depot staff also helped me find the items I needed. Which was handy.
Never shopping here again. No one at the main registers would even help to check out, one person walked off and said they would be back. We finally gave up and went to the garden center to check out. The lady at this register refused to let us hold our items while she scanned them and rudely insisted that she was required to hold them while she scanned them. I told her I did not want her touching everything to better protect against the COVID virus - she refused to allow us to check out without her touching everything. Nothing this store is doing about the virus makes any sense. Employees are not required to wear masks, yet somehow closing middle registers helps with the virus and you aren’t allowed to hold items for them to scan? Lost our business to Lowe’s down the street forever. Good job.
Unethical employees. I will strictly shop Lowes across the street going forward.I went in to look at a temporary mailbox. Saw one where the box had obviously been opened, only one of the type and price range. Seeing the box had be resealed (shoddy work at that) and nobody by the mail boxes I headed towards the self check-out. I asked the attendant there if the contents of the box could be examined. He allowed it, I found a round post half had a dent in it, and wanted to make sure whatever it couples with wouldnt need to inside of it (if something meant for that size round hole is needed there, it wont fit). I found the instructions and hardware, except that it wasnt for that mail box. The manufacturer was even different. The attended came by as I was repacking the box and asked if I would take it. I explained that it was damaged and didnt have the correct hardware, so, no, and if he wanted me to leave it out. After a strange stare and silence I asked if he wanted me to put it back, at which point he asked me to.How the hell do you just put back a poorly packaged damaged product with mismatched hardware kit after a customer points it out?Sad times...
This location seems just what youd expect for a Home Depot - No big shortcomings, nothing particularly stellar.Overall good staff; friendly and competent, with minor exceptions. It can take a while at times to get help at the cutting stations or other specific areas, which also happens at most home improvement big-box stores. This location is pretty good at keeping their product lines in stock, though I increasingly find that they dont carry products I need. (In these cases Ive been more successful at the competitors location across the street.) Prices on many lumber products, certain tools, and definitely batteries seem a bit better to me vs. the competition.
Worst customer service experience Ive ever had. I came in to return a garden hose that ruptured, and purchased on August 9, 2020. This was a 35 dollar hose, which I used twice. Hannah at returns desk argued with me that the purchase date was past the 90 day return period. Even after explaining that I have a receipt and today is only October 11th, well within the 90 days, she continued acting like i was trying to pull something over on home depot. She asked for my ID, which I get. Why did she have to question my name, like I was lying or something. I asked for a gift card, so I am a return customer. The sheer nature of her actions makes me wonder if I should have just taken the refund. This is the store off precinct line, across from Birdville stadium
John at plumbing was amazing! He looked right, left, high, and low - no luck AND he gave a satisfactory resolution: a better choice. Next great person: person making keys. Thanks! And upon entry assistance offered, proper guidance, and even paged for customer service. Best experience!!! Deserving 10 stars!
This is a nice Home Depot in a nice area. One of those upscale ones with a better selection and some better brand names. The staff is nice and knowledgeable. Not the kind of Whats a hammer drill kind of employees, but the nice younger people who have obviously been on a job site and know what guys look for in tools. Materials such as lumber isnt usually warped. Concrete bags are generally a clean area. The people at returns are attentive and friendly. I dont usually get the 20 questions routine like I do at some places. I generally like to come to this store because work takes me here, but Im usually at the Arlington location - and they have five stars from me, but for different reasons.
