These apartments are amazing! They are very quiet and clean. The wonderful ladies in the office are so friendly and helpful. The maintenance there are very responsive and quick to fix things. My overall experience here was great! I never had any problems with anything.
I agree with what Izamar stated below. I was a resident for 2 years. I had no issues with management when it was run by Greystar. However, once Roscoe Properties took ownership things changed. I had an issue with my billing statement every month. When I was moving out I went into the office to speak with the manager personally (because they never answer the phone) and discuss the discrepancies with my billing statement, the manager let me know that it would be fixed and I had nothing to worry about. Fast forward 6 weeks after my move out, it still has not been resolved. I have called over 6 times and have spoken to 3 different members of the office staff. Every time each person says that they were not aware and that they would speak to the manager or assistant manager and get back to me. They never call back and they never communicate with one another. The communication within their office is TERRIBLE. I have spoken with the Former Resident Care department and even they cannot seem to get the staff to respond and provide the information needed to resolve my issue. DO NOT MOVE HERE!
New Management have dropped the ball. They struggle with staying on top of things like cleaning the pool, replacing light bulbs in buildings, answering the phones, forgetting work orders, towing cars that dont belong and abusing handicap parking etc. You would think as the years go on service gets better but not over here. Management has done a horrible job
I very recently took my mom to this apartment complex hoping to find a safe and high-quality new apartment for her with all the luxuries of home. Wow, did I hit the jackpot! Needless to say my mother ended up leasing and moving in right away. The leasing staff made the whole process super easy. The apartment was ready on time and super clean, saving us additional headaches. We needed help with a few minor things so I went the office and was greeted by the manager, Jamie, who was amazing! She made sure every detail was addressed and was professional but so warm and friendly. (You can tell when people enjoy their jobs!) I’m so relieved that we found this beautiful complex close to my home. This will definitely be mom’s forever home!
I recently moved out and I’m being charged for another month of rent. Wendy, the lady who was supposed to take care of that never reached out despite me sending her countless and countless of emails. PLEASE DO NOT LEASE WITH THEM. They are horrible when it comes to communicating with them. I have tried calling them multiple times, with different phone numbers that I have found online and they never answer. Please listen to all the other reviews when it comes to them. And lease somewhere else!!
I just moved here and so far I have been having the worst experience the office staff is very rude and have horrible communion and nasty attitudes do your research before leasing from them for one they gave me a half ready unit full of roaches and also very time it rains water comes inside my home and the office always says that they would be getting back too me and im the one always following up and reaching back out to them to get any thing done or any answers from them .
Some lady name Irma was being careless and inconsiderate of my time and being that I am a new resident (haven’t even moved in just yet ) she is rushing me to get my keys while she is unaware of my business I had to do. It could’ve have been an emergency or I could have been resting because I am pregnant and I work a lot . She called me saying it’s 1 o clock and rushing me and did not care for anything I had to say. She said nobody has heard from me however I spoke with someone yesterday and have been very responsive all week .She has horrible customer service. I went immediately to go get my keys and they were rent even there it says they’ll be back at 3 . If you had something to do just say that instead of giving off a bad impression to a new resident like I can be careless too I don’t care who you are .
I moved in April 2021. When moving in I was given an apartment with roaches alllll over the place and dog hair. The apartment I got was on the third floor and they moved me to a first floor so I had to move allll my stuff down all in one day. Now 07/12/2021 I’ve been a whole week without a/c. I just got the news that I won’t even have the replacement until Friday which will be a whole two weeks without a/c. To top it off last week on Wednesday my hot water was turned off and reinsure you I pay my rent 3-5 days before which includes water. I have a 5 year old too. can you imagine coming home from 4:30am-5:30pm and not being able to take a good shower because it’s freezing and your anemic. Honestly find somewhere else. These apartments are not it.
