The UPS Store in other cities:
Employees do not wear masks although there is a sign saying its required on the front door. Im not sure why anyone else working there lets the older man deal directly with customers. Ive been here twice now, and both times hes been working the front, and just may be the rudest and most condescending person Ive ever had the displeasure of being helped by in a store. He should be fired or at least kept in the back if he cant treat customers with a respectful and friendly attitude. I will likely never visit this location again.
Showed up at 9:39 AM on Saturday…piece of paper taped to the door “we will be closed on Saturday”. Great way to waste my time driving here. If you have set store hours, people should be able to depend on you. I take my business seriously. You should too. Also, update internet to reflect intermittent service.
If you guys say you are going to open at 9:00, please open at 9:00 and not 9:15. If you have a large sign posted on the window saying that you “mask up for safety” then the employees should WEAR A MASK!” If a customer reminds you that “maybe you forgot to put your mask on” then maybe, just maybe you should GET A MASK ON 😷don’t just look at us and keep scanning our packages. I have a photo of the employee/ owner that I am referring to attached to this review. Moral of the story: BE PROFESSIONAL please. Thanks and have a nice week 😉
These folks do a great business and are doing the best they can. Some of the other posts are unaware ofwhat it takes to deal with all walks of life as well as some that feel the world evolves around them. Walk a mile in their shoes then you might get some type of understanding, but most unlikely.🤝🤙✌
Had to listen to 20 minutes of right-wing opinions while trying to send a package to Canada this morning. When the answer to the question you probably listen to CNN dont you is I dont follow politics .. Maybe its time to get off the right-wing opinion bull horn.. (I do follow politics, but was trying to politely get him off the topic). Ended up taking my package and leaving.
Updated review: November 2019Bad service, again...not risking a “next time”.My first time at this location was over a year ago. At that time, it was convenient and on my way to my next destination. It was a package being returned to an online seller and had a prepaid label attached. I went in and heard a voice ask if I was just dropping off come from the back. I confirmed and I was told to just leave the package on the counter. I did and left the store, but the package never did. I tracked the package over the course of two weeks, calling the store daily for updates. The older male employee was irritated with my calls and matched the sound of the voice that asked me to just leave my package. Fortunately, the seller reimbursed me, even though I had no receipt to show proof that the package ever made it to the UPS store. My most recent visit was the day before Thanksgiving (November 2019). Similar circumstances with a return/ prepaid label, but this time I stayed for a receipt. After the first experience, I didn’t even want to return to this location, but again...it was convenient and on the way to my next destination. I went in and waited in an expected lengthy line. The older male at the counter was grumpy, working alone and made a call to request another employee to come in and help him. His voice also matched that of the one from the first experience. The man told customers that if they were just dropping off they could leave their packages on the counter, instead of waiting in line. Several people did this, but I learned NOT to do this and waited. By the time I made it to the front of the line, to receive the stellar customer service, I had waited for about 20 minutes. I hand over my package and requested a receipt. The man tells me I could have just put my package on the counter instead of waiting and I explained that I could have, but I needed a receipt. He says nothing, grabs my package off the scale, turns to his right and chunks package about 6 feet to a rolling cart/ package bin. He never asks if it’s fragile, just throws the package without a care in the world. I was handed my receipt and left the store.I get it that the workers who handle my shipment along the way will probably do similar things, but treating my shipment that way right in front of me just shows me the lack of professionalism that you have as an employee. Combine that with the grumpy attitude, phone call ordering someone out of bed to come into work and overall lack of customer service...I’ll go out of my way next time to avoid this location.First review:I’ve been to this particular location with prepaid shipping labels, and have never seen an actual employee. Each time, I walk in, hear a voice from the back yell, “if that’s for drop off, leave it on the counter”. I do as asked and leave, but have to wait for days for the package to be registered in the system and begin tracking. This last time was the literally...the last time. I did the usual, “leave it on the counter” and left the store. However, a week later and no status on my package. I call the store and get asked by the clerk if I was sure I even dropped it off. I get told they will look for it and call me back and no call. I call them back and get a rude attitude and told that they are busy and they don’t know what to tell me, but the package isn’t there. So, after being completely out since UPS lost my package...I’m done with this location. I switched here after the Lakeway location delivered an empty box to me, when someone stole the contents while en route to their store. Guess I’ll switch to Fed Ex.
This place is always busy due to its location. Parking is difficult but the service in the store is blunt and rude. Been coming here for last two years but last week the people behind the counter as well as customers in line werent wearing masks. I was. Today I went to Lakeway which is twice as far but worth it. Masks on and friendly service....for the same prices!!
Wow, talk about rude customer service. I came in to ship a package and witnessed Ronny, the only employee in the store it seems, deal with a phone customer. Granted, from the side of the conversation I heard, it sounded like the customer was looking for information the store couldnt possibly provide (they had a prepaid shipping label and only dropped the package for delivery, but needed shipping info way after the fact that UPS couldnt give them), but it was Ronnys responses like sounds like you better be having dinner at Wendys then, since its cheap, and after he hung up man, he was worse than a woman, said to myself and another woman in the store waiting for service. When I didnt laugh as he hoped, he qualified his statement by saying being married to a woman for 35 years means I know they ask the same question four different ways when the answer never changes. Cool story bro, stop being so misogynistic and rude. I had asked to purchase a box when I first arrived since there were none available for me to grab. When Ronny asked if I something post his phone call, I said, yes a box to ship this in, and he rung me up without actually giving me the box or boxing up my package in front of me as Id hoped. He gave me a receipt and said Im qualified to pack that up to make me leave, but Im uncomfortable now having left without proof that my package and mailing label arent in one piece as I hoped. Guess this taught me to stick with the UPS store near my house rather than the first convenient location I can find while out 🤷🏼♀️