I went in for a refrigerator and found and purchased one. A nice Samsung. It wasnt available to carry out because now days no one keeps things like that in stock. No problem. I made plans for it to be delivered 3 days later. That day I took a day off work to be here to receive it. No one called me with a delivery window like promised. After 3 attempts I get through to an actual person and was given the delivery window. Great, we are all ready. The delivery guy calls, hes running ahead of schedule and can be here early, GREAT! My refrigerator went out on Friday, its now Wednesday and the refrigerator will finally be here! Well, it shows up and its beat up pretty bad. Its badly dented. Im not accepting a dented refrigerator that cost $2,200.00. Delivery guy leaves, I call the phone number I was instructed to call ,by the salesman when I bought it , if any problems came up. Well, that dang thing was nothing but an automated system with no end in sight. After 3 attempts I got a super nice lady to help. I was told I could have a new one sent to me 7 days later. I didnt think this sounded good and asked if I could just pick it up myself so I could have it today. The warehouse its at is 10-15 minutes from my home. I was told no, thats not an option. Tuesday or Wednesday would be the earliest time for delivery, you cannot pick it up. I then called the Home Depot where I bought the refrigerator and asked to speak with that manager. Finally, someone who can help me. No, he couldnt help either. I dont really know if its Home Depot who let me down or not, but they are the ones who sold me a refrigerator for $2,200 , promised it delivered 3 days later, and has my money while I have no refrigerator and am not even allowed to go pick it up myself. That will now be $2,200 , and 2 days off work, and another week without a refrigerator. Thank you Home Depot for going that extra mile for me!
Two days in a row... no one to help us make a purchase in some departments and in the appliances area, it was busy but when no one acknowledged me after waiting 20-30 minutes, Ill just order online. Thinking about trying Lowes to see if they prioritize customer service there.
I’m not surprised that they have such poor reviews. I pay Home Depot to provide an estimate. They come out and measure and give me the estimate. I pay the $2200.00 and they promise an install before December 15. Than this cooper flooring the installer calls to say they can’t come until January. Than they call me a week later to tell me to get an asbestos testing. They didn’t need to remove the floor. It was going to be a floating floor above. Now they want 3k on top of what I paid. I want a refund.
I came in to return some light bulbs because my wife bought the wrong kind earlier in the day and they only had one cashier helping people in the returns/ customer service. The gentleman in electrical was very helpful, he was very knowledgeable and on point when I walked into his Department. Then, as I proceed to checkout with my new bulbs, again, only one cashier and eight other people in line. The customer experience in the electrical department was great, however the front end side was very time consuming.
Left Lowes with great customer service and people asking if you need anything and how you were today they didnt have to stuff I needed so went to Home Depot no customer service no one asked how youre doing except for the cashier past several employees through the store lucky they had what I needed
This particular Home Depot is in my neighborhood and every time I go in and shop they have everything that I need. The employees of this Home Depot are very friendly and helpful.Ive been a customer at this particular location over 14 yrs now and will continue to be.Thanks to all of you at this location for doing a great job and making shopping with Home Depot a good one !!! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
I needed to get a large, thru the wall, window a/c unit. Home Depot was my second stop. Our sales associate was great. She knew the answers to most of my questions, and she knew who to call on the two she didnt know. I couldnt really see her name tag, but I think it was Viny or Viry. Wish I had gone there first.
Very knowledgeable and friendly staff! We go here were often, no issues with return or exchange! JD one of the representatives was so helpful when we were looking for our first lawn mower, he answered all of our questions and gave a lot of information how to look for stuff for lawn and gardening for future!
Walked around for 20mins, no one asked if I or my husband needed help. When we asked someone to cut wood he told us someone in the back would help and had to wait for another 15mins for anyone to come back there to ask if we need assistance. Bad customer service, with so many employees walking around we shouldn’t have had to track down someone to help us.
They’re handling the Covid response terribly. Normal checkout area is completely closed down and blocked off, and no signs where checkout is now located. Only online pickup and contractor checkout are open. I went to the online order pickup area, walked up to a cashier, and she just walked away. I had one item. I managed to get checked out there by another cashier but I had to exit on the opposite side of the store. I could tell I wasn’t the only person looking around for the new checkout area either. Do better next time HD.
I purchased a shower door rail kit that turned out to be a returned item missing parts. I had already been to 2 other stores that did not have in stock before buying this one which turned out to be the last one in stock. I returned the product and was extremely frustrated after taking it home and opening only to find the parts were missing. Shelby was the customer service attendant helping me. I was highly irritated and probably not fun to deal with but Shelby went above and beyond to make things right while staying very patient and kind which really helped diffuse the situation. Thank you Shelby for your patience and making it right.