I’ve lived in these apartments for two years and I have no complaints. I was nervous once there was a recent management switch, but they have actually been terrific. The maintenance is really responsive to requests, I’ve always gotten things handled within 48 hours at the absolute latest. Noise isn’t bad at all there was this one ghetto family I think because they were arguing really loudly in the parking lot the other night tbh but they’re an anomaly. And it was more entertaining than anything. No bug/rodent problems, which is a huge factor for me. I hate the concept of trash valet and being forced to pay for them even though I don’t need them but that’s the world we live in now. All things considered, this is a great place to live in my experience.
We moved in when they were still building about 3 years ago. The community is beautiful, they have a dog park, fitness center and grills at the pool. Our leasing consultant was Fernando, and he was and STILL IS AWESOME. He was very knowledgeable, excellent customer service and kept us updated on our application status. Anytime I’ve called or dropped in he took care of us right away. Maintenance staff is great along with the other ladies in the office as well. I would recommend this complex to anyone.
I am having to move due to my work relocating but I lived at the pines for over a year and Im sad to go. The community was clean and the staff is very friendly. I never had issues with getting things in my apartment repaired. My neighbors were all extremely friendly and I never had any issues with anyone being loud at night. The dog park was also a HUGE benefit as it was the biggest apartment dog park Ive seen. Thank you for everything!!
My fiance and I moved in in August and have loved these apartments every since. My neighbors are super nice and were very welcoming. I love that the residents have 24 hour access to the gym. The community is kept up very well. The office staff is very accommodating and responsive.
Ive been here for a year now and I must say this is a great complex to call home. The office staff is always friendly and handles any concerns in a timely manner. I loved the community events the staff puts on every month, always a good time! The new amazon lockers are amazing and make receiving packages a breeze. The pool is really nice and spacious as well as the workout center. There is also a game room with TVs and a complimentary espresso machine for guest. The maintenance staff is great and very quick to handle any issues you may have. The only con I had while staying here was dealing with noisy up-stair neighbors, but Janine is very good about handling any affairs on the complex. I would definitely recommend this apartment if you are in the area, less than 5 minutes away grocery stores, hardy tollway and 45.Talk to Fernando or Casey if you are looking to stay here, they make leasing a breeze!
Since the new management, the apartments seem to have lost a step. The previous reviews about certain staff in the office with a attitude/rude is sadly true. I use to ignore people not picking up their dogs poop until its made its way on the sidewalk at times so thats a issue. Too many residents with multiple cars ( more than 3). The management needs to really get it together.
The gate code to get in only works if you have a local phone number they dont have it set up for other phone numbers which is inconvenience anyone who has moved from another city ,state. So if you dont have anyone who is going to visit you or as long as you dont order take out then not bad. I did have to go to the office to find this out. Also new management team took over I also did not find this out until I went to the office because I wasnt able to pay rent on the old app that I had they used a different app. They did not give me any trouble with that but I work nights so I have to call or go to the office when I should be sleeping so that was another inconvenience. The staff is nice and helpful when I do go in but still.
Updated 01/29/2019Well I hoped it never came to this for me but I have arrived at this point due to unprofessional and disrespectful behavior. Previously, I gave 5 stars and a great review for friendly service. I have read the reviews and even heard things from other current and past residents about the rudeness of some of the staff but today I experienced it unprovoked. I have leased apartment homes for a management company and worked with people that were condescending and rude to the residents. I have never witnessed anything like the horrible service I received on today. I hate a renewed my lease. I cant wait for this year to end. If you are looking to lease here, keep looking. Kasey in the leasing office has the worse customer service I have ever experienced in leasing apartments. Unfortunately, as a consumer my faith in the entire leasing office has now been altered. I could see if I was rude to the leading personnel but I wasnt in the least. She cut me off while I was speaking and when I asked to speak to the assistant manager I was told no you can talk to the manager. I asked 3 more times before I disconnected the call. The issue is too much to type but Ill follow up with the full story. RUN away from this place and the untrained staff. I couldnt imagine any of my employees treating someone this way.Very friendly and helpful staff.... My building is quiet. No issues to report. Our apartment host community events and we all have a good time. I cannot speak to everyones experience but mine is stellar.