Take your business elsewhere! Run, dont walk!I know its cliche, but if I could give this place 0 stars I would.I used this place because it was close to work and now Ill never use them again for anything, and I would advise the same to everyone out there.I had to mail a letter to pay a bill. Sounds like a pretty easy task right? Only this place could make it more inconvenient. The letter I was mailing had to be post marked by that day, otherwise I would receive a fine for a late payment. I had the envelope, but no stamp, and I wanted to make sure it was post marked for that same day. When I went to the counter to get this taken care of, I was assured that it would most definitely be post marked that day as I expressed my concern about that being important. The lady working the counter rang it up and the total came out to be around 53 cents (I dont recall the exact penny amount). I proceeded to take out my debit card and swipe it and out of nowhere she replied back with a MAJOR attitude, You cant use a card for an amount that small!. I never carry cash, let alone change. I told her I didnt have anything else and she just looked at me.I had to go out to the car and dig around for change to mail this stinking bill!!!Then it gets even worse...I got a letter in the mail not too long later saying that I was being charged a late fee for my bill since the post mark was a day too late...yep, a day AFTER I dropped it off it was post marked, not the same day like I was told it would be.Not only has this place given me a terrible experience, made an easy task difficult, it has now COST ME MORE MONEY! After seeing the other reviews, Im not surprised that its happened to others. Take my advice and dont give these people your money!!!!
I have been going to this store for over 7 years and they are always pleasant and very helpful. They do not charge for tape when I drop off my packages and I have never had any problems with my shipments. I live in Steiner Ranch and this is the best store I have found in this area.
Ive had my company mailbox here for 10 years. I stop by 3 times a week if I am in town. They are always efficient and simply get the job done. Plus they seem to be working hard! Maybe they are not the friendliest folks in the world, but I am not there for fun and festivities. I go to Rock House for that.
I have been using this location for many years. I live in a rural area, and my homes mailbox is unsafe to use, so we opted to pay for a private mailbox at this location, long before it was a UPS store.I used to own my own small business, and Ive had my own customer service issues, so I have a good bit of sympathy for the struggles of a small business. However this place is not addressing their issues... and they are many.It seems to be a husband/wife operation. The husband is not very business oriented, and is a bit of a goof. I like him ok, but I have seen him act really creepy towards other people. Is wife is more reliable, level headed and hard working... but despite the kind words I have for her, they have really serious problems. When we make a payment, by mail, it takes them months to find the payment and credit our account. We get past due notices after every payment. We once had the mail removed from our box, replaced with a pay your bill, we are bouncing your mail notice 3 months after our on-time payment. We have had the locks changed on our box, and had to pay for a key, after making an on-time payment. After the lock was changed, the Husband insisted they never change locks. The wife admitted they did for non-payment. Right hand, meet left. For a business involved with mail, it would be nice if they opened theirs a little more often. When we got service, we were told they would send us email when we receive packages. Never once has that happened. I know they have my email, as they sometimes send me past due notices, after my on-time payments. When I receive packages, I have to know what I am expecting when I go there, otherwise it is very likely I will not receive all of my packages. Sometimes it takes 3 or 4 different visits to the store with all sorts of delivery proof to get them to eventually find my missing package. If I am not expecting a package, it is extremely unlikely I will receive it. Basically they loose 30% of the packages in their back room, and you have to be persistent if you want to get everything you have. At one po8int they developed a system to better track the packages, but because they forget to use it, it actually made things much worse as every unlogged package is lost. November packages can be lost until the following spring. They close early, and frequently alter the hours sign to cover up for it. It is not unusual for two or three weeks to never be able to catch them open during business hours, so picking up packages that dont fit the box is often delayed by weeks. They frequently have problems with the after-hours security gate that protects their back room, when after hours customers come in the store to check their box. The security gate can go unlocked for 6 months at a time. Im guessing this is a money problem, the store must have cash-flow issues. I have a lot of sympathy for that, but it would take me less than an hour to at least go to home depot and buy a padlock and a hasp to manually lock the gate. One year I dropped off my cable box there, after cancelling my Time Warner service. Time Warner did not get the box in a timely manner, and damaged my credit by reporting an $900 collection item for a $60 cable box. The box did eventually show up, but I cant prove when I dropped it off, so it went on my credit. This is probably the worst thing they have done to me, and the impact of that was not trivial.Keep in mind I have been using this location for a long time, this is not just a single isolated bad experience. It is more of a predictable trend at this point.Note none of my issues are because I am unprepared, or have unreasonable expectations, or a lack of sympathy for people struggling with a small business. And when I interact with the staff, I frequently get service at the counter that is both friendly and efficient. So this is a UPS store. It is not a US Post Office. So expecting mail you drop here to get the same day postmark is unrealistic, and they dont have USPS shipping materials, they arent the post office.
This is my favorite UPS or mail drop center. They are super helpful and friendly at this location even when theyre busy. Ive been to some locations and if youve forgotten to tape up your package in advance, they do not want to help. The Four Points location is completely different from the others. I highly recommend them! 😊