Would have been 3 stars because i had to ask twice, and wait 20 minutes for someone to come cut 5 ft. of chain. The 4th star is because of the very friendly and helpful cashier. He was Awesome! Also, gave me a Military discount without me having to ask! Not sure of his name, but he was from Colorado. They man needs a raise! He knows what customer service should be!
Very unhappy with the customer service in the appliance department at this store and with the store manager. Huge mistake made by appliance personnel and took months to clear up and still very unhappy with how they handled the whole process and never was fully resolved. Will be moving my business to Lowes after this.
I have used this store a handful of times and consistently receive the worst service every time! No one wants to help you and will pass you on to someone else! Management is even worse. Get ready to wait hours to accomplish small tasks if you choose to work at this store as well! Lowes is across the street- dont waste your time with this Home Depot!
The lack of items (screws for hanging shelves) is not acceptable! Im here visiting my daughter and grandsons. Its hard to build shelves when theres only 2 boxes of shelving screws in the entire store! I had to had to go to Lowes across the street! As a builder, I do not do this, but as a Dad and Papa, I do! Per a business standpoint, keep your shelves stocked!!?
This is another typical corporate type home depot. This one is particularly well organized in the paint and electrical departments. There are always plenty of people to assist you. The manager in the paint department is especially knowledgeable about her department, and is anxious to answer any questions about painting. She obviously knows Her subject!
One of the bigger HD stores with the tool rental center. Also well staffed with more than 1 cashier on a busy Saturday afternoon, something getting scarce at other locations and brands. Other staff were knowledgeable and helpful in directions right to oddball part needed for repair without even hesitating.
The first Saturday of each month they offer a kids workshop for kids to build, paint, and hammer. This one in particular sets up tables, tools, and paint. They also give a coupon for your kid to get a free hot dog from the hot dog vendor outside the exit. Well done Home Depot, thank you for making this experience wonderful each and every time for my daughter and I.
Most of the staff was friendly and even though I prefer to ask for help, some of the staff did ask if we needed any help which shows that theyre willing to assist. I did witness someone having difficulty getting some wood cut, but otherwise this Home Depot seems to be operating very well.
As I have fully accepted the fact that I am an adult. I love home improvement stores. Home depot is my favorite. I have serious style commitment issues so a huge shout out to Nick in appliances for helping me the 10 times I came in looking at the same thing before I purchased it. Thank you for not calling me crazy. Also thank you to a lady (Im so sorry I forgot your name) in the plants for helping me understand all things about plants. My yard looks a little less dilapidated now.
I dropped by to purchase 2 faucet covers BEFORE the freeze tonight. The prices were excellent. My only comment they (or the boxes they were in) or anywhere on the rack (by end of aisle) had NO PRICES marked. I had to flag down an employee to come over & scan it. I WOULDNT HAVE WASTED MY OR YOUR EMPLOYEES TIME IF PRICES WERE SOMEWHERE CLOSE TO THE ITEM.YOUR products, customer service, cashiers, etc., ARE EXCELLENT. Thank you.Home Depot - NRH Tx
All the employees at this location are very helpful and always seem to be smiling! I had a list of items I needed to get today and no idea on where to find them. I was greeted by a very helpful and kind employee named Mr Ramesh who assisted me. He made my experience so easy and found all my items with ease! I will continue to shop at this location because of Mr Ramesh.
Terrible, waited 45 minutes for someone to lower a pallet of pickets. Spoke to matt the managet and he said to wait and they will come over. No1 came ovet so i left went to the one on precint line and was fastly attended and they had product on stock. Matt can learn a thing or 2 from the precint line manager
HD has gone way downhill. Yes they have a great selection, but they no longer care about customer service. They walk right by without asking if you need help. If you need help at a specialty desk, you will wait until that desks person can help. Ive waited 45 minutes before. And it has to be consistently bad for me to leave a poor rating. Its like this every time, and at every location around NRH and Keller. So its Lowes only for me now.