The apartments have really bad parking. As a former resident, there would be times I had to walk a good distance to my car in the mornings with no sun In sight which can be scary. Good luck finding parking by your building in the afternoon aswell. Its soo bad you have to question if someone is having a party. Secondly everything you have read about the office is true, the staff have a attitude problem with the exception of Fernando.Ive never felt welcomedby the others. Lastly If you are someone who cant put up with barking dogs throughout the night and day then this is not the place for you. These apartments attract a very good amount of dog owners and you have to be able to put up with that and seeing constant poop in grass.Ive lived there for 4 years and its sad to say that the peak of the apartments was at the beginning and it seemed like things got worse as time went by. If I had a chance to make something better it would be the parking and stop moving these people in with absurd amount of cars. If you cant do that then find a system where those residents cant park all thier cars at front and have them move one of them to the back at the very least. Good Luck folks!
I lived here under Greystar mgnt. At the time they had a resident event each month. Things started out good, but working in the industry and living at a community, you will not get what you pay for!!! 🪳🪳🪳 Roaches!!! OMG they were in the oven. And from inside experience they will never be able to get rid of them. That’s the whole reason for a buy and sell especially in Houston. Owners will buy a property (lease up) they keep for 10 years and sell. That’s why you see staff change so frequently. Pay close attention when it’s a new take over!!!
I lived on this property for one year and have never lived anywhere worse. The roaches will take over and you may even be told by the leasing office staff that your likely the issue if you have them. I moved out a month ago and Im being charged carpet replacement fees of $300 after one year. I spoke with Greystar (management company)and was told the life expectancy of the carpet in any unit is 5 years. They sent me pictures of carpet from the unit I lived in and it was horrible it looked as if there were pet stains and blood underneath the carpet. I didnt own a pet and lived by myself with little to no visitors due to the roach issue.Ive never had an issue paying rent on time and was almost invisible during my stay. They have rude office staff that will over talk you and speak to you as if theyre speaking with children. I would advise if you take on a lease here come with roach spray and take pictures of your units upkeep otherwise youll be paying unesssary charges after moving out.
I lived at the Pines for almost two and a half years and had a perfect experience. I moved in as they were still building out the complex and its been great to see how Janine and her team (especially Fernando) have established a wonderful community. Ive lived in several apartments and this was, by far, the best staff that I ever worked with. The apartments have nice upgrades and I always felt safe, even as a single woman. The neighborhood is working class, so if youre expecting a Galleria like experience, youll be sorely disappointed. The only con is that the complex is very close to IAH airport, which is great for when you need to travel, but not so great when planes fly overhead. I recently left the Houston area and while I was glad to move to a new city, I was a little sad to leave The Pines.
I have lived at Pines at Woodcreek for about 3 months now, and since my initial visit I have had nothing but a fantastic experience living here. Fernando in the office has always been wonderful and goes above and beyond as well as Janine. They have taken extra measures to make us informed of the community and our surroundings. Its an apartment complex in Houston so there are things out of their control that they try and help the tenants with. Super close to everything including the airport which is super convenient for my job. So far Ive loved it and plan on renewing when my lease is up. Recommend it to anyone looking for a luxury apartment in Humble.
Ive been here for nearly a year. They are friendly. The apartments are new. The amenities are nice. If there are any drawback to living here I would say, no parking is ever available, the rent is never consistent and the pool is small. Its a pool that you pose at but not necessarily swim in. The staff is nice. Nothing is perfect but its a nice quiet new facility.
My girlfriend and I have lived here since July ‘17. We originally moved here because of the style and HUGE layout of the kitchen, and master suites in the 2 bedroom. Fernando in the office is always friendly, helpful, and makes us feel at home. Our 8 month puppy Guinness loves all the other dogs in the community and the Rather large for an apartment complex dog park. The maintenance head is always around the community and makes sure he says hello every chance he gets. I give a 4 instead of 5 because the lack the poor quality of the windows installed makes the road louder than it should be when facing Aldine Westfield.
