Tried to make an exchange, I had my gift recipt, the 2 products havent been used and still had tags on them, however I was given less than what was paid for them. Aaron J didnt do anything to compensate me for the diminished return I recieved, and acted as if he didnt care. I feel like my aunt that bought me these gifts was scammed because she thought that I would have been able to get something else if I wasnt able to use them.Dont shop here, unless you want to be scammed when your trying to exchange something.
The best discounts Ive seen at a North face store. If you live far from Allen it is definitely worth the drive

I love North Face merchandise. So I was very happy to visit this store. The store was very well stocked and the sales people were very nice. Plus, I found a jacket that I have been wanting to buy. Win, win in my book! Highly recommend!
After having a few items of the brand, I thought to myself, what more could I need? However, after seeing that they were having a 50% off sale. Holy cow I had to go! I ended up spending a ton because they had such a variety in stock. Great store!
The north face outlet is a dream come true I love going in there and getting geared up for my outside activity the stores clean the associates are professional and courteous And are absolutely ready to help you find some thing if you have something specific in mind oh and did I mention that everything is at a steep discount especially around the holidays
Great place to come to get half off regular prices for North face for some styles. Alot of of staff on the floor but they dont seem to know the inventory in the sections they are assigned. So Im not sure what the purpose was? Security perhaps?
I experience one of the worst customer service at a retail clothing store yesterday at this store. I needed a raincoat in a size small but the only one available was on display. The manager told me he could not sell me the one on display due to the time of year. What does that mean?? There were plenty of mediums that he could have exchanged the display with. Any other store would have exchanged it. I think he didnt want to do it because it was so busy in the store but that is terrible customer service. I told my wife to put the 3 other jackets back that we were also going to purchase and we left. They just lost sales and a customer for life!
Very disappointed with the selections available both for men and women. The colors and styles were very limited. And every rack in the entire store was in complete disarray. If it hadnt been an outlet store, then it wouldve received even fewer stars. The prices were impossible to know without a built in calculator to your brain, as a sign was placed everywhere, doscounts applied at checkout.
Bad customer service. Actually no customer service at all. 5 employees were standing at registers not doing anything, was not even greeted, two were going back and forth (one of them had an E cigarret on his hand) to the stockroom not one of them ackowledge my presence, people in the store were not getting helped. What bugged me the most was on how loud they were goofing around at cash wrap. Lack of management. Was really hoping to find the gear i needed but at price points like that i sure wish an associate could of suggested something or at least explained technologies. Very dissapointing
Liked it. Picked up new casual waterproof jacket there at the price I wanted. Perfect fit and great customer service. First time in...not the last!

Loved this place. Went to get some quick dry shirts because its getting hot out. Got three for like $32 which is insane for north face.

2021-01-17I like this place. It has everything you could ask for. All the famous brands are here. You’ll find almost everything you’re looking for, and being a outlet place they have amazing deals going on. As you can easily guess, yes it’s always crowded here. Might take little bit to find parking but not that hard. Some shops like Nike, Vans and Finish Line had lines outside. For me even it’s little bit far from my home I wouldn’t mind driving here in future as you can’t find a place like this where you can get everything you like from outfits to shoes to awesome deals. If you’re reading this and you’re planing to do shopping it would strongly recommend to give this place a chnage and I assure you that you won’t regret.

2021-11-13This place is busy as hell on the weekends, theres a line out the door just to get in. The wait isnt long and the deals are really good. 50% off of a lot of items plus an extra 20% off if youve got an account with them.

2022-03-12Typical north face outlet store - they have a great selection for females but hit or miss with the mens. Most the men stuff is outdated and weird stuff most wouldn’t use but when they have good stuff it’s a steal

2021-07-23Very nice North Face store located in the Allen Premium Outlets. Really good deals on jackets and men’s & women’s apparel. A large variety of clothes and accessories. A little pricey, but cheaper than online or a normal store as it’s an outlet. Loved their selection of large duffel bags and backpacks. For example when I was there, a small duffel bag (which is still pretty large), was $80 on sale from $150 original price. Located right off US75 and near a Nike store.

2021-11-08The price are always great but today no one offer to help me, they where to busy talking to each other and when I checked out they gave me plastic black bags instead of there signature paper bags when I asked them for a bigger bag because we bought like 5 coats and 3 long-sleeved they told me they didnt have any he stuff all my coats in separate bags and he didnt take the time to fold them he just rolled them up and stuffed them in the bags I walked out with 6 small plastic black bags very disappointed I spent nearly 500.00.. I was not happy with that...

2021-12-26This place is huge, be sure to take note of where you park your vehicle. Its like going to Macys but, every section is its own store with individual expert staff.