Ive been going to this store for over 7 years now and I have always been treated with respect and good service. I dont know what some people expect from their UPS store, but Ive always been treated well and given efficient service. There are times when customers are not well prepared themselves which can cause delays with service during busy times but thats not on Ronnie or Julie, thats on the customer.
Absolutely terrible service!!! The older guy in charge was so rude and disrespectful to every customer that came in. When I was telling him that I had a package delivered to the store, he didn’t believe me. When I asked him several times to check, he did and it was one of the first boxes there. After he found it he basically tossed it at me! There was very expensive camera equipment in there and he didn’t even apologize! So rude! Never go to this location!
The service is very bad compared to other locations not far from there!!! the old guy there is not friendly, not helpful at all and he seems like allways pressed to close the store!!! They should put someone younger, patient, helpful, and very able to give people the best experience with UPS!!
This is the best ups store in this area. The staff are always willing to help.with packaging, select the best shopping option. Ive taken ATT equipment to return. The store has to repack it in the appropriate box. Im grateful for the help. Never had any problems with this store, in fact it is the only ups i will go to.
I had to just walk out. The old guy in there is unbearable. He opens our box without our permission and has our cable TV boxes and wires spread all across the counter and floor and tries to send us on our way and says he will get to it later because he has to put it in the correct packaging. He also said Nothing like waiting until the last minute to take care of your business I dont expect to see this type of behavior at a UPS.
The owner is super nice, hes a jokester so I can see how others may find him being rude or whatever, but thats prob b/c those people lame. I thought he was fun and funny, hes about business, direct, straight to the point. My girlfriend and I brought in boxes and boxes of stuff for Amazon and he was patient, helped alot, even cut down the box size for us and watched the boxes while we ran home to grab something we forgot.anyways, great place and my go to ups store.
Do yourself a favor and dont go to this store, read ALL the reviews first and listen to the majority and not the one or two that say the service is good.Whoever says that they received good service from here is either lying or didnt deal with the people that are usually there. Ive been there a couple of times ONLY because it is the closest UPS Store there is that I can get to without having to get into downtown. The times Ive been there Ive been treated by different people, and they were all disrespectful, rude, sarcastic (when asking a simple question about packaging that I have no need to know in advance), and the man that works there YELLED at me in person, and over the phone, and from what I understood in the yelling he cursed. That is not acceptable, if there was any way I could report them I would. I had never felt that disrespected in a long time.Separate to that issue, for something that I confirmed online shouldve been around 6 dollars I paid 20 dollars, for no apparent reason. I had to pay because I was in a hurry. Im doing all of my shipping with time in advance so I dont ever find myself in a hurry having to go to this place again, EVER.
This store has to be the worst mail shipping store I have ever been to in my life. They lost/stold my package. The guy Ronnie is extremely rude and unhelpful talks down to you, trys to make you fell small. Read the reviews save your self a headache, time, and money and not go there. UPS needs to shut down and reopen this franchise store with better people.
The tall older Caucasian man who came to the counter was extremely rude, and appeared to hate the idea of having a customer. He offered no assistance whatsoever, and in fact lied to me, grossly over inflating the price of an envelope I needed to ship and telling me a completely made up and untrue price. He claimed there is only one type of service available for envelopes-next day air-and stated its $50 just so I would leave. Not only DID I leave, but my company, who was considering using these assclowns for shipping, will take our shipping dollars elsewhere if this is what ups calls customer service. This idiot was too busy talking on the phone to care if there was a customer, and was a complete rude jerk, including lying to me about the price without even asking for shipping zip codes or looking at any type of reference. He just stated there is only one type of service from Texas and New Mexico, and it is always $50 or more. When I said that sounds a little too expensive for ups ground. Are you sure?, he said well maybe you should go somewhere else. Ups needs to do more than fire this rude person-they need to draw and quarter him.
Beware of lost packages! This UPS store lost my package 2 months ago and has been forcing me to keep following up every week. They dont seem to run out of excuses to settle a claim, despite UPS okayed it several weeks ago. Id never want to interact with these store owners again.
I WILL NOT GO BACK TO THIS STORE UNLESS ABSOLUTELY NECESSARY. The Man that was there was EXTREMELY RUDE not to mention late to work. They never open on time and they charge a convience fee. even though they offer usps shipping they dont have priority mailers. For a priority envelop that should be 4.90 tehy charge double. I will pay for the labels online and buy my labels somewhere else. DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE.
Went there several times, i send a package paying next day delivery wich was (expensive) way expensive... n the package arrived aweek n half later!!!! Contacted customer service n said” we dont do refunds.. due to weather changes” so .. “how they do charge a service they dont really provide?? “ or at ñast charge the extra expensive rate.. but if they dont deliver... at least refund the difference!!! The lady there is ok but the guy.. OMG extremely rude.. n even criticiazing the breath of the customer who was before me.. ofcourse.. not in his face.. but he referred to him extremely rude, after he left in front of waiting customers..
It ok its not bad i have not had any problems Im in there every week i sell stuff on ebay and work from home mail out stuff daily and take in shipments....the girl is nice the guy is like whatever but he still does his job what do u want ur stuff gets shipped so they r doing fine.
Horrible. They never open on time, are rude, and never have the forms you need (certified mail, fax, etc). Dont go here because it will be a waste of time and you will just have to go somewhere else. They need a new manager or something has to change; they have a convenience charge but offer no convenience at all.