I lived here for 2.5 years and I couldnt say enough about The Pines. First Fernando is the best!!! From the day I walked in for a site visit until the day I turned my keys in, he has been amazing. I never had to worry about ANYTHING. Packages, mom visiting or disabled sister needing to have medical equiptment sent to my apt for her visit. The pines, Fernando and Jeanine have been nothing less than accommodating. Also never felt unsafe even living alone as a single female. The apt looks high end, the grounds are well kept and the staff is top notch. Great place to live!!!
Moved in shortly after they open, still there and moved to a bigger unit. The manager was amazing during this transition. The staff is super friendly and easy to talk to with any concerns. The team is always doing something for the community, from food trucks to pizza night. Last but not least the lead maintenance guy is the best we have ever had anywhere. He gets stuff done the proper way and fast... Love the team the manager has in place.
My initial experience was a very average apartment community. No wow factor that was apparent during my visit. The outside areas appeared to be clean and maintained. I was presented with two conflicting rental rates for same apartment. The upsell, extras, and only one choice for cable and internet providers are the real down side. Not withstand the rental rates are average. Ill update the post when I find further information.S. W.
I have been here for about a month and I can say Im very satisfied with PWC being my first apt. The staff Janine & Fernando are very nice and will definitely help you out when you need it. The grounds are always upkept and everyone I have met is pretty nice. The 1 acre dog park is a plus for my dog. Everything is going good so far and Im glad I chose to live here. I would definitely recommend these to anyone.
Shootings inside the apartment complex, and management makes it seem as an Alleged attempted robberyNot very safe apartments, be aware. No security.Note: If you are outspoken about the violence in this apartments, they will mute you from the community boards.Management will ignore you, many times they wont even pick up the phone. Everything is a hassle, even to make payments they make it hard on you. They will tell you they have an off duty officer patrolling the area but in 15 months living here, i have personally never seen him. Many residents are upset regarding the security here, please be very careful if you plan on leasing here.Parking is not numbered, so you will fight the residents with multiples cars. Gates are constantly broken. It seems like its free for all once the leasing office closes at 5 or 6.
This apartment are really strict on following the rules about the trash, about you paying on time etc. But when it come about them they are not so good the gate never works, the grass is never cut, the dog park sometimes has poop everywhere, there is never parking space and not only that if you want your own parking space is really expensive as well as the garage I mean I would pay for the garage but it’s really expensive when the only thing you can fit there is eather your car or if you want it as a storage unit. The first year it was great but now I regret so much on renew my contract.
I have had nothing short of a great experience so far at The Pines! Maintenance is timely, grounds are taken care of, there are plenty of amenities, and the staff is wonderful! I especially appreciate Fernando as he knows my apartment number right when I come in the office!
No issues with the exception of 2 things; professionalism and rudeness by the staff. Now Janine is rather covert instead of overt with her rudeness. She can condescend a bit at times but shes decent. Fernando isnt much of a problem based on my interactions with him but that Kaycee!? Shes a bit overt with her rudeness/condescending ways and needs to work on it based on my interactions with her in the past. A prime example of that was yesterdays community BBQ when a group of young ladies (friends with tenants) brought a SMALL adjustable table to the pool area to possibly sit some things on it that they had brought like chips, soda, etc. nothing major. Noticing from a distance Kaycee made her way to them and had some choice words for the group. I was on the other side of the pool so I couldnt make out her words but her body language and hand movements spoke LOUDLY! Putting off even onlookers that witnessed. The young ladies looked at her in disbelief and disgust as she walked away but proceeded to try and enjoy themselves. Its not WHAT you do its HOW you do it. Not calling for her job or anything like that but she needs to work on her overall attitude and presentation.