Went in looking for a tool and couldnt find someone to help. Went down the tool aisle to find the tool and found only one. Tried to look for an employee to see if there where anymore. No luck so I went to check out and leave. When I was leaving the alarm went off one the tool I just bought. It was a ok trip to get a tool not the best.
Worst customer service ever. Waited 5 minutes at customer service for Elizabeth to show up. She asked what I wanted, told her to order 200 bags of insulation. the phone rang, she picked it up and talked to a customer about the return policy for mixed paint. 3 minutes later while Elizabeth still on the phone; I walked away. 2nd time this experience at this HomeDepot has happened. Lowes is across the street, they have my business now. No more HomeDepot ever.
This home depot DOUBLE DRAFTED ME for $100 instead of $50 for a rental of their truck, then claimed they couldnt see both transactions, only one. They said they would call me back to get it fixed. NEVER CALLED ME, then when i got things fixed with my bank, THEY DOUBLE CHARGED ME AGAIN AND OVERDRAFTED MY ACCOUNT. This was a blow after I had already been at my bank for fraud the same week. But I will NEVER come here again, because of how they handled this situation. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR CARD.
I own a Roofing Company and buy exclusively from Home Depot and will continue. I purchased a total reroof package, worth well over $3500.00. At time I have no choice but to buy packages that may be limited in stock like ZRidge that are slightly open. At home HD some shingle stock is keep outside and are exposed to rain. This is common and not problem as the single packages are wrapped in plastic.Sunday morning it rain, on my open trailer, i had a box of ice and water, 4 bundles of shingles and 1 bundle of ZRidge. They were all wet from the rain. The Zridge package was ripped, this is how I purchased it. Tiffany was the return service rep. She greeted with a smile. She looked at my returns and said she could not return the products because they were wet and the 1 package of the Zridge package was ripped. She said they were all not resellable. I mention I bought 7 package of zridge and most of the packages were ripped and thats how i purchased them. I advise that we could walk over to the roofing materials and see packages for sell that were open and i also told her that shingles are stored outside and open to the weather elements. She held her ground and said she could not return the merchandise.I mention I own a Roofing Company and spent over $1 million last year and .over $290k this year. She said it did not matter if I spent a $1 million or S5k she would treat the transition the same. I mention I do return all left over all the time and never have a problem. She insisted she could not. I told her I understood she was doing her job and to please call here manager. She did, the manager arrived and knew me from all the purchased. He was nice, helpful and authorize the return. As most contractors, we are always busy, either the customer waiting or your labor force is waiting for materials. While it was Sunday, I wanted to return the materials and purchase other items as I had a crew waiting for directions to start a job.The whole process took 30 mins, it would just be nice that all return reps are made aware of procedures when returning roofing materials. As I said, I will still continue to purchase from Home Depot!

2022-06-02Remodeled entire house. Bought flooring, tile, carpet, front door, wood, etc. from this Home Depot. Store Manager and a few other Assistants are nice and responsive, thats where it ends. We had to and continue to have to constantly follow up on our orders. It is beyond unacceptable. The representative working in the door department should be terminated. We will NEVER get anything from this location, or Home Depot for that matter, that requires a service. What happened? Too long of a story. Ultimately we had to continuously follow up on our orders. Personnel at this location, especially the door guy are not capable of communicating with customers. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!

2022-04-08I went in the store at 8pm vecause my battery that came with the mower had an error out of the box. The store does not sell the newer batteries, which are way bigger than the previous ones, so they got a new one off the top shelf and swapped them for me. 2022-06-14For years this store has been completely mismanaged and I didn’t think it could get any worse… until tonight. Employees are super super beyond nice and really try to help, but the store manager is terrible. No one is properly trained and no one on duty in any department.

2022-01-31The baseboards I received were nice and were primed. The old grumpy dude at customer service on the other hand was not nice and very out of his prime. So basically your typical home depot.

2022-06-25Can’t ever find what I need here. Recommend going down the street to Lowes.