2022-07-02We frequent UPS stores around the country as we travel and sell CBD. This was the worst experience weve had with UPS. We used this store 5 times in hopes of having a better experience each time but to no avail. The customer service was nil. Both employees (the same two each time, a young man and an older woman) were not welcoming or friendly. Their printer was down for a week. They were supposed to be open until 7:30 one night and closed at 5:30. We had a package shipped to them and UPS notified me it was delivered. We drove 15 minutes to the store and the young man said it hadnt been delivered although I showed him my phone stating it very well had been. We came back 2 hours later and he again advised it wasnt delivered. The lady took 5 seconds and said here it is. I offered to help find the package on our first visit as the young man was working alone and had a long line. He advised me he couldnt let me help because they had a dog in the back?! Take my advice and travel further for a better experience.

2022-05-17Returned Amazon packages at this location. Failed to issue receipt for one of the two. Didn’t realize until I got home. READ YOUR RECEIPTS BEFORE LEAVING!I Returned and young employee dug thru several crates of goods, FOUND the package that was missing a receipt and issued another receipt.(owner acknowledged this had happened before.) Amazon vendor now claiming they have not received that package and charged my account for an order that I RETURNED! What happened??Do yourself a favor and go to another UPS store.

2022-05-12Dont shop this business ! You have been warned. Went to this place a few times and had a bad experience and made A review and was treated even worse the next time. The original time that we went , the owner guy was rude. Just a few days ago, my partner went to have them do a notary, and the woman when she saw my partner went in the back to talk to the guy ( Im sure he looked on the camera to see who it was ). She came back out and said that she couldnt do it and that wasnt legal in the state of Texas. We had a family friend notarize the I-9 a few days later so she just didnt want to do it or we Were being retaliated against for writing a review and they remembered us. Go ahead and look at all the reviews on here youll see this is not a place that cares about their customers or treats them kindly or fairly. Take your business elsewhere!