When I first moved here it was quite and I enjoyed every minute of it until construction was done and tenants started moving in along with their roaches! We pay for pest control and you would think they would come out randomly rather then us having to put in a request. The pool stays green due to algae and who ever management has cleaning the pool clearly isnt a professional. Unknown guest who dont live here always stay hoping the pool gates. They tried to enforce rules but no one abides by them once the office is close. You have a dealership going on over here with multiple cars parked for sale. The gates stay broken. I havent had any issues with the office staff but over all the community isnt safe especially with the money we pay you would think we would have an officer onsite after hours that they claim we have but clearly he has to be a ghost because I have never seen him or her. If you choose to live here be prepared for roaches and the smell of marijuana.
My family moved into the complex immediately after they opened and have remained since then. The location is conveniently located about 15 minutes from Bush Airport and shopping centers. One major thing that has been a plus is that the complex is void of flooding, which is a concern for many residents in the area. We are happy here and have amazing neighbors!
Dont Waste your money here. The Assistant manager is rude and is not helpful on bit. Ive been told I would get a call back from two different situations and didnt get any call back. I see a few reviews about their management and poor customer service. Obviously they need a new manger with better customer service. I asked for the corporate office number and I believe she purposely gave me the wrong number, when i called the number she gave me they didnt know what I was talking about. I am well aware that your safety is not guaranteed anywhere, But for this place to have two shootings and MULTIPLE breaks in and cars stolen and after all that finally get cameras and NO security officer. The cameras should have been in place after the first shooting. We should have a officer at night since half the people that come in here at night dont even live here and blast their music to the point my apartment is vibrating because they have their music so loud. These apartments are poorly build. the walls are thin and i can hear everything outside my front door because the door isnt fully on right and there is a crack. I pay pest control monthly and still have ants and roaches crawling in my apartment. AND HALF THESE GOOD REVIEWS ARE FROM THE STAFF WHICH I CAN SEE THEIR NAMES!! THE OTHER GOOD REVIEWS MAY BE FROM RESIDENCE, BUT ARE PROBABLY GOOD BECAUSE YOU GET POINTS AND FREE GIFT $5 CARDS FOR WRITING GOOD REVIEWS. The only good thing I can say about this place is the maintenance team. Ive been here for a year and CANNOT wait to get out of here. I had agreed to have a 13 month lease and they added days into the next month just to get more money out of me. Youll be wasting your money if you come here. This place is not worth what they charge!!
The office staff is so helpful and amazing! They answer all of my questions promptly and professionally. What really sold me on this place is the dog park and dog washing station! My fur baby loves running around it every chance he gets. The office is always so involved with events to bring the community together. Thank you guys for being so amazing!
I’m sorry I signed a 13 month lease. Nothing but bad things since I moved here. A month into my lease, a rat got into my car. I called to report it, pretty much got your fault not ours. I got chased back into my car by a fox, tried to be a good neighbor and tell the community, they erased my post. Also, another rat ran from under my new car this past weekend as I walked to it. A huge one. Looks like he was attempting to enter my car but couldn’t die the the cushions in it. Small bits of it were on the floor, but thank god they didn’t enter. Maybe I just have bad luck here, but every time I try to warn them about something, they brush it off. Only time I’ve actually heard from Jeanine is when my brother accidently burned a bandage in the drying and she asked me to pay for it. No Help with trying to detour the rats and wild animals though. I know the wild is pretty much unstoppable, but I haven’t seen a rat trap since I first moved in. I’m out of this place next month, and I can’t wait!
Edited 10/21/2020Lived here Three years great place to live.P.S. Get a P.O. Box they (Rosco Management) do not hold your packages and the Fed Ex will be forced to drop off your package on your doorstep in a Hall with other apartments.Would be nice if they changed this policy tho.
I have been here since December 2016 and I have enjoyed every split moment here. Any time I have had a question or even a concern the staff has always been helpful, understanding, and professional. I must say this is a wonderful community to be apart of and a great place to call home ! Im looking forward to renewing my lease very soon.
