2021-10-17Amazing work on one of my guitars with a slight bent and warped neck that required some serious heat to get straight. The action is much lower and the guitar feels great! Dow is very wise and experienced in musical instrument repair and setup. Highly recommended!

2021-09-19Fabulous work and care taken on my violin and bows. Nice and great conversation and a true expert in his field of work. Even did a repair on my violin case too! Will be returning if I need any other repairs done in the future.

2020-06-17He was so sweet. I wanted to get my dads guitar fixed for Fathers day and he fixed right there in a few minutes and was super reasonably priced. You can tell he does this for the love of music.

2018-01-09Dow has done outstanding repair and restoration work for me for over 3 years on a variety of high end guitars both electric and acoustic. 80s Fender Telecaster, 1970s Guild X175, pre-war Martin 2-17, 30s Kalamazoo acoustic, even a cheap little Squier that I wanted to swap pickups on. He is a master at his craft and doesnt charge an arm and a leg. You WILL NOT be disappointed!

2017-12-14He has done solid restoration work for me on a barrel back mandolin, as well as instillation of a pick up in a classical guitar. He works on a variety of string instruments. Hes a solid talent who has successfully done work for me that high end shops in Austin wouldnt touch.

2019-10-28Diw Ferguson. He is a master craftsman at his work as well as an accomplished musician. He repaired our granddaughters guitar, as well as an ukulele that had been hand made for my husband by a dear friend in HI, but had been damaged in one of our military moves. Thanks again Dow for the restoration.
