The best customer service I have received in a long time Matthew was so kind and helped me find the perfect card for my sisters birthday. The prices were very appropriate. I will definitely be recommending this location to all of my coworkers and family.

The Shipping Store on 242 has been a good place for me to rent a mail box for more than four years. The current manager, Andrew, has been knowledgeable, helpful, positive and friendly. The other workers have also been friendly and good to work with. I have received many packages there through the years and sent a few by UPS. It has been good to have a secure place to have packages delivered and it is conveniently located in an area where I run other errands. It was also handy to make copies there on the fly a time or two. I have found this a good place to ship or receive materials, and to get other business services.

Ive been to a couple usps in the woodlands and have been unimpressed with the customer service there.... Luckily found this place and they do everything!! One stop shop for a busy gal, yes please! Customer service was splendid and Matthew helped tape my packages and print my label from email. Highly recommend!!!

UPDATE (Response to the Owner, rating further downgraded):Owner: Footage shows our associate Matthew quietly going about productive tasks in the store, when you begin to harass him in his place of work for no reason other than that the associate was beginning closing procedures, (fully appropriate given it was 3:01).Response: First, I do not often write reviews. I typically limit my reviews to only cases where I am seeking to reward a highly positive experience. Second, I was in the store shopping for a birthday card, and enjoying a great day with my family.The way Matthew treated the other customer was repulsive. If you truly have the surveillance footage you claim, all of this is readily available for you to confirm.I explained to Matthew that I was leaving the store due to his rude/petty treatment of the other customer. If that constitutes harassment, then you have demonstrated that you have zero credibility to properly assess the situation.Owner: Surveillance shows him respectfully explaining inability to assist one customer at which point it was 3:05pm.Response: There was one person who came in the door as I was leaving. Matthew denied them service as well. That customer followed me out of the store. The altercation at the door occurred at 3:01 PM, which proves that the other gentleman had entered the store prior to closing when Matthew refused to serve him, and refutes your claim of Matthew respectfully explaining inability to assist one customer at 3:05 pm.Owner claim: Footage does show that you continued to repeatedly harass, attack, and verbally assault our employee even before anyone else entered the store, to the point of waiting for him outside, and attempting to provoke him to a physical fight.Response: There was a total of two conversations with Matthew. There was no harassment or attack, though there was a verbal altercation that was initiated by Matthew.The first conversation was when I was in the store and told him I was leaving due to his poor service. The altercation with Matthew happened as I was standing on the front sidewalk when Matthew came to lock the door. He initiated dialog, attempting to justify his poor behavior, so your claim of harassment is either outright falsehood or ignorance as to the meaning of the term.My final comment to Matthew was to show him how he was wasting more time arguing with me than had he just done his job. That is when he finally locked the door and went away. There was not another word passed between us, including when Matthew left, as I was still outside waiting for my family to come out from a nearby store.As to your claim of attempting to provoke him to a physical fight, it was Matthew who initiated the argument, who was the first to get angry and who was the first to issue the profane insult (Is F... you an attempt to provoke a fight? How about using a racial slur, and calling me a Karen when I am clearly a man?).I agree that I used vulgarities towards Matthew in response, and I referred to Matthew using a term that, though accurate, should not have been used in a public setting. In this respect, I regret my actions.Owner Response: We have every right to decline business on the means of workplace harassment. And strongly recommend refraining from such actions in the future.Response: As detailed above, your claims of harassment are laughable. I voluntarily left your store because Matthew proved himself to be inept, petty and poorly-suited for this position. Your response (including ignoring Matthews profane insults and use of a racial slur) proves that I made the right decision.You have no need to worry about declining my business in the future. You lost at least two customers during this experience, and you will lose more as a result of it. Your dishonest reply provides every confidence that my final recommendation is on the mark.It is far too easy to find other shipping stores that place a keener focus on service. I recommend not wasting time at this location.

First off let me say wow. Im very impressed with the customer service that they showed when I was there. Not just to myself but to the other customers in the store. A young lady by the name of Lauren help me out. When I first got to the store I was greeted by the workers there. I notice that there was an old lady having a hard time with her package. Right away Lauren recognize the problem and immediately came over to assist her. When it was my turn at the counter Lauren again greeted me asking if I was having a good day. She was on the ball with the customer service. All this being say when came down to the package I was shipping. Let just say if the customers service is any example of what you should expect then you are right. My package got to its final destination on time and with no damage. So if yall have a package you need shipped and dont want to wait in a line at the USPS then go to The Shipping Store. You wont be disappointed.

I felt compelled to write this review on behalf of my wife. I am a Military Service Member and I am often times away from my family. My wife has had to make many trips to shipping companies such as UPS and Fedex to send things off for me. The customer service she received from The Shipping Store 111 in Conroe, TX went above and beyond what either of us could have ever expected! Andrew and Laura are PHENOMENAL! Their customer service skills are impeccable! My wife had several books to mail off and was having difficulty with the shipping labels. Andrew contacted Amazon directly to assist and was able to resolve the issue for my wife! I can’t thank Andrew and Laura enough for their patience and kindness. We need more people like them!

Never had an issue with any of my packages that I sent through here. You cant beat the convenience of being able to take all packages to one place. Not to mention the best benefit of never having to visit a USPS store again in your life. Highly recommend.