We moved down to Houston about 2 weeks ago. The second day down we were looking for apartments we called the Pines at Woodcreek and spoke with Keiara Rayford who over the phone and in person was great amd helped us find the right place that suited me and my fiances needs. Even after getting the place Keiara went above and beyond to help welcome us in with open arms. The Pines at Woodcreek overall is a pretty nice place to stay with very nice amenities. The only thing I wished they changed were the hours of the clubhouse, it closes the same time the office closes but other than that great place.
I really enjoyed living in these apartments I move here when they first open, until I moved out in October 2017 I really miss my apartment I enjoyed everything about it... the office staff were very nice and the maintenance come fix things very fast and the property was always clean. Thanks for a very great experience
Management does not care who moves in as long as rent is paid. This place is the ghetto! Stray dogs have been running around for months, the dog park is just dirt and unsafe, people dont pick up their dogs poop near the buildings, security must be a ghost because hes never seen and there is always trash in the parking lots. People have their guest over throwing parties at the pool and people are even swimming with clothing on and leaving trash everywhere. No respect for the people who pay rent. This place is not safe at night especially with the gates always being broke. Neighbors are loud and for the amount of money they want you mind as well move somewhere else. Dont move here its the hood
DO NOT MOVE HERE!! My fathers apartment was broken into. There have been a string of robberies in this complex with no precautions put into place to prevent them from continuing. No security, no cameras, no secure gate. Nothing! Please look else where. You cant guarantee you will come home to your things that youve worked hard for.
Against my better judgement and after reading the reviews ABOUT SOMEONE GETTING SHOT ON THIS PROPERTY(True Story) ON 10/15/2016 I SIGNED A LEASE WITH THESE UNPROFESSIONAL AND INCOMPETENT GROUP OF INDIVIDUALS!(BACK STORY): Stop by and viewed the apartments and spoke with a very nice lady Christine who took me on a tour of the property i was impressed NICE AND NEW(BUT HAD NO IDEA THIS PLACED HAD A DARK SIDE!) went back to the office got an application from her and told her i would be back with the required application and admin fees ($50 and $125) which i did the next day, that is the last time i spoke with Christine after this each time i called they would tell me Christine was out, then sick and finally was told she was no longer employed there, at this point i should have moved on with the little white lies i was being told(from Fernando,Casey, and the Manager) of her[Christine] whereabouts but, I ignore the warning signs even the reviews of the SHOOTING OF THE PIZZA MAN (ITS BEEN ON THE LOCAL NEWS AND ALL) I even called and asked about the REVIEWS and was told by CASEY that the Shooting did happen and SILLY ME!(MY FAULT BEFORE ANYONE ELSE SAYS IT) I STILL PROCEED so that you get the full story and to know NOT TO RENT HERE! I was told after sending in my pay statement and them running my credit(Not Embarrassed due to a layoff years ago some things got behind) I was told there would be an approval with conditions and that instead of a $200 normal deposit it would be $400 So for clarity i asked Casey did she mean an extra $200? She said yes i agreed understanding my credit situation explained above that this was reasonable and agreed again I continued on with the process(another sign to move on) So because i relocated here from another state my furniture is in storage awaiting my getting a place to be delivered (which i explained to Christine when touring the property the first day) I was told i had until Oct 31st to move in and get the deal offered of one month free and a check equivalent to one month of rent(sounded good) well based on the moving company i have it turns out my things wouldnt be here in Texas until around the end of this month, so according to this i did call and explained to this to Fernando and was told he would note this, soon after i received a call from Casey(who just took over) who told me in order to get what i was promised by Christine (of the Month and Check) that i needed to sign the lease by Oct 15th which i knew wasnt correct because id just seen it myself on the website, she told me she had no idea where i got this from I really felt strong armed but agreed to signed by the 15th, So the 15th was this past Saturday i get there and Fernando was there i sign my lease he gives me the keys and all i go on about my business because i have nothing really to move into the unit(because i dont lie) Im at work Sunday afternoon and check my voicemail on a break and Casey has called and asked me to call her i call to find shes saying she noticed i came and got the keys and goes on to tell me that i owe another $200 that my deposit was $600(No lie this was the first time $600 had ever came out her mouth) and that there was an additional $400 to the normal $200 which was NEVER AND I MEAN NEVER TOLD TO ME! and i told her this because Id have NEVER AND I MEAN NEVER have agreed to this for a deposit?! She went on with an attitude that no she explained this to me when i called (SHE DIDNT!)I Simply told her i no longer wanted the unit that id bring the keys back today(Oct 17th) she tells me all this about how i will lose my money and that shell let her manager know and let her handle this, well Ive spoken to the Manager who tells me shes not giving my money and that ill be breaking an agreement and that shell give my $400 back but not my $125 Admin fees Im talking rude talking over you this place is a total disaster! GROUP OF RENEGADES(NO PUNS) VERY THEYRE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! NICE PROPERTY! GHETTO MANAGEMENT!