2022-07-15My friend and I had a bad experience with the guy employee earlier today. He was very rude and angry when we wanted him to change the address because it was wrong. He insisted that he couldn’t change it, and it was not possible. Thank God to the lady employee who stepped in and helped us. She was so lovely and changed it without any problem. I feel bad for her for being stuck with that rude employee. That guy has anger issues and hates his job because he was not just disrespectful to us but also to other customers.

2022-06-22Been here several times. They dont open on time. Their supplies were almost out and didnt bother to resupply to have the right kind. Also, The sign at the store says make an appointment for a notary, but they dont do appointments for a notary. Didnt say that and didnt say that they cant do certain notaries either until I showed up after I called to inquire about it.Not happy about the customer service. This place might not have seen a smile in years.

2022-08-13I got there before closing time and he literally close the door on my face. It was more important for him to leave early then to take care of another customer. With numerous UPS stores to choose from, I will never use his again.

2022-04-02UPS fire the rude little boy always gives sarcastic remarks and acts like he hates working there. If you don’t like your job quit simple. No wonder this store has low reviews. Just convenient for me. Hopefully reaching out to UPS corporate works.

2022-04-02Extremely rude, and terrible customer service. This is the worst UPS store I have been to. I had a couple of Amazon returns, and I had to put up with complaints, all kinds of frantic behavior, because it was taking 10 seconds to switch between return labels and they could not wait for it.

2022-07-07I was a little apprehensive to go for notary services after reading reviews, but was very pleasantly surprised. quick service, friendly employees, in and out in less than 10 minutes.

2022-03-01While this location is often busier than it can keep up with (and wait times can be long), I have to say that the customer service has always been so good. Every employee I have interacted with here has been kind, friendly, and helpful. I will happily wait in line for good service!