Looking at your posted photos and reading the reviews i cant move in this environment especially when i saw those black guys gang signals what they were telling me is Ill steal from you Ill shoot you i have no regards for u I am black trying to do the right thing i hate being round thugs that picture shyed me away and then read those reviews no thanks too much negativity thanks tenant for telling truth i rather sleep under bridge and sleep muddy
I’m looking to get an apartment here. I live in the woodlands and wanted information on this apartment but these people WILL NOT ANSWER THE PHONE ! I have been calling for over ONE HOUR ! I am utterly upset ! Now I have to DRIVE ALL THE WAY TO HUMBLE JUST TO SPEAK WITH SOMEONE ! I’m disgusted !
It is a very quiet apartment complex, the truth is I have been here for more than a year but I think they can improve, thank very much Wendy Cardedenas who works in the office She is a kind and very attentive person, she helps with any questions you have and she does it with a lot of love, I really think they should promote her to manager because she deserves it
Excellent service and attention, any need you may have they do their best to solve, taking into account that there are places where they say they do it and then forget it. excellent services, prices and common areas !! People who have my confidence to recommend Fernando Galva and Jeanine.Excellent service and attention, any need that you may have, they do what they can to solve, considering that there are places where they say they do it and then forget. excellent services, prices and common areas (awesome pool!) !! people who have my confidence to recommend Fernando Galva and Jeanine
It is a quiet and comfortable complex of apartments, very quiet and safe, with comfortable and useful facilities, from a good size pool that has benches in the water, umbrellas, gas grills, tables and chairs to put on the shore, has a bonfire outside to roast chocolates and a rest room, in addition the facilities inside are comfortable and very clean; They have a computer room accessible to those of us who live here, a reading room, a cafeteria where they hold events to get to know each other as neighbors to spend a pleasant afternoon and socialize, a waiting room, tables for meetings and the game room that has a table. billiards, table football, tv with living room, I really recommend it the apartments are very nice and they also have Fernando a friendly and bilingual young man I recommend him

2022-02-10I had a really great living experience while at The Pines. Neighbors were nice and pleasant to deal with. Office and maintenance staff were just as nice as pleasant. I recommended two co-workers to The Pines and both are residents at this moment. Would recommend this complex to others as well.

2022-05-24DONT MOVE HERE!!! For starters this place has a bug/roach problem. The gate never works it’s open for anyone to come and go as they please. They said they have security, all they do is leave a parked cop car in front. One person had their rims stolen. Cameras do not work, neighbors car was hit when she went to the office for help they told her none of the cameras work. Apartment is okay but the management is the bad part. We contacted them multiple times about a shower head. It took them 3 months, got to the point we couldn’t shower without having the whole floor covered in water. Had water falling from the ceiling when maintenance got there they just laughed it off said its fixed but had to deal with the clean up myself. They will sneak in charges for repair around the property, one month they charged everyone around 100 extra to fix pot holes which I feel should be on them. The apartment next door had a fire which damaged my unit. Couldn’t live in there for almost 2 weeks because of the smoke damage plus they were fixing the walls and floor. They used my electricity for repairs had big fans running day and night to dry everything. When we asked for some sort of reimbursement the manager said they’d take care of it. Now it’s time to move out and they are saying since we have nothing in writing it basically means it didn’t happen. If your unit can’t be lived in for 2 weeks I would assume they would help you out but not this place. Save yourself a headache and look for other apartments in the area

2022-02-23Moved here back in January and I must say - the office staff is great at responding through emails and phone calls! Maintenance is always so quick and responsive, and are friendly in passing. I’m happy I decided to lease here and look forward to using the pool this summer!

2022-03-24The apartment is Okay, it’s not what expected from the pictures. Looking forward to the study part that was on pictures and all but it’s not really like the pictures. I have been living here for almost 2 weeks now. My kitchen shelf’s fell in as i was putting my things in there, my garbage disposal does NOT work and it has a FOUL SMELL, and one of the bathroom tub knobs DOES NOT TURN. I feel like they threw me in here the same day someone moved out and didn’t even do a full inspection on this apartment. I have been to the office TWICE & called and was told someone was going to come out and check it out THE SAME DAY No one showed yet. I can’t come home from work and find a decent park i have to walk ALL THE WAY FROM THE OTHER SIDE OF THE COMPLEX. It seems like my neighbor above me never SLEEP. It’s always loud and we have to hear running back and forth ALL NIGHT AND MORNING. Another thing is they control who your internet provider is and i don’t feel like that’s fair at all. These reviews aren’t really lies, BUT i can say the only thing is i haven’t seen any roaches yet. I don’t think i will be here too long.

2022-04-21Stayed in these apartments for around a year from 2020 to 2021. During that time things went down hill with much more trash scattered around in the grass and parking lots around the apartments. Neighbors got louder and ruder during this time with people loudly blasting music in the middle of the nights or several instances of people screaming having disputes in the parking lot. Even with these problems I probably would have given them a 3-star review since the apartments were nice and relatively cheap and the dog park was very nice, but they overcharged us like $300-$400 dollars on our last rent charge. I stupidly paid it, not wanting to have issues with the system saying we didnt pay or only partially paid, expecting a refund would be easy to get. Nearly a year later we have yet to receive a refund and management seems to either ignore or have blocked emails from us trying to ask about the refund. I would stay away from these apartments if at all possible.

2022-03-26What is saving this place is the looks of the apartments. Everything else is ran poor. The office is really bad customer service wise like answering phones, putting in work orders, just overall miscommunication in general from them. You have to call them several times If you want anything fixed. And its not like the phones are ringing off the hook becuase Ive been inside and call there and they ignore on purpose sitting at their desk. Every year the rent is increased at a jaw dropping price but the service declines. Previous management use to be really good at staying on top of things but now current people are struggling bad! They also pay for fake 5 star reviews so beware (Update): Everything the previous comment is saying is true from Ms.Harrison. The parking is horrible here!

2022-02-21I’ve lived here a few months now and really love The Pines at Woodcreek. Everyone is friendly and helpful. The office staff and maintenance workers are quick to respond to requests and very professional. This feels like home!

2022-05-21Things have been getting worse since the management change. Parking, customer service, maintenance, security and now they are losing control of the pools. Massive parties with atleast 200 people here in the late night hours causing a disturbance. The office just throws their hands up. I wouldnt reccomend moving her here

2019-08-19The apartments are beautiful but the company itself is horrible. It is illegal to charge rent to 2 people for the same apartment, and they did just that. We got flooded with Harvey and thats the reason we had to rent. We end up fixing our home before the contract ended. They did not wanted to work with us, rented the apartment within 2 weeks and still sent the full amount of the contract to the credit bureau. We left the apartment spotless and we did not get our deposit back.
